I then showed my order confirmation, which clearly stated whole grain bread. The two ladies on duty were of little interest in this and referred to their receipt. When I noticed that it wasn't me but that they had made a mistake, the older of the two women reacted angrily and had nothing better to do than point out that she wasn't responsible for the mistake. Who, if not the employee at the local Subway branch, is my contact for such problems? Neither lady felt it necessary to offer to make me two new subs or offer any other "compensation". Why should it? The stupid customer has already paid for everything by credit card in advance. The branch in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm will no longer see me as a guest.

The end result was that he had to buy something else for more money because it didn't work with another cheese. So then it was my turn and I had a voucher that lasted until July 4th. So it went on July 4th. in the restaurant and wanted to redeem it, they were even advertising it in the window, so she seriously told me that it was only available until July 3rd. If what it says above works (July 4th), the date on which the voucher is no longer valid. And all in one tone!!!! Sorry, but I left without an order and I won't come back. That's how you successfully scare away customers.

Although we mentioned when ordering that we had bonus vouchers (50% discount for a Footlong), the voucher was not deducted at the checkout. Apparently the voucher was only valid on June 4th, 2024. Although it said valid until June 4th, 2024. When we asked again we were told that they cannot currently deduct vouchers when paying, the technician would have to come first. This subway was our favorite subway, but that was our last visit today because you don't have to let yourself get ripped off. Just to increase sales.

Mood catastrophic. I actually enjoy eating at Subway and can hardly complain about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, it has happened several times that we have entered the store and heard loud arguments from the employees.
