A nice shop, the food tastes really great, but I have to say that the person of dark-skinned, Indian/Pakistani origin seems a little underexposed and out of place. Even my paraplegic grandma can walk faster than the gentleman behind the counter. I'm not entirely sure if he really works here or was doing a favor for a friend. Terrible place. We were here for the first and last time today. The cashiers are very unfriendly, rather arrogant. I understand that they are tired too, but they must do their job properly. When my sister and I said that we should NOT put tomatoes and other things in the bun, she did. We warned that it was our first time here, and we didn’t know everything, but they didn’t help us with the choice and began to tell us to be faster, but we didn’t know everything, which is why we were slower than everyone else. extremely unfriendly staff Order 2 subs with whole grain bread via app When I picked it up on July 29th, 2024 at around 5:50 p.m., I was told that white bread was used, as this would have been how the receipt would have been issued. I then showed my order confirmation, which clearly stated whole grain bread. The two ladies on duty were of little interest in this and referred to their receipt. When I noticed that it wasn't me but that they had made a mistake, the older of the two women reacted angrily and had nothing better to do than point out that she wasn't responsible for the mistake. Who, if not the employee at the local Subway branch, is my contact for such problems? Neither lady felt it necessary to offer to make me two new subs or offer any other "compensation". Why should it? The stupid customer has already paid for everything by credit card in advance. The branch in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm will no longer see me as a guest.

I've been a regular customer for a long time and usually come several times a week. I would like to give 5 stars for the very nice and competent employees like Nici, Kiki and Faris. So far so good, until then everything is fine and there would be nothing against 5 stars, but unfortunately this thoroughly positive impression is tarnished by Pavlina. Anyone who is generally so unfriendly to customers, generally doesn't respond to a hello when they come in and after so many years has not mastered the German language anywhere near sensibly should have no contact with customers. A sensible employee would also ask the customer whether it's dine-in or take-away (which the others do if they don't know, which almost never happens anyway), at Pavlina you'll get yelled at if you don't do it on your own early enough says it's time to eat here. In addition, at Pavlina you leave the store hungry, which I only want to mention in passing, as I don't rule out that the quantities meet the standards. The older lady with the hairband makes an unfriendly impression one way or another, but yesterday she shot the bird... my friend wanted the cheese between the salami and the chicken teriyaki and she carelessly threw the salami back down in order to put the cheese on top make. Mood catastrophic. I actually enjoy eating at Subway and can hardly complain about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that we have entered the store and heard loud arguments from the employees. At times I felt sorry for the waitresses because they were literally being beaten down. And in front of customers! The atmosphere in the store is just toxic and it really hurts to watch. Even if the store itself is beautifully and modernly furnished, it totally ruins the ambience. I also find it annoying that the staff are often not familiar with the current offerings of their own restaurant chain > but I don't find that as annoying as the points mentioned above.

Actually a nice restaurant, but unfortunately the service is lacking. I had an appointment to have dinner there with a business partner on January 9, 2025 from 6 p.m. A table was reserved in advance. When we entered the restaurant we were the only guests, which remained the same for the rest of the evening. Only three people picked up food to take away within those two hours; otherwise the restaurant remained completely empty. Our drink and food orders were received at short notice and in a friendly manner and the preparation time was completely fine, as was the food itself. Well, the main courses were a bit simply prepared, so a little decoration in the form of at least a lettuce leaf or something similar was not necessary damaged, but the quality is absolutely fine. What didn't work at all was the service, i.e. the operation. The lady present served the food, but neither asked at the time nor later whether we wanted to order dessert or drinks. And even though we had long since sat with empty glasses and were the only guests in the store, that shouldn't change. They probably didn't feel like opening the restaurant for two guests and so we were simply ignored. Shortly after 8 p.m. we paid and left; this will of course be the first and last visit. If you don't feel like having guests (which the yawning Leer could also speak for...), then you can't run a restaurant. Too bad.

I love this restaurant! Nowhere in Pfaffenhofen do you feel closer to Italy than here. The location, the flair: unique! Authentic cuisine, courteous service, good and unfussy food. A revelation for my wife and me, a happy place. Many hyped restaurants in Pfaffenhofen can pack in. But you also have to be able to get involved with it. Keep it up, dear wine enthusiast team :-) be il migliore. grace
