Streetfood@Home in Detmold

I've known the Plaka restaurant for a long time, as we used to eat there quite often with my family. It recently came back to me, and I went there last night with my boyfriend. Everything was just like it used to be (in a good way)... the service was really friendly and attentive, the food arrived quickly, was delicious, and most importantly, plentiful :) We were both very happy and will definitely be back! :)

Very small shop but super delicious food, and at lunchtime they give you a free spring roll or soup – incredible. Highly recommended for under €10.

A cozy location with a beautiful view, the food was delicious, the value for money was very fair, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and special requests were accommodated whenever possible. We felt at home and would gladly return. It's still the same. We still enjoy coming here, both planned and spontaneously. The team is polite, friendly, motivated, and attentive, and the chef always manages to reserve a spot for us—even when it's very busy. Even for spontaneous visits, it's worth calling in advance. Many thanks to the team, and keep up the good work!!! My friend's "anniversary birthday" was also arranged and catered to everyone's complete satisfaction, with everything included. Afterward, everyone was very satisfied, and even those who were there for the first time found the food delicious, the staff great, and the location/the view from the terrace very beautiful. Big thanks to Siggi and the team for a wonderful and successful evening. It confirms our continued commitment to coming here.

Very tasty! The schnitzel with fresh chanterelles, mushrooms, and hollandaise sauce is fantastic! Everything is fresh and regional! The baked schnitzel is also delicious!

Salad €16. Wrong salad arrived. Extremely small. With chicken instead of vegetarian. Waited an hour for the food. Went there twice. Both times the service was bad. It was very loud. Hence the low number of stars ✌🏽
