The food there is really great and not too expensive👍👍 The waiters are super nice, the atmosphere is great. Easy to find. Parking spaces are right in front of it.

Ich hatte für meinen Geburtstag ein indisches Catering vom TAJ Dorfen bestellt. Professionell und mit viel Liebe wurde das Buffet vorbereitet. Meine Gäste waren alle begeistert von der Qualität des Essens. Alle Gerichte sind auch vegan zu haben. Bislang das beste indische Essen, das ich genießen durfte.

This Indian restaurant is really recommended. There were 10 people registered, everything went wonderfully, food came very quickly and everyone tasted fantastic, great service. Sat in the garden, which is very lovingly designed with lots of flowers. The road passing by wasn't a problem. Gladly again. (July 24)

If you are foodie like me, you will love this place, The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried especially chicken Masada and mango chicken. We only had good comments about the food, I can't wait to come back again.

Awful!!! Never had such a bad Indian meal before. I relied on the reviews. Mass processing, you hang 15 cm away at the next table, understand every word... awesome... the main thing is that there are plenty of seats... I praise our Indians in Landshut... they really taste very, very good!!!

The sun rises. The visit to the Taj last week was balm for body and soul. The service is very friendly and attentive, but also reserved. The food great. Especially the chai and okra. You just feel comfortable and can enjoy.

A very good restaurant with Indian food. The team has created a good restaurant with a nice ambience from the former Green Tree. The food is good to very good, the drinks menu and the menu are outstanding in terms of what they offer. The prices are absolutely reasonable and are based on the local prices for a meal. In my opinion The best feature of this Indian restaurant is the very good rice served with all dishes. The staff is very friendly, greets everyone personally in the entrance area and is helpful in all matters. Food is explained very well.

The Taj is our favorite Indian restaurant, first class service, a beautiful ambience and excellent, authentic food and all at a fair price. Every guest is served free papadum with different sauces before the meal; there is usually an aperitif, as well as a liqueur or a small dessert. The large selection of dishes (including vegetarian ones) leaves nothing to be desired and the chef has a gift for giving each dish his own touch with fine spices. In the warm season you can enjoy eating under the trees outside. Although the road is not too far away, we still feel comfortable. The waiters are courteous, friendly and yet not intrusive.

In the meantime we were there for the fifth time. Friendliness - top, food - great. We will come back.

For my wife's birthday, we decided at short notice to have a family dinner together at the Taj. Although we called spontaneously, we were offered an extremely attractive table, which was lovingly decorated with rose petals. The food and service were excellent as always! At the end we were surprised with a sparkler and mango cream for the whole family! Thank you very much for a successful evening! We always like to return to the Taj to spend a lovely evening!

On Saturday after the game against Raubling, TSV Dorfen Football was supplied with wonderful food for 50 people by the boys from the Taj Restaurant in Dorfen. The dishes were excellent and everything was eaten down to the last grain of rice. Thank you again for the great service and especially for the great food. We will definitely order again! Today we had lunch with ten people at the Taj Dorfen on the occasion of my mother's 83rd birthday. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it very much, including starters and desserts. The service was excellent and the staff very attentive. The table was lovingly decorated with flower petals and there was even a surprise for my mother for her birthday (on the house's own initiative). Definitely a perfect place for a meal on a special occasion! (But I also go there for lunch from time to time during the week, which is great too). Many thanks to the Taj team!

sehr kleine Portionen, nicht zum satt werden, dafür zu teuer, auch geschmacklich nicht überzeugend, ein paar Einheitssaucen mit 3 würfelgroßen Fleischklumpen, Gemüsebeilagen im Mikroformat; was mich aber besonders gestört hat ist, dass meine Tochter fast genötigt wurde, eine gute rezension unmittelbar mit ihrem Smartphone zu schreiben! Nicht zu empfehlen!

Great restaurant. We actually get Indian food there almost once a week and are always very satisfied. You feel welcome there, the service is very friendly and you sometimes get a chai on the house if you're waiting. We recommend.

Great food, very friendly staff and all at really good value for money. Even a delicious non-alcoholic alternative to the “schnapps afterwards” was offered without being asked. The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the sound of the fire alarm going off several times an hour.

I spent two longer periods in India myself. Very authentic and delicious. Definitely worth it! Tip: If you like it very spicy, you should also say so, because they can do that :) Tip to the tip: If it's too spicy, order the yogurt dip 😇

I love this Indian restaurant! Great selection of Indian food and drinks and very nice, accommodating staff. When the boss is there (he has two other restaurants in Erding and Grünwald) he personally asks at the table whether everything is okay. The food is typically Indian and really tasty!!! The decor in the restaurant is typically Indian, warm and very comfortable.

Were there for the first time! It won't be the last time we visit Dorfen. Price/performance top. Taste a poem. Service very accommodating. We felt good and definitely went home full of delicious food and happy!

Addendum 01/24: still top and consistently good after four years. Not once disappointed and have probably been there 30 times. Something like that rarely happens. I love Indian and I know many, many other Indian restaurants. Consistently good performance for over three years.

Excellent authentic food from India. On special request they made it perfectly spicy as if local dish from India. I am was very much pleased with their hospitality.

Man muss eigentlich nicht viel sagen vom Ambiente zum Service über das Essen bis zum Preis, da passt es einfach. Es schmeckt sehr fein man wird sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bewirtet. Liebevoll zubereitete und geschmacklich vortreffliche Speisen und Getränke in sehr schönem Ambiente serviert. Wir besuchen das Taj wirklich gerne und der Service ist stets einwandfrei. Die Kellner sind sehr engagiert und höflich und es blieb bei unseren Besuchen kein Wunsch offen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, das Personal sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, ebenso wie freundlich. Die Atmosphäre u das Ambiente waren sehr geschmackvoll, passend u wie von einem indischen Restaurant nicht anders zu erwarten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen 1x im Jahr zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter hin u sind jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist auch sehr kinderlieb - jedesmal sehr lieb zu unseren Kindern, es gibt ein Kindermenü u die Portionen sind kindgerecht. Kann ich nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen!!!
