A nice shop, the food tastes really great, but I have to say that the person of dark-skinned, Indian/Pakistani origin seems a little underexposed and out of place. Even my paraplegic grandma can walk faster than the gentleman behind the counter. I'm not entirely sure if he really works here or was doing a favor for a friend. When I noticed that it wasn't me but that they had made a mistake, the older of the two women reacted angrily and had nothing better to do than point out that she wasn't responsible for the mistake. Who, if not the employee at the local Subway branch, is my contact for such problems? Neither lady felt it necessary to offer to make me two new subs or offer any other "compensation". Why should it? The stupid customer has already paid for everything by credit card in advance. The branch in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm will no longer see me as a guest.

A very friendly, relatively new employee was unfortunately not supported by his experienced colleague. We had to wait about 25 minutes even though there were only two younger children in front of us. Unfortunately, the vegetables were still completely frozen.

If what it says above works (July 4th), the date on which the voucher is no longer valid. And all in one tone!!!! Sorry, but I left without an order and I won't come back. That's how you successfully scare away customers.

Mood catastrophic. I actually enjoy eating at Subway and can hardly complain about the quality of the food. Also das Team ist super lieb. Ich kann mir alles so zusammen stellen wie ich es mag. Es gibt extra Glutenfreies Baguette. Aber es wird 1 Ofen für alles benutzt. Aber ich hatte noch keine Probleme mit dem Essen dort als Zöli. Man hat mich auch drauf hingewiesen was essbar ist und was nicht. Das einzige was ich bemängel ist, die Ausstattung. Sehr Clean und wenig Ammi Style.

Leider werden Gutscheine von MobileGutscheine.de nicht akzeptiert obwohl die Filiale aufgeführt wird. Bitte dies zu ändern. Die Frau an der Theke war aber dennoch sehr freundlich und die subs wirklich super lecker. Sicher einer der besten bisher. Also große Empfehlung.

Subway ist halt Subway. Das Essen schmeckt, wenn man eine vernünftige Kombination zusammenstellt. Modern und schick eingerichtet, aber die Entschlossenheit wiederzukommen, das geht auf Davids Kappe. Auch wenn die Schlange fast bis zur Tür reichte, ließ er sich zwar nicht stressen, aber arbeitete dennoch in vernünftiger Geschwindigkeit. Er blieb locker höflich und nett, was ich leider bisher von den meisten Subways nicht behaupten kann. Nehme gern bei der nächsten Motorradtour wieder einen Umweg. Anmerkung eines Freundes: Ich habe selten so einen sympathischen Mitarbeiter in einem Subway erlebt. Ich komme gerne wieder und unterhalte mich ein weiteres Mal so nett mit David. Bei ihm merkt man das der Kunde noch der König ist !

Der junge blonde Kerl hat mir ein super Sub gemacht und mich prima beraten, da ich des erste mal Subway ausprobiert habe. So ein Personal würde ich gerne überall haben. Bin mega zufrieden! :)

Mein Sub war nicht schlecht, also typisch Subway nix zu meckern. Haben uns draußen auf die Bänke gesetzt, mein Mann kam mit einem Döner nach. Von der Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant wurden dann von den Plätzen vertrieben, da man beim großen M ja auch keinen Fremdverzehr duldet. Wohlgemerkt es war keine Stoßzeit und wir die einzigen dort. Die 2. Mitarbeiterin saß 2 Tische rauchend entfernt und sagte nichts. Werde hier nicht mehr hingehen.
