Wir kommen immer sehr gerne her. Super essen und toller Service.

Immer wieder lecker! Service schnell und sehr freundlich - auch den Kindern gefällt es hier gut (besonders wegen des Katzenroboters). Hunde erlaubt.

Ich beantrage eine Rückerstattung, da die Bestellung nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Die Sushi-Rollen fallen auseinander, sind winzig und schmecken nicht.

War super lecker und ist super lecker. Gerne nochmal, bin schon Stammkunde. Nur die Edamame kam nie an🙁😔. Sonst wirklich alles lecker.

Mittags ist eigentlich immer frei und wenn nicht ist reservieren auch super einfach! Es ist schön aufgebaut und die Kellner und auch die Küche ist mega lieb, wir sind 1-2x die Woche da und der Service war immer top! Heute waren 32grad und sie haben sogar Ventilatoren für uns aufgestellt! ❤❤❤

Wir waren regelmäßig in den letzten Jahren dort, die Qualität hat aber extrem nachgelassen, trotz angestiegene Preise. Eine Chance haben wir aber immer wieder gegeben. Nach dem heutigen Mittagessen ging es uns leider schlecht. Noch nie in unserem Leben haben wir so viel Essen wie heute nicht gegessen/zurück gelassen. Über 70€ zu zweit, für die Qualität, sehen wir nicht mehr ein, schade. Wir werden nicht mehr dahin. Personal immer sehr freundlich, vor allem die Chefin, Restaurant sauber und ordentlich.

Das Essen ist immer lecker und schnell da. Wir kommen regelmäßig, egal ob Mittags oder Abends. Liefern lassen und Abholen vor Ort kann man auch empfehlen. Der Service ist immer freundlich und schnell. Auch wenn man nicht reserviert, bekommt man oft sofort einen Sitzplatz. Es ist eine ruhige Atmosphäre und man hat genügend Platz im Lokal. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Bestes 🍣 Restaurant in der Gegend!

Leckeres Essen normalerweise. Die Rindfleischstücke bestanden diesmal aber hauptsächlich aus Fett, auch das Rumpsteak war nicht so toll. Außerdem sehen die lebenden Fische im viel zu kleinen Aquarium nicht gut aus. Eher traurig/deprimiert. Schöner wäre ws ohne dieses Aquarium.

Essen gut. Kantinenambiente. Cocktails lecker aber mit wenig Alkohol.

Wirklich ein Top Haus und der Roboter ist cool. Einzig der Schokopudding hat nicht wirklich gut und frisch geschmeckt. Sushi war tip top.

Qualität und Service entsprechen den Preisen.

Das Essen war gut, auch wenn es mehr Veganes geben könnte. Und Ich fand es etwas teuer. 'All you can eat' ist auch gut. Was ich an dem Tablet, auf dem man seine Mahlzeiten aussucht, aber gar nicht gut fand ist, dass die Inhaltsstoffe der einzelnen Gerichte nicht dort aufgeführt waren. Deshalb wusste ich nie so genau, was ich da eigentlich esse. Ich habe mich damit schwer getan, weil ich vegan lebe und einige Unverträglichkeiten habe.

Seit Eröffnung sind wir immer wieder gerne hier. Leckeres, frisches Essen und ein unglaublich freundliches und nettes Team! Macht weiter so 👍

Sehr lecker mit katztastischer Bedienung.

Wir waren inzwischen dreimal dort und jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Die teilweise speziellen und einzigartigen Sushi Kreationen sind sehr lecker. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Katzen Roboter, der an manchen Tischen das Essen vorbeibringt. Die Bestellweise über das Tablet hat auch immer gut und zügig funktioniert. Daher eine klare Empfehlung. :)

The food was delicious, no matter what we ordered, whether it was sushi or beef with rice, it was all delicious! Friendly service and very child-friendly.

I eat here occasionally, and so far everything has always been satisfactory, but the quality of the food has declined. The service has also been hectic and overwhelming, even on mediocre visits.

Where should I begin? The order, which stated a delivery time of 20 to 40 minutes, only arrived about 70 minutes after we called. Chicken wings: bone dry and cold French fries: bland and cold Sushi: Ginger and wasabi were forgotten. Stay away from this place!

First, I'd like to say that we actually enjoy coming to the Tophaus often. The staff is always very friendly and makes a real effort to make you feel comfortable. And we usually do! The food is fresh, delicious, and usually arrives very quickly. Today, however, was Armageddon for the poor employees, who, to be honest, earn a great deal of respect from me!!! Dear service team: 10 stars with a gold medal on the ribbon. After a relaxing day at the thermal baths, we arrived at a packed place. Despite the obvious rush hour, we received a friendly welcome, and not a single server lacked their usual effort. But I thought we'd gone the wrong way!! A crazy amount of screaming, shouting, and children running around, which the staff had to constantly dodge. At some point, it happened: a waiter was knocked over. Everything was hastily cleaned. Shortly after, the next child crawled through the scene in that spot. Parents carried their babies through the restaurant amidst running children, constantly passing other diners' tables. Relaxed dining? Impossible! We'd love to come back, but probably only outside of school holidays. As a mother, I can't understand the lack of mutual consideration in a restaurant.

The meal was, as always, an experience. The prices are fair if you manage to eat a lot. There's also a little highlight on birthdays, which I don't want to reveal here.

The food is delicious and fresh. We were there on a Sunday evening as a family of four. I understand that it's busy, but 50 minutes after placing our order, we asked where our food was. All we were told was, "It's busy, but we haven't forgotten about you." After waiting 1.5 hours, our food still hadn't arrived. So we went home with a relatively small stomach. At €110 for two adults and two children, you can certainly expect more. Unfortunately, it's a shame. If you're overwhelmed, you have to hire more staff. It's that simple.

Den Bestellservice über Lieferando.de kann man vergessen. Fast eine Dreiviertelstunde zu spät, Essen kalt. Wenn man schon die Möglichkeit bei Lieferando anbietet, einen Lieferzeitpunkt auszuwählen, sollte man das mit +/- 15 Minuten sicherstellen können. Ansonsten lässt man es.

Einfach nur lecker, über Tablet bestellen mit Pause dazwischen, klasse. Buffet abends für Kinder: Alter des Kindes = Preis in € , geniale Idee. Immer wieder gerne.

You can easily order the all you can eat with a tablet, it arrives quickly and tastes wonderful. The service is very friendly. The cat robot that also delivered things was particularly great ☺️

We were there for all you can eat lunch. The food was fresh and prepared hot. The quality was wonderful. Inconspicuously located on the first floor from the outside. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back!

Still a great choice for enjoying good food. Priced according to all-you-can-eat, of course, but the rest just fits. You are always warmly welcomed and immediately feel at home. The whole service is always top and the food you order comes very promptly. The portions are optimal and not too big, so you can try a lot. We have been there several times and can recommend it at any time. :)

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. The cat robot is a big plus, even though he is a little slow, he works very hard, you should definitely reward him with pets. Other staff was also very friendly and swift. Big selection of sushi and other dishes, and more than enough time to try everything that looks good to you. The portion sizes are similarly sized across dishes (The pudding was kind of tiny though). Overall really nice for the price.

Reservations on busier days are useless. Absolutely poor planning + very long waiting time for both a table and the ordered food...

It was miserable, you made a reservation for 8 p.m. and on the phone they said there were tables available and you arrived and stood outside because nothing was available. Guests came out who didn't even get food. If you don't have the capacity you have to be honest but don't lure people and we drive almost 50 kilometers to get there. The one star is only because everything else was always good.

Wir haben einen Tisch um 19:30 Uhr reserviert gehabt. Nach 30 min draußen in der Kälte in einer Schlange (die ebenfalls alle für 19:30 reserviert hatten) stehen, immer noch kein Tisch bekommen. Andere Gäste kamen aus dem Restaurant raus, saßen bereits 30 min und konnten weder bestellen noch was zu trinken haben. Noch nie ein so unorganisiertes Restaurant gesehen. Wir sind dann zu einem anderen Restaurant gefahren. Das war der letzte Besuch bei Sushi TopHaus

Really delicious food and great service! The food arrives quickly at the all-you-can-eat option and the mussels in particular are the highlight in my opinion. The sushi is also very tasty. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated and has good parking, which is why I like to eat there ☺️

I think it's good that everyone can put together their own delicacies with the tray.

We had been there, no matter what was brought to the table the food was cold! We had the food returned every time but nothing changed. When you got the gratinated banana you said it was hot, but it was hot but the breading was still raw. When you asked the staff about it, the lady apologized to the waiter for not being interested and he immediately said okay, ciao!

It's always a great visit, of course 30 euros for the buffet is no picnic but it's worth the money

Had a delicious 😋 meal here. It was really great, we were served by a robot cat. We took all you can eat and were able to call every 10 minutes for 2.5 hours and order 4 dishes, it was crazy, you can't do that. We were fed up. It would be great to come back

A rich buffet that can be reordered in a modern way via tablet every ten minutes within two hours. You will either be served quickly by one of the hard-working employees or by the robot cat. Since many hungry people visit the location even during the week, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance. The food is always freshly prepared and comes to the table in practical small portions. This means everyone can try each other, which I find very inviting and sociable. For someone who doesn't eat that much, the buffet could be a bit expensive, but you should be familiar with the "problem" with every buffet offer ;)

Do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, harassment from an employee in the kitchen. A complaint was made on the phone, but the woman on the phone lied that the employee described did not exist and did not apologize or try to find a compromise. She wanted to constantly rubbing our noses in the fact that we had made the wrong call and the employee wasn't answering. I also find it disgusting that such angular men are protected against women.

Very chic and delicious restaurant. The food comes incredibly quickly and is very good. I am an absolute fan of the miso soup from here! Overall, everything I ate was delicious. The staff is also great and the robot is a highlight!

We like to go there for the all you can eat. The restaurant is super family-friendly and all the food comes to the table hot. The staff is very nice & accommodating. We were all thrilled by the robot that now and then brings the food to the table. Time enough to try every dish 😂

Everything we tried was delicious and freshly prepared. Serving is partly done by a robot, which is particularly interesting for children. You order from a tray on which all the dishes and drinks are illustrated.

Extremely delicious sushi as well as meat and salmon dishes. Virtually meets all the expectations you could have of an “all you can eat sushi restaurant”. There are also great vegetarian dishes and sushi. If the price is €30 per person, you should be really hungry. In addition, like in every Asian buffet restaurant I have tried so far, the desert selection is poor and cannot be compared with the main courses.

A friend recommended the restaurant to us and it has been one of our absolute favorites ever since! We come from near Aachen and like to combine our visit with a relaxing sauna day in the thermal baths, which is only six minutes away - perfect to round off the day. Admittedly, the price of the restaurant may be a bit higher, but when you compare it to other all-you-can-eat restaurants, Sushi Top Haus is truly a bargain. Especially when you consider that the quality of the dishes is consistently excellent. The food comes to the table quickly and hot, and no one leaves the restaurant hungry! You can order five dishes per round and up to ten rounds - if you're still hungry afterwards, you should really rethink your eating habits! Another highlight is the incredibly friendly service. Even after we had already paid, we were again emphasized that we were welcome to get some more ice cream - how nice is that? And for everyone who comes by car: If you use the parking lot with a barrier, your ticket will be validated when you pay - practical and stress-free. All in all, I (and I'm sure my friends too) can say: We'll definitely be back!

This very nice restaurant offers an all you can eat sushi service, which not only tastes good but is also inexpensive and versatile. I like coming here with friends because you can switch off and enjoy the beautiful ambience and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Has become my favorite place for sushi, highly recommended.

There were two of us there, the food came very quickly, but you can only use the all you can eat option and not order individual meals. The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious, although the taste could have been a bit more intense and seasoned better. At €30 without drinks it's a hefty price but it's worth it every now and then!

Large All-You-Can-Eat sushi restaurant, with friendly staff and fast service. Located on the first floor. Order via a tablet and occasionally orders are delivered via a cute cat robot. Very nice! Excellent food, reasonable price-performance ratio.

We really enjoy eating here with the family. Many people know Sushi Tophaus from ordering and don't even know that you can also eat well there. Compared to the food we ordered, it is significantly better on site. There is a wide range of all you can eat food which can be ordered via tablet. The food is served in tapas-like portions and you don't have to wait long for it. For children, the robot, which sometimes brings the food, and the aquariums are real highlights. The staff is remarkably friendly and attentive. We always like to come back.

A really great all-you-can-eat sushi. Is our regular assistant and I can only recommend it to everyone. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is good. Also remember to have your parking ticket read again at the Wutomat downstairs before you leave, otherwise it won't count as paid ;3

Everything is just good here. No more and no less. The selection of sushi is good. The sushi quality is good. The selection of hot dishes is good. The quality of the hot dishes is on average good. The diversity of the menu is good. The staff speed is good. The price is appropriate, so good. You don't get gourmet food here, or you're overwhelmed by the choice. There are no experiments, but that's okay. Simply rock solid and we come by every few months and look forward to the visit every time. Keep going.

We ended up here after visiting the thermal baths. The place is nicely decorated, large terrace. Everyone will find food to their liking here. Service is very friendly, you can eat really quickly. Despite robot operation (inside), there is also live operation on site.

Quiet place. Orders are placed via tablet, which I personally don't think is a bad thing. Various tables wobble a bit which bothers me a bit. Otherwise you can eat well there.

We had a voucher that had already expired. This was fully credited as we were there for the first time and we will definitely be back. It was very tasty and the service was great. The food was good and the portions were a little larger than usual. You can easily order with your tablet without any problems or questions. Unfortunately, that evening the edamame were very cold and barely sprinkled with salt, which was a shame. Since it was our first visit, we can't say whether this is usual.

The sushi is really okay, it could just be seasoned a little better.
