The gas station itself is wonderful. The shower and toilet in the middle are clean because they are paid, but the parking lot was clogged and no one cares about it. But campers come and empty their waste right in the middle of the parking lot and all this stench flows into the storm drain.

2 stars because they are ripping off customers with foreign exchange rates. Credit card payment was disabled, so we had to pay with CHF cash. The CHF buys even *more* than one EUR at the moment. So I pay CHF 50, and they are charging *ten EUR* or 20% in exchange fees. This is a completely outrageous ripoff and should be illegal in Germany. Staff are friendly and the food was good, so two stars, not just one.

Mühlhaldenstraße 111Delicious, delicious, delicious. TOP RECOMMENDATION. I spontaneously stopped in for lunch today while passing through. A rating from the website/large free parking lot right outside. Ambience/restroom facilities.... Prompt and friendly service. VALUE FOR MONEY. EVERYTHING PERFECT. Thank you and keep up the good work.

A8 Fahrtrichtung West, Streckenkilometer 187-0I was passing through and stopped at this rest stop. I looked at the reviews and paid attention to a variety of things. So the staff is very helpful and the service was great! I was very satisfied with my order. The fried food was freshly made and completely cooked through. I also liked the restaurant view. It was clean and tidy! The prices were a bit higher, but it's a good thing it's a motorway service station so everything is more expensive anyway. I would definitely come again!!

Schäfersteige 55Went to the Ochsen restaurant on Friday and how was it...? Delicious as always. Not only delicious, but also fun. In Swabian: "A economy of well-being!" :-)
