We will never order here again! We had sushi delivered to our home and then lay in bed for three days with food poisoning (fever, chills, headaches, vomiting). The sushi tasted very intensely of fish, which we didn't question at first, but continued eating because it is, after all, sushi. But still, it was a different taste than usual. However, we didn't expect that less than 24 hours later we would be in bed with food poisoning and severe stomach cramps. The delivery was fine so far. But the service after ordering was subpar because we never received a response after we contacted them. No answer, no money back, nothing. Absolutely not recommended and customer service non-existent.

Nice little restaurant, a few parking spaces are available. Ambience is completely okay. Staff nice and friendly, unfortunately there were a few communication problems, but they didn't hurt the whole thing. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared, large portions. Price/performance top, only recommended. There is also a delivery service or self-collection, which is used much more often. Otherwise we were the only guests there, which is a shame because you can also sit and eat on site.

Nice people but the food was just sad. Don't buy the miso soup because it literally just tastes like water with sugar... I have eaten and tried a lot in sushi restaurants, but this miso soup, whether with salmon or standard with tofu, has nothing in common with a real miso soup. The duck and chicken are crispy, but everything tastes bland and old. The rice was old, dry and hard. Conclusion sad for the good money

Food is horrible when you eat old rice that is served hard and dry. Miso soup tastes like sweet water??? Never had such a disgusting miso soup before.

From the service when picking up sushi, everything worked perfectly. However, we discovered that the tuna in the sushi was bad! It's questionable how something like that couldn't have been noticed since it smelled rotten. We won't order again.

We were alone in the restaurant, but still no service, the food wasn't tasty and everything was dirty!

I had dinner there with my wife today and I have to say that I have never had as good sushi as I did there. Everything is served fresh, quickly and easily. Again, big praise for the service, simply top. 1+ With an asterisk!

I've been ordering Crunchy Sushi in a variety of variations for a long time. Unfortunately, since I eat at home, I can't rate the ambience. At first I wasn't entirely thrilled because the delivery time was 1 hour even though I only live 10 minutes away BUT that changed when I ate the first few pieces. I didn't expect such fresh, warm and delicious sushi. I will only ORDER from SushiFans!!!! To all sushi fans - >TRY IT! And convince yourself.

Hallo, sind sehr enttäuscht. Bei den ersten Bestellungen haben 30 Euro Mindestbestellwert ausgereicht. Laut Homepage mind 50 Euro und bei Lieferando, die mind. 30 Prozent vom Preis verlangen 40 Euro. So werden wir leider bei Sushi Fans Gifhorn nicht mehr bestellen. Schade wenn man nicht flexibel ist. Insgesamt nur 2 Sterne weil der Service nicht flexibel ist.

Habe nun das zweite Mal Sushi zum abholen bestellt und es super lecker! Top Qualität und alles rechtzeitig fertig. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch öfter vorbei kommen :)

Ich bin kein Sushi-Profi, freue mich aber alle paar Wochen über eine leckere Sushi-Portion zu Hause. Und Sushi-Fans hat meine Erwartungen bisher erfüllt. Zwei Mal Sushi geholt - zwei Mal sehr zufrieden. Auch preislich keine Beschwerden. Alles im Rahmen. Wir werden auch weiterhin dort unser Sushi holen:)

Es war super lecker und alles war frisch. Bedienung war super freundlich.

Tipp: Essen vor Ort abholen, ist 20% günstiger ++ Sushi wird frisch zubereitet und ansprechend serviert ++ Preis günstig ++ reichliche Auswahl ++ freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal * Ambiente: okay - wenige Parkplätze vorhanden Wichtig: Es kann Probleme geben, wenn man mit dem Handy bezahlen möchte. Ich empfehle Bar zu bezahlen! Fazit: Wir waren zweimal dagewesene und es hat allen geschmeckt. Auch in der Zukunft werden wir dort essen, aber ggfs. einfach auch das Essen mitnehmen und 20% sparen.

Wir hatten zum Geburtstag Chinesisch bestellt für 30 Personen 🤩 das Essen kam pünktlich nach Absprache , war reichlich und soooo lecker 😋 also wir können definitiv empfehlen 👍👍👍👍👍

Ich war anfangs etwas irritiert. Draußen begrüßen einen chinesische Lampions und Drachen. Auch die Innenausstattung erweckte den Eindruck eines chinesischen Restaurants. Den durchschnittlich gebildeten Mitteleuropäer wird`s wohl wenig stören, wenn ihm asiatisches Aussehen reicht. Das Essen (und darauf kam es auch mit hauptsächlich an) war allerdings prima. Das Sushi war frisch und ansprechend und der Koch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wartezeit war kurz. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch ok. Daher wollen wir den Lieferservice auf jeden Fall in Zukunft ausprobieren. Bei diesem und der Abholung scheint auch der Schwerpunkt des Restaurants zu liegen.

Mit Abstand die geilsten gebratenen Nudel mit gebackenem huhn und ente. Zwar kam eine Portion falsch doch diese wurde umgehend vom Chef persönlich nachgeliefert. So muss es sein. Immer wieder gerne!!! :)
