Wir hatten einen fantastischen Abend hier. Das Sushi war absolut frisch und wurde wunderschön angerichtet. Besonders die kunstvoll geformte Lachshose auf der Platte war ein echtes Highlight für das Auge. Alles schmeckte hervorragend und die Auswahl war beeindruckend groß. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, um uns erneut durch die Karte zu probieren. Ein toller Ort für einen entspannten Abend.

In jeder Hinsicht 5 von 5 Sternen! Traumhaft leckeres Essen, super nette und tolle Mitarbeiter und der Lieferservice ist ebenso phänomenal: Blitzschnell, sehr nette Fahrer und selbst geliefertes Essen ein optischer Genuss. Man merkt und sieht, dass das Team mit Liebe und Freude die Speisen zubereitet. Große Empfehlung, ich bestelle hier immer wieder gerne. Für mich das beste Sushi Restaurant in Bergedorf und Umgebung.

Es war sehr lecker und wir wurden bestes bedient. Das einzigste was uns " negativ" ausgefallen ist, war das es keinerlei alkoholische Getränke gibt. Keine Wein, Sekt, Bier oder Alsterwasser 🤷🏻‍♀️

Der Service ist hier sehr zu loben und hervorzuheben !!!! So aufmerksam und freundlich l das sieht man sonst nirgendwo!! Die Qualität vom Sushi ist richtig gut und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

Wir lassen uns öfters Essen liefern, da wir nicht in der Nähe des Restaurants wohnen. Essen ist immer top und für die Entfernung, wird die Lieferzeit jedesmal super eingehalten. Seltenst kommt es zum akademischen Viertel. Wirklich super. Die Fahrer sind immer freundlich und die Bestellung über die Internetseite auch sehr einfach. Daher für uns fünf Sterne wert!

Diesmal leider wirklich nicht gut. Hatten u.A. frittiertes Hähnchen Sushi bestellt. Dies schmeckte allerdings total fischig, vermutlich wurde im Fischfett frittiert. Das ist eigentlich nicht der Grund, warum ich Hähnchen Sushi bestellt hatte. Mein Sushi Verlangen für das nächste halbe Jahr ist gerade bei 0%. Die gut 50€ bin ich wohl trotzdem ärmer.

Das All-you-can-eat-Angebot ist einfach unschlagbar – für nur 25€ bekommt man richtig leckeres, frisches Sushi. Die Auswahl ist groß und alles schmeckt super! Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der Service: sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Leider sehr schlechte Qualität.Die Sushi waren leider sehr fest und trocken. Die Avocados teilweise braun,fast schon schwarz.(S.Foto) Vom Geschmack und Aussehen her schwer vorstellbar,dass das wirklich frisch war. Sehr schade,diese Entwicklung zu sehen,da wir schon öfter dort bestellt haben und eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden waren. Die Vorspeise war okay aber mehr auch nicht. In der Hot Box war auch nicht alles so vorhanden wie angegeben. Insgesamt ein sehr Enttäuschendes Erlebnis.

Ich war neulich Sushi essen in Hamburg-Bergedorf und bin echt begeistert! 🍣✨ Die neuen Rollen sind super lecker und richtig kreativ – da ist für jeden was dabei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service: Der junge Mann am Mittwoch war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und hat uns richtig gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Außerdem gibt es dort alles halal, was ich persönlich sehr schätze. Die Mocktails sind auch richtig lecker und passen perfekt zum Essen. 🍹 Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung – ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ambiente: Eher gemütlich als Lounge denn japanisch puristisch schlicht eingerichtet. Musik nicht zu aufdringlich. Topp sind die wirklich spitzenmäßig sauberen Sanitäranlagen. 4/5 Service: All-you-can eat verschwurbelt kompliziert gestaltet mit Einschränkungen was man wann bestellen darf: Erstbestellung 3 verschiedene, zwei Nachbestellungen - aber eben nicht alle Typen irgendwann sondern dann nur einmal oder nicht als Zweit-/Drittgang. Die Bedienung freundlich und aufmerksam aber scheinbar auch ob des komplizierten Bestellmodus leicht verwirrt. 4/5 Essen: Die einzelnen Sushi recht groß (für große Klappen wie meine aber kein Problem) Sehr lecker, viele verschiedene Saucen dazu. All you can eat inklusive zweier Nachbestellungen nur mit großem Hunger voll auszuschöpfen, lohnt sich dennoch. Einen Stern Abzug dennoch: es gibt keinen Sake. Überhaupt keine alkoholischen Getränke. Meines Erachtens ist Bier etc abdingbar aber Sake gehört dazu. 4/5

Ich war am 08.03 dort. Super Sushi und insgesamt eine richtig gute Erfahrung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die beiden weiblichen Servicekräfte. Mega freundlich, aufmerksam und einfach einen richtig guten Job gemacht. So macht Essen gehen Spaß. Komme gerne wieder.

Das Essen hat sich deutlich ins Negative verändert. Waren dort früher gerne Kunden und haben oft dort Sushi gegessen. Der Service hat sich SEHR ins Negative geändert!! Ein Mitarbeiter Stinkt und eine Dame war unseres Letzten Besuches SEHR unfreundlich!! Sehr traurig in was sich der Laden entwickelt hat.

Ich hatte Sushi zum mitnehmen. Der Herr heute am Tresen war sehr nett! Das Sushi war lecker und schön angerichtet. Die Preise sind zwar echt heftig, aber mit dem Abholerrabatt geht es zum Glück! :)

Wir haben exakt 1 Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet und KEINEN Goodie dafür bekommen. Diese Stunde war besonders lang, weil die Schlange der Selbstabholer kein Ende nahme und die Leute bis auf die Straße standen und dabei immer wieder die Tür über lange Zeit aufgehalten haben. Fazit: alle starten uns eine Stunde lang bei eiskalten Temperaturen an. Unsere Laune war im Eimer, als das Essen endlich kam. Die Abholer wurden eindeutig schneller bedient, als die Restaurantgäste. Das Essen war mittelmäßig und wenig. NIE WIEDER!

Nie wieder. Das sogenannte All You Can Eat ist hier eine klare Irreführung. Man darf nur einmal nachbestellen, alles Weitere muss extra bezahlt werden. Mir wurde zunächst ein Teller mit 16 oder. 20 Sushis serviert, Empfehlung vom Chef. Danach habe ich 8 Sushi (California Rolls) und zusätzlich 2 Thunfisch-Sushi nachbestellt. Anschließend durfte ich nichts mehr bestellen, außer gegen Aufpreis. Ich habe der Kellnerin erklärt, dass ich ein All You Can Eat bezahlt habe und noch Hunger habe. Ihre Antwort: „So sind die Regeln, es tut mir leid.“ Das ist für mich keinesfalls All You Can Eat, sondern maximal All You Can Order Twice. Diese Art von Werbung ist falsch und grenzt für mich an Abzocke. Wenn man mit AYCE wirbt, muss das auch angeboten werden – und nicht nur eine einmalige Wiederholung. Unverschämt. Nicht zu empfehlen. Die Bedienung war super.

Sind seit Jahren Stammkunden im Lieferdienst. Das Sushi ist immer lecker, die Lieferung immer sehr schnell und die Fahrer sind stets sehr freundlich. Geheimtipp: Die Hotbox mit Teriyaki Soße und gebackene Banane!!!

Ich war früher wirklich sehr gerne hier und habe das Restaurant mindestens einmal im Monat besucht. Leider hat sich das in den letzten Monaten stark verändert. Es wirkt, als hätte ein Besitzerwechsel stattgefunden, denn die Qualität hat deutlich nachgelassen. Das Sushi ist nicht mehr auf dem Niveau von früher. Häufig wird die Avocado weggelassen, was ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen kann. Auch der Reis schmeckt nicht mehr so gut wie zuvor, und die Rollen wirken insgesamt lieblos und wenig sorgfältig zubereitet. Besonders enttäuschend ist inzwischen auch der Service. Ein junger Mitarbeiter ist sehr unhöflich und überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich – das kannte ich von diesem Laden früher ganz anders. Die weiblichen Servicekräfte sind zwar freundlich, achten aber zu wenig auf die Gäste und fragen beispielsweise selten nach Getränken. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht und würde mir wünschen, dass das Restaurant wieder zu seiner alten Qualität und Atmosphäre zurückfindet.

Mein Mann und ich waren für ein paar Tage in Hamburg und haben im Internet dann dieses Lokal gefunden. Ich gehe einige Punkte mal der Reihe nach ab: Konzept: Da wir auf der Webseite von Sushi für Hamburg gesehen haben, dass es ein Sushi all you can eat (im Folgenden AYCE) gibt dachten wir uns, wir probieren es mal aus. Vor Ort merkten wir aber, dass es nicht das klassische AYCE war wie man es sonst kennen mag. Du entscheidest dich zwischen 2 Varianten. 1. Variante: Küchenchef stellt dir eine Mischmasch Platte aus max. 5 Rollen zusammen damit du alles mal probieren kannst. 2. Variante: Du kannst insgesamt 3 Runden bestellen. 1. Runde 3 Rollen und die 2. und 3. Runde jeweils 1 Rolle. Ganz nette Idee ABER ein AYCE ist das nicht wirklich. Wir waren anfangs etwas verwirrt da wir so ein Konzept vorher nirgends gesehen hatten und haben die Bedienungen auch mehrmals fragen müssen da es noch ein paar andere Regeln gab, die man beachten sollte. Wir hatten uns für die 2. Variante entschieden. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere kostet das "AYCE" pro Person 21,90€. Ist top wenn man bedenkt dass man 5 ganze Rollen bekommen kann. Ambiente: Süßer moderner Laden. Ist sehr schön eingerichtet, nicht sehr groß dafür aber gemütlich. Die Beleuchtung ist abends jedoch arg dunkel. Und die Musik.... Ich weiß nicht wie es sonst so ist dort, wir waren ja bloß ein Mal dort aber es lief spanische Musik. Auch wenn ich Bad Bunny und Co auch im Alltag selber höre, hier hat es garnicht gepasst meiner Meinung nach. Das macht den Asia Vibe etwas kaputt. Ist jetzt aber auch kein Drama ich wollts nur erwähnt haben. Service: Die Mitarbeiter dort waren super freundlich und durchgehend am lächeln. Sehr junges und süßes Team ich fand alle wirklich sympathisch. Es war viel los an dem Abend, viele die für Zuhause bestellt und Essen abgeholt haben und auch viele Leute vor Ort im Lokal. Dennoch, wir haben ca. eineinhalb Stunden warten müssen bis wir den ersten Teller mit Sushi bekommen haben. Die ersten 3 Rollen waren schnell verspeist wir hatten natürlich Kohldampf, dann waren die Rollen im Magen und die zweite Runde stand an.... wieder lange warten. Warten bis man neu bestellen konnte und dann nochmal warten bis das Essen kam. Zur 3. Runde kam es nicht, da die Küche schon am schließen war. Sehr schade. Essen: Das Sushi hat sehr gut geschmeckt und es war super angerichtet. Es gibt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Ich esse zb keinen rohen Fisch oder Meeresfrüchte und auch für mich gab es sehr viel Auswahl. Vielleicht teils etwas zu viel. Einiges hatte absolut nichts mehr mit authentischem Sushi oder asiatisch zu tun finde ich. Alles in allem hat es aber geschmeckt. Fazit: Es war eine tolle Erfahrung dort gewesen zu sein und leckeres Essen gegessen zu haben. Ich finde das kann man mal ausprobieren wenn man Sushi mag und mehrere Sorten ausprobieren möchte. Jedoch würde es mich nicht unbedingt reizen dort nochmal hin zu gehen. Macht eure Erfahrungen, geht mal hin probiert es aus das Essen ist schon gut muss man sagen. Mit dem Partner, der Familie oder den Freunden kann man auf jeden Fall gut dort sitzen und eine tolle Zeit verbringen. Satt wird man auch. Und wenn dann die Wartezeiten noch kürzer werden dann ist super.

Jedesmal super leckeres Sushi bekommen. Leider heute der Lieferant zu spät. Mir wurde eine große Fanta als Entschädigung aufs Haus gegeben bin wirklich immer zu Frieden 😊 Immer wieder gerne

We've eaten there several times, and the sushi and everything else was always very good. My wife ordered the set menu this time. When she had chosen her dessert from five different options, she was told 15 minutes after ordering that they were out of chocolate cake. Then she chose something else. Another five minutes later, she was told that they weren't available either. When I asked what dessert they had, the young man had to go back to the kitchen and ask. The answer was that they only had churros. By then, we were tired of ordering anything else. And then the bill came, which included the full menu, and only after I complained was a portion of the menu price deducted. As I said, we've been there several times and have always been very satisfied, but this time we didn't like it at all.

For comparison, I got some food from this "Sushi for Hamburg" branch. I noticed that there are some differences between the branches – both in the packaging and in the preparation. The portions here are a bit smaller than, for example, at the Hamburg-Wandsbek branch, where the sushi also looks more visually appealing. While the food looks good here too, I still like the Wandsbek branch a bit better overall. Unfortunately, there was a slight smell of warm plastic in the bag and on the sushi, which was probably due to the packaging. The portions of the dips are also a bit smaller than usual. The server was friendly, but seemed a bit shy and uncommunicative, and when I asked, she couldn't tell me exactly what the yakitori sauce was. Despite these small differences, "Sushi for Hamburg" remains a good and recommendable chain overall.

A great, clean restaurant with great food and friendly staff

Great food, but unfortunately unfriendly service. The sushi here is really fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, on our last visit, we already had the feeling they were trying to get rid of us as quickly as possible. Today, we weren't even allowed in, claiming the table was reserved, even though no one was sitting there and the guests had just left. It seemed like they just didn't want any new customers so close to closing time. It's a shame, because with a little more hospitality, this could be our favorite sushi place. PS: We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant across the street, and the food there is also excellent.

Yesterday, I ordered a Dragon Box at the sushi restaurant in Hamburg-Bergedorf. It usually contains ginger and wasabi. This time, however, the box was poorly presented, with no ginger or wasabi. Since I really enjoy wasabi, I asked two employees at the bar for it and paid extra for it. When I got home, I unfortunately discovered that there was neither ginger nor wasabi in my box. I then called the restaurant and reached the manager. As compensation, he offered me a €10 voucher for my next order and took my phone number and email address. Unfortunately, I still haven't received a voucher to this day, two days later. The service has noticeably declined. I've always enjoyed eating there, but I don't want to be ripped off. It's a shame.

For me, this is currently the best sushi in Bergedorf. I ordered for pickup, which saves 30%. The service was super friendly, and the shop looks cozy, very clean, and inviting. Therefore, I have to immediately upgrade my original review from years ago. Please keep up the good work.

So, I'm a big fan. The food is always GREAT! BUT we ordered for pickup today and were told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Then we arrived and were repeatedly told to wait another 10 minutes. In between, they said the slip had been misplaced and the order was lying around somewhere. In the end, they had to redo everything, and we waited another 45 minutes there (twice the time). I would have been happy if they had at least offered us a Coke or water as an apology. Unfortunately, that's not good service for me. It's a real shame because I've always been satisfied.

Not bad sushi, but somehow the flavor wasn't particularly intense the two times we were there. The rice wasn't either (no sourness, rather soft). Friendly staff!

I went there with a friend today, but unfortunately, I'm no longer satisfied. The service is very slow and it takes a long time to order (there are three tables occupied). All the sushi tastes the same. I was shocked by the bill for two people, which came to almost €80. One all-you-can-eat meal, one eight-piece sushi, one spring roll, one bottle of spirits, two non-alcoholic beers, and two scoops of ice cream... I don't think that adds up. Well, unfortunately, I can't recommend it anymore. I will be avoiding the place from now on.

All you can eat with sushi is a dangerous plan and can quickly backfire. For a grown man, 5-6 rolls are no problem with an all you can eat plan. Sushi for Hamburg has recognized this well and simply puts a lot of compressed rice into the roll. I'll say...for the price they charge, that's ok too. However, the taste quality naturally suffers because you already have a lot of rice in your mouth and the delicious fillings can hardly be tasted anymore. Otherwise everything was delicious, good selection and varied. The service is always attentive and responsive. Nice and clean and tidy. We tried to order take away from this restaurant twice and they were both horrible experiences. The pieces are way to big and the fish tastes really bad. It tastes spoiled or like plastic. If you're lucky, one or two pieces will taste fine (not good, but fine). We always paid more than 50€ to put everything in the trash. No quality at all! I do not recommend!

Avocado mushy. The seaweed leaves shimmered slightly brownish, rice was mushy, wasabi was too little and not spicy, no soy sauce (must be ordered separately). The wasabi mayonnaise also doesn't go well with the sushi at all. Never again!!! It's a shame, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The last time I ordered here was 1.5 years ago and everything was fine.

My daughter loves sushi, we buy it here. Either to go or on site. It's actually always full here, I take that as a sign of the good quality. We have eaten sushi from Sushi for Hamburg Bergedorf many times now and it has always been good.

Since we live close by, we often get boxes to take away. The 30% pickup discount is very accommodating. The general performance/price ratio is very good. Regardless of their composition, I always found the serving and counter staff to be attentive, friendly, polite and courteous. The fact that the restaurant is usually always full in the evenings and everyone present is in a good mood speaks for itself. We would love to order here again!

I've always been a regular guest. I am now very, very sad that you have rewritten the menu and the actual all you can eat is history. You only have to reorder a number twice instead of as many as you want. Unfortunately my favorite role was also taken off the menu :( I would also have been willing to pay the old offer at a higher rate. I hope the best for you and that your new calculation works out. Unfortunately, I'm out for now. Service has always been very good.

The entire store is super nice and mostly very empty. Every now and then suppliers come in because people probably like to order there. Otherwise it is quiet and pleasant there. The ambience is super nice and the service is good. Because there are fewer people, the waiters aren't under as much pressure and are all super friendly and helpful. The all you can eat menu is unbelievable in terms of price/performance ratio. The presentation and taste are really great too. Absolute recommendation to everyone

I always get sushi to take away here. A 30% self-collection discount is unbeatable. The menu offers a variety of variations. I find the selection very diverse. The ingredients are very fresh and taste great. The quality was always good with every order. The Madrid roll with the flambéed salmon is my top recommendation. The ratio to price to performance is very good. That's a fair price for the quality. The restaurant has a pleasant and calm ambience.

The food there is really delicious, the people there are really nice and the restaurant also looks very nice! You can sit inside as well as outside. Highly recommended!
