Subway in Ditzingen

It's officially open until 10 p.m., but at 9:30 p.m. the doors are already closed...

The store simply closes 20 minutes before the actual opening time. The only excuse is a tired smile.

We were here about 2 years ago and it was really bad, the service, the staff, the food. Everything. About 2 weeks ago we saw that the reviews had gotten better and gave it another chance and I can just say "wow". The staff are now super nice and accommodating, Mostafa in particular is incredibly accommodating and makes the service absolutely incredible here. The meat is again very tasty, the ingredients are fresh. All of this makes this store our number 1 point of contact when it comes to Subway branches. Absolutely recommended!

Super! Very nice, cozy shop, unfortunately not worth staying in now due to Corona. Super warm and friendly employees who put a lot of love into your sandwich and take customer requests into account. I'm always very pleased with the consistently good quality of the subs and the friendly sandwich artists. I can really only recommend it! Addendum August 26, 2024 Just been there again after ages and the multiple changes of owner/owner and was very satisfied. I walked in the door and was immediately happy to see a face I knew from back then. I was greeted in a friendly manner and served. The sub was prepared quickly and according to my wishes. The ingredients were all fresh or freshly baked, which is what you want. The super nice employee even knew my previously preferred vegan topping, you have to figure that out first :) Addendum from 11/24/24 Order for delivery. I ordered food to be delivered earlier and I was really pleasantly surprised! The delivery was even before the stated delivery time and was crisp and fresh, so it couldn't be better. Dear Tanja then informed me that a type of cookie was no longer available and that she could offer me an alternative, what a service! Truly the best branch ever. I would love to come back.

Today, as I often do, I went to Subway and ordered a sub from Tanja in Ditzingen. She seasoned it extra, gave me advice and put the tomatoes on it before heating it, which no one else had done and that's why it tasted particularly good :) I've never had it like that before. A thank you goes out to them!!! And have a nice evening. I can only recommend it (especially with her)

A lot has changed since the reopening. It's clean and the counter is always full. As a rule, all products are always in stock. There are also great new products like the Footlong Cookie 🤤 or the Churros 🤤🤤 It's also rare to find lunch for less than €20. Thanks to Tanja and the team

I am now a regular customer here and I like to come back again and again. I was greeted warmly right from the start, the staff are always in a good mood and the food is amazing. When I read the old reviews I decided that I would only come here once. It's been a month or two and I've been back at least once every week. Anyone who has been here before (regardless of whether you were satisfied or not) should stop by again.

Went to the Subway in Ditzingen three times with current coupons, but were never able to redeem them because of problems at the checkout, that wouldn't be possible?! This needs to be updated first. We really feel like we're being taken for a ride. We have always had very good experiences with other subways, but unfortunately so far there have been fewer. In the past there was usually one employee there alone and you waited forever, now there's a new tenant and you can't redeem the coupons. If this continues, at some point no customers will come and the shop will be closed - it's a shame, but anyone who offers such a service and treats customers like this today shouldn't be surprised...

Ingredients look fresh, staff is friendly. Also newly renovated. Unfortunately, payment is currently only possible in cash!

Since the renovation it has been a completely new shop, everything has become a thousand times better and is really enjoyable again. Extremely friendly and courteous staff. Even just before the store closes, you get everything exactly as you want it. I can highly recommend it👍

I was really impressed by what you can get at Subway today for 3.49 euros. The deal of the day was a very tasty 15cm sandwich. The employees were friendly and tried very hard.

Even though everything shows that it is open, it was still closed at lunchtime. There is also no notice or anything indicating that something is closed as planned. We had to go home with a disappointing birthday child.

Unfortunately for the second time without a sandwich. Disappointing! Last time the employee had to put away supplies and told me a 30 minute wait. There was no one in the store today. Apparently talking and smoking with friends outside the store was more important than serving customers. Then I left without a sandwich.

Sorry, but really an impertinence. More than half of the selection is not available at all. Dirty! Toilets broken and therefore unusable. No card payment...! Total failure

As many have already reported, the selection of salads and meat toppings were not completely available. The staff seems very helpless and poorly trained. The sub was only toasted briefly and was therefore not particularly edible. Not really recommended

The store was extremely small and cramped. It also looked dirty and you didn't feel comfortable. Unfortunately the toilet was also broken, but hopefully it should be repaired soon if not already. Additionally, the staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced. We were given a lot of options when it came to eating, and it ended up being pretty tasty, but it turned out that half of them weren't even available. Sandwiches ended up being quite tasty, but I would only take out.

No Delivery received!!! Don't order there!!

I ordered via Lieferando and had to wait two and a half hours for two cold subs. The delivery person was very unfriendly. A call was made because some part was out. The quality was very poor.

The worst subway branch ever! Every time you come the vegetables are sold out and some sauces are missing. The delivery service via Lieferando is absolutely underground! After 3 hours they call me and say they couldn't process the order because it was so busy and if I still want my food it would take another hour. I drove over with my girlfriend and every ingredient was missing. There was only cucumber, lettuce and corn. If you no longer have any ingredients and can no longer process the orders at all, then say so and don't wait 3 hours! No wonder the store only has 1.4 stars on Lieferando...

When I ordered I saw that the bread was already moldy. The WKD should take a look there. Disgusting. Even the 1 star is too much.

Unbelievably bad. No selection, wrong prices, system to blame. But then bill in full, even though there were only a few supplements available. Certainly also due to the system. I can't understand the good reviews. The bad ones do.

The delivery time was stated as 60-90 minutes. Quite good for topping four rolls. After 100 minutes we got a call saying the order was delayed and would be there in 20 minutes. After 135 minutes the call came that the main ingredient was out and it would be best if the order was canceled. Unfortunately, cancellation via Lieferando is not possible. Subway and Lieferando have therefore disqualified themselves from further orders. Sorry, but there should actually be negative stars for this.

I don't understand how you can run your company so irresponsibly. Ordered and after 2.5 hours I called and said that it couldn't be delivered due to a lack of ingredients 😂😂 and now I have to deal with Lieferando To get my money. I strongly advise everyone not to order.

It can't be that you take out the tastiest cookie. Salted caramel was the best cookie and you don't have it anymore. That's no longer possible. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the small food poisonings, but the cookie thing went too far

Bottomless impudence! I ordered via Lieferando and paid with PayPal. After a little more than an hour, a call comes from Subway: “We don’t have anything anymore. We can't deliver her food." Went there at lunchtime at 12:30 p.m. The delivery driver had to fill the subs because there was no one else in the store. There was hardly any choice of toppings, as can be seen in the picture. I got a Tuna sub earlier and threw up at home! The counter is dirty, dirty everywhere and we don't even want to ask the seller - avoid this subway!

I placed an order via Lieferando. After an hour I was informed by phone that everything was sold out and delivery would not take place. I was also informed that I would have to take care of the cancellation and refund myself. My calls were ignored after that.

It's really unbelievable what's going on at this subway. Please close the store, it's best for everyone involved. On Lieferando you managed to achieve 1.5 stars on average. After sometimes over 2-3 hours, I didn't even start preparing it. Just completely fucked with it. Someone orders food with the expectation that they can eat it in 30-45 minutes at best, 60-90 minutes at worst, and you just don't care. Don't you feel like working? Please just close, it makes no sense if 99% of orders are simply ignored. Once you're there it doesn't get much better. The work ethic is completely zero. I'd rather go behind the counter and do it myself, you don't have to pay employees for that. Really completely out of place and stupid what is offered here.
