We had reserved for Saturday and it was very crowded and unfortunately also very loud. You get an ouzo beforehand and quickly get your drinks and food. The portions are sufficient. It could have been a few more fries, but it was sufficient. High chairs are available and there is a changing table in the women's restroom.

Unfortunately very expensive, but it's probably normal in the new federal states. 😢

The food is always very tasty. The staff is friendly and quick. You are in good hands here with children as there is a nice playground. Unfortunately the prices have risen quite a bit. But otherwise always happy.

We were cycling and decided to have lunch in Gommern. Quite by chance we passed the Syrtaki restaurant and decided to stop there. The food was delicious and the service was friendly.

We had made a reservation with a small child and it wasn't full that day, things went well at the beginning but then everything dragged on and we waited forever for drinks etc., we had a waiter who spoke very, very bad German and didn't understand anything Although we spoke clearly, slowly and clearly, we made a number of mistakes, people forgot to pack food even though we said it sensibly. We were there for the second time, even on the first visit where we spontaneously went, everything dragged on forever and with a small child this isn't exactly beneficial, only the small playground made a bit of a difference in this situation. Conclusion from us after we wanted to give the whole thing another chance, we won't be coming back.

Staff hardly smiles, when does he get the feeling that they are bothering you, the food is not bad, the price/performance ratio is not right. Small portion for high prices.

We ate there on a Thursday evening during the summer holidays and it was very full. Due to the temperatures, all guests were seated in the spacious outdoor area. Overall it was okay although it was a bit loud, especially at the beginning, due to the number of guests and the music being played. But this settled down to a normal level relatively quickly. Despite the number of guests, we were served quickly and received our drinks quickly. Overall, a large number of waitresses looked after the guests and everyone was nice and accommodating. The food was also served in a timely manner and everything was fresh, hot and very tasty. In addition, as is typical for Greeks, it was very lavish. There was a small playground available for the child in our group. Nothing special but worth its weight in gold in such a situation. We would be lavishly supplied with Uzo and no one was on the bill. All in all, a very recommendable restaurant. We'd love to come back. PS: we had reserved. But despite it being busy that evening, we would definitely have gotten a table without a prior reservation.

Everything is just right here. Nice boss and nice staff. The food always tastes excellent and the portions are generous. Always worth a visit for us.

We were extremely disappointed, firstly because we waited around 1.40 hours for food, which of course can happen on a Friday evening. That's why we ordered a starter, which unfortunately wasn't served until the main course (1.40 hours later). We were asked if it was still needed and then politely declined. We then ate quickly because it was also very loud on the terrace. Music too loud and so people spoke louder and louder 🫨😵‍💫 Then the bill came, the starter wasn't included but the Metaxa sauce quickly cost €7.50 and the other thing was also adjusted so that we still paid for the starter, cheek! Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home Never again!

Just a good Greek! There is a large selection and everything was super tasty (just be prepared for garlic). The waitresses are friendly and accommodating across the board. In addition, the outdoor lighting is nicely developed and not overcrowded despite the many guests. Last but not least... Don't skimp on ouzo. It was a pleasure.

Great restaurant, well maintained, clean and friendly staff, menu very good, portions generous and tasty. Always worth a visit if you're in the area.

Parking possible directly in front. Ambience nice. (sat under cover / outside) Enough space + distance to the next table. Service very polite. Menu 1/ Seniors' plate: Gyros (lean meat + juicy + crispy) with giant fries and really good tzatziki. Recommended 👍🏻 Menu 2 / Gyros baked in Metaxa sauce with cheese. Recommended 👍🏻 In our opinion, a visit is worth it 🙏🏻

starter salad; Iceberg with a few carrot strips and some coleslaw underneath…..not so special Baked Biftecki: Fries were wobbly, not crispy, sauce was weakly seasoned, Biftecki was good. Never had such a bad ouzo (probably some kind of powder solution). I rejected another one for that reason.

Simply great. If you like Greek cuisine, this is the place for you.

Powerful food that is prepared with a lot of oil. It tastes good, but you also need a lot of ouzo with it. ;)

Unfortunately no. Food was just salty, not a bit of Greek flavor. Anyone who has ever eaten in Greece will experience a bitter disappointment here. An embarrassingly empty plate for just under €30. Gyros exactly 5 pieces with a hint of charcoal aroma, hard, dry, bland The 3 types of meat all had the same boring salty flavor. Actually, I wanted to leave after the first piece, but since we were in a large group, I didn't let anything show for decency. The staff was super friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, the ouzo flowed freely. After all, we were almost drunk after the sad meal. I can't shake the feeling that the aim here is to use alcohol to distract from the food and simply to achieve maximum revenue with as little effort as possible. Conclusion: When it comes to ouzo, don't skimp on the herbs and the food.

We've been there countless times, the food is always great, the plates aren't overloaded and the service is very good. See you next time.👍😃

Great local. Super nice waiters. We'd love to come back. During the week there is a daily menu and also portions for seniors if they are slightly hungry. The atmosphere is cozy. If it's someone's birthday, there's a bonus 💗.

The ambience is nice at first glance but very disappointing the second time you look at it The food was very bad: the liver was completely burnt, the pangasius fillet was completely missing the vegetables The service was friendly but there was no interest. Communication took place across tables. I don't want to talk about the medical facilities

First impression wow, really nice but that changed quite quickly when our order was delivered, drinks were forgotten and the food in my case, gyros were swimming in fat and dry, burnt meat. But the fries were really great, they soaked up the liquid Metaxa very well.

Die fünf Sterne sind überaus gerechtfertigt. Leider ist die Geräuschkulisse im Restaurant überaus nervtötend, vor allem Samstag Abends. Der Ouzo fließt dafür in strömen 😋.

Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Wir waren mit 7 Freunden im Syrtaki Gommern essen. Ich habe lange nicht so toll gespeist. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist der Hammer!!! Soooo lecker die Speisen und mega freundliche Bedienungen. Es war ein Erlebnis, den Abend in so toller Atmosphäre zu verbringen. Für Geburtstagskinder wurde „Happy Birthday“ gespielt und gesungen. Das Licht gedämpft und eine kleine (ich glaube) Torte/Muffin mit Wunderkerze serviert. Für meine Insta-Story habe ich als Dankeschön ein Herzglas voll mit Ouzo erhalten. So tolles Team!!! So eine tolle Location!!! Hier fühlt man sich willkommen und wertgeschätzt. Zum Abschluss haben wir - jedes Paar - einen 2024er Kalender mit tollen Griechenland-Fotos erhalten. DANKESCHÖN 🙏🏼

Nicht nur das Essen ist reichlich sondern auch der Service. Preislich ist das angebotene Essen auch völlig super. Das Personal ist freundlich und für kleine Späße offen. Wir haben für unsere Griechenlandreise gute Tipps bekommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Ist sehr gut gebucht, vor allem wegen vielen Ferienanlagen in der Nähe. Aber... Personal sowie die Küche komplett überfordert. Das Essen bekommt man durchschnittlich in ca. 30 Minuten nach der Bestellung. Fleisch ist Ok, Gemüse und Fisch bekommt man aus dem Gefrierverpackung... Eher nicht

Hier wird man super freundlich empfangen. Die Getränke sind fix am Tisch und das Essen ist super lecker und sehr reichlich. Hier kommen wir gern wieder her.

Meine Eltern haben uns eingeladen, weil sie selbst sehr gerne hier essen gehen. Ich muss sagen, wir waren positiv überrascht, wie groß das alles geworden ist. Ein wenig kitschig vielleicht von der Einrichtung her, aber egal. Das Essen ist wichtig und das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Probiert unbedingt das Knoblauchbrot vorweg. Lecker! Ach ja, der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter waren auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Da kommen wir gerne wieder. Adio

Ich schwärme schon lang für die griechische Küche und war auch schon in vielen Restaurants zu Gast ! Hier haben wir nur den Ausser-Hause -Service genutzt , daher kann ich zum Ambiente keine Angaben machen. Das Personal hat uns jedoch sehr freundlich empfangen ! Die Speisen ( Weinblätter , Gyros , Schweinsfilet etc ..) waren durchweg sehr lecker und alle zu empfehlen ! Schade waren wir nur übers Wochenende in der Nähe , sonst wären wir neue Stammkunden :-)

Ich bin sehr traurig und enttäuscht. Ich wollte mit meiner Schwester einen schönen abend verbringen. Ein Tisch hatten wir vorher bestellt. Leider war es ein sehr schlechter Service. Wir haben fast eine Std gewartet bis wir den Kellner ansprachen und fragten ob wir bestellen können. Wieder fast eine dreiviertel Std auf die Vorspeise gewartet und dann noch einmal fast ne Std auf das Essen. Keiner kam mal an den Tisch und fragte ob alles ok ist oder wir noch etwas bestellen möchten.um bezahlen zu können mussten wir auch den Kellner an den Tisch bitten nach 20min fragten wir wieder einen Kellner nach der Rechnung. Für mich war es das letzte Mal das ich bei Ihnen einen Tisch bestellt habe. Ich erwarte nicht viel aber wenn ich mich entschließe Ihnen mein Geld zu geben erwarte ich einen anständigen Service, vielleicht auch mal eine Entschuldigung das es etwas länger dauert. Aber komplett ignoriert zu werden ist schon sehr bitter. Ich würde mir wünschen das sie daran mal arbeiten und ihren Kunden den nötigen Respekt erweisen den man verdient.Im übrigen ist es schon das zweite mal das ich das in diesem Restaurant erfahren musste. Empfehlen kann ich ihren Service nicht. Ihr Essen war sehr lecker da gibt es nicht zu meckern aber der Rest war sehr enttäuschend. Sehr schade.

Waren wiedermal im Restaurant Syrtaki zum essen, trotz Corona war alles prima. Naja, einige kleine Einschränkungen aber damit kann man leben. Die Gesundheit geht nun mal vor. Das Essen war super, sowie wir es gewohnt waren. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Ouzo vorher, hinterher und zwischendurch war auch klasse. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen speisen. Ein Besuch lohnt sich, Essen gut, Personal gut also alles gut.

Für einen ruhigen Abend sollte man sich ein anderes Ziel suchen. Mag man jedoch die etwas quirlige Atmosphäre,den gehobenen Geräuschpegel und super Essen zu moderaten Preisen, dann ist man hier richtig.

Die Lage des Restaurants ist gut, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Es gab auch ein,zwei Usos außer der Reihe. Aber das wichtigste, das Essen war Klasse, einfach lecker. Preis und Leistung stimmten. Wir kommen wieder. Wer gerne griechisch essen möchte ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Essen gut, Service gut alles gut.
