We visited the Syrtaki Restaurant and were absolutely thrilled! From the moment you enter, you feel warmly welcomed; the atmosphere is warm, cozy, and typically Greek. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive; you can immediately tell that they work with passion. The food was simply fantastic! Freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and lovingly presented—just as you would expect from Greece. I particularly recommend the gyros, souvlaki, and appetizer platters, but honestly, everything we tried was a delight. Kudos to the kitchen and the entire team! Everything here is just perfect: quality, service, and hospitality. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. 🇬🇷❤️

We celebrated my 30th birthday at Syrtaki Osterhausen with around 20 people, and it was simply fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. I'd especially like to highlight the outstanding service: the waiters were incredibly polite, attentive, and always courteous. A particular highlight was that we were given a free Uzo every now and then—a wonderful gesture that made our celebration even more special. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting, perfect for a larger gathering. We felt completely at home and can highly recommend Syrtaki Osterhausen to anyone looking for excellent Greek food and first-class service. Definitely a place where you'll enjoy celebrating and being pampered!

I don't understand these positive reviews. Yes, it was crowded, but if you're not prepared for it, you're better off not going. When we arrived, we were seated. Then we had to wait a good half hour to order drinks. They didn't even plan on taking our food orders right away, but we insisted—after waiting half an hour. Our child was hungry, and I told the staff, but no one cared, and our child's food even came last. Honestly, I've never had such a bad meal at a Greek restaurant as I did here.

We recently visited the restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed overall. It's not particularly child-friendly, as our children weren't allowed to eat until the end. The food itself didn't really impress us either. Unfortunately, it's not a restaurant we can recommend.

Great service, super tasty. Even though the restaurant is very busy, you get served super quickly. I like the great selection, and we continue to try the wide variety of Greek dishes. The portions are so generous that we enjoy it again the next day. Keep it up! We'll be happy to come back.

I was there today and wanted to have a romantic meal with my doll. I thought I would order a large plate, which was always good, but today it was unfortunately a greasy affair with lots of gristle. My doll is still waiting for her side bread for her starter. And the old man hasn't come off the ceramic bowl for hours. Otherwise totally recommended...

Erst warten auf den Tisch (der Reserviert war). Ewig auf Getränke gewartet und 2 Stunden auf das Essen. Das Essen war nicht nur untere Mittelklasse sondern einfach nur schlecht. Einige unserer Gruppe die dort waren hatten danach Gesundheitliche Probleme. 🤢🤢👎👎👎 Nie wieder .

Locally has declined significantly. We ordered food and drinks after 30 minutes, drinks only came when asked - from four different servers. Starter came after 50 minutes, the main course came after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Food. Very disappointing considering the prices. However, the staff is very friendly and seems to be trying hard despite their dissatisfaction with the situation

We were here with 6 people. 6 p.m. - almost the first guests. The first drinks came quite quickly. The food order was taken quickly - lots of different starters - they arrived in a reasonable amount of time - and were also delicious. The restaurant then filled up quickly - and the service suffered. Completely overwhelmed. We felt like we were invisible. Nobody asked if we still had any wishes. We almost had to force the waiter to serve us. The main course came 1.5 hours later. Dessert was even too much because no one there had any overview. Unfortunately the main courses were not the Börner potatoes, soggy and unsalted etc. The total bill was then the highlight - it was offset by 35 euros (there were 5 items that were incorrect) but was corrected without any problems. A tip about the women's toilet This was not lockable That doesn't work at all

Despite reservations, 4 people and 3 dogs had problems getting a table, which made me very upset that we didn't get a water bowl for the four-legged friends in the hot temperatures. It only worked out with the help of a temporary worker.

Very nice restaurant, unfortunately we only came together for coffee after a funeral as there is nothing else in the area. You can sit inside and outside, the food looked very good, I only had a coffee... what I have to say is that the staff, very young, were overwhelmed... it was a mess until you finally had something to drink. . we were about 20-25 people, actually a manageable situation... no matter... we'll just go there again, for a better occasion... maybe. is it better then...

Nevertheless, all the waiters were very attentive and friendly... the food was very good... a small deduction for the children's menu that was withheld from us and the dog would have been happy with a bowl of water... but we would be happy to come back. 😊.... July 6th, 2024...we went to the Greek restaurant full of anticipation and hunger...and were so disappointed. Waited 30 minutes for drinks, the starter came 1.5 hours later...after we asked if the bread still needed to be baked. There weren't many guests there...the waiters were absent...no demand for drinks...there are no more stars for that. It's a shame that everything has slowed down so much for you😏

Went there for the first time on Saturday for dinner with a reservation. Due to the weather the outdoor area was not open. The food was really delicious, large portions. Unfortunately the service wasn't that good. Requests for drinks were quickly accommodated and then nothing happened for at least 30 minutes. The drinks only came when we asked and said we were thirsty. Even after almost 45 minutes, we still hadn't placed our food order. When I asked, I was told that only the large tables would be served, which of course was met with incomprehension on my part. A waiter came to our table relatively quickly and took the order. The food was then served relatively quickly. Overall it was a nice evening with really good food, but the service was initially completely overwhelmed. It's a shame actually, it devalues ​​the first visit a bit.

It is easy to get to and there is ample parking. The restaurant is beautifully designed and you can sit outside when the weather is nice. The food is great and plentiful. But we were very disappointed with the staff. Couldn't speak much German and we had to wait an hour for our first drink, let alone order something else after being asked. Nobody came. To pay we then had to draw our attention and go forward. Maybe it was just us, everything else was great. 😊

Heute ohne Vorbestellung dort essen gewesen. Platz ist genügend da und man bekommt gute Portionen von der Größe her. Preise sind fair und die Bedienung ist aufmerksam. Gerne wieder.

Es war eine spontane Entscheidung kurzfristig zum Griechen nach Osterhausen zu fahren. Es war ziemlich voll an diesem Abend. Gut finde ich das auch "Kleine Portionen" angeboten werden. Beim Service ist noch einiges an Luft nach Oben. Es dauerte reichlich lange ehe wir unsere "Getränke" hatten. Zu einem Gericht sollte es Kartoffeln geben, die aber schlicht mal vergessen wurden.

Ein sehr guter Grieche. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Gerichte sind sehr üppig und die Qualität ist sehr sehr gut! Am Essen gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich allerdings mussten wir auf die Getränke lange warten oder sie kamen erst auf nochmalige Nachfrage. Ouzo gab es frei Haus vor und nach dem Essen. Das Ambiente ist ok, allerdings eher im Landhausstil. Das passt nicht so gut zu einem griechischen Restaurant. Deshalb „nur“ aber hochverdiente 4/5 Sternen weil das Essen einfach klasse war und die Preise passen. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Lecker!

Wir waren zum Geburtstag hier,wir saßen in der hinteren Ecke und dadurch das der Laden sehr voll war,kam der Service nicht so oft bei uns vorbei,aber nach Aufforderung waren sie sehr bemüht und das fantastische Essen hat es wieder gut gemacht. 👍
