Super pizza service in Finsterwalde

Well, I have to say the pizza has improved. Four months ago, I really didn't want to order it anymore, but I have to say I've turned around 👍. Keep it up.

I ordered pizza today via the app. Delivery was supposed to be at 11:45 a.m. At 1:00 p.m., I called to check on my order. I couldn't reach anyone except the voicemail. Given the service, I bought my food elsewhere and uninstalled the crappy app. Unfortunately, you can't give negative stars here.

We ordered because we were passing through, we ordered Indian and I have to say tip top, the sauces are usually a weak point but these were mega, everything around it was perfect ❤️❤️❤️

I ordered from there because this shop only delivers to Sallgast. Sorry, but I'll never order from there again. The food arrives cold, and the kids' meals are just thrown together. There was a used (Happy New Year) pig inside as a toy. A complete disappointment, and not worth the money. First and last time!

I've been ordering here for years. And the pizza always has a ton of cheese. 😋 You have to be patient with the delivery service.

We've ordered pizza from there several times now and even eaten at the restaurant a couple of times. Personally, at first, the pizza delivery service was really good and fast, and the pizza was fresh and delicious. But now we really have to complain that the pizza is either burnt or even raw, or that there's sausage on top instead of cooked ham. Moreover, the pizza is usually cold and soggy. We've found that you shouldn't order there too often, because the more often you order from the menu items, the more the quality declines. The ambience, which refers to the decor of the Indian restaurant, is clean and well-decorated. The prices are okay, but could perhaps be reduced a bit. Regarding the service rating: At the beginning, as already mentioned in the first part above, they were very fast, and for this good service and quality, we were even happy to tip. After ordering there more often, we encountered a problem: The delivery of just two or three pizzas took a total of 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours. In contrast, the delivery time at the beginning was only half an hour at the most. As can be seen from all the arguments mentioned, the quality and performance of the service and the desired orders can deteriorate.

I ordered a chicken burger with fries for the first time. The burger was very dry and the top bun was burnt. And there was neither ketchup nor mayonnaise with the fries.

Food arrived late despite the stated delivery time. Burger meat and pizza crust badly burnt. A seafood pizza with extra garlic was ordered and a dry tuna pizza without garlic was delivered. It was definitely the last time I ordered anything there

We ordered some time ago and were hoping to get our money back when we returned the food, but nothing happened. The fries were raw and the burger was ok after one bite. We didn't try the Indian dish because the tacos weren't tacos but a lasagna. They left us speechless - pictures speak more than 1000 words. The boss was unfriendly on the phone, only the driver was very nice. Although I hope he found a better job than this...

So you're really just disappointed, the delivery time of almost 2 hours is amazing, but there's always something that doesn't fit or is missing, which is just annoying. If I say that I don't want onions on my dish then that should be the case. But I don't know if anyone actually reads anything. But the fact is that it has deteriorated so much that it's really sad.

We have been ordering here regularly for over 15 years (and always picking it up ourselves). Back then it was still in the station building. Visually they have improved a lot since then. The quality is good. The Super Pizza Service has become something of a tradition for us when we are in Finsterwalde again. Very friendly staff!!

ORDERED VIA APP AFTER ONE HOUR NOTHING ARRIVED WHEN WE CALLED IT SAID HE DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING VIA APP. THEN ORDERED AGAIN BY PHONE AND AFTER 2 HOURS WE GOT NOTHING AGAIN, AFTER 3 HOURS THE FOOD FINALLY CAME!!!!! impudence

It took 1 hour and 30 minutes for a pizza to come to us 2km away

I'm really disappointed. I've ordered there several times but that won't happen again because I'm now at home with food poisoning because of your food.

Ordered food today and I can only say it sucks. Family pizza with extra broccoli and egg. Both were forgotten during baking and poured on cold at the end. The pizza was cold and really dry. The taste was really not tasty. They didn't make any effort and it has developed negatively in recent years.

Ordered again today for a long time and absolutely disappointed. Hair in food is not acceptable

I get the impression that if you don't click on a tip, you'll be put last in line for delivery?! After 1.5 hours, a cold, wobbly flatbread arrives, which for a lot of money was supposed to have been a pizza... no thanks! More than once - that's enough

Gyros pizza tasted very good, fast delivery and still nice and warm.

Super lecker und schnelle Bedienung

Just ordered food. If half arrives incorrectly, the other half will be forgotten. Food totally cold and it smells strange, like it's bad. It was the last time I ordered there.

We have been a customer several times and have been increasingly dissatisfied recently. The ordered food is only delivered after request and the rest of the order is forgotten. I'll never order there again. Two hours wait and I have to eat a bockwurst, forget it

The portion of fries for 3 euros was really big. Pizza was delicious as always 😎💪🍕 and the staff has become friendlier. Keep it up!!!! 👍🍝🍗🍔🌭🍟✌️

We ordered 5 different pizzas, they all looked and tasted pretty much the same. Cheap dough with a lot of cheap ingredients and cheese on top. And then charging 10 € per pizza is way too much. Can't recommend this place. Also we waited way longer than the guy on the phone said.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had, ordered 4 different pizza and all of them looked and tasted the same, covered in cheep cheese. Not recommended

Das Essen schmeckt gut, aber wenn ich zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit erst bestelle & meine Bestellung ca. 20min. nach Aufgabe schon bekomme, verstehe ich nicht, warum man bei Lieferando die Option hat eine Uhrzeit der Lieferung angeben zu können. Was hätte der Lieferant gemacht, wäre ich nicht Zuhause gewesen ? Schade.

Wo ist diese Pizzeria? Gibt's die überhaupt noch? Kein Schild, nix.... Nach einer Woche Finsterwalde habe ich es begriffen 😂 Der Inder ist auch ein Italiener.... Damit nehme ich meinen einen Stern zurück und werde ihn mal testen

2 × Pizza bestellt, nach 2 Stunden geliefert und das kalt. 30 Minuten später erst wieder abgeholt. Tierisch enttäuscht, vorher immer Wärme und Zeit eingehalten und diesmal unter aller sau. Komme selber aus der Gastronomie und habe für vieles Verständnis aber dafür nicht. Keine Ahnung was da falsch läuft aber es ist mal besser gelaufen. Schade das es jetzt so kommt.
