Wer in Barsinghausen wirklich überragendes Sushi sucht, kommt an diesem Laden einfach nicht vorbei! Für Sushi-Neulinge mag es beim allerersten Probieren vielleicht etwas ungewohnt sein – aber lasst euch gesagt sein: Es lohnt sich zu 100 % ! Die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten sind absolut unschlagbar. Man schmeckt bei jedem einzelnen Bissen, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und echtem Können gearbeitet wird. Der Reis ist perfekt auf den Punkt, der Fisch zergeht auf der Zunge und geschmacklich ist das Ganze eine reine Sensation. Egal ob absoluter Sushi-Anfänger oder schon echter Kenner: Tut euch den Gefallen und probiert es aus! Ihr verpasst sonst echt was. Für mich ab sofort die absolute Nummer eins. Volle fünf Sterne und eine glasklare Empfehlung – geht hin und lasst es euch schmecken!

Ich war hier schon oft gegessen und ich bin immer wieder restlos Satt und glücklich! Sushi Noova ist der beste Sushi Laden den ich kenne, jedes Gericht schmeckt einfach nur unglaublich gut... Heute habe ich mein essen Vorbestellt und selbst abgeholt wqr ein bisschen zu Früh dran mein essen hat noch 2 Minuten gebraucht um mir die Wartezeit zu versüßen habe ich ein super saftig frisches Stück Wassermelone bekommen bei dem Wetter von 30 Grad kam das genau richtig danke dafür!!!! Bester Laden bester Service bestes Essen

Ein wirklicher schönes und einladendes Sushi Restaurant. Von normalem Sushi bis hin zu Sushi Bowls kann man hier so ziemlich alles bestellen. Das Personal ist zudem super freundlich und geht auch auf Wünsche ein. Wir sind hier regelmäßig und haben bisher nie gedacht: Heute war es nicht lecker. Das Essen wird immer frisch zubereitet und schmeckt dazu auch wirklich sehr gut. Dieser Laden ist ein Glücksgriff für Barsinghausen und Sushi Liebhaber.

Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Sushi-Restaurant! Die Qualität ist einfach hervorragend – alles war super frisch, wunderschön angerichtet und geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt gearbeitet wird. Besonders der Fisch war unglaublich zart und frisch. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, modern und gleichzeitig gemütlich – perfekt für einen schönen Abend. Wir können dieses Restaurant wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Wer exzellentes Sushi sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Der Service war wirklich hervorragend, und der Mitarbeiter, der uns bediente, war sehr geduldig, während wir uns entschieden, was wir bestellen wollten. Wir konnten ihm sogar bei der Zubereitung der Sushi-Rollen zusehen. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut, und es ist schön zu wissen, dass wir ein so gutes Sushi-Restaurant in der Nachbarschaft haben. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, schickes Ambiente, ansprechende Speisekarte. Wir haben vor Ort gegessen, es gab je ein Asazuke-Schälchen als Appetizer. Bestellt haben wir uns ein Poke-Bowl, eine Crunchy-Chiko Roll sowie Edamame bestellt. Alles sehr lecker, frisch zubereitet und sättigend. Zum würzen wurde Sojasauce sowie eine leichte Chili-Mayonaise gereicht. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch preislich.

Unglaublich gutes Sushi ! Das Personal bzw. der Herr der uns bedient hat war sehr freundlich und sorgte für eine angenehme Atmosphäre . Unser neuer Favorit die „Ninja Rolle“ wurde von ihm empfohlen und schmeckte wirklich lecker ! Immer wieder gerne wenn wir in der Gegend sind . 5/5

Ich war gerade bei Noovasushi in Barsinghausen, wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt !!! Der junge Mann (Hamudi ) sehr sympathisch !! Kamen ins Gespräch , auf Anhieb verstanden !! Leider diesmal enttäuschend. Das Sushi mit Hähnchen war geschmacklich nicht gut, die Edamame waren total verkocht und dazu noch kalt. Die Lieferung hat über eine Stunde gedauert, was wirklich lang ist. Selbst der kleine Salat, der sonst immer frisch und lecker war, war diesmal kein Highlight. Damals war auch immer ne gute leckere Sauce auf den Suhsirollen, davon auch keine Spur: Insgesamt hat die Qualität im Vergleich zu früher deutlich nachgelassen – schade

Heutige Mission: Sushi für zwei und zwar so, dass man satt wird! 😋 Wie immer gab es keine Vorgaben, was auf den Teller kommen soll, einfach überraschen lassen. Das Ergebnis: wieder einmal superlecker! Für die Größe des Ladens ist das Ambiente wirklich schön, und die Hintergrundmusik sorgt für eine tolle Stimmung. Zum Abschluss gab’s noch vier Sorten Mochi-Eis – ebenfalls richtig lecker. 🍨 Am Ende waren wir auf jeden Fall satt, wie gewünscht. Lecker war’s wie immer, und es gibt jedes Mal neue Überraschungen. Wir haben sogar noch sechs Stück Sushi mitgenommen, damit unsere Tochter zu Hause auch etwas abbekommt – und trotzdem waren wir pappsatt. 😉

I'm not someone who eats sushi often. Since I discovered this place, I could eat it every day. The owner is super sweet and friendly. The food is simply fantastic! I was absolutely thrilled after my first visit and can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Special from Langenhagen. The quality of the sushi is outstanding – everything is fresh, lovingly prepared, and simply delicious. I particularly liked the creative specialty rolls, which you won't find everywhere. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The decor is also modern and inviting – perfect for a cozy dinner or a meeting with friends. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here. If you love good sushi, you should definitely try this place.

The staff are incredibly warm and very, very friendly, you just feel welcome! If you wait there, you will even be offered tea for free, sometimes just like that, which is really not a given and shows how much value is placed on hospitality here. We were very surprised that this seemingly inconspicuous restaurant had so much to offer. We were positively surprised by the food and the service. There was also free Sencha tea and salad.

Conclusion: Absolutely recommended! We bought something here for the first time and are very satisfied. The pick-up time specified when ordering could not be completely met, but the 15 minute waiting time was happily accepted. At the same time, to bridge the waiting time, there was a salad and tea for free. (You also have to give the restaurant credit that there was an automatic email that the order was a little delayed, but I was already there) You could watch the entire preparation process. Nothing was pre-made and just taken out of the fridge. Everything freshly prepared and very tasty. We paid €80 and got a large box full to the brim as shown. Four normal eaters will probably be satisfied here. However, as soon as you have one or two gluttons with you, things could get a bit tight. We will definitely come back.

Because things always look so good on social networks, we have now made our way to Basche. We ordered some takeaway on site. We received a very warm welcome and our waiting time was accompanied by a delicious tea on the house. Our order was fresh and prepared really quickly. There was also a salad for free. What can I say, the sushi was really great. We were definitely not here for the last time. There's still a lot to try on the menu. We look forward to the next visit.

Unfortunately, we cannot rate the ambience on site as we have never eaten there. But today we had delivery from there for the first time and we are totally thrilled! Not only was the delivery ordered on time, the crispy roll with salmon, the gyozas, everything was super warm. I put together a vegetarian bowl and all we can really say is: WOW! Everything is really tasty and delicious!!! Please keep it up, dear Sushi Noova team, your craft is worth sooo much!!! You're happy to pay the money for this and get healthy, tasty food in return!!! We didn't think we would find such a delicious sushi shop in Barsinghausen. Inconspicuous in appearance but the sushi is really great and the spring rolls or gyoza are also highly recommended.

Very tasty sushi, there are better ones but they are far away and cost more. What really bothers me, however, is that you order online and are given a time to pick up and then you still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. This has happened to us 3 times now and it's just annoying.

The rolls were freshly finished and packaged on time for the agreed pickup date. My guests really enjoyed it. Even those who had never eaten sushi before in their lives loved it. Schmeckt sehr gut und der service war freundlich und zuvorkommend. man kann beim "sushi zaubern" zugucken und wahnsinn, der junge hat echt es echt drauf. die crunchy sind lecker knusprig und die inside out sind anders als man es sonst kennt und genau das macht es super lecker. ich würde den kleinen laden weiter empfehlen. 😁

Jede Rolle war ein Kunstwerk für sich und das Essen war nicht nur lecker, sondern auch wunderschön anzusehen. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Essen noch angenehmer machte. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen und diesen Ort jedem empfehlen, der nach qualitativ hochwertigem Sushi sucht. 5 Sterne!

Das Essen schmeckt super gut, der Laden ist schön gestaltet und kann es nur empfelen.

Ungewohnt in einem Wohngebiet aber das Restaurant ist super schön. Das Essen war mega lecker aber besonders das Hähnchen Popcorn ist der Hammer 10/10. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen weiterhin viel Erfolg und Freude am Kochen.🍀
