Takara Sushi & Grill in Fulda

Takara does not focus on price, but on food: taste, variety and customer satisfaction. I think the Takara restaurant is an enrichment for the city of Fulda. By the way, I'm a fan of the "all you can eat" offer :))

We had the all you can eat in the evening and unfortunately it wasn't tasty. Many orders simply weren't delivered and it took around 10-15 minutes for something to arrive. Sushi was very dry and not edible and the portions were very small. The staff were very friendly, but we won't eat here again.

Very accommodating, friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food and lots of choice. Fast cuisine and clean tables and cutlery. Everything fine.

The two of us were there spontaneously on a Friday evening. Personally, I find this futuristic atmosphere to be something different. The robot thing is a funny gimmick that goes with it. We only managed 5 out of 10 laps and were pretty full. Something for everyone. The price is also right for us for this large selection. If you don't necessarily want to be asked by a waiter every few minutes, this is the right place for you, as you order via a tablet. We think the concept is very good.

The facility is great. But I came to eat sushi. In the morning he didn't like his dinner.

I had made a reservation in the morning for 7:30 p.m. in the evening and when we were standing in front of the store at 7:20 p.m. my reservation was lost. The store was crowded and all the guests were standing in line. When I asked by phone whether we would have to wait, despite having a reservation, I was hung up on. The orchid became it that evening!

Simply horror! We reserved a table at 8pm and had to wait 30 minutes. We were then seated at a dirty table and had to wait ages for cutlery and drinks to arrive. And even after 50 minutes of waiting for the food, only small parts like “edamame” or “spring rolls” arrived. After waiting even longer, no sushi came. When the sushi came, we were horrified to see a hair in the sushi. Simply disgusting! The order slips were also left on the plate the whole time, which I find super unhygienic. NEVER AGAIN!!!

A great restaurant for all you can eat, orders are placed via tablet. There is a cute robot that delivers the orders to the guests' tables.

Actually zero stars but that's not possible We did 7 out of 10 rounds but after 7 we had to leave because they had a lunch break but didn't inform us

I expected a lot from this place but was only disappointed! The lamb was not cooked well and looked very disgusting. Staff very unfriendly and incompetent, I absolutely do not recommend you!!!

Unfortunately, the quality and speed of service in this restaurant have declined significantly. The design of the restaurant is attractive and successful, but the quality of the food is no longer satisfactory. Often the food arrives cold or orders are forgotten or delivered late. The sushi is still very good, but the other dishes have lost quality. The staff sometimes seems overwhelmed and stressed. A special feature is the waiter robot. Overall, the quality of the restaurant has unfortunately deteriorated and I will no longer enjoy visiting it as much as I used to.

The food was good, but the seats and plates were not clean and had small pieces of lint or even crumbs on them. It took about 15 minutes to get served, even though we were there early and there wasn't much going on. When we said we wanted to pay it took another 15 minutes. Compared to competitors, the individual prices are more expensive, but you get points for one All you can eat option.

We love takara. Very tasty sushi and food. Very nice owner and service. However, recently it has been taking a long time for the order to arrive or it has been canceled altogether

I'm there for the first time with my beloved wife and best friend, everything from the location to the food was perfect. We will definitely go here again.

Everything was as good as ever today, incredibly relaxing without screaming and noisy toddlers with their helicopter parents.

You know what to expect from an all u can eat and you won't be disappointed

Lots of choice. Most of it tastes good. However, with many dishes you notice that the concept is based on “mass”, which sometimes affects the quality. Also, the prices are a bit high.

I generally think the system for ordering food and drinks with a tablet is good, but unfortunately it didn't work well for us this time. The first order was only partially served and was completely cold, including the fried things. About 50 minutes later and 2 orders later, I pointed out to a service person that we were missing dishes, whereupon she brought the soup, which I actually wanted as a starter, and the fried noodles from the kitchen and then served them hot. Unfortunately it was the only hot thing that day. We were also not impressed by the quality of the food on offer. It seems as if the premise here is maximum profit with minimal use of goods. It's a shame actually.

Here you can get the best sushi in the region. We always enjoy coming here. After moving and renovating, we were back for the first time and were thrilled. It's become really fancy and the food is still delicious. We'll definitely be back.

A lovely restaurant and great food. Highly recommended. However, there is a minus star because some dishes were missing from our rounds of ordering and only came to the table in the next rounds. Otherwise price performance - top And the service robot is super funny when it brings your food to the table.

Very good food and very good service. We really liked that you could order lots of little things throughout the evening. The prices are also absolutely reasonable. It's also an experience with children, as the food comes quite quickly and you don't have to wait too long and there's plenty to look at.

It doesn't taste good, it's not worth the money

The two of us had the all-you-can-eat offer, which is bombastic for the price and the amount you can theoretically order. The sushi is absolutely solid, not incredibly outstanding, but still good. The other dishes we tried (meat, soup, dessert) were also good and very good. The prices for drinks are also fair. The robot that serves some of the food is also very cute. Negative: the ordered parts from the rounds sometimes arrived much later (when we had already ordered the next round and the round after that) and unfortunately sometimes not at all. We didn't think it was that bad since we didn't order 50 portions per person anyway, but it still shouldn't happen all the time.

We were there with 6 adults and two children. Unfortunately our order was missing a few clicks. Unfortunately, these were only delivered after three requests. Otherwise everything was great! We enjoyed the food. The restaurant was stylishly decorated. The toilets were sour. We'd love to come back I have a little suggestion. For the toilets, perhaps a children's toilet seat and a small step for the little ones so that they can reach the sink

Sushi and dessert were ok, The rest is very mediocre. The robot was quite funny, but some of what was ordered never arrived at AllYouCanEat. But it was very clean

It's pretty full there. The food is okay but not really special. But the price-performance ratio is definitely justified. You can eat as much as you want for €17 from a good selection of dishes.

What a restaurant..obviously the employees are definitely minimum wage. Sweatpants and music plugs in your ears. The concept of combining high-tech with food is working. The food we ordered came exactly and relatively quickly. 👍 It's scary that there's a robot driving around, an "employee" who has to be paid even less. Everyone has to form their own opinion. The food itself was just average at best, but for the price...for me. The components of the sushi were anything but fresh, the fish and chicken were already dried out. The chicken wings were completely tasteless. The fried vegetables were just lukewarm. The noodles were actually the best. But that was it. Oh...and the friend was great. :-) And in the store itself, everything was overcrowded and geared towards mass sales. At least at lunchtime when we were there. The waitresses really walked kilometers. There were three of us there, but we definitely won't be coming back.

The food is still good, but nothing special anymore. It was better at the old address, especially in terms of the atmosphere - unfortunately that has been completely lost since the move! Too modern, but no flair. The theme seems to be space, but what has that got in the sushi restaurant?! In my opinion there are better addresses in Fulda. The service was good, friendly and quick, the food was good but a bit too expensive for what was on offer.

We visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday afternoon. There were few people there, only a few tables with visitors. We ordered sushi because we love it very much and it was scary that there was a fish bone in it. That's very bad. We won't be coming back.

We always have lunch there with our son then it's not that busy...always take all you can eat and are super happy with the best sushi and my son thinks the robot 🤖 is cool...he still eats for free I think it's great Age.

The best sushi in Fulda, always tastes fresh whether ordered or eaten in the restaurant. It's best to reserve a place. The staff are very friendly and will explain the menu if necessary.

Excellent service and plentiful food.

The spatial sound resembles a train station hall. Some guests are ruthless in their efforts to let the entire restaurant participate in their conversations. You can see other guests talking, but you can't hear them. Orders are placed via tablet and delivered very quickly. The staff comes to the table every now and then and asks if everything is OK.

Very tasty and good atmosphere. The price of the evening buffet is definitely justified. Order via tablet and the robot delivers. Very friendly staff and everything was clean and tidy!

An excellent restaurant that focuses not only on profit, but also on achieving maximum customer satisfaction. Reasons to keep coming back: 1. You are welcomed warmly and friendly and shown to the table. 2. The boss also works according to the “hands on mentality” 3. All staff serve on a professional basis. 4. When ordering, the order is almost read from your lips. Definite recommendation for everyone, because everyone will find something to fill them up here!

The sushi wasn't tasty. The eel was bad, tuna was out. The omelette was not fresh but a finished product. The sushi rice was weak and bland. The staff, however, was extremely great and friendly. Unfortunately I have to say that I won't be going there again. The local competition isn't that great in terms of staff, but the sushi is better there.

A disaster on Saturday evening. The restaurant was full which made it incredibly loud; It was almost impossible to have a conversation at the table without shouting. The staff was overwhelmed, hectic and unfriendly. Some of the food we ordered didn't come. The food that was brought by the waitress was thrown onto the table carelessly and without a glance at the guest. We think the robot is a disaster from a hygiene perspective - it drives past countless tables and delivers to other tables before you get your own food. With some of the dishes we had the impression that they were ready-made products. With some dishes you could clearly see the time pressure involved in preparing them. The price is also significantly too high.

So I was there for the first and last time. Once and never again. You don't get what was presented to you visually. You only get 1% of what you would have expected. After loading you just get diarrhea in the truest sense of the word. Think twice about entering this store.

We were there in the evening for all you can eat. The portions were each freshly prepared and then brought to the table. The food was without exception delicious. A special highlight is the little robot that brings the food. I can absolutely recommend the restaurant in terms of quality, quantity, service and friendliness.

The atmosphere is very modern and I really like it. That was the real reason why we decided to do it. The concept is copied from the original Okinii. The food was really bad. Really, it all tasted like it had been bought at Netto and grilled. Very poor food quality. Brown avocados, sushi that sat on the counter for 40 minutes before it was served. The Goyza tasted like the frozen things from Lidl. But the hardness was simply the sweet and sour sauce that was 100% from a cheap discount store! So man...how can you serve something so bad? Fried rice or noodles were edible, but my grandma, who knows very little about Asian culture, would have done it better! After eating I wanted to go to the toilet and even in the restaurant, from my city, after a drinking spree looks cleaner. Why was the floor so sticky? No toilet paper and this hand dryer didn't work either. Drank 4 cocktails that apparently were supposed to contain alcohol. Didn't taste like alcohol at all. Then I blew in the car and lo and behold 0.0 display... Just completely screwed. Anyone who has any knowledge of Asian cuisine should stay away from it, plus it was just so expensive for canned quality.

Delicious food and great service. You get a tablet which you use to order. Food arrived pretty quick, even with a packed restaurant. We're absolutely coming back.

I was there to buy a voucher, but didn't eat there myself. The atmosphere is very nice and very friendly staff. I was even offered a place to wait for the voucher. The restaurant was very busy, only a few seats left. I think it would be better to make a reservation.

Insanely good value for money. On a Saturday evening when there wasn't a single seat available, everything went quickly and routinely. The orders arrived quickly and the food tasted excellent. 2.5 hours of non-stop eating at this level for €26.50 per person is hard to beat. By the way, the concept is both sustainable and smart.

All You Can Eat Sushi ist einfach mega. Top Auswahl, super lecker, flotte Bedienung. Es gibt am Essen nichts auszusetzen, wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Wirklich seit langem nicht mehr so schlecht Sushi gegessen. Waren 7 Personen und das Essen von mehreren kam einfach vor den Getränken. Das restliche Essen kam dann mit 20 Minuten Zeitunterschied. Das heißt teilweise waren Leute schon fertig bevor die anderen überhaupt angefangen haben. Sushi durchschnittlich und trocken, nichts besonderes. Das Geld absolut nicht wert. Da kann man in Fulda auf jedenfall besser Sushi essen gehen.

Das Restaurant war komplett voll, wir haben all you can eat bestellt. Leider gab es kein System was uns schon gebracht wurde und was nicht. Wir sind dann auf a la carte umgestiegen weil es einfach keinen Sinn gemacht hat, wenn man über 50 Minuten auf seine Bestellung warten muss und zwischen durch eine Schale gebratener Reis kommt. Das a la carte Essen war gut und kam schnell. Ich würde mir wünschen das man einfach ehrlich ist, wenn das lokal so voll ist,das man kein all you can eat anbieten kann weil es logistisch anscheinend nicht möglich ist.

Haben mir was zum Mitnehmen geholt: Sushi ist komplett zerfallen und war trocken. Das Sashimi war noch komplett gefroren als ich zu Hause war. Generell nicht gut geschmeckt.

Wir haben ganz Spontan mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienungen war super höflich und im Umgang mit den Kindern einfach wunderbar. Das Essen war warm und kam zügig an den Tisch. An keinem der bestellten Speisen gab es etwas auszusetzen. Das Sushi, die Muscheln und das Fleisch waren genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Art Deco vom Feinsten. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und die Auswahl gross. Wir hatten -All you can eat-, 5 Runden mehr ging nicht, war super satt. Man bestellt über Tablett seine "Runde", nach einer Wartezeit, dann die nächste....Getränke extra - sehr empfehlenswert

Nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Essen!

Nun, ich muss sagen, als ich die Außenseite des Restaurants gesehen habe, war ich etwas skeptisch, jedoch soll man ja ein Buch nicht nach dem Cover bewerten, und dieser Spruch trifft hier definitiv zu. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in schwarzen und dunkelblauen Tönen mit goldenen Akzenten gestaltet, und durch die Weise wie das Licht mit eingebracht wird, ist es wahrhaftig ein sehr schönes Etablissement. Der Service ist zweifellos ausgezeichnet, obwohl teilweise einige mindere Bestellungen nicht ankommen. Dies kommt aber nur vereinzelt voll und lenkt nicht vom Ereignis ab. Nun zum wichtigsten, das Essen. Das Sushi ist mit sehr hoher Qualität hergestellt und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Man kann die verschiedenen Gerichte ohne Zweifel mit dem Essen aus dem Land der aufgehenden Sonne vergleichen. Dieses Erlebnis ist für den niedrigen Preis von 14,80€ unschlagbar.

Das Sushi ist OK aber der neue Preis ist zu hoch für dass was man bekommt. Die Sushi bestehen aus sehr viel Reis.

Ich war am Samstag Abend das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Wir haben alle (5 Personen) „all you can eat“ gegessen. Man bestellt seine Speisen über ein Tablett, alles ist durch Bilder und Beschreibung sehr übersichtlich. Ich habe mich sogar an Sushi probiert und war sehr überrascht 😋 Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Preis für das Essen war auch definitiv passen. Das Ambiente ist toll, der Service gut und der Roboter total niedlich!!! Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Das Essen war einfach Klasse. Der Service war super. Etwas laut aber das ist ja normal.

Extrem schönes Sushi 🍣 Restaurant!!! Ich war geschäftlich in der Nähe und habe kurzfristig ein Tisch erhalten. Das Essen war sehr lecker und manches wurde von einem kleinen Roboter zum Tisch gefahren. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich und ich habe mich wohlgefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder, wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Die Bestellungen bei dem All you van eat Angebot kamen zwar teilweise schnell, manche aber auch sehr verzögert. Dadurch hat die Kombination aus den Bestellungen nicht mehr zusammengepasst. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis um die Mittagszeit.

Das Sushi war okay, aber auch nicht mehr, die Frühlingsrollen und die Suppe waren nicht so dolle. Leider wurden die Vorspeisenteller ewig nicht abgeräumt und auch die Tische der gegangenen Gäste blieben lange unabgeräumt, was dann sehr schnell unordentlich aussah. Bei allem Verständnis für Geburtstagsfeiern, aber der Hype der da gemacht wird (dreimal in den 2h unserer Anwesenheit) nervt dann schon irgendwann bzw. Ist nicht mein Verständnis von einem entspannten Rahmen für Abendessen.

Haben bestellt zum abholen, eine Stunde vor dem Ladenschluss, hat net so gut geschmeckt, Sushi wurden vertauscht, und die Anmerkung nicht durchgelesen. Mein Freund hat Allergie gegen Sprossen, Nudeln wurden mit Sprossen gemacht. Wirklich kein guter Service. Dann lässt doch gar keine Anmerkung schreiben lassen, wenn das sowieso nicht beachtet wird. (Und die Nudeln waren auch teilweise verbrannt und haben einfach alt geschmeckt🤮)

Das Essen ist einfach super Lecker! Kaum Wartezeit trotz viel Betrieb. Auf Kundenwünsche wurden stets eingegangen und das Personal steht immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Auch die Reservierung über die Chat-Funktion klappt hervorragend und eine Bestätigung kommt meinst unter 30 min. Auch der kleine Roboter-Kellner ist etwas, was echt sehenswert ist und passt in das Ambiente, welches zur jeder Veranstaltung passt. Ich gehe hier sehr gerne essen. Weiter so! 😊

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und wird frisch zubereitet. Der Service ist ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kleiner Tipp für alle: Es lohnt sich nicht auf Krampf soviel es geht zu bestellen. Ihr habt 2h Zeit und die reichen wirklich vollkommen aus. Viel Spaß beim Sushi essen 🍣

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Essen absolut stimmig und gut. Leider ersetzt die Technik nicht den Menschen. Bestellung via Tablet und Service teilweise durch Roboter ist zwar neu und erstmal spannend. Doch wenn das Lokal gefüllt und das Personal überlastet ist, erhält man seine Bestellungen nur noch sporadisch ( in unserem Fall im 30 Minuten Abstand ) bei "all you can eat " und man fragt sich am Ende ob man überhaupt alles bekommen hat was (zumindest an Essen) bestellt wurde. Das wenige Personal ist nett und reagiert auf Nachfragen. (sofern in der Nähe) Nicht schlecht aber ausbaufähig.

Sehr schönes und modernes Ambiente. Essen war sehr gut. Klare Empfehlung.
