Subway in Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm

The one employee who was there was so slow you could resole her shoes while she was walking. Despite it being busy, she made no attempt to work any faster. When the second colleague arrived, things moved along a bit quicker. Both of them were friendly, though. The display, however, was disgusting! Mushy cucumbers, sausage with a questionable color... The sub was also unfortunately unappetizing; the "meat" had a very unpleasant texture. I won't be coming back.

It's usually pretty good. I often go there with my sisters. BUT TODAY, December 20th, 2025, at 4:30 PM, this woman came in already annoyed, didn't understand anything, and put in the wrong sauce. I said Garlic & Herb, and my sister even tried pronouncing it differently, but she put in vegan Garlic Ahoi 🤦🏻‍♀️. I'm deeply disappointed. On top of that, she put in way too little of everything; it was like I only eat whole-wheat bread. Unfortunately, I forgot this woman's name, otherwise I would have mentioned her!

Dear Sir/Madam, I was there earlier with my girlfriend. We placed an order twice because the woman didn't understand us. Her colleague helped us. I wanted a whole item, and my girlfriend wanted half. At the end, when the woman was packing it, she wrapped mine completely, even though I wanted it packed separately. She still didn't understand me. When her colleague came, I asked him to pack it separately. He said it was too late, then wrapped it in another piece of paper and said I could do it myself. I left the store without buying anything. The staff were simply disrespectful. I will never go to that store again. Something needs to be done about this.

It was a pleasant surprise. Tasted good and the service was great!

It's now a complete disaster. The staff are unfriendly and completely overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. The place and the tables are dirty. When I asked them to wipe down the tables outside, I was met with an unfriendly "Please sit at another table. We don't have time for that." Terrible. Even if it's just a Subway, this just isn't acceptable.

I was given more food than I wanted, which meant I had to pay more. The staff barely understood me. The staff member tried to deceive me and portray it as my fault. Simply awful.

The sandwich was extremely different from the picture. It looked terrible and was incredibly expensive. It tasted okay. Once, never again.

I bought beef tacos for 4 euros, and they were delicious. The service was excellent. I liked everything; the atmosphere was wonderful, and the products were fresh. I recommend it.

The food was not good. The service was slow and not very polite.

The employee went to the cashier chewing, and she was incredibly unfriendly. Unfortunately, there was also "currently" no cream cheese... The toppings were also rather sparse, with salad and other items only being properly tossed upon request. I couldn't recommend this store at all today!

I've rarely had such a bad dining experience as here. The place was very dirty, the floor was filthy. There were only two staff members there and it was quiet, yet we only received lackluster answers and old fries. Once and never again....

We were at the Pfaffenhofen branch yesterday. Vouchers didn't work. The staff were completely overwhelmed. The nachos were cold and the potatoes were raw. When we complained, we were told that a colleague on the early shift had done it. We were there at 5:30 p.m. The potatoes had been sitting in the display for that long.

Was here for the first time. Clean, employees seem quite sluggish and listless Saturday at 6:30 p.m. nothing going on, so service was quick. I asked what was on offer and decided on the tacco sandwich, which was also delicious. Unfortunately, the flyers with promotions are left at the end of the counter. I would have liked a note about my question before ordering. So I would have gotten a drink and a cookie for free or only paid half. When asked if I could still get the drink and coockie, I was answered with “No, you would have to show that before paying”… It's a shame, you feel like you're being taken for a fool. Now you have earned 3.5 more from me but one less customer. So the bill isn't worth it...

The sandwich we ordered was not in stock and stated as picked up at lieferando. Gluten-free food is mixed with wheat and neither hands are washed nor gloves changed in the Pfaffenhofen branch. Was there last time!

A nice shop, the food tastes really great, but I have to say that the person of dark-skinned, Indian/Pakistani origin seems a little underexposed and out of place. Even my paraplegic grandma can walk faster than the gentleman behind the counter. I'm not entirely sure if he really works here or was doing a favor for a friend. I hope that in the future the staff will also have the mental capacity to be able to remember 2 ingredients at the same time. Aba wa legger

I was there with my family and actually had an easy order, but it wasn't implemented the way we ordered, we didn't feel comfortable there, it was more like processing customers quickly on an assembly line, so we had more time for our cell phones

Didn't really listen to what you ordered. Abensberg is much better and fast staff listens well and even advises and recommends going to Pfaffenhofen because I can speak clearly today it was terrible I will never go there again. And totally annoyed.
