Parking space behind the building At the electric parking spaces, turn left around the building and walk with a walker very close to the restroom.

Unfriendly restroom staff. A child inserts two €1 coins, but due to technical problems, the barrier still doesn't rotate. Despite politely asking for the restroom to be opened once for another family member for free (since they paid twice), they are left standing there. Never again!

We're at the gas station with our baby and wanted to check the tire pressure. The attendant apparently can't seem to put a defect sign on the tire pressure monitor. He says he reported it this morning, so his job is done. Now we're driving with one flat tire. Great! For a device that's supposed to be used for driver safety training.

It's hard for truck drivers to get a spot.

Restaurant permanently closed. Restrooms are supervised, at least during the day. Parking is very limited. Be sure to stop beforehand. There's nothing here!

Friday, 6:30 PM and there are still spaces for trucks. Toilet, shower, water can be filled under the gas station. Shop within walking distance.

Unfortunately, it's not a good place to stop for a break. Garbage is overflowing from every bin. The restaurant is closed, so there's no snack bar. The only option is to stop at the gas station, but they only serve snacks and drinks.

The rest stop used to be a fairly clean rest area. However, its condition has deteriorated dramatically in recent years! The restrooms have gotten worse every year. I'm happy to pay €1 for a clean restroom, but what I found here this year was simply disgusting! It's a disgrace to even charge for something like that! The restrooms were out of order, the disinfection wasn't working, and the basins were blocked... This is unacceptable!

I like to stop at this parking lot before driving my dog into the Elbe Tunnel... Here she can relieve herself, and the owner can also use the clean restrooms. It costs €1, though. But I'm happy to pay that for a clean restroom.

As for me, it's cool. Toilets are clean, everything works, staff is nice. I recommend it.

Everything stinks and is broken. Charging money for this is a disgrace.

By far the most disgusting rest stop in the north. The restrooms stink so horribly of urine that you don't want to go in there. Then, for €1, everything inside is covered in piss and dirty. Skid marks in the bowls, as if a bear had just pulled you down. No soap for washing your hands, and then the disinfectant runs out. Outside, everything is littered with trash, and the food is probably already sitting there in the restaurant from the day before. Never again...

2.10 for a liter of diesel, but no windshield washer fluid, paper towels, or diesel gloves. If you stand at the checkout line for more than a minute, your clothes will stink of cigarette smoke.

The card reader in the toilets didn't work and the staff only shrugged in response. Luckily there were friendly guests who had coins to spare.

Unfortunately, we can't recommend this rest stop at all. The best part was the Sanifair restrooms and probably the fuel. An unfriendly employee in the cashier's office, coughing repeatedly, with his hand in front of his mouth. The restaurant was closed, and there were no snacks to eat on the go. It's rare to find such a bad rest stop.

Shower €4 (with Sanifair ticket - €3), hot water, clean shower, €20 deposit or passport required. The only thing was the clogged sewer, so 4⭐️, otherwise everything is fine!

Restaurant closed, one Sanifair barrier broken, the other keeps breaking when paying by card. Both soap dispensers broken. Catastrophe!

No options at all and incredibly expensive: 1 salami baguette, 1 crouton, and 2 small coffees for almost €20. It's unbelievable. I'm definitely not stopping here again, not even to pee, because the toilets in the women's restrooms rotate and do nothing but spread the dirt evenly. I've known this rest area for 17 years, but it wasn't like this before. We were here again on June 6, 2025, and my husband (who has a walking disability and uses a walker) wanted to use the accessible restroom. Despite repeated requests, the friendly employee actually refused to open it for us (he was standing outside the restroom smoking). He just kept jingling the key in my face. I must say, great service!!!!!! We then got back in the car empty-handed and drove to the next rest area, where my husband was allowed to use the accessible restroom. Never again Harburg Mountains

How can you close the restaurant? It's apparently not that important for the operator to make money, especially when so many short-term vacationers stop and want something to eat, and truck drivers are stranded because of the holiday...

A small parking lot for trucks at the entrance to Hamburg, in the toilets a strong smell of urine, about the shower...what can you say, dirty, a broken sink and very cold water. I told the boy at the house about the water, and continued to take 3ceuro and pass the key on.

We drove towards Rendsburg on September 23rd, 24 and wanted to have breakfast here, you can forget it. The condition only speaks English, and there was only sandwich and they were already old and inedible. It's a shame that I have to give one star here.

I think the rest stop and gas station are great, but not planning a shady spot in the huge parking lot shows the planner's inexperience!!! Especially since there are large areas covered with solar panels not far away. If not a tree, the paved area could (should have?) been shaded with such shade!

Good parking, there is almost always a place, shops nearby. 300 m to the bus stop to Hamburg. For those who want to go to the city: from 01/01/24 tickets are sold only online. We go to the hvv website. There we plot the route where we need to go (I went to the Hamburg City Hall), with a transfer. The ticket is calculated automatically. You can buy for 9 hours, or one way and then buy back. The price is the same. A one-way ticket means you can travel from your stop with any number of transfers, but you cannot go back. Expensive, expensive and more expensive. Which says it all for everyday use. If a normal bread roll is no longer even affordable with a Sanifair voucher (dry), then we have come very, very far in Germany. Hats off, that has a lot of flavor.

Worst rest stop I've ever seen! Although the SANIFAIR system is there, you have to pay one euro, everything is dirty. Every urge goes away. The snack bar next door wasn't any better! Unclean, air conditioning turned up to maximum, staff unfriendly. The best thing is the prices, a simple sandwich starts at 4.95 euros, currywurst with fries (small portion seen) 14.95 euros. No thanks, especially since hygiene is written in small letters.

It's unbelievable that anyone dares to take money to go to the toilet here. In principle you would have to get money for this. Women's toilet, same picture, everything adjusted and sorry but other words don't come close to covering it up.

A very positive experience on Saturday July 21st, 2024 around midday. Toilets clean and okay. Very friendly staff who really cared about us, whether we got the right food and even asked later if everything was okay. I found that really exceptionally nice. And that was really it. We had chicken nuggets with fries, freshly prepared, crispy fries and chicken were also tasty and not molded meat. The cafe crema, which you can make yourself, was also very good, strong and aromatic. Prices were also okay for a rest stop.

Dirty and the restaurant is overpriced for the dry food. People should shop and get gas or eat on the branch line.

Clean toilets. That's the only thing that deserves the stars. It is clear that a meal at a rest stop is more expensive than anywhere else. But here prices and performance don't match at all. There is only super unhealthy snack food, sweet muffins and wobbly sandwiches/filled baguettes. And at prices that will make your ears flap. Just keep driving with children on board! You'll even be happier at the nearby fast food restaurant with the golden seagull. Then you know what you're getting.

This place is partially recommended as a rest stop. The toilets are not always clean. The area is highly recommended for dogs.

You can get germs in the toilets :-( Pay money, no soap, no disinfectant, no paper, toilets full and clogged. You could only use 2 but only standing up. It was another try but Seevetal again next time

Paid 18 euro for deep fried pommes and schnitzel. I wish I could show you pictures. It looked nothing like the pictures displayed, there was no sauce as displayed. It was pommes with a schnitzel on top. There was no ketchup, had to get it from the Shop next door. It was free though No forks where available. when asking the young girl said "it's not my restaurant". I had to ask for my money back before she got more from the washer. Had to get a cola zero from the Shop next to it. The young girl attending the shop was walking back and forth between the restaurant and shop every 2 minutes. I I would drive to the next shop for food, I do not recommend this shop
