Sultan Palace in Kehl

Everything was delicious, warm, and made with love.

We ordered pizza on November 29th. We had it delivered and ate it at the construction site. The pizza wasn't cut, wasn't cooked through, and had no sauce on it. Could that be because we're construction workers?

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The chicken tastes perfect and is as tender as butter, the salad tastes fresh, and the doner kebab is a culinary delight! The pizza is large and filling, just like all the other products offered at Sultan Palace. The restaurant is large, beautifully decorated in a homely style; you feel very comfortable there. The sauce is pure perfection; I tried it once, and I'll probably never forget it! This restaurant is highly recommended!!!!

When we arrived, we were offered a seat, and when we arrived outside, our colleague told us that it was not possible to eat on the terrace and that it was closing even though the website indicated 3 a.m. I had a bad experience in this snack bar and I strongly advise against it.

The waiters are nice, nothing to say, but the gentleman who cooks empties an ashtray and doesn't wash his hands. I had to point it out to him. The meat has been very salty for some time. I used to come here often. I came back today to eat. What a disappointment. It's a shame that the quality has dropped so much.

Very tasty pizza, delicious kebab. For several years now, when we're in the area, we've been coming here for pizza etc. Only these rooms with slot machines destroy the atmosphere. These rooms are facing and separate from the restaurant. But people still come and go there and it's just not as cool as it could be. Apart from that, everything is good and nothing major to complain about. 👍🏻

While passing through I opted for a chicken Yufka. For €9 I received a very salty and dry Yufka that was completely inedible but ready in two minutes flat..... I threw it all in the trash. Amazing !! Avoid this snack. A shame to serve this!!!

Restaurant that I will never go to again... 1 hour to serve you can't even pay by credit card, they ask you for an amount by calculating in their head by scraping money from you. The staff is not friendly and they have the nerve to attack you and speak badly to you in a haughty and inappropriate manner in front of all the customers, mentioning that they do not have the time that we must pay the amount indicated, period. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant to avoid, it will be the last time for me, it is better to go to the competition next to it.

Never again in "this restaurant" it's a joke my plate was completely charred and dry... you don't grill when you don't know how to control the cooking of meat. The rice had to be at least 3 days old. The service an unfriendly gentleman to know if we bother him when taking the order. The child's plate no effort and give it kebab... what can I say half empty or half full? Total 55 euros... Nous avons pris les assiettes de grillades, franchement pas terrible vu le prix 17€.(voir photo) , nous avons également pris des pizzas , qualite pas terrible du tout, celle au kebab était extrêmement salée. Et pour couronner le tout pas d eau en carafe disponible , le vendeur propose directement des bouteilles d eau 50cl a 2€. Je ne recommande pas du tout, mauvaise expérience
