A great service team (except for Laura) who greet you with a smile and know exactly what their regular customers want. I can absolutely recommend this store and I really enjoy going there

I'm 43 and have only been to a subway once and I still don't understand why people spend €370 on a sandwich with coke 😅 That's no more than a sandwich. I'd rather get a kebab plate for the money if I'm in the mood for fast food.

Delicious sub, unfortunately the cheese oregano bread was not available. The new facility seems a bit uncomfortable to me. Otherwise solid subway.

As I expected! Subway never disappoint me!

Feel free to come here, be it for a lunch break or a small snack in the evening. All the employees were very friendly except for one (Laura is on the name tag). No matter what the day, she makes a rude face and is not friendly. And reacts rudely just because she has to ask several times what you want on your sandwich and she can't remember it even if you say it loud and clear. Most of the time you avoid being served by her as it really puts the mood down. The rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. You always leave there in a good mood. Keep it up! Very comfortable and lots of places to sit. Totally recommended.

In itself a nice little location. Clean, pleasant music volume, decent staff. Thats how it is suppost to be.. The only thing that could be noted is the lack of experience. There is no recommendation for Subway newbies. This may be due to age, but Subway could do more here! An incorrectly put together sandwich can result in the customer not liking it. Otherwise, keep it up!

Nice, bright subway with fast service and good parking.

The employees were hyper friendly. There's little going on. In the evening there were a few young people who were a bit annoying, but it's just a kind of snack bar. You have to like it, in my opinion there is no culinary highlight.

What was that?! The lady actually put the wrong sauce on me, the only thing that came out was a terse “oh, sorry!” There's no question about whether you should redo it, whether you even want it or anything like that. Of course there was no discount either! Impudence! When I asked if this sauce tasted good or at least similar to the one I ordered, the only answer I got was “it’s slightly spicy, you have jalapenos anyway!” Ahhhh, thank you! This will be my last sub for a long time - because unfortunately this sauce wasn't to my taste at all and so I just threw €10 out the window!

Definitely one of the best Subway. Should serve as a model for the many other poorly run Subway restaurants in the region. Everything is just right here: taste, service, etc. Just as it should be. We recommend.

Beautiful, clean and modern branch with motivated, friendly service. The latter in particular is often missing in other Subway branches. This is a happy exception here :-)

Everything tastes delicious, even with gluten-free bread. With the app everything is a lot cheaper, which means you can eat more😄🫣. (Almost) all employees are very nice and polite👍🏼☺️. (There are always exceptions)

Please introduce. Visa, Mastercard and GPay work without any problems.

A really, really good Subway, others can learn a thing or two from it. Super nicely decorated, super nice staff, fresh ingredients just great. And even on December 24th. At 3 p.m. I still get something to eat here, even though almost all the other shops are closed. If you want to try out a good subway, you should come to Gaggenau. The trip will be worth it.

Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich erstklassig, und ich habe sogar jemanden kennengelernt. Leider weiß ich nur, dass er Türke ist 😂😂😂 - aber der junge Mann ist wirklich cool! War schon mehrmals dort. Ist immer Sauber und Preis Leistung stimmt auch. Und wenn ich was bestelle, darf derjenige sich auch an der Nase kratzen. Kein Problem. 💪

Essen war in Ordnung, der Service sehr gut. Die Preise sind nach meinem Empfinden deutlich zu teuer.

Personal war unhöflich, wurde angenörgelt weil ich potatoe bites bestellt habe nachdem das sub zubereitet wurde und an der Kasse wird erst bescheid gegeben dass Karten Zahlung nicht möglich ist und getränk war auch nicht angerechnet worden obwohl dies Standard im Menü dabei ist.

Ich war am 02.10.2023 zu dort zu Besuch und ich war fasziniert, es ist mit Abstand der beste/schönste Subway in der Umgebung.

Begonnen hat es das man nicht mal hallo sagen konnte dann hatte die gute Frau extrem mit Gurken Salat und Zwiebeln gegeizt, dazu kam sie mir rüber als wäre sie extrem desinteressiert den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen.

Super sauber und Cooles Personal

Meine absolute Lieblingsfiliale! Alles wirkt sehr sauber und hygienisch (das war beim Vorbesitzer leider nicht der Fall). Das Personal ist super freundlich und fragt sogar von selbst nach, ob man z.B. mehr Soße möchte. Ich freue mich sehr über den Besitzerwechsel, bitte bleibt so! :)

Ich esse keine Subs nur die Salate und die sind mega Chicken Terriyaki.

Total sauberer Subway. Sandwich wird nicht hektisch sondern mit Zeit. Selbst Abends sind die Zutaten noch frisch! Alle Mitarbeiter beherrschen die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei

Seit der Neueröffnung gehen wir wieder gerne hin. Laden ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten sind freundlich. Meiner Meinung nach eine Vorzeigefiliale.

das Essen war sehr lecker, Personal hat mich gut und nett beraten (es war mein erster Besuch eines Subway). Ich war der einzige Gast, der zu diesem Zeitpunkt im modern eingerichtete Lokal gegessen hat. Einziger Misston, es war dem Boden unter mehreren Tischen anzusehen, dass heute schon einige Gäste da waren. Nachtrag: beim letzten Besuch war sauber, es war auch ein Mitarbeiter dabei die Tische abzuwischen. So beim nächsten Besuch und die Rezension wird überarbeitet. Inzwischen wird laufend auf die Sauberkeit geachtet, war die letzten 2x sehr angenehm angetan

Sehr Neu durch Neubau, schön kühl also Perfekt für Warme Sommertage und im großen und ganzen hatten wir auch ein paar lustige momente mit dem Personal, nir zu Empfehlen 🫡

Nach Jaaahren mal wieder bei Subway gewesen: Tolle Beratung, Sandwich frisch und einwandfrei, Laden sauber. War nicht das letzte Mal dort :-)

Wir waren schon mehrmals nach der Neueröffnung da. Das junge Team war immer sehr nett, das Lokal immer sauber (ja- auch die Toilette), die Sandwiches schmackhaft. Fazit- der Laden tut was er soll - ist halt ein Fast Food Lokal.
