Best ramen shop in Nuremberg city center, If you can't tolerate glutamate, you've come to the right place! No glutamate We go home happy every time. Great appetizers and the frames or rice bowls are plentiful. We would like to have a rice noodle as an alternative choice, but you can also find something here for those with gluten intolerance. Veggie is also on offer. All around great store!

I didn't expect their overpriced ramen to be this bad, since the reviews seem to be good. And by bad I mean the broth was bland and flavorless. It seemed to have failed to contain even basic salt and spices. I usually enjoy the taste of vegetables in a soup, since they add natural flavor but the vegetables in their ramen did not taste like anything. Also they add only two(!) small pieces of chicken (which also did not taste like anything) and call it chicken ramen. The noodles were fine, but that's just 1 cent noodles. It seems like the owner is trying to save at any cost just to cover the rent of having a tiny restaurant near the center of Munich. Don't be fooled by the boho chic and the somewhat Japanese feel of the place. Would not recommend to anyone who loves ramen and happens to be in Munich. P.S. I had one of their "normal" chicken ramen without a soft-boiled egg and not their signature ramen which was sold out for the day. Also I didn't have to wait in a queue, it was relatively empty at dinner time.

The Shoyu ramen with extra egg is my favorite. The Edamame is suggested as side dish.

Definitely overpriced (€40 for a ramen and a vegan curry excluding the drink), the vegan dishes don't have the right protein balance (if you want eggs or tofu you have to order them separately), the topping is really poor, the quality doesn't even seem excellent and the fried food was nauseating. Three stars only because they also focus on vegan dishes. Sin.

Fantastic ramen, disappointing service, and high prices. Compared to the original menu, the chicken and vegan options are a bit disappointing, especially since they only offer limited portions (30 to be exact) of their two special ramen a day. The ramen themselves were delicious. The broths had a deep, rich flavor, the teriyaki chicken was tender, and the egg was perfectly cooked. The takoyaki balls were also well executed, crispy fried to perfection with a chewy interior and a combination of three sauces. The service, while polite, was very slow, inefficient, and not professionally trained. The prices are quite high, at 16+€ for a bowl of ramen. Overall, this franchise would benefit from visiting the original Takumi in Düsseldorf. That restaurant is run like a well oiled machine, taking efficiency and table turnover to the maximum.

Do not sleep on this place. I ordered the Veggie Kakiage Curry (which is also vegan) and it was some of the best tempura I’ve ever had (including while I was in Japan). It’s labelled as one spicy level but I’d say it’s pretty minimal and just gives it a good kick. Partner ordered the karaage which was equally delicious. If I were local I’d be here trying everything.

Ordered a large Kirin beer. Wasn't really cold. But the waitress/GL didn't want to accept that. “The beer is cold.” I then finished drinking the beer warm. A pity.

In addition to the great food, the service is outstanding. Today I found out that the always (!) incredibly friendly and helpful employee is called Marco. The tirelessly good mood on his part is more than contagious and what has happened here deserves great praise. :)

I used to go to Takumi almost every week (as a couple or even three people). Unfortunately the prices have gone up and at the same time the meat has become less so that it is no longer worth it for me. Too many noodles (even if they are good) compared to the rest. The dishes are very good, but as the saying goes, “everything used to be better”. Unfortunately, the quality has decreased and the price has increased. In these times this may be necessary for a restaurant, but it's a shame. It's worth it to be there, but unfortunately they lost me (or us) as a regular guest.

Very good soups, I would like to come back again

Anyone who comes here knows exactly what to expect. That's why people wait patiently until a place is available. Even if the seats are tight and the atmosphere is not at all Japanese. People come because of the soup and because of the friendly service. And they're worth it :-)

I had a good experience with Takumi Münster on a business trip (I ate there two days in a row). That's why I wanted to test Takumi Munich. Compared to Münster, this Takumi Munich is not worth visiting. 👎🏼 Ramen: the taste was so-so. There were just too few vegetables (only one piece of green vegetable and few bean sprouts). For almost 20 euros, the dish is not worth it. I ordered the (almost) same dish: Tan Tan Men. In Münster you get a lot of green vegetables and bean sprouts in a ramen. The taste is also different. 👎🏼 Service: the service is far from friendly. Compared to Münster they are nothing. You just work like a robot. 👎🏼 Atmosphere: the seats are very tight. That was my first and last visit. Rather go to other better Japanese restaurants.

Waiters dart through the aisle to quickly bring the hot food to the guest. If you're unlucky, you'll have to wait a bit as reservations aren't possible. Don't forget to take your card or smartphone with you, as cash payments are not possible. Casual and friendly atmosphere. I've tried a lot of vegetarian ramen all over Germany and this shop makes it into my top 3. 🍜 Clear recommendation!

Decent ramen restaurant with a variety of options. For me the noodles was a little bit soft and the broth was flavourful but slightly salty and I prefer my broth staying warm for longer. Staffs were friendly but our food did take around 45 mins to be available (restaurant was busy though)

Small shop, no reservations possible but like in Japan you can wait and it usually goes quickly. Ramen and side dishes were very tasty but also relatively expensive. Nice staff, special requests are also taken into account. Vegan options and various soups. Large portions and to-go boxes are also available. I would go there again despite the expensive prices :)

Absolutely delicious ramen via delivery service. Had all the elements for a great ramen experience and the broth was amazingly rich and delicious. Will definitely be popping in for a meal in-house in the future.

Yes, yes, yes, it’s delicious and everyone knows about this place... the choice is huge, they say the ramen is delicious... I’m not sure of 100% authenticity, but it’s tasty and the service is good. I can recommend it, and I wouldn’t mind dropping in sometimes, but there’s a queue! Popular place!)

Really nice place, it feels like entering a place in Japan and the staff is super friendly. The guy who served me also spoke English and was super friendly and accommodating. The ramen is really great, fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. I went on a Monday for lunch and it wasn't too crowded. I will gladly return if I happen to be in Munich again, highly recommended!

The tables are completely full. If you want to eat here for three, you wait forever. Groups with an even number of guests are always allowed in.

Business is good! The service was very poor. We waited in line for more than half an hour. There were three of us, but the waiter came out and said there was a table for 4 people inside. Instead, he invited the four people at the back to go in and skipped the three people at the front of us. We felt very uncomfortable. fair! ! I was very confused and went in to argue with the waiter. It was unfair to us who were in the front. They said that the business was too busy and they didn't have time to pay attention to who was at the front. They also asked us if we would like to sit in a seat for two people. . People are called according to the available seats. It doesn't mean whoever is at the front of the line will get ramen. After waiting in line for half an hour, it all depends on luck. Feeling aggrieved, we just rubbed our noses and walked away. Such unfair treatment, no matter how delicious it is, is not worth waiting for!

The Takumi Chicken & Vegan at the Viktualienmarkt in Munich simply has the tastiest ramen! The flavors are perfectly balanced and the noodles are wonderfully al dente. An absolute must for all ramen lovers!

I tried the Mala Paitan Ramen and they were seriously so delicious. The service was also super friendly and the store itself is super cozy and small. I will definitely come back and try the ramen. Thank you for the delicious food.

As I expected from any Takumi, EXCELLENT. Very good price quality. I had the gyozas and the Chicken Miso Rame. The silky and tasty noodles. The broth is soft but with body and flavor. Fresh vegetables and the perfect, juicy chicken. Fast and effective service. Friendly and smiling waiters. The place itself is nothing special. But it fulfills its function perfectly and most importantly, it is clean. Even the men's bathroom smells good and is very clean. The perfect place to eat daily. Would I go back? Without hesitation. A 10.

Really good ramen, the best out of all the Takumi locations in Munich. Fried chicken appetizer also delicious. Queueing is normal for such a small restaurant. We were 3 and waited outside 20 minutes on a Friday night for dinner. Service was good considering how busy and short staffed they are. They were super friendly and the food was great - as usual.

Takumi is a highly recommended ramen bar in the heart of Munich. No matter whether miso ramen or tonkatsu ramen - there is the right soup for everyone. Since you can't make a reservation, expect a bit of a wait at peak times. But it's worth every minute!

Incredibly delicious ramen in a central location. The prices are really fair for Munich and the portions are more than sufficient. Reservations are not possible, so you may have to wait for a seat. The ambience is more reminiscent of a snack bar and doesn't invite you to linger for a long time. However, there are two points of criticism: it could be noted on the card that it contains coriander (by now it should be known that for many people it simply tastes like soap) and cash payment is not possible - that's just such an absurdity in my opinion like not offering card payments.

Just a great ramen shop, everything tastes delicious and the people are super nice. Price-wise, everything is totally okay. One of my favorite restaurants in Munich.

I like the vegan options of ramen here. I've been here several times and this place is easily my favourite ramen place.

Nice place to eat ramen. No reservation possible. There were three of us and we got a place. The atmosphere is more of a fast food restaurant atmosphere. You eat and walk. The food fills you up and tastes good. Portions are large.

Good Ramen and..? (Expectations vs. reality partly fullfilled) Btw you can only pay with card here. There were two of us there. We had to wait around 15 min (on a mondayevening) and were seated at a lower sidetable (I know this is how it is in Japan a lot, but I prefer a full table and chairs with a backrest. Our food was good, but actually I was a bit more hyped before. Unfortunately the tofu was out of stock and I could not order what I want. And 20€/ramen is also kind a word. Nevertheless it is tasty and you don’t do anything wrong by going there. The stuff is superfriendly and we had a good time.

We're probably at Takumi's once a week. The ramen we always take is super tasty and generously filled, which is only fair given the price of €17.5 (Tan Tan Men, miso ramen with egg). The menus were recently changed (unfortunately!). However, you can still find enough ramen that tastes great Service is very quick and courteous.

It's amazing what you can find in Munich. The food is excellent and only recommended. It's best to get there early, otherwise you'll end up queuing outside.

The best ramen place in Munich! Very original and tasty dish – service also very warm. Rule of thumb: you can't make a reservation. Especially with larger groups you have to wait a bit... but the food makes up for it.

Favourite place in the city for Vegan Ramen.

I know Takumi from Düsseldorf, you have to expect it to be very crowded here too. There were two of us and we didn't have a reservation, so we waited until seats became available. The food was delicious and didn't disappoint! Service was friendly and nice.

The choice of ramen is great and level of spiciness simply spot on. We arrived late as a group of 4 and were nonetheless accommodated. The service personnel were courteous and gave us a beer while waiting for a table. The food is freshly prepared and has an authentic taste. I would go back in a flash. The restaurant itself is nice, although a little cramped; however, this isn’t in any way off-putting.

We just love the ramen (we always take the special miso ramen) but maybe we should consider a different dish next time since it’s quite expensive - but it’s just too good:) also the Gyoza are super delicious. The staff is nice but don’t expect much of conversation - they are super busy!

Das beste Ramen in München! Vorallem die vegetarische Brühe ist sehr voll im Geschmack und sehr lecker. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber am allerbesten sind diese wunderbaren Ramen, aber auch die anderen Köstlichkeiten wie Gyoza und Kimchi. Das Kirin kommt nicht aus der Flasche, sondern ist frisch gezapft. Ich kann nur empfehlen und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sind dort ohne Reservierung hin & haben nach ca. 10 Minuten einen Sitzplatz bekommen. Das Trinken & Essen kamen sehr zügig & sind dort nahezu den ganzen Abend sitzen geblieben & wurden sehr nett bedient. Leider fanden wir das Ambiente nicht so gut, es war alles sehr eng aneinander gereiht und man hat des öfteren ungewollt Körperkontakt gehabt. Die Preise waren schon eher teuer für ein Ramen-Essen, aber auf Hinblick der Münchner Preise noch im Rahmen. Haben zu 2. ca. 60€ gezahlt mit einer Vorspeise, Getränken, und Hauptspeise.

Die besten ramen in der Stadt! Kein anderer kommt da ran. Bin schon seit der Eröffnung da und liebe die vegetarischen ramen dort. Ebenso sind die Vorspeisen super! Es ist leider schon ziemlich teuer aber wenn man nicht sooft dort isst geht es und ist etwas exklusives. Beim Ambiente habe ich nur 3 Sterne vergeben, da es mittlerweile (besonders am Wochenende abends) vollkommen überlaufen ist und dafür das Lokal schon zu eng geworden ist. Ich weiß nicht wieso die Besucher immer so rumbrüllen müssen, aber die Lautstärke ist kaum zum aushalten. Mittlerweile gehe ich rein, esse und trinke und verschwinde dann wieder möglichst schnell, weil man sich dort kaum unterhalten kann! Aber dafür könnt ihr nix. Wäre toll wenn es in Freising solche tollen ramen Suppen geben würde!

Wir hatten die Tan Tan Men - unser Favorit bei Takumi. Es war gut, aber der Brühe fehlte der gewisse Kick den ich von den Takumis in Düsseldorf sowie vom Umaimon in Amsterdam kenne. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht - interessante Struktur mit dem langen Raum. Personal ist freundlich. Wartende Gäste sitzen direkt hinter einem im Eingangsbereich.

Kleines Ramen-Restaurant im Herzen von München. Die Speisekarte bietet eine sehr große Auswahl an veganen Ramen mit verschiedenen Brühen sowie diversen Side Dishes. Das Ambiente ist soweit in Ordnung, lädt aber nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein. Das Essen ist definitiv sehr lecker und ein super Platz in München, wenn schnell ein paar vegane Ramen zu genießen. Allerdings ist der Preis dafür auch nicht ganz günstig. Service 5/5 Ambiente 3/5 vegane Auswahl 4/5 Geschmack 4,5/5 Preis 3,5/5

Más expectativa que realidad , no recomiendo el lugar que es famoso por medio de redes sociales . donde se hacen colas infinitas y las mesas están vacías , exigen solo pagar en tarjeta de crédito y su máquina no funciona , no hay internet en el lugar si eres extranjero el menú solo en alemán, la sopa 🍜 no fue gran cosa estaba fría .

GREAT Ramen place with rich, creamy, fun flavours. I prefer it somehow to the other Takumi store in Munich, the more obvious reason being the wide choice of vegetarian and vegan Ramen options. I never had any food that was less than stellar, and it's always a treat to go there. The place tends to be busy so be ready to wait in line for a few minutes. The staff is also very kind, fast, and overall amazing given how busy it is. Love the place!

Takumi’s ramen is always delicious, but this location didn’t have the typical Takumi interior decor, which is usually full of vibrant lights and posters, and warm-toned (this is the case in their Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and Milan restaurants, all of which I have eaten at before). It’s still 100% worth coming for the food, but I feel like the decoration and vibe could be improved on! Our waiters were very kind though.

Beste Ramen. Tonkutsu leider nur 30 Portionen am Tag. Die Signature Ramen war aber auch sehr okay ;-)
