Outrageous prices, poor service... Guest satisfaction doesn't matter... the main thing is that the money keeps rolling in...

Outrageously expensive, a bottle of apple spritzer costs €6, and the beer isn't good value, with 1/3 foam at those prices.

At the Vaterstetten folk festival, we were yelled at by waitress Tanja because our table hadn't had a drink for about 10 minutes. Just before that, our five liter mugs had been cleared away, and we were only waiting a moment before ordering again. The waitress then snapped at us, saying we'd be thrown out of the tent if we didn't order something immediately. We completely understand that you have to order something, but we had just finished our drinks, and there's no need to yell at guests in such a rude manner. When we finally did order, Tanja didn't even bring us the right thing and then tried to leave with the money for the drink we'd actually ordered, even though what she brought us would have only cost half as much. We find this very disappointing and unprofessional!

Absolute impudence, regardless of whether it's a folk festival or a stadium

I rarely give one star. At a planned event at the sports park, Stiftl completely failed again. Despite the announced number of participants, half the attendees had run out of sausages. All that was left was lukewarm pasta with sauce that tasted of absolutely nothing. They were out of cheese, and although they promised more, it never arrived. Stiftl always seems overwhelmed. The food stations were also poorly arranged, resulting in long queues. I can only advise against using Stiftl as a caterer.

Pfaffenhofen Folk Festival: If you even get a chance to order something, you'll wait between 30 minutes and an hour. That kills the party mood before it's even begun. Guests are getting their own food and drinks by the row... that should give you pause. Never again at Stiftl.

If you like dish soap in your beer, this is the place for you.

Super delicious food, large portions and great service.

Tokens sold will not be credited with the same value as discussed over the phone! The boss was asked about it and said smugly that it had never been done like that before. Then she should train her employees better... Very bad style.

Bad service including unfriendly staff, high prices, long waiting times and an obviously bad working atmosphere.

Unser Lieblings-Gastronom in München. Egal wo wir sind: Oktoberfest, Spöckmeier, Deutsches Theater oder auf einem Volksfest in Trudering, Ingolstadt oder Pfaffenhofen. Stiftl hat super freundliche Bedienungen, super Musik. Am besten gefällt uns Münchner G'schichten. Mit denen müsstet ihr öfters etwas machen ^^. P. S. Das beste Wiesn-Hendl weit und breit! Julia
