I've been there several times and it's usually always been good. But now I was there on a Saturday evening and it seems the busier the restaurant is, the worse the food gets. Unfortunately, this time I was really disappointed. For one thing, the suhsi was usually only half rolled, which is why it fell apart. We had also received things several times that we had not ordered and had NOT received the food that we had ordered several times. For example, my brother ordered shrimp skewers for 3 rounds because the ones from the previous round just never showed up and after the 3rd time he gave up. He didn't get a single shrimp skewer that evening. And unfortunately it was the same with other dishes. Even in the second round, the quality of the food had already deteriorated, even though we had reserved the table at 5:30 p.m. to avoid the hustle and bustle: the spring rolls had old cheese on them that probably fell on it from some other dish. Not only did this make them inedible, but this unfortunately made it very unpleasant for those with lactose intolerance and problems with dairy products. Some of the dishes on this robot were placed so carelessly that half of the food was not on the plates, but was spread over the respective floor of the robot. Once, while bringing the dishes, the waitress managed to throw a piece of meat at my leg, which ended up narrowly avoiding ending up in my bag. At the end we ordered cocktails again. We had to wait a whopping 25 minutes and still nothing came. After I asked, the excuse was that the cocktails took longer to prepare. Strangely enough, the bitter lemon only came from one person in the group. In the end, 2 people only got orange juice diluted with water, for which they charged €6. I found that to be a very big impudence. It will be a while before I go to Takara again. Unfortunately, last evening left a very bad impression. And on a weekend evening I would never visit the restaurant again. I left €45 because the all-you-can-eat is so much more expensive in the evening and the drinks all cost extra, and I was very disappointed. It's a shame that we left the restaurant so dissatisfied.

We went to the restaurant on Sunday evening and were very disappointed. Hot food was cold and tasted below average Portions were very small. Food that was ordered in the first round sometimes only came in the 3-4th round. We probably won't eat here again. The only thing you can say in defense is that there were a lot of guests there.

You order your food on your tablet, you have 2 1/2 hours to eat, you can order 10 things each time... It's really completely sufficient... We are good eaters and managed 4 times. The robot or the staff take turns bringing the ordered, 10 minutes. Time is given between each order. A fee is charged for food that is ordered and not eaten, which we think is okay... No waste. The shushi is okay... Everything on the menu was tasty. What we were missing on the menu was duck. The seating areas are also a bit narrow for 4 people and all you can eat and the table is too small. Otherwise we felt comfortable.

I usually like to eat here before going to the cinema. There were four of us here today. My wife and I ate a la carte and our friends ate All You Can Eat. At the end of the evening we were wrongly and falsely accused of having eaten from All You Can Eat, as all the food was always placed on the table directly in front of my wife and we - logically - passed it across the table to the right person. When we tried to clarify this and even asked what we had mistakenly eaten (there was no answer), we were treated so rudely that this will be the last time I will eat here with my family or friends. Misunderstandings happen, but in the end it is important that they are cleared up in a friendly and respectful manner. This was not the case.

Unfortunately, when we were eating sushi all you can eat, we always had dirty plates in between and had to wait forever for the drinks. There was no soy sauce at the table and I got a bottle myself after no service staff came for ages. The Takura in Fulda is simply great! The food is really tasty and the selection is huge - there's something for everyone. The service was really friendly and attentive, you immediately feel at home. The highlight is definitely the robot that brings the dishes – always with a “smile” on the display. Best employee ever! The atmosphere is cozy and the decoration is really nice too. I can really only recommend it if you're looking for a good all-you-can-eat!

“All you can eat” is too expensive for an adult in my opinion! What you order via the tablet doesn't always arrive. We asked where the other half of the food was and it was then brought to us because it had been forgotten. Drinks are not included in the “all you can eat” package. Shrimp were very good. Meat is dry, usually without sauce and if there is some sauce on it, it is always the same, too little or too spicy. I can't recommend salads at all. Sushi is ok. The service is always friendly, they always ask if it tasted good, but they don't want to hear the honest opinion. The main thing is that you pay quickly and leave.

The food is great, I think the new location at the cinema is very nice and clean. We had the all you can eat in the evening and unfortunately it wasn't tasty. Many orders simply weren't delivered and it took around 10-15 minutes for something to arrive. Sushi was very dry and not edible and the portions were very small. The staff were very friendly, but we won't eat here again.

The two of us were there spontaneously on a Friday evening. Personally, I find this futuristic atmosphere to be something different. The robot thing is a funny gimmick that goes with it. We only managed 5 out of 10 laps and were pretty full. Something for everyone. The price is also right for us for this large selection. If you don't necessarily want to be asked by a waiter every few minutes, this is the right place for you, as you order via a tablet. We think the concept is very good.

Simply horror! We reserved a table at 8pm and had to wait 30 minutes. We were then seated at a dirty table and had to wait ages for cutlery and drinks to arrive. And even after 50 minutes of waiting for the food, only small parts like “edamame” or “spring rolls” arrived. After waiting even longer, no sushi came. When the sushi came, we were horrified to see a hair in the sushi. Simply disgusting! The order slips were also left on the plate the whole time, which I find super unhygienic. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, the quality and speed of service in this restaurant have declined significantly. The design of the restaurant is attractive and successful, but the quality of the food is no longer satisfactory. Often the food arrives cold or orders are forgotten or delivered late. The sushi is still very good, but the other dishes have lost quality. The staff sometimes seems overwhelmed and stressed. A special feature is the waiter robot. Overall, the quality of the restaurant has unfortunately deteriorated and I will no longer enjoy visiting it as much as I used to.

It took about 15 minutes to get served, even though we were there early and there wasn't much going on. When we said we wanted to pay it took another 15 minutes. I generally think the system for ordering food and drinks with a tablet is good, but unfortunately it didn't work well for us this time. The first order was only partially served and was completely cold, including the fried things. About 50 minutes later and 2 orders later, I pointed out to a service person that we were missing dishes, whereupon she brought the soup, which I actually wanted as a starter, and the fried noodles from the kitchen and then served them hot. Unfortunately it was the only hot thing that day. We were also not impressed by the quality of the food on offer. It seems as if the premise here is maximum profit with minimal use of goods. The two of us had the all-you-can-eat offer, which is bombastic for the price and the amount you can theoretically order. The sushi is absolutely solid, not incredibly outstanding, but still good. The other dishes we tried (meat, soup, dessert) were also good and very good. The prices for drinks are also fair. The robot that serves some of the food is also very cute. Negative: the ordered parts from the rounds sometimes arrived much later (when we had already ordered the next round and the round after that) and unfortunately sometimes not at all. We didn't think it was that bad since we didn't order 50 portions per person anyway, but it still shouldn't happen all the time.

What a restaurant..obviously the employees are definitely minimum wage. Sweatpants and music plugs in your ears. The concept of combining high-tech with food is working. The food we ordered came exactly and relatively quickly. 👍 It's scary that there's a robot driving around, an "employee" who has to be paid even less. Everyone has to form their own opinion. The food itself was just average at best, but for the price...for me. The components of the sushi were anything but fresh, the fish and chicken were already dried out. The chicken wings were completely tasteless. The fried vegetables were just lukewarm. The noodles were actually the best. But that was it. Oh...and the friend was great. :-) And in the store itself, everything was overcrowded and geared towards mass sales. At least at lunchtime when we were there. The waitresses really walked kilometers. There were three of us there, but we definitely won't be coming back.

The spatial sound resembles a train station hall. Some guests are ruthless in their efforts to let the entire restaurant participate in their conversations. The staff was overwhelmed, hectic and unfriendly. Some of the food we ordered didn't come. The food that was brought by the waitress was thrown onto the table carelessly and without a glance at the guest. We think the robot is a disaster from a hygiene perspective - it drives past countless tables and delivers to other tables before you get your own food. With some of the dishes we had the impression that they were ready-made products. With some dishes you could clearly see the time pressure involved in preparing them. The price is also significantly too high.

The atmosphere is very modern and I really like it. That was the real reason why we decided to do it. The concept is copied from the original Okinii. The food was really bad. Really, it all tasted like it had been bought at Netto and grilled. Very poor food quality. Brown avocados, sushi that sat on the counter for 40 minutes before it was served. The Goyza tasted like the frozen things from Lidl. But the hardness was simply the sweet and sour sauce that was 100% from a cheap discount store! So man...how can you serve something so bad? Fried rice or noodles were edible, but my grandma, who knows very little about Asian culture, would have done it better! After eating I wanted to go to the toilet and even in the restaurant, from my city, after a drinking spree looks cleaner. Why was the floor so sticky? No toilet paper and this hand dryer didn't work either. Drank 4 cocktails that apparently were supposed to contain alcohol. Didn't taste like alcohol at all. Then I blew in the car and lo and behold 0.0 display... Just completely screwed. Anyone who has any knowledge of Asian cuisine should stay away from it, plus it was just so expensive for canned quality.

Delicious food and great service. You get a tablet which you use to order. Food arrived pretty quick, even with a packed restaurant. We're absolutely coming back.

I was there to buy a voucher, but didn't eat there myself. The atmosphere is very nice and very friendly staff. I was even offered a place to wait for the voucher. The restaurant was very busy, only a few seats left. I think it would be better to make a reservation.

Insanely good value for money. On a Saturday evening when there wasn't a single seat available, everything went quickly and routinely. The orders arrived quickly and the food tasted excellent. 2.5 hours of non-stop eating at this level for €26.50 per person is hard to beat. By the way, the concept is both sustainable and smart.

Wirklich seit langem nicht mehr so schlecht Sushi gegessen. Waren 7 Personen und das Essen von mehreren kam einfach vor den Getränken. Das restliche Essen kam dann mit 20 Minuten Zeitunterschied. Das heißt teilweise waren Leute schon fertig bevor die anderen überhaupt angefangen haben. Sushi durchschnittlich und trocken, nichts besonderes. Das Geld absolut nicht wert. Da kann man in Fulda auf jedenfall besser Sushi essen gehen.

Das Restaurant war komplett voll, wir haben all you can eat bestellt. Leider gab es kein System was uns schon gebracht wurde und was nicht. Wir sind dann auf a la carte umgestiegen weil es einfach keinen Sinn gemacht hat, wenn man über 50 Minuten auf seine Bestellung warten muss und zwischen durch eine Schale gebratener Reis kommt. Das a la carte Essen war gut und kam schnell. Ich würde mir wünschen das man einfach ehrlich ist, wenn das lokal so voll ist,das man kein all you can eat anbieten kann weil es logistisch anscheinend nicht möglich ist.

Haben mir was zum Mitnehmen geholt: Sushi ist komplett zerfallen und war trocken. Das Sashimi war noch komplett gefroren als ich zu Hause war. Generell nicht gut geschmeckt.

Wir haben ganz Spontan mit zwei kleinen Kindern einen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienungen war super höflich und im Umgang mit den Kindern einfach wunderbar. Das Essen war warm und kam zügig an den Tisch. An keinem der bestellten Speisen gab es etwas auszusetzen. Das Sushi, die Muscheln und das Fleisch waren genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Art Deco vom Feinsten. Das Essen ist wirklich lecker und die Auswahl gross. Wir hatten -All you can eat-, 5 Runden mehr ging nicht, war super satt. Man bestellt über Tablett seine "Runde", nach einer Wartezeit, dann die nächste....Getränke extra - sehr empfehlenswert

Nun, ich muss sagen, als ich die Außenseite des Restaurants gesehen habe, war ich etwas skeptisch, jedoch soll man ja ein Buch nicht nach dem Cover bewerten, und dieser Spruch trifft hier definitiv zu. Die Inneneinrichtung ist in schwarzen und dunkelblauen Tönen mit goldenen Akzenten gestaltet, und durch die Weise wie das Licht mit eingebracht wird, ist es wahrhaftig ein sehr schönes Etablissement. Der Service ist zweifellos ausgezeichnet, obwohl teilweise einige mindere Bestellungen nicht ankommen. Dies kommt aber nur vereinzelt voll und lenkt nicht vom Ereignis ab. Nun zum wichtigsten, das Essen. Das Sushi ist mit sehr hoher Qualität hergestellt und schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Man kann die verschiedenen Gerichte ohne Zweifel mit dem Essen aus dem Land der aufgehenden Sonne vergleichen. Dieses Erlebnis ist für den niedrigen Preis von 14,80€ unschlagbar.

Excellent place for also a vegetarian choice and decently priced drinks plus cold or hot selections as well. Meat selections are many and with classic styles and presentation. Tastefully decorated and furnished in the Japanese theme including chopsticks as standard. Highly recommended if your interested in Japanese food!
