Ich besuche immer mal wieder die verschiedensten asiatischen Lokale in Bremen, die Sushi anbieten — doch war das Sushi von Tampopo eines der Besten, die ich je essen durfte. ❤️ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Ambiente war perfekt. An einem warmen Sommertag draußen sitzen zu können und in der ruhigen Umgebung den Tag ausklingen zu lassen war einfach perfekt. Und es ist super zu erreichen, da sie 4 direkt um die Ecke hält! Eine echte Empfehlung und ein verborgener Diamant in Bremen 💎

Ich liebe den Kundenservice, alle waren sehr nett. Das Essen war richtig gut und hat lecker geschmeckt. Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeiter respektvoll und freundlich sind. Außerdem mussten wir nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder. 5 Sterne!

Das Essen ist wunderbar – alles schmeckt frisch und lecker. Außerdem ist der Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Eine Freundin hatte Geburtstag, und wir haben als kleine Überraschung kostenlos Mochi bekommen. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und einladend. Auch preislich ist das Restaurant für Sushi wirklich fair – je nach Gericht liegt man etwa zwischen 10 und 20 Euro. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Ich kann das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Tonkatsu Cha Shu Ramen war lecker, aber nicht perfekt. Den Tee hätte ich länger ziehen lassen müssen. Mein Fehler... Etwas laut, wenn es voll ist, aber noch okayish. Service war okay. Deko etwas drüber für japanische Verhältnisse, aber gut - mal was anderes. Werde dort sicher nochmal essen und das Sushi probieren.

Bester Japaner in Bremen mit Abstand.

Was für ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis! Schon beim ersten Löffel war klar, dass hier mit viel Leidenschaft und Liebe zum Detail gekocht wird. Die Aromen waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, die Zutaten frisch und hochwertig, und die Präsentation des Gerichts war einfach beeindruckend. Jeder Bissen war ein Genuss und hat gezeigt, wie viel Können in der Küche steckt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den hervorragenden Service. Das Team war von Anfang bis Ende aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt, und jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Diese Kombination aus außergewöhnlichem Essen und erstklassigem Service macht den Besuch zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Ein Restaurant, das nicht nur Erwartungen erfüllt, sondern deutlich übertrifft. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 👏🍜🎉

Wir waren gestern im Tampopo in Bremen und hatten einen wirklich tollen Abend. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, haben wir mit etwas Glück noch einen Tisch bekommen. Da es sehr gut besucht war, würde ich eine Reservierung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Die Vorspeisen waren durchweg lecker. Besonders das Tempura Tofu hat mich total begeistert und war für mich das Highlight des Abends. Außerdem hatten wir noch Tempura Gemüse, Spicy Edamame und Gyoza - alles sehr lecker und perfekt zum Teilen. Als Hauptgericht hatte ich eine vegane Ramen, die ebenfalls richtig gut war. Schön aromatisch, sättigend und genau das Richtige für einen gemütlichen Abend. Dazu kommen ein sehr schönes Ambiente und ein super freundliches Team, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle Ramen-Fans - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Name ist Programm! Sehr schönes, authentisches Ambiente und gutes Essen. Der Service war auch ausgezeichnet. Wir sind eher zufällig darauf gestoßen, vor allem wegen des Namens und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Man sollte unbedingt reservieren.

Wir hatten ein tolles Erlebnis! Das Ramen war sehr lecker (und die Portionen riesig!), genauso wie die Gyoza. Wir kamen ziemlich spät an – um 14:50 Uhr, und die Küche schloss an diesem Tag um 15:00 Uhr, aber der Service war super und wir konnten trotzdem noch bestellen. Schade, dass man kein Leitungswasser für den Tisch bestellen konnte, aber das hat das Gesamterlebnis nicht getrübt. Wir saßen draußen und es war sehr angenehm im Schatten, obwohl es ein sehr heißer Tag war.

Positiv überrascht! Essen war super schnell da (um 21 Uhr gekommen und um 21:25 war schon alles da), der Service war echt klasse und alle Menschen die da gearbeitet haben super herzlich. Das Essen, vor allem das Sushi war wirklich super lecker!! Habe absolut nicht auszusetzen und empfehle es auf jeden fall!!

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi, das ich bisher in Europa gegessen habe. Und nein – das ist wirklich nicht übertrieben. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Qualität, Leidenschaft und Erfahrung gearbeitet wird. Alles extrem frisch, perfekt abgestimmt und auf einem Niveau, das man selbst in vielen gehypten Großstadt-Locations selten findet. Dazu ein unglaublich herzlicher Familienbetrieb mit einem Service, bei dem man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Alle sprechen perfekt Deutsch, was gerade im Ausland super angenehm ist. Man merkt einfach, dass hier noch Wert auf echte Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Wer gutes Sushi liebt, sollte diesen Ort definitiv nicht verpassen.

Ambiente ist gut, der Laden jedoch sehr klein. Die Küche ist sehr gut und die Bedienung aufmerksam und sehr nett. Ich kommme gerne wieder😊

Aktualisierung 2026 Es scheint einen neuen Besitzer zu geben, der die Karte nicht übernommen hat. Damit geht der Zauber verloren. _--------------------- Schöner Laden, unfassbar nette Bedienung und das Essen....was soll ich sagen. Das passieren Sachen im Mund, nicht zu fassen. Japan und Peru klingt komisch, ist aber eine unbeschreibliche Geschmacksexplosion. Wunderbarer Laden, wir kommen gern wieder....und wieder und wieder 😅

Super leckeres Essen! Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Ambiente ist sehr cozy und gehoben und die Auswahl ist auch mehr als groß. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein ausgesprochen zuvorkommender Service, Tonkatsu- Ramen hat mich nach Japan versetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dieses Restaurant ist zweifellos meine Nummer 1 was Japanische Küche angeht. Die Ramen schmecken hoch qualitativ die Brühe hat einen wunderbaren Umami Geschmack. Das Sushi ist frisch und Handgemacht. Dazu sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls fantastisch und ruhig. Dieses Restaurant verdient es also definitiv als Exquisit betitelt zu werden.

Die beste Ramensuppe außerhalb Japans! Wer glaubt, authentische Ramen gibt es nur in Japan, liegt weit daneben. Weltweit haben sich Ramen-Küchen etabliert, die dem japanischen Original in Qualität und Seele kaum nachstehen. Meine absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung und tolles Essen

Sehr guter und schneller Service! Ich habe Hühner-Ramen und eine spezielle Sushi-Rolle zum Teilen bestellt, und beides war sehr lecker. Ich bin allerdings kein Experte für asiatisches Essen.

Die besten Sushi in Bremen, früher habe ich hier auch Ramen probiert, war ebenfalls lecker. Leider nur sehr kalt drinne :(

Das Ramen ist fantastisch. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen. Wer einen bequemen Tisch möchte, sollte am besten im Voraus reservieren.

A very nice restaurant with great food. I went there spontaneously, which wasn't a problem at all. The ramen soup with chicken gyoza as a starter was very, very good. And afterwards, I got a complimentary espresso. What more could you want?

I went to Tampopo Ramen and Sushi yesterday and I was absolutely thrilled! The restaurant had a very modern design and a cool street food vibe. I especially loved the Green Dragon Rolls – a dream for any sushi lover! The fried sushi was also incredibly tasty and a great addition. I'll definitely be back to try the ramen too! Highly recommended!

Very, very tasty sushi, fresh and perfectly flavorful! Very friendly and attentive service. A glass of rice wine was included on the house at the end! ;-) Certainly not our last time there.

In short: 5 stars for food, service and ambience. We came spontaneously without a reservation. There were two of us. We deliberately chose to sit at the counter table facing the window. We ordered edamame, ramen and several sushi. There seem to have been new operators for about 8 months. We can't compare it to the old operator because we visited it for the first time today. A family business it seems to us. Before we asked about this, there was a sequence between the operator and her son. This loving coming together reminded me of the sequence in Ratatouille (Disney film). The food, especially the ramen and sushi, were worth every cent. It was delicious and, in my opinion, unique. The young man as a waiter is very likeable, you can tell that he started working in the catering industry at short notice. This is not to be interpreted negatively, but rather how much talent and empathy he brings with him to welcome the guests. We wish you as a family and family business all the best. We'll be having dinner with the family soon. Thanks.

Ordered: Spicy Tuna Roll - we actually found it too boring. We wouldn't order again. Price 9.90 euros. Cha Shu Ramen Miso - was good, the noodles were very tasty. We would order again. Price 14.50 euros. Special Ramen Tantan - was good, the noodles were very tasty. It's a shame that the shrimp and salmon are fried and not directly in the soup (not fried, of course). Maybe that can still be introduced. If they introduced it unfried, I would order it again. But of course it says on the menu that both things are fried. Price 15.50 euros. Conclusion: We would come back to try other dishes. The prices are reasonable. 4 stars - there is more. ;-)

We were there for the first time, not the last time. We had a seat further back. The shop is beautifully decorated. Not too much decoration. Food took a while and always came piece by piece! So very pleasant for us. Since there is a delivery service, it takes a little longer! Great food, very tasty!!!

I recently visited this ramen shop and was absolutely thrilled! The atmosphere is cozy and authentic, the staff friendly and attentive. But the highlight was definitely the tonkotsu ramen. The broth was incredibly rich, creamy, and full of flavor—just as a true tonkotsu should be. The noodles had the perfect consistency, the chashu meat was tender and flavorful, and the toppings rounded it all off perfectly. A very good 8.7-8.8 out of 10. If you're looking for a first-class ramen experience, you shouldn't miss this shop. I'll definitely be back!

A family-run, very quiet restaurant. It's incredibly busy and a lot of people come to pick up their takeaways, but the relaxed, quiet music and the good atmosphere ensure that you still feel comfortable. We had a place with a view of the kitchen. Very nice. I found the sushi variations interesting, there were not only the classics but also unusual ones. My absolute favorite was a crunchy avocado sushi with an aromatic strawberry on top. At the end there is always a drink on the house. Recommended!

Wonderful place to enjoy delicious ramen. The tonkotsu ramen was very hearty and a really big portion. The service was attentive and friendly and at the end there was even a sake on the house. Absolutely recommended.

The food at Tampopo is simply great! Rarely have I eaten such good fusion cuisine. The sushi is creatively prepared and tastes great, especially the ramen and the Japanese tapas dishes are incredibly delicious. The team spreads a good atmosphere and is very service-oriented.

Unfortunately on Valentine's Day the delivery time of >2 hours was unacceptable for "delivery as quickly as possible". If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered here.

Small, authentic Japanese restaurant. We had three starters, main courses and desserts with drinks for €125. Everything was prepared fresh and quickly, even though the shop was full. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

I thought yesterday evening there was really great! The atmosphere is very nice and quiet, the staff is very friendly - we were told at the beginning that we should order using the QR code at the table, which makes it super easy for everyone - and the food was brought to the table quickly - I think we waited maybe 20 minutes or so - and it was delicious! Can really recommend it!

The food is first class. Rarely have I eaten such delicious, freshly caught salmon. I don't eat caviar, but that was great too. My friends reported perfect noodle soup. In terms of cuisine, no star can be deducted here. Not in terms of price either. However, there is the drawback of the extremely hectic boss, the kitchen cannot be missed from the high tables and it is cold to the feet when the door is open, which is almost always the case. A vestibule would be recommended. Customers can also pick up the food. The annoyance of Schwachhausen's upper class audience is annoying to hear when these customers pick up their food 1.5 meters from the dining table. Normally there would be no deduction for this, but the ambience can definitely be improved. Nevertheless, very happy again. Great food, very nice service. The problem is the customers hahaha.
