Sushi Paradise in Krefeld

This is the first time I've been so impressed with the food that I absolutely had to write a review. My boyfriend and I ordered two days in a row. The sushi is super fresh – and I say that as someone who doesn't really like sushi (because of the "fishy" taste). But I really enjoyed it here! My boyfriend, a true sushi fan, gives the XL Meal Box a solid 10/10. The fried chicken gyoza were delicious and crispy – 8/10. I had the tuna cream rolls – again: fresh, high-quality, very good – 9/10. (I would have liked some cucumber in them for a bit of crunch.) We also tried the "Hot Brownie" – it was actually still hot when it arrived! Just like everything else. Today I ordered the fried egg noodles with breaded chicken strips – 10000/10, I absolutely loved it! They were so hot I almost burned myself – and I mean that in a good way! The portion is huge for only 10 euros – I only ate half and will eat the rest tomorrow. The mini spring rolls were also a 10/10, and I think we even got an extra portion because we ordered two days in a row – so sweet! The bottom line: Fresh ingredients, everything delivered hot, super fast delivery, and friendly drivers. I'm looking forward to trying the egg fried rice!

We ordered dinner Sunday evening via Lieferando. I received a call shortly afterward and was told that it would unfortunately take about 50 minutes to arrive, which I thought was absolutely reasonable. The food arrived on time and warm. Everything was extremely delicious, and the delivery person was super nice. I'd happily return.

We are absolutely satisfied with our order! We had various sushi variations and a main course delivered for two people and were very pleasantly surprised. Everything was super fresh and delicious. We haven't had such delicious sushi in a long time. We'll probably become regular customers now; it's simply fantastic!

Fresh, delicious, and on time! I've ordered from this sushi paradise several times and have never been disappointed! The delivery was always on time, the food was fresh and lovingly packaged. I particularly like that the fish always tastes super fresh and the rice is perfectly prepared—not mushy, not dry, just right.

Very good food, and I haven't had any bad experiences with the staff so far. Sure, the food isn't cheap, but that's nothing unusual for Asian dishes, especially sushi.

The portions are really generous and the price is completely reasonable. Unfortunately the quality is really underwhelming. The edamame were clearly too soft and no longer really tasted fresh; they were also more yellowish than green. The sushi was okay, but tasted like it had been prepared many hours ago. The fried noodles were good.

I ordered food from this restaurant over the phone. There are witnesses and the call list as proof. Delivery should be at 6:00 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. I called the restaurant to ask about the status of my order. It turned out that my order had been forgotten. They simply promised me to deliver the order as soon as possible. In the end, the food wasn't delivered until 7 p.m. - a full hour later than originally agreed. No compensation or accommodating solution. In addition, there was another problem: the amount on the invoice did not include the 10% discount, even though this discount was stated in the flyer. My previous orders were also always charged with this discount. When I asked, they said they would clarify this with the boss. The answer? The order was allegedly not placed over the phone. I found that very unfair since I have proof of calls. I asked that the amount be at least rounded down as the delivery was an hour late. But that too was rejected. Instead, I was given the condition that I would either pay the full amount or the order would be taken back to the restaurant. Customer-friendly interaction looks different! This is not the first time there have been problems with delivery: Last time my drink was forgotten. Another time, part of the order was missing. In my opinion, there is not much emphasis on customer satisfaction here. Mistakes happen, but I get the impression that neither customer service nor reliability play a big role here. Personally, I won't be ordering here again.

We have ordered from Sushi Paradies a few times. So far, with a few exceptions, everything has tasted great. However, I don't give the full 5 stars because I find the food a bit expensive compared to other providers. But I will still order there again.

After waiting for several hours, no delivery. When asked by phone, the nice employee explained on the phone that he had a system failure. Can you still understand everything? A few minutes later he called again and said he was starting our order. When asked if everything was displayed and that everything was there, the answer was "yes, everything will definitely be there" We ordered for over €60. But there was food worth only €40. A lot was forgotten.

Super tasty, very nice people. We even received a loyalty gift and since it was pointed out to us that the dishes are cheaper if you don't order them in an app, we only order by phone.

They do take-out sushi here, but you can also eat in. The waitress was polite and friendly. The sushi and rolls were ordinary. The taste is simple. But the prices are also low. For 5 people it turned out to be 52 euros. Everyone was left full.

Delivery quick, driver very friendly. Food was delicious and there was free sushi as an incentive to rate and try. The portions are far too large even for very good eaters. That's a shame, it's better to be a few euros cheaper and a little smaller. Ordered from Sushi Paradise. For reasons unclear to me, pickup was deposited instead of delivery. I called the restaurant to have the order delivered. I was charged an extra 5 euros for this, which I was supposed to hand over to the supplier in cash. The same items were added to the order form and set for delivery to see whether it actually costs an additional 5 euros, which is not the case. Delivery is free. 5 euros overcharged due to false claims.

Guys, you have to be careful what you order, I ordered, the avocado was hard as a rock and there was a hair in it, and that arugula cheese, that fresh cheese was rotten

With so many positive reviews, I expected more. The yatori bowl was generously filled with rice, salad was from a salad mix bag, avocado was very, very soft (hardly a bite), cucumber slices were almost finger thick and the skewers were a touch of meat dipped in teriyaki sauce. The sushi's were okay. There are much better ones out there but they are edible. It was my first order and I left a lot of money there.

By far the best sushi in the area! It is always freshly prepared and tastes 11/10! The bowls are also absolutely amazing! Often it's hard to decide and then you just have to order different things 🫠😇I could definitely order food here every day! Price performance is more than justified! A month ago it was very tasty... now there's nothing left of it. The one in the picture is supposed to be chicken...it only tastes like smoked spices and the consistency is extremely mushy

Ambience spartan. The rooms were too cold to eat on site. Warm jacket was necessary. Service should be optimized. Setting up the table was self-service. Food was average. There are better alternatives in Krefeld.

Lieferando said “ready for collection in 15 minutes”, so we ordered to collect and drove off. When I arrived I was informed that the food would take another 1.5 hours. The restaurant can't do anything about it, because Lieferando simply states the times without asking. Since the sushi is prepared fresh, 15 minutes is not enough. The employee/or owner then made us an offer that he could try to get the sushi ready in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the sushi was ready and, as always, delicious! Sushi Paradise couldn't help the misunderstanding and still looked for a solution. Accordingly, the employees are very friendly and accommodating. Sushi only there!

The sushi from here is indescribable. The owner is extremely nice and knows his craft. If you would like to try something new when it comes to sushi, this is the place for you. It tastes fresh and not like frozen food like many others. My wife and I have ordered here several times and will continue to do so because the tastiest sushi is served here. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Lieferung dauerte 2 Stunden - nach über eine Stunde kam ein Anruf es gäbe keinen normalen Reis mehr, ob auch Sushi Reis für die warmen Gerichte ginge. Die Hauptgerichte (Ente mit Reis und frittiertes Hühnchen) haben uns schockiert. Geliefert wird Reis mit Fleisch, trocken, ohne jegliche Sauce oder Gemüse als Beilage, wie sonst üblich. Meine Bowl beinhaltete laut Menü Avocado, Avocado war in der Bowl weit und breit nicht zu finden! Gyoza leider auch kaum genießbar. Absolute Enttäuschung und sehr fraglich wie die guten Bewertungen hier entstanden sind..

Wir haben heute das erste mal bei Sushi Paradise bestellt. Grund waren an sich die guten Rezensionen. Ich kann nach dem Essen sagen, dass 5 Sterne definitiv verdient sind. Gerne wieder ✌🏻

Sehr sehr gut und frisch. Komme aus Hamburg und bin auf der Durchreise. Selten so ein gutes und zugleich preiswertes Sushi gegessen. Ich war zur Abholung da und konnte dem Koch über die Schulter schauen. Es wurde sauber gearbeitet und das ganze Team war sehr höflich.

Ein wirklich gutes Sushi, alle Zutaten sehr frisch. Die bestellte Bowl war ebenfalls wirklich gut und auch sehr groß. Einziges Manko, aber das be trifft fast alle Sushi in Krefeld und Umgebung: Der Reis hat nicht genug Geschmack. Hier sollte noch am Sushi Su und dem Mischungsverhältnis Su zu Reis perfektioniert werden.

Essen war super frisch & lecker! Zusätzlich eine schnelle Lieferung, trotz des Wetters und dem vielem Verkehr zur Weihnachtszeit. & mega netter, unkomplizierter Service.

Bestellt über Lieferando. Super leckeres Sushi und eine unfassbar gute Bowl. Dazu ist der Service wirklich unschlagbar. Nachdem eine Portion Maki vergessen wurde, brachte man uns statt der bestellten 6 gleich 12 Stück. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal bestellen.

Wir haben dort zum ersten Mal bestellt und waren begeistert. Ich hatte die Veggie Box XL und die war super lecker. Meine Freunde haben von der Tuna Cream Roll geschwärmt. Hier werden wir definitiv öfter bestellen.
