Unfortunately, less is not possible. When I opened the front door, the first thing I could smell was Serway's toilets. There was no burger to contend with. Using the toilets, men's side, was anything but pleasant. For one €? Toilet ring is pretty worn out...faucet defective...Does it look like that in the Serways executive toilets???

The only alternative just before Berlin was to have something to eat at Ronald's at night

Toilet use disastrous. EC and Apple Pay payments do not work. My husband gave me the last euro so that at least I could leave. Toilets not clean, broken in places, toilet paper covers broken, trash can full, floor dirty. It's a shame that you have to pay here at all.

Nowhere can you refuel and rest than at the Tank & Rast stop in Michenort

A great place to make one last stop just before Berlin and recharge your energy reserves. There are Sanifair toilets there that are clean. There is also a McDonald with a McCafè and a gas station. So everything your heart desires. There are also enough parking spaces available for cars and trucks. What would also be important to mention is that this rest area also offers green areas around it for animals to run around.

Unfortunately, the food was cold and you had to pay for the toilets, so that's where the fun at McDonald's ends

I've never seen such a dirty toilet and then you have to pay 1 euro for it. A urinal overflowed so you had to go through the pee, after washing your fingers you couldn't throw the paper towel into the trash can because it was overflowing. Constipation can happen at any time, but then you shouldn't be so impudent and charge money for using the toilet. But the full trash can showed that this toilet is rarely cleaned.

You're used to it being more expensive than "normal" on the motorway, but here it's €13, €2.26 for a liter of Super. When I checked the fuel app, the prices were €1.61, which is a whopping €0.65 expensive. To me this borders on usury and is just a rip off for me

Haven't been there for a long time...parking options very well explored. There will always be not enough for the trucks. Toilets at MC Donald are fine and sufficient. It will not and cannot be a hotel. 1 Mafk for peeing isn't bad, why do I get a token to offset if the soup hits again after a few km????

I am a truck driver. Excellent parking. Unfortunately I arrived on Saturday evening and had to park where I could. Toilets at €1 recoverable. Excellent shower for €3. Standard McDonald's restaurant

The food was different than usual at McDonald's, it didn't taste like usual.

Stopped there to go to the toilet. In the disabled toilet, the toilet seat was not attached and was just lying loosely. There was no toilet paper and the disinfectant was not replenished. The cabin obviously hasn't been cleaned for a while.

By German standards, this quite nice and well-kept inn was probably built recently

This place should be closed, the shower for drivers is a disaster, the toilets are even more messy, the entire McD restaurant is terrible, I don't know how you can order food here!?!? It's a MASTER I haven't seen such a run down and dirty place for a long time.....

Staff friendly, modern rest stop, the company Sanifair that runs the toilets is sued, there is no soap during the peak travel season and no service staff who clean the totally dirty toilets and want to collect money for it. Actually no star. Not a place where travelers can rest. Dirty around the trash baskets on 08/10/24 around 9:15 a.m. If you know that animals are clearing out the bins, you have to set up others. Other rest stops don't look like this. What do you have to pay €1 for if the toilets are dirty and no one cleans them.

McDonald's has a shower (3 euros). There is hot water, the shower itself is dirty, the water drain did not work well. There was no hot water in the washbasin. It also does not accept the card when trying to go to the toilet separately (cash only).

This place was a horrible experience. The food was disappointing (only McDonald's, no good German food). But that's not the worst: the toilets were beyond gross. 🤢 And you even need to pay 1 euro for that... Avoid this place and better stop elsewhere.

Unfortunately I have to confirm the previous reviews. Dirty toilets early at 8 a.m., no toilet paper, no soap. Answer from the McDonalds branch manager: There's nothing we can do about that. Never again!

A moment of rest while traveling and tasty dishes.

20 minutes waiting time for a burger menu, mayo was confused with ketchup, a disinterested service employee grinned when asked what the reason for the long waiting time was, fries were sometimes better and the burgers were carelessly slapped together. The toilets were also cleaner, paper towels and disinfectants were all there. Today a stop here is/was definitely not recommended.

I thought for a long time whether I should give 1 or 2 stars... I'll divide the stars like this... Shower 0 stars... I felt dirtier when I went in after the shower. Unfortunately there were also no options to put things away. I used the toilet for this. Had given notice about cleaning. Got an honest answer from the employees that Sanifair will come and clean the shower at some point. 2 stars for the nice friendly staff.

Clean, the food is like it is at McDonalds. However, I thought it was stupid that the heating was off and I found it relatively cold (definitely great in summer, but not when the outside temperature is 3 degrees.

I don't like cucumbers, I tried to unsubscribe from them for the first time at the terminal, it worked... great.

The toilets for both men and women are simply one thing: ANGRY! We've never seen anything like it, neither on the highway nor at McDonald's. The employees who were approached showed no reaction and did not respond. Maybe they didn't understand us (German language). Anyway, you shouldn't go in here...

Some of the toilets cannot be used, urine sticks to the floor & 4 toilets cannot be used at all! Remains of feces stick to the glasses and some urine also sticks to them. When you're in the cabin it smells like urine! I'm still paying for that...

With one of the most beautiful rest stops I was able to visit while traveling. Here you have a modern McDonald's, nice service station staff and clean toilets.

Unfortunately, there is a new instruction from the boss that only 1 Sanifairbon can be accepted per order. I have never had that at a rest stop and it annoys me.
