Wir wurden - trotzdem dass wir nicht reserviert hatten - freundlich empfangen. Nach einer kurzen Unstimmigkeit bzgl. des Tisches zwischen den Mitarbeitern wurden wir zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Uns wurde soviel Zeit gelassen, sodass wir Getränke und Essen gleichzeitig bestellen konnten. Leider haben wir ein vegetar. Vorspeisenteller für min. zwei Personen bestellen müssen - obwohl es so nicht in der Karte stand. Die Menge war überschaulich für insgesamt 18 €. Das Sushi-Menü war lecker. Allerdings war Wasabi und Ingwer jeweils auf eine Daumennagelgröße beschränkt - und das für 24 Maki-Teile. Die Rogen auf dem Inside Out wurden lieblos auf die Maki gehäuft, statt sie außen auf die Rolle anzubringen. Die Enden - obwohl nur halb gefüllt - wurden als Stücke mitgezählt. Nachdem wir gesagt hatten, dass wir gerne zahlen möchten, ließ man sich soviel Zeit - obwohl nichts mehr los war. Auch die Tatsache, dass wir uns schon angezogen hatten, störte irgendwie niemand. Das Essen ist geschmacklich gut. Leider stimmt aus meiner Sicht das Verhältnis Preis-Leistung (Qualität) nicht mehr.

The waiters were all very friendly, the food tasted good, but the portions were very small and it was very expensive. That was a shame, everything else was great.

We regularly go here for lunch from work. Unfortunately, the service and speed are getting worse and worse. Eight people waited over 20 minutes to place an order. Later guests were served beforehand and the waiter was also informed that we would like to order - only the answer was that he would come to us shortly.

The food was great! Very nice staff! ❤️ I would like to ask if this could perhaps be realized. There is an app called “TooGoodToGo”. Would it perhaps be possible to register as a restaurant there, because I think, like every restaurant, you have things in the evening that have to be thrown away because they are no longer good the next day. This is an app where customers can buy these things. This then works like a surprise bag. I and many others would definitely be happy too 🫶

Unfortunately, the restaurant has changed to its detriment, perhaps after a change of ownership some time ago. Once really fine cuisine, well seasoned and with distinguishable finesse of the individual dishes and also easy to digest. Today the preparation reminds me more of a random Asian snack bar that, for example, offers a sweet and sour duck in the bottled sauce that is usually on the table for seasoning for a whopping 20 euros. You can get a similar quality and quantity from the snack trailer in front of the metro in Neu Ulm for 8.50. Egg noodles, the usual fatty wok dish with lots of umami...narium glutamate. The food is heavy on my stomach and nothing justifies the price of 105, - except inflation. Unfortunately today is the last time.

I am so blown away by the service, the food and how they serve it too. You will be warmly welcomed into a really great atmosphere. The food is really beautifully prepared and tastes simply wonderful. In terms of price it is also very reasonable. We definitely recommend it and would happily go there again ourselves.

We recently ordered a slightly larger takeaway menu here. The staff is very nice and accommodating. However, in many sushis the avocados were as hard as apple pieces. That shouldn't be ok at these prices.

The Sushi&Nem is centrally located in Kempten and impresses with its very nice interior design. There were two of us there and we had a really nice evening. The service was great and quick and questions about the ingredients were answered competently and accurately. The food was fresh, tasty and came to the table quickly. The menu offers a good selection of sushi and other Asian dishes and we enjoyed both very much. A recommended place for anyone who wants to enjoy fresh Asian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere!

Crunchy rolls are simply the best out there. Starters also delicious. The green chairs unfortunately became uncomfortable after a while. The waiter could have been more attentive with the drinks, they sat dry for a long time.

Everything was really tasty, the three of us went there, we were full and left satisfied, it's expensive but it's worth it.

After good experiences, we experienced the opposite today. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were under pressure but in a good mood. It took a while before we could order: 2 rice dishes for us and 1 sushi dish for the children. The rice dishes arrived in a reasonable time, decorated with parsley (!!!!) instead of coriander. Just for looks! Then please leave it out instead of a "fake".... The duck was also rather dry and not fresh and crispy. The sushi dish came and didn't come, and the children became impatient. When we asked the service staff, they simply answered "it will take a while" WITHOUT checking. We were finally finished with the rice dishes and wanted to pay, without the sushi dish of course. It was only here that we really looked to see where the food might have gone. It was gone... like magic. There was no apology for the lack of food, only the explanation that there were a lot of online orders. Are we second class guests? Result: mediocre food (or even no food), poor service, noisy and hectic environment. No risk of repetition.

Unfortunately, the portions are far too small for this hefty price! Fried rice with chicken €16 and then such small portions. Maybe it should be reconsidered

I love eating sushi and Sushi & Nem is a restaurant on my list when I think of sushi. I came back two months ago after renovation, but something is wrong with the price management. I don't want to say "it's too expensive" because I can understand inflation. But a roll of sushi (with 8 small pieces) costs 16€!!! with quantity as seen in the picture. Today (October 3rd) I went again and ordered the same dish (unfortunately I didn't take a photo) the quantity had become small and I couldn't get enough. I still give it 4 stars because it always tastes very good and the service is also friendly.

I was there at the beginning of September 24, apparently they were remodeling? In any case, it looks much emptier and the chairs are impractical. The food was still the same, delicious. I can recommend the chicken coconut soup as a starter because the sushi plates are a bit small. I would definitely not order cocktails again, they were called the same as everywhere else but the ingredients were completely different and uncoordinated. When I want to go to an Asian restaurant in Kempten, I always go to Sushi and Nem, but I think they could still improve on the service and performance.

I was very disappointed with my visit to New-Suchi. The portions are just way too small. The shrimp salad, which is really expensive for the price, only had three shrimps in it. This is absolutely outrageous. Also, the sushi rolls came without sauce, which made them dry and tasteless. The price-performance ratio is catastrophic. You pay way too much for what you get. I definitely won't come back and can't recommend the restaurant.

We love the Pho at Sushi & Nem, but we always have a hard time deciding between Pho and Sushi. Sometimes, we get both and take one home. This is a great Asian restaurant, and the staff remembers us and always makes us feel welcome. We have brought many family and co-workers here, and they all agree that Sushi & Nem is fantastic!

The food tasted amazing. The arrangement was also nice to the eye. The waiters were very friendly. The location looks pretty good. In my opinion the price performance is a little bit too high but still, I would come back. What I greatly dislike was the waiting time. We had to wait to order our drinks and food. And we had to wait for the main dishes that we especially said please bring everything at the same time (entree and main course) Sadly, we had to ask two times to get it faster. Still, I would recommend this restaurant because the variety and the food were top notch. The next time, we would specify again when we want our food. Maybe the second time it's working ;)

We are now regular customers and I have to say neither the food nor the service ever disappointed me, everything was always excellent, you can have a good chat and the atmosphere is great. The prices are also worth the money. We always look forward to coming here.

We go to Kempten once a year for a day of shopping and ending it at Sushi & Nem is almost part of it. It was excellent again, there is a huge selection and everything felt good. Service is also polite and courteous.

We were there for lunch at lunchtime. There was little going on, the waiter was attentive. However, the food was absolutely overpriced for what it was. Price/performance is not right here at all. There was no lunch menu here either, or only on a few days. I also asked if the curry was spicy or if he could make it mild as I can't tolerate spicy. The waiter said that wasn't a problem. However, the dish was so spicy that I could hardly eat it. Unfortunately we weren't satisfied.

Wir hatten Gerichte online bestellt, die lt. Karte auf der Homepage ca. 17 € kosten sollten. Berechnet wurden dann ca. 20 €. Auf Reklamation kam dann der trockene Kommentar, dass die Preise geändert wurden und dass das jetzt halt so wäre. Und es ist leider kein Einzelfall. Bekannte von Uns haben im Lokal die Platte mit 40 Sushi bestellt, es kamen aber nur 32. Auf Reklamation wurde hier eine andere Karte hervorgezaubert, in der handschriftlich die Zahl der Sushi reduziert war. Auch wenn das Essen immer noch gut ist, wir kommen nicht mehr. Über den Tisch ziehen lassen wir uns nicht.

Im Großen und Ganzen nur mittelmäßig … wir haben leider Plastik im Salat gefunden und die Sojasoße war alles andere als lecker. An der Flasche war auch zu sehen wie oft diese schon nachgefüllt wurde. Der Deckel löste sich schon teilweise auf …. Currygericht war sehr fruchtig und lecker

First things first: the food tastes wonderful, the service is friendly and it's a really nice place. However, I have to say that I no longer find the prices justified in relation to the portions. A dish consisting of salad, rice noodles and spring rolls for €17.50 is too expensive for me personally. It's a shame actually.

We had sushi and soups to take away... The sushi looked like it came from the supermarket and was, to put it mildly, not very appetizing! The ginger was dry and therefore matched the quality of the sushi! A disappointing experience for just under €90!

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Das Essen ist auch sehr gut. Aber..... Jedoch was mir sehr missfallen hat, ist das man vor der geschlossenen Türe stehn gelassen wird und einem der Zutritt verweigert wird, wenn man höflich bittet kurz auf die Toilette gehen zu dürfen. Alle Mitarbeiter saßen sichtbar im Lokal und hatte augenscheinlich nichts dringliches zu erledigen. Ihnen scheint wohl nicht klar zu sein, dass dies unter "Unterlassene Hilfeleistung" fällt.

Das koreanische Restaurant hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre und der Service war freundlich. Jedoch war ich enttäuscht vom Geschmack des Essens, das mir persönlich zu fade war. Die Speisevielfalt war vorhanden, aber die Geschmacksintensität fehlte mir deutlich. Es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen, besonders in Bezug auf die Aromen und Geschmacksvielfalt der Gerichte.

Sehr sehr leckeres sushi. Haben aber etwas länger auf unser Essen warten müssen. Wir waren 6 Personen und haben ca 1 Stunde aufs Essen gewartet. Aber das warten hat sich absolut gelohnt.

Das Essen war wirklich gut allerdings hätte ich für das Geld mehr erwartet. Ansonsten schöner Laden und nette Bedingung

Wir waren vollumfänglich zufrieden. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, nie zu aufdringlich. Das Essen ist hervorragend, auch die Qualität vom Fisch. Wir kommen hier immer wieder mal gerne her da es vom Parken angenehm ist (Telekom) und da es einfach immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis ist.

Wir waren Mittags zu fünft da. Service war schnell und freundlich. Die Musik ist mit manchen Tracks echt zu laut weshalb bei Ambiente die Sterne fehlen aber das Essen war so lecker das ich gerne immer wieder komme. Die Portions größen sind super und man braucht, wenn man nicht vorhat mehrere Stunden da zu sein auch keine Vorspeise weil der Hauptgang reichhaltig ist. Uns hat es allen geschmeckt wir werden wieder kommen.

Klasse Laden mit Personal wo auch für einen Spaß zu haben ist. Die Sushi-platte für 4 hab ich mit meiner Freundin alleine gegessen und sie hatte noch eine Miso-Suppe vorweg. Nachtisch gab es natürlich auch wobei das Creme Brulee leider kalt war aber das tat der Sache nichts ab. Gerne wieder

Das Essen ist absolut und großartig gewesen! Wir waren. Alle maximal zufrieden! Von Anfang an war alles bestens und top top!

Guter Laden. Sushi wird frisch zubereitet und man hat ein Auge darauf. Geschmacklich war es gut allerdings fehlte uns das gewisse Etwas, da gibt es andere Sushi Läden, die ein kleines bisschen die Nase vorn haben. Was negativ ist wenn ein Kellner die Getränkekisten zum auffüllen über den Boden an deinem Tisch vorbeischleift. Da könnte man auch zweimal gehen und sie tragen. An sich aber ein nett eingerichtetes Lokal und ein sehr hübscher Kellner. Meine Freundin war sehr angetan 👍

Wir sind nun seit Jahren Stammgäste hier. Gegen das Essen können wir nichts sagen aber der Service ist einfach nicht wirklich auf nettem Niveau. Wenn man Tag um Tag auf Sonne wartet, sie dann endlich da ist und man mit einem lapidaren „Wir bedienen draussen heute nicht“ nach drinnen verfrachtet wird, dann ärgere ich mich maßlos. Den restlichen Tag verbringen wir wieder im Büro. Döner draussen macht mich da zufriedener. Nächstes mal gehe ich wieder wo anders hin - ist die direkte Folge dieser Art mangelndem Service. Es ist Sommer - ein superkurzer - 5 m ausserhalb der Räume scheint die Sonne - liebes Serviceteam: richtet Euch danach. Der Laden war im Übrigen fast leer, also Stress war hier keiner - im Gegenteil. Sehr Schade dass ich meinen Mittag drinnen verbringen musste. Freunde gewinnt Ihr hier keine. Leider

Wir haben immer gerne (auch in Pandemie Zeiten) Sushi bestellt. War immer gut. Heute haben wir wie immer die Sushi Platte für 3 Personen bestellt und waren total enttäuscht. Platte war im Gegensatz zu früher ‚sehr übersichtlich‘, der Klecks Wasabi so klein, dass er noch nicht einmal für die Hälfte der Sushis gereicht hat das Schlimmste, Fisch war sicher nicht in Sushi Qualität. Wir werden so schnell nicht mehr bestellen!
