Sushi Dreams in Norderstedt

Very good sushi, at a fair price with the all-you-can-eat option. I'd be happy to come back.

We've been there several times. We live 120 km away. We always had our little dog with us. But on Thursday, four of us had to leave the restaurant because the dog was with us. The restaurant was completely empty. There was no "No Dogs" sign on the door. I felt totally ripped off. Did the waitress not want to make sushi for four people? Thanks, never again. We've never been treated so unfriendly. We'll spend our money somewhere else.

I ordered sushi. It didn't say anything about spring onions anywhere, but they were on it. I'm allergic to them and couldn't eat them.

Everything was super delicious and the staff was very friendly.

We're disappointed! We made a reservation for three people the day before for 6 p.m. all-you-can-eat. The next day, we arrived at 6 p.m. sharp. The first thing they said to us was: I thought you'd be coming at 7 p.m. Nope! 6 p.m. as discussed. Well, since it wasn't busy, we had a free seat. The whole place feels like a bistro. Even the few masks and mannequins don't add to the Japanese flair. The young man at the cash register looked like he was on his second day. After a truly long wait, the drinks arrived. After a very long time, the sushi platter arrived. The bombshell had exploded. One of our three people had said in advance that she only eats nigiri. The platter only contained maki and California rolls. Of course, that was the end of the all-you-can-eat menu for that person. Since we had said this immediately upon receiving the platter, they said we couldn't choose anything. Well, we didn't want to choose anything but had politely indicated that one person would only eat that one type. And nigiri isn't rocket science or anything extraordinary. Well!!! Disappointment for sure, but then we ordered 9 nigiri for just under 19 euros. They arrived after the two of us had eaten the whole plate. Really, really bad. When the nigiri was finished, we moved on to paying. And what can I say? We actually had to pay for 3 Ayce even though only 2 people had it and one person ordered 3 extra. The reason: Because there were 2 more rolls on the plate. I was like: HUH? I could have eaten 10 more rolls here because it was Ayce! Just because there were 2 more rolls in the first place??? Well, everyone knows what that came down to. The boss had to come and of course he immediately said we would pay for 2 Ayce and 1 9-piece Nigiri. All right, all good. Butoooo! Who wants to go to that place? In summary: the look is so-so, the service is so-so, the sushi selection is extremely poor. If I were the boss, I'd choose a different service. The boss is super nice. All in all, we'll never go there for sushi again!

I haven't been here in years because I rarely find someone who also likes sushi. I remembered the food as mediocre and the service as friendly. Now I came back, and I'm thrilled. The sushi hasn't been this good before. I ordered all-you-can-eat and said I wanted tekka maki and California rolls with salmon. You can see the result in the picture. The tuna is dark and low in fat, everything else is also of very good quality, and the price is very fair. Recommendation for newbies: order the house sauce with it.

The cumbersome ordering process is extremely annoying. Often, I don't get what I actually wanted. This should be updated urgently to reflect the menu. Otherwise, it's delicious. But out of a possible 10 orders, I abandon up to 5 because it's confusing and therefore time-consuming.

We order from you quite often and enjoy it, but unfortunately, we've often encountered the problem that our orders weren't read carefully even when we'd made a comment. Sauces are constantly forgotten, and sometimes even chopsticks, which I find very unfortunate and annoying!

Has deteriorated a lot :/ Food was bland and tasted like it had been sitting there for a few hours. It's a shame because sushi is always very expensive...

The delivery was quick, the driver was very friendly, but unfortunately the food wasn't tasty... The seaweed salad was mini and the bowl consisted of 2/3 cold rice. Hope the tuna was fresh.

We've become big fans of the new SushiDreams over the past few months! Whether we've eaten all-you-can-eat or ordered, it's always been top-notch. The team is super accommodating to our requests, and the quality of the sushi has been very impressive the last few times. This time we tried the vegan option and were thrilled: The crunchy box was nice and crispy, the sushi inside was fresh and delicious, and the vegetables were also crisp and fresh. All in all, a fantastic place that we highly recommend!

The waitress stands behind the counter for 5 minutes without coming to the table, expecting you to use the QR code, even if you ask for the card. A sushi plate with 6 types only takes 10 minutes and there is way too much cucumber in it. It's very hard. It gives the impression that everything was pre-produced, because I've never received a whole record so quickly. That simply doesn't work. And for 30eu an absolute cheek. And since the waitress is untrained it makes sense to talk to her. But after 5 hours I still have problems with belching.

So where do I start... the man who served us was totally unfriendly and not communicative at all, we got the wrong food, didn't get any money back and didn't even get the right food afterwards... made us feel super uncomfortable (2 girls), only men were standing around us when we wanted to clarify it... the boss treated his employees like the very worst, they really felt sorry for us! It's definitely not all legal...that would really surprise me If I could I would give 0 stars I'm very happy with you, never again :)

The Sushi AYCE is very inexpensive for the service it offers, especially at lunchtime, and a full recommendation. But you have to be prepared for the fact that after the opulent first record and the classic second record, the quality drops quite a bit. Food intolerances were taken into account. Highly recommended for AYCE, I haven't ordered from the delivery service here yet.

I can highly recommend Sushi AYCE for lunch and dinner. You can order as many records as you like. The first record is terrific, even if it's not quite as "classic". The subsequent records include more classic Maki. The sushi rolls are very well filled. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere in the store was okay.

Ordered a ramen with chicken. It just wasn't edible. Ready-made broth with mushy noodles and convenience chicken. Paying €12.50 for that is audacious! I can cook a ready-made soup myself for €1.90☠️

I said twice in my review that I didn't want any peppers in the pasta... The lady on the phone was visibly overwhelmed and, after the wrong delivery, assumed that I had never said it... Sorry, but you will get rid of customers again!!!

Let's be honest: Ramen is different! Never tried such a bad soup. Spaghetti in water with some chicken + some wok vegetables. Please try it yourself. For €13 you feel cheated. Sushi was good.

Hello, actually you have to divide the review, but since it won't be read otherwise there is only one star. First of all, the ambience is ok and the sushi is delicious, but 3.5 stars. BUT I ordered a ginger tea and you expect something different when you order a tea at an Asian restaurant - and not only there. For 5.50 euros I received a small pot of hot water and a "teapot" bag (ginger flavor, if you can call it that...). The package with 18 bags costs 1.99 euros and therefore each bag costs just under 11 cents... To charge 5.50 euros for it is an absolute outrage, especially since in such places you would otherwise get a nice large cup or tumbler with fresh ginger etc ...Sorry, but I only get one star for that!

The two of us ate an all-you-can-eat meal with only vegan sushi (!) on a Wednesday evening. We asked about vegan over the phone - no problem, really good! Shop wasn't really crowded, it was pretty quiet and relaxed. Drinks arrived relatively quickly, plate took a while, but not too long. There was a good selection with avocado, carrots, tofu, peppers etc., also crispy. Come again :)

I hadn't been there for a long time and I was thrilled. Many more sophisticated than before, great selection. At the turn of the year, the price for the AYCE was increased by over 20%. A bit much at once in my opinion.

I ordered for pickup via Lieferando and paid directly. Everything went great - the food was ready on time and we were served in a friendly manner. There was a brief confusion because the lady still wanted money from me, but I had already paid. That was quickly resolved. My son was also allowed to use the toilet. The sushi was very tasty - the sauces are amazing (especially peanut). Two tips: you can only pay on site with your girocard and the parking situation is bad (right on the main road, even on Sunday evening I was stopped just because I was driving slower and looking for a parking space).

Simple atmosphere, no unnecessary frills. Accessibility is ok, parking is available in the area. The service was very friendly and helpful. The food came quickly. The quality is definitely good - that evening I found it a bit bland and I was missing the final kick. And I found it a bit overpriced for that.

No go! The rice from the sushi was raw! We had to complain about everything and everything ended up in the trash! The delivery was extremely late, that hardly bothers me anymore...it's more the fact that I didn't receive the credit of €38 that I promised over the phone, no further response, the poor girl who works alone in the service was completely overwhelmed and didn't know what to do The boss wasn't on site, after speaking to him over the phone, she called back and confirmed that I would get a credit, but no one knows how... or did they say that it would be noted down and next time?! Of course I DIDN'T want that, THEN the girl wanted to contact her again after consulting her boss, so far 1 day later nothing! I am extremely upset... NO GO'

The furnishings are very trendy and are partly reminiscent of an American diner. The service is rather routine. In the evenings of the week there is sushi all you can eat for 18.90. It's also tasty, but only a quarter of the rolls contain fish and only the same type. The rest is vegetarian. In my opinion this is a sham.

Had the all-you-can-eat lunch menu, very tasty, including warm sushi. Friendly staff, unfortunately not very busy at the time, we'll be back

Wir hatten dort gestern einen schönen Abend. Das Essen war top und die beiden jungen Frauen die sich um den Service gekümmert haben, waren sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die splitternden Einwegstäbchen aus Holz mit den man vor Ort essen muss. Passt gar nicht zu dem toll angerichteten Essen, zudem wird dadurch so viel unnötiger Müll produziert.

Veramente soddisfatto da questa esperienza nuova (per me), all you can eat a sorpresa, idea fantastica!

Soeben vom Dinner zurück. VORSICHT es wird eine Karte mit alten Preisen vorgelegt, abgerechnet wird wesentlich mehr. Dem Personal ist bekannt, dass es eine alte Karte ist. Wenn man sich beschwert, wird man noch dumm angemacht, dass man verärgert ist und man weist alle Schuld von sich, weil man ja noch nicht lange dabei ist. Unter aller Kanone. Service sieht anders aus! Wir waren das letzte Mal in diesem Laden.

Gute Speisenauswahl, die Preise sind in Ordnung. Die Beratung vom Service ist hilfreich und sie sind sehr nett

Ich war nicht so wirklich überzeugt. Es war wenig essen zu einem Preis von dem ich nicht überzeugt war ob das gerechtfertigt ist für die kleine Menge,,, und wir haben eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf unser Essen gewartet

Das Sushi ist okay, für den Preis gibt es aber in der Umgebung definitiv besseres. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt also nicht ganz. Das Sushi war auf jeden Fall genießbar und typisch angerichtet. Nichts besonderes. Der Service war okay, wahrscheinlich essen eher selten Kunden dort und nehmen ihr Essen mit, dementsprechend fehlte es der Mitarbeiterin ein wenig an Erfahrung im engeren Kundenkontakt. Das Essen kam aber zügig und die Bedienung war freundlich. Das Ambiente entsprach dem eines typischen Sushi-Lieferdienstes; Nett aber nicht dazu gedacht dort längere Zeit zu verbringen. Alles in allem zum Bestellen wahrscheinlich ein guter Sushilieferant, zum Essen gehen doch lieber ein anderes Restaurant. Insgesamt sauberer und gepflegter Eindruck.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, es wird auf Wünsche eingegangen und die Portionen sind großzügig, hübsch anzusehen und noch dazu lecker. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Das Essen Eid jeden Tag frisch hergestellt. Es gibt keine braunen stellen und auch die Avocado wird jeden Tag immer wider im Verlauf des Tages frisch geschält und geschnitten. Alles wird per Hand gemacht und auch individuell angepasst wenn gewünscht.
