I've had ice cream there twice and both times I got stomachaches from the ice cream! The spaghetti ice cream was missing cream. It took 15 minutes to prepare. I can't recommend it.

The ice cream is okay, the scoops are small and the ice cream is way too hard. I waited about 10 minutes for a scoop of ice cream; there were two people in front of me. The staff were nice and friendly, though. I have no idea how anyone can survive like that.

We only ordered two milkshakes and received a strawberry milkshake instead of a vanilla one. The ice cream parlor didn't seem hectic, and the atmosphere was generally quiet. The young employee who took our order seemed disinterested and couldn't even remember a simple order. It wouldn't have been a problem in itself...but you pay a lot for a milkshake there, so you expect appropriate service and a proper order. We've noticed the sometimes unfriendly and disinterested employees there before.

Klosterpl. 5The best in town... They make different ice creams every week and I've never had a bad one. The staff at both branches are friendly and engaging.
