Always good 👌Reservation is an advantage as it is very popular. Very good food. Operators are very quiet, but always friendly and quick! Already tried many dishes, everything so far has been very tasty!

Had delicious Achari Chicken, followed by a delicious dip. Will enjoy it again on my next vacation.

Food was very tasty 😋! It was very cramped in the restaurant, the tables were only a short distance apart! 🤔The restaurant was full except for the last table (please always reserve 😉). Very long wait! 😒

A waiter who speaks German so poorly that he doesn't understand my questions about the dishes and I don't understand the answers to my questions is not acceptable. The meat (Tandor Chicken Masala) tasted okay, but the sauce was pretty boring like a ready-made sauce, and the so-called. Basmati rice didn't taste like good quality either. The dishes were served outdoors without a warming plate, so it cooled down quickly. All in all, I'm very disappointed and can't understand the good reviews at all.

The best Indian food. Whenever we are in the area, we pick up food or sit down here. It tastes great and I haven't found a better Indian dish yet. We keep coming back!

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Super leckeres Essen, toller Service und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Vor allem in den neuen Räumlichkeiten. (Früher waren sie am Minigolfplatz und dort war weniger Platz und im Innenraum eher ungemütlich gewesen). In zwei Wochen Urlaub zweimal dort gewesen und immer wieder gerne.

We had lunch here on a Thursday. There is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant. It was a rainy day so we sat inside instead of the terrace in front. The interior is very attractive. Service was fast and friendly. The lunch menu is less expensive than the dinner menu but the selection is reduced. That was OK since there were several choices for vegetarians like us. Both of our dishes were very tasty, filling and accompanied by a large plate of basmati rice. The nan seemed to be homemade and not from the supermarket. Soft Indian music played in the background. Our lunch was very good and we can recommend eating here.

SURPRISINGLY DELICIOUS (top for vegetarians - mega selection). To be honest, Indian food had never been on my radar until we were invited by friends. This restaurant is within walking distance of our holiday apartment. When the weather is nice, you can sit in the shade in front of the restaurant under large trees. Inside it is also very cutely furnished. Because we are still in the exploration phase, we decided on a mixed starter platter for two and later also a mixed platter with 3 different types of meat and sauces. Plus natural naan bread and 1 with garlic. Plus a delicious mango lassi. Unfortunately, no more dessert fit in. CONCLUSION: delicious food, attentive service...by the way: there is also lunch :-)

Ich bin selten beim Inder, aber wenn ich in Bad Füssing bin, ist der Besuch hier Pflicht. Das Essen ist hervorragend in Geschmack und Vielfalt. Ausserdem sind das grosse Portionen, der Preis ist gerechtfertigt für diese tolle Leistung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Ich konnte draussen sitzen und einen schönen Abend bei einem Hellen und leckerem Essen namens "Tali" - diverse Fleischsorten in div. Sossen - geniessen.

No matter what dish it is, it comes delicately prepared and tastes the same. The service is always friendly and accommodating. Plus, you never have to wait long for what you order. The parking lot and guest room offer plenty of space and can therefore also warmly welcome those who decide to come at short notice. In summer you can enjoy the rays of sunshine outside on the beautiful terrace or, when the temperatures are colder, you can sit in the interior, which is lovingly decorated in an oriental style.

The vegetarian dishes in particular are very varied, well seasoned and also in quantities that really fill you up. The ambience is a traditional inn with Indian decorative elements. All in all very recommendable!

Best Indian in Bad Füssing…. Not to be compared with the new... Another note: Lately, reviews have been given that give IM 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and only ⭐️ to the competitor. I find this very noticeable when people give exactly two reviews on Google, a highest rating for a restaurant and a lowest rating for a direct competitor, but not a single one. Here the Google admins would be asked to shed light on this... In reality it is never the case that one person has 5 stars and the other 1, it seems to me that these reviews are absolutely fake….

We spontaneously had dinner here and the food was simply excellent, the best Indian food we've had so far and the staff was also very nice, we'll be back!

Always happy. Sometimes to take away, sometimes to eat there. Favorite Saag Ghost but recently shared the thali and wasn't disappointed. My vegetarian children are really into the saag paneer and mango lassi. Service and boss friendly. Not very cheap, but worth the money in my experience.

Authentic Indian cuisine, for many tastes from mild to fiery and fruity to spicy in between. I really enjoyed our dinner here. Pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and on the terrace, attentive service and really good food/drinks allow guests to stay in India for a short time.

Whenever we go on holiday we like to eat Indian food at the holiday destination. This is one of, if not the best Indian place we have ever been to. Food was super tasty, friendly service and a feel-good atmosphere. The selection is extensive, including vegetarian and vegan, and everything is well explained. An absolute top restaurant. I cannot confirm the negative reviews. The restaurant is clean from the entrance to the toilets. The staff is attentive and very accommodating. The prices are rather cheap for the quality of the dishes. The food was very good and it is definitely served hot and very nicely presented. A must at the end is the mango liqueur. Perfect 5 stars

Disappointing experience at the Taj Mahal I recently went to the Taj Mahal restaurant in Bad Füssing and unfortunately I have to say that it was a disappointing experience. First of all, the service was very slow and inattentive. It took forever before we could even place our orders, and then another long few minutes passed before the food was finally served. As for the food itself, unfortunately I wasn't impressed either. The dishes were mediocrely prepared and didn't taste fresh. There was a lack of spices and the overall taste was bland. The atmosphere in the restaurant also left a lot to be desired. It was loud and uncomfortable, and the tables weren't particularly clean. In summary, my visit to the Taj Mahal was disappointing and I won't be returning. There are definitely better restaurants in Bad Füssing that are worth a visit.

Very, very tasty food and attentive service. We were glad that we had reserved two seats after the cinema, otherwise there wouldn't have been a single seat available for us!! This is pure enthusiasm – very typical food!! This location must have once been a Bavarian restaurant (wooden paneling on the walls, lamps and decorations as well as furniture), which was decorated in a not-quite-Indian way with a few simple touches and fabric paneling. However, that only made us smile, because there was absolutely nothing to complain about about the food!!! We'll be back soon!!! 😋😋

The very best restaurant I know! Ajay's cooking is awesome. Unfortunately Bad Füssing is not near us, but when we are there we always eat at the Taj Mahal in the evening. In addition to the always fresh and delicious food, owner Ajay has become a true friend. As I said: The very best restaurant I know!

Very good food, but quite expensive. The Thalis are great! Large selection, including vegetarian! I think a 0.4 liter watery juice spritzer for €5.50 is too expensive. Service is ok. Parking lots available. Parking situation difficult depending on the day and time.

The food tastes excellent! The atmosphere in the restaurant is appealing! Unfortunately, everything at the table seems very unkempt - grease residue smeared everywhere on the table tops, occasional stains on the cutlery. The waiters are friendly, but sometimes very reserved due to a lack of language skills and there is little knowledge of serving. These factors absolutely need to be improved in order to have a positive influence on the “eating experience” in the restaurant and to justify the now quite high prices.

Fast service despite the restaurant being full. My food was only lukewarm when it was served, and after complaining, it was taken straight back into the kitchen, but it still wasn't all hot afterwards.

Fantastic meal. Ordered from very friendly staff and served after about 15 minutes. A dream both in terms of taste and appearance. Portions are absolutely sufficient. Even good eaters will get their money's worth. Price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Conclusion: I simply have to recommend it. Another star from me 👍👍👍😋

Ambience quite nice. An effort has been made to bring an Indian ambience into what was once a rather rustic guest room. The starter was papadums with three sauces. The taste was more like ready-made sauces. But a nice gesture to get you in the mood for Indian food. Unfortunately, draft yeast wheat without yeast. The barrel would have to be shaken every now and then. But we didn't say anything because there were language problems when ordering. The chicken with spinach and mint was delicious. Unfortunately, the food with a sauce made from tomatoes, peppers and onions was not to our liking. We thought the sauce tasted and looked like warmed curry ketchup with a bit of coriander and some fresh ginger on top. A sauce made from tomatoes tastes different. Unfortunately there are no Indian spices. A pity. I often eat Indian food. Unfortunately that wasn't so great.

Kommen immer wieder gerne. Die Location ist kein Hit aber das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und die Preise dafür sind absolut fair. Das Personal ist auch immer zuverlässig, schnell und zuvorkommen.

Das Restaurant ist etwas abseits, aber war am Abend sehr gut besucht. Das Essen an sich ist lecker, aber in Indien ist es etwas anders, es fehlt ein wenig dir Cremigkeit. Wir hatten eine der Chefs Platten mit einer Auswahl an Gerichten. Es sollte zwei Veggi, zwei Fisch und zwei Hühnchen sein. Bei uns war Rind anstelle Hühnchen in dem einen Gericht, das sollte so nicht sein. Das Naan ist nicht so gut, etwas trocken. Preislich ist es etwas teurer als man es von anderen Indern kennt. Man kann es mal machen und macht nichts falsch, aber etwas Spezielles ist es nicht.

Today the 5th time there and thrilled again!!! Food absolutely top. Tastes great every time. We reserved a table for 7:30 p.m., but we had already been there for 50 minutes. there earlier and it wasn't a problem. Despite the restaurant being full, we didn't have to wait long...neither for drinks nor for our food. SERVICE top, FOOD top....gladly again!

Essen top. Manchmal sind die Wartezeiten etwas lange und die Tische haben teils noch Spuren der Vorgänger. Dennoch kann ich das Restaurant empfehlen.
