We visited this fast food chain after a hike, but unfortunately it wasn't quick. 13min. I had never seen this anywhere for 20 nuggets. It took so long just for the person in front of me to take the order that the customer behind me left again, even though there was nothing going on. Some would say "catastrophe"....

Very unfriendly woman on MC Drive. Staff in general could be friendlier.

The staff is absolutely not in the mood and lets it hang out nicely. Are you out of stickers or just don't want to give them out? I give the listlessness of the boy at the checkout a solid 8 out of 10. I suspect he's practicing skiing, or at least the shuffling of his shoes on the ground gives the impression.

It's a McDonald's like any other.

I have rarely experienced a McDonald's as unhygienic as here in Fischen. The tables are constantly sticky and look like they haven't been cleaned properly in weeks. Flies fly everywhere, which makes eating there even more unpleasant. Add to that the extremely loud music, which makes the whole experience unbearable. It's the same every time and it just doesn't get any better. This was definitely the last visit for me. Very disappointing!

Service doesn't understand German. The branch is dirty, there's dust and leftover food all over the restaurant. The burger had probably been there for a while and I also got the wrong burger and the French fries weren't fresh either. I also got the donat when I asked which was already paid for. Close the store, better for everyone

There wasn't much going on when I visited, but almost all the tables were dirty. When ordering at the counter (just chicken nuggets), the employee was overwhelmed and his colleague stood next to him without helping him. It took him several minutes to type in this simple order.

Order was first delivered to the wrong table, even though there was a number on it. Overall it wasn't clean. Our table was only cleaned after request. Then he left again, even though all the other tables could have used a rag. The wagon with the garbage was already overflowing.

We wanted to grab some food from McDrive after a long hike. Among other things, we ordered three smart menus with cheeseburgers and an additional 20 chicken nuggets. We had to wait a bit. Unfortunately, we didn't look at what we got in a big bag until we got to the holiday apartment because everything on the bill was correct. All six burgers were missing. One time there were no fries. Instead we had 32 nuggets instead of 20. You should definitely check what is being packed for you.

Order not complete then old burgers and a wrong burger in the right packaging. Employees don't seem to be trying hard. It could probably be enough for a Kaffee2Go.

I have rarely seen a dirtier McDonalds. From the ordering counter you could see into the kitchen where an employee had dropped a roll on the floor. He turned around to see if anyone had noticed and when he saw me he grimaced and threw the bun away. In general, the dining area is also dirty and uninviting. Fast food or not - but this is a matter for the health department.

Was not happy with my visit, several types of cakes were no longer in stock/available, but there was nothing about it on the order screen. So I paid for a cheesecake and then when I brought the food I was told that this type was no longer available. I then got a different type, but no refund of the costs. I tried to talk to an employee about whether I could get my money back that I had already paid. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible due to the employees' very poor German speaking/understanding, as they didn't even know what my problem was... I tried again to explain that the screen didn't say that this food was no longer available, unfortunately without success. During this time, 2 other guests also ordered this cake and only received a replacement but no refund of the costs... Overall, the entire restaurant was very dirty, there was dirt/food leftovers everywhere on the table and floor, full tables that hadn't been cleared and full dish trolleys for over half an hour. In the future we will prefer to continue to the next branch.

The service was quick and friendly. The food was good, fries and curlies and everything was as ordered at the terminal including any special requests. And: the toilet was clean, even the second time on our vacation. Gladly again!

The service tried hard to cope with the adversities. This was, among other things, the machine for the iced coffee is broken.

We were very satisfied, the service was very nice and the Mc Flury was full to the brim!

We have been on holiday here for years and due to time constraints we wanted to take food with us from McDonalds in Fischen. We ordered via the app. Everything went smoothly here. It wasn't busy and I had to wait forever at the checkout to pay with several employees. The employee got a “hello” once, only an annoying nod in my direction. I was then asked whether I wanted to eat in the restaurant or take away. I chose take out as mentioned above. This was also on the note for the employees and on the receipt. After I had to wait 10 minutes for it to be prepared, I got everything on a tablet. When I asked for lids for the drinks, I got some. When I asked for a bag, I didn't get one. I was then able to bring the things for two people into the car with the tablet. Thank God I had a basket with me, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to transport it. It was raining hard outside. I wouldn't recommend takeaway to anyone there.

After 30 minutes of waiting, my order was finally ready. There were no other guests on site. ... After that I had to spend 3 days on the toilet, never again...If I could give minus points I would do so...1 star is already too much...

We waited 50 minutes for two breakfast burgers and some pancakes. When we asked, we were told “coming soon”. Only when the manager intervened did anything happen. The manager was nice, but the rest of the staff is really rubbish.

A McDonald's with a Mc Café and drive-in. After a walk through the Breitachklamm, we stopped here, parked the car and sat on the empty outdoor terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was also very quiet inside the branch, order was placed, served quickly and the latte macchiato was brought to the table. Not very bad, just what you would expect from McDonald's.

I was there a few days ago and wanted to grab a coffee at the MC drive as I had a long drive. Because it was very warm, I got us two MC Flury without topping. Given the price of just under €13 for two simple ice creams in a paper cup and a medium coffee without anything, I almost went overboard. But I was allowed to hear that I should please use the order board next time. There won't be a next time.

Have to change my mind from 4 years ago. Mc drive is not available, food takes ages to be ready. Please hire competent people again!

We had breakfast, the service was great, we were able to order from the waitress and didn't have to use the machine, great!

Big Tasty with Bacon. For 8€ burger should not be cold and with cold bacon and with sauce that is only on one side.

We stood at the Drive Inn counter for 10 minutes. In front of us two more cars. Nothing happened. Then we drove again. Just like the car in front of and behind me...

Waiting times abnormal! Staff stand around and don't serve people at all! We waited 30 minutes for our food!

The burgers were cold, there were a lot of mosquitoes and the staff stood around and preferred to chat rather than serve the guests. In addition, the tables were sticky, just not normal MC standards. Won't be back in this restaurant anytime soon

Long wait for food, fries were cold, two wrong products were brought, very unclean (return cart overfull, rubbish from previous meals on the floor and on the tables throughout the outside area, tables never wiped as they looked, there was no one to clean for hours. Other little things like the garden door, which can only be opened with brute force is.... It's better to drive on to the next McD Unfortunately no photos were taken.

2 hours of waiting for a meal, if you can call it that.

Very dirty and sticky, tables and benches were not wiped down. Three out of four burgers were cold and the ice cream was too runny. Service was non-existent even though there was little going on. Lots of creepy crawlies were also out and about.

As always seems to be the case with McD, some things are missing from the order. Same here again. Order placed at the self-service terminal. No receipt or order overview printed out because the paper roll was empty. So initially I didn't have an overview of my larger order, let alone any proof. Tried to talk to employees, but it was hardly possible because they could hardly communicate. In addition, the staff is extremely overwhelmed. Tables were all heavily dirty. That's why I rarely go to McD anymore. Sorry to the management, but things used to be better.

Everything was dirty, two things from the order were wrong and burgers with way too much sauce. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!

Waited over 15 minutes for a pre-ordered order

We wanted to order on the MaCDrive. After a long time because the counter wasn't occupied, there was finally an employee at the counter who asked us to wait a moment, and after a total of 20 minutes of waiting, we drove on without ordering. After all, the employee was no longer at the counter.

1. Happy Meal. No squeeze, ketchup or drink included. Forget. The toy was no longer there. Cheeseburger only with cheese and fried meat plus a lot of sauce :-( Fries were cold. 2. McMenu Hamburger Royal TS. Cola with more ice cubes but without carbonation. The TS without salad and also burnt meat. There was also no trouble with sauce. The CurlyFries were also cold. Ketchup was forgotten. The glass was no longer there either. 3. McChicken without sauce. We waited forever for the food even though the shop was empty. The music was very loud and the air conditioning was set to really cold even though it was cold outside too. Conclusion. Never again for us. McDonalds should think about changing subs here.

Longer waiting time than at other McDonald's, only one clever employee and the other forgot all my sauces and drinks and I also had hair in my food 😬

Stressed, unfriendly employees are not possible

I’ve been to many McDonald’s but this is one of the dirtiest that I’ve ever been. Far from standard. Could use some optimization and support.

The burgers were rather cold and the staff wasn't exactly friendly. There is still a lot of room for improvement

We are not fast food connoisseurs. But this time I wanted to stop by Mak and get the kids ice cream and milkshakes. I don’t know why, but I ordered a royal cheeseburger from the menu after looking at the picture of a juicy cutlet with melted cheese. The order was collected quite quickly, but something was wrong. That's right, they forgot to make two shakes. I had to convince the employee that I ordered them and didn't receive them. He sighed and leisurely went to make the missing drinks. The potatoes turned out to be limp and cold, the bun in the cheeseburger was dry, and the cheese and vegetables that were falling out of the buns in the picture had to be found. In short, it was an excellent vaccination against McDonald's for the next ten years.

Germany's worst McD!!! Disorganized, unfriendly & unprofessional!

Burger shot together, half a slice of cheese (at least) was 2/3 in the cardboard, the rest was stuck in the burger. Toys in the HappyMeal were completely missing. And that in a store that isn't even a quarter full of guests. Never again!

Nice outside, but ugly inside! You just arrive on vacation after a 600km drive and find such a dirty place with your children! The food cold! Drinks forgotten in the order, soap empty in the toilet, tables ALL! not wiped off, the floor looks like no one has wiped it for a week! The view of the mountains is the most beautiful thing!

Excellent McDonalds menu, The staff was extremely friendly and cleared away our tablets after the delicious menu, everyone was very friendly with us and we felt almost like we were in a normal restaurant. We'd love to come back after skiing!

Good for a McDonalds. Unfortunately, I had to buy a reusable cup because apparently all the sizes for the disposable milkshake cup were out. The only strange thing is that all other drinks could be ordered in the disposable cup. Are the same paper cups...

It's never happened before that a burger is half-finished and half of it is missing from the order

I never thought I would even give stars to a McDonald’s. This time just because of the service. A lady, Sabina, coordinated the employees really well. The orders were ready very quickly. Of course it wasn't busy. I've never been enthusiastic about food. I only go there because of the children.

I ordered a cappuccino with a strawberry cake and waited for my order. An employee asks me for the receipt and goes to the checkout at the front and cancels my order and threatens to ban me from the house and says “you can get it in Sonthofen” Never again! I will complain to the McDonald's boss about the employee... Next time I'll go to Sonthofen!!!!!!!!

MC Drive jedes Mal über 20min. warten, dann werden noch Produkte vergessen obwohl nichts los ist. Am Schalter wird mann gebeten 3meter vor zu fahren das die, Bearbeitungszeit des Kunden am Driv-in nicht aufgezeichnet wird, um beim MC Donalds Filialen-Prüfung bessere Abfertigungszeiten zu bekommen. Einfach nur schlecht!

Das Essen wurde lieblos und zermatscht zubereitet und ausgegeben. Der Boden ist dreckig, die Sitzbänke sind allesamt dreckig und verkrümelt, überall stehen volle Tabletts herum. Eine Kommunikation war aufgrund der Sprachbarriere schwierig.

28 Minuten auf einen Cheesburger gewartet. Der langsamste McDonalds, den ich bis jetzt erlebt habe. Um 10 Uhr läuft hier noch gar nichts. Und der Burger musste zurück, weil er kalt war.

Personal hat die Hälfte der Bestellung vergessen, mülleimer komplett voll, daher stapelten die Leute den Müll auf einem Tisch. Warte Zeit ok, sehr voll

Aktuell nicht sehr sauber, Personal wirkt überfordert und unterbesetzt. Immerhin kam dieses Mal die Bestellung richtig und vollständig. Im MC Drive ist ab und zu Überraschungspaket was drinnen ist (wenn viel los ist aufpassen, dass die richtige Tüte geliefert wird).

Dickes Lob an den Mitarbeiter Stanislav vom Drive inn. Ungewöhnlich freundlicher und höflicher Mitarbeiter.

Das Personal hat kein Plan .Wäre gut wenn etwas deutsch verstehen könnten

Habe etwas zum Mitnehmen im Geschäft bestellt am Automaten. Zuhause angekommen 2 Burger haben gefehlt. Leider muss ich gestehen dies war nicht das erste Mal! Wenn man für mehrere im Haus etwas holt ist es sehr Ärgerlich wenn dann die Bestellung nicht komplett ist!!! Kann ja nicht sein das man jedesmal die komplett Bestellung Kontrollieren muss am Tresen.

Leider wird oft etwas vergessen...aber es gibt keine Probleme, wenn man dies sagt und man bekommt es sofort nachgereicht. Ärgerlich nur, wenn man erst daheim kontolliert.

Leider waren die Burger nur lauwarm

Das Essen war für McD gut. Manchmal ist Fastfood a la MC D einfach gut.

Wir hatten eine Wanderung von Rubi nach Fischen gemacht. Uns wurde von anderen Gästen der Kreuzwirt empfohlen, bezüglich der Allgäuer Käsesuppe. Wir müssen dazu sagen, dass die tatsächlich super war.

Große Bestellung, alles richtig eingepackt. Cheeseburger leider nicht mehr ganz frisch, alles andere in Ordnung.

Standard McDonalds. Es liegen ein paar Pommes auf dem Boden. Die Tische sind mäßig sauber, die Toiletten ebenso. 20ml Ketchup kosten inzwischen 50cent... das ist irgendwie irre.

Mit Abstand das Schlechteste, was wir in unserem 14 tägigen Urlaub erlebt haben. Sehr unfreundliches Personal, die eigentlich keine Lust hatten, uns zu bedienen. Nachdem wir unsere Getränke serviert bekamen, dauerte es noch eine recht lange Zeit, bis die Wunsche für das Essen aufgenommen wurden. Die Kässpatzen waren eine einzige zusammengeklumpte Pempe, die nicht genießbar war, dem Gemüse der Saison war jeglicher Geschmack entzogen. Die Kartoffelknödel zum Schweinebraten waren nur eklig. Das Highlight des Abends war dann wohl die lautstarke Auseinandersetzung des Wirtes mit seinem Küchenpersonal, was mitten im Lokal stattfand. Mein Mann hätte gerne eine Schweinshaxe gegessen, die allerdings nicht auf der Karte stand, allerdings einem anderen Gast serviert wurde. Auf unsere Nachfrage, warum die nicht auf der Speisekarte gestanden hätte, kam die äußerst unfreundliche Antwort, dass die Schweinshaxe draußen auf einem Schild gestanden hätte, welches wir allerdings übersehen haben. Als wir nachfragten, ob man unsere Bestellung noch ändern könnte ( es waren vielleicht 5 Minuten nach unserer Bestellung), kam nur ein knappes " Nein" und die Dame war verschwunden. Wir waren mit Sicherheit das erste und letzte Mal beim Kreuzwirt.

Danke an das Team im Kreuzwirt das auch bei großem Betrieb jederzeit freundlich hilfsbereit und kompetent war und ein schmackhaftes Essen servierte.

Der Kaffee ist einfach Klasse - immer wieder gern genommen !!!

SO ALLES SUPER Aber man muss nicht direkt neben dem Esstisch ein Schalter stehen haben ,wo Leute ihre Haare rum fummeln ,das sollte anderst gemacht werden

Top McDonald's Nettes Personal und das Essen ist warm. Das ist selten. Zu empfehlen

Nettes Personal das allerdings teilweise sehr schlecht Deutsch spricht. Wenn was nicht passt wird das allerdings sofort geregelt. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, wenn der Rückgabewagen überläuft und auf den ganzen Tischen drumrum die leeren Tabletts sich stapeln interessiert es meist keinen. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist, dass abends obwohl noch Gäste da sind, sämtliche Fluchttüren abgeschlossen werden, dass sie von innen auch nicht mehr zu öffnen sind. Wenn man dann gehen will, muss teilweise erst mal der Schlüssel gesucht werden (kein Scherz)
