Nice thermal baths with brine. Not so crowded. Price is reasonable. Clean. Nice staff. Come again.

My new favorite thermal bath for a day of relaxation (restriction: only during the week outside of school holidays). Please take a look at my profile for my other thermal spa reviews in Berlin-Brandenburg. As always, I only rate the bathing area, not the sauna area. The day of the visit was a Tuesday in January, outside the school holidays. Even though the thermal spa is generally further away from the center of Berlin, it is well connected to local transport via the RE7 and bus. The facility is generally clean. The changing rooms are large and have several hooks. If you have a large wardrobe, everything will fit. It's not all that big, but the pool quality is good. The air temperature is OK. The main pool is very spacious and could be a bit warmer. The whirlpool pool is equipped with loungers. The 34th degree pool is also pleasant. The target audience is clearly pensioners. Parents with their babies were also there. In the afternoon a few children came playing but before that we could find some peace and quiet. The deck chairs were also numerous and comfortable for the number of visitors. I didn't test the outdoor pool because the transition area is very cold in winter. However, you don't have to step completely outside the door like in Neuruppin or Bad Saarow. The indoor brine pool is hidden behind the light-sound room door. I can no longer understand why you have to play music when it's about peace and quiet. However, the music is much more bearable than the electro-pop of Liquidrom. However, the observance of silence is not monitored and other guests also used this pool for a spot. The employees are generally friendly. The restaurant is solid. There is not only the classic swimming pool meal but also some home cooking. The baked potato with quark could have used a little more seasoning, the fries a little less, although the portion of fries was very large and the accompanying mayo was very small. However, everything is basically small enough for the number of visitors, but my inquiry at the checkout revealed that it would probably be very busy on the weekend. Then it would probably be very cramped there. Not only the 2 women's toilets and the small shower room will then no longer be enough. Not quite as big but very

Last time there for a long time! We have always been enthusiastic SteinTherme Bad Belzig visitors. However, a lot has changed now - for the negative! Bringing food with you is forbidden, but many people do it anyway, which is understandable because you can't get a seat in the café/restaurant either in the thermal baths or in the sauna area. Unless you stand around in the area (with a few other guests!) in an unpleasantly intrusive manner and wait (we did it for about 45 minutes) for a table to become available so you can pounce on it. But even then you have to expect at least 30-45 minutes to wait for your food. Anyone who is acutely hungry is really in distress. It was also a huge disappointment when we got to the sound room (in the thermal baths area). There are two doors that you have to pass through to get inside. On both of them it says “absolute calm” in extra large font. However, many families do not consider it necessary to leave their (small) children in the appropriate child-friendly areas in the thermal spa area, but rather take them into the “sound space of silence”. Which is why the noise level is greater than in the actual thermal baths! We also counted: at the time of our visit there were more children than adults inside. The space used to greatly enhance the thermal baths for us, but now it's just frustrating. The parents didn't want to leave straight away, even though we asked them very politely and pointed out the quiet area. When we asked the lifeguard, we were told that the peace and relaxation lasted for around five to ten minutes on average once he made an announcement in the room. Unfortunately, the thermal baths are no longer interesting for us due to these situations.

Never again! There was truly a picnic in the relaxation room: beer from glass bottles and the crunch of apples, coupled with all sorts of other background noise, various conversations and the rustling of bags of chips, was only interrupted by the door, which always slammed heavily. Maybe the most relaxing train station?... unfortunately you couldn't move because there were more people present than there were loungers available. The front relaxation area is only separated from the catering area by a room divider, so you can lie in the smell of fried food. I have never experienced trolleys being allowed into the sauna area anywhere. Quite a strange audience! People also talked in the saunas - there was no peace anywhere!!! The saunas are unspectacular... The herbal sauna without herbal scent... It's a shame about the money and especially about the time - the recovery factor is zero.

I had great expectations for my visit to the thermal baths in Bad Belzig, but unfortunately these were not fulfilled in many areas. I would like to positively emphasize the friendly welcome at the reception. The staff was very accommodating at the beginning and made a good impression. The team in the restaurant was also nice and tried to offer guests a pleasant experience. The prices for food are okay, although the portions could be significantly larger. At least we were offered seconds when we asked, which I found to be a small ray of hope. Unfortunately, the thermal baths were not convincing in other areas. The interior appears outdated and is more reminiscent of a rehabilitation center than a modern wellness oasis. The situation with the loungers in the entire sauna and bathing area was particularly disappointing: they were completely covered with towels without anyone actually lying on them. Neither the staff nor the guests seemed to care, which significantly reduced the recreational value. It was simply impossible to rest after a sauna session. The sanitary facilities also left a lot to be desired. Some of them were broken and unusable, which was particularly unpleasant given the number of visitors that day. All in all, the sauna and bathing experience was disappointing. Given the price, I find the overall package to be outrageous and unfortunately I cannot recommend the thermal baths in Bad Belzig. There are much better alternatives in the area that are worth the money.

We had a lovely, relaxing time in the Bad Belzig Therme today. Even though it was very crowded, it went very well. The light sound space is really good. There is also variety on offer in the sauna world. I deducted one star because there are clearly not enough toilets and unfortunately not all showers work. Parking spaces are available free of charge.

We were greeted warmly and something was explained to us, then we started. The sauna is clean, the bistro makes a good impression. A small card, but that's completely ok. We didn't visit the bistro. Unfortunately there are few places to lie down, we know that better. There are also very few seats, except in the bistro. Unfortunately, a foot bath was also not possible because the water was simply too cold for that. The steam bath was our highlight, it couldn't be better. All in all it was nice, but for us it wasn't worth the hour's drive.

A pleasant bath. Unfortunately the 32 degrees in the outdoor pool are too cold for me. The sound space is great, the air temperature is also nice and warm, but nobody paid attention to silence here, too many small children and adults chatting. The food in the sauna area was great. Unfortunately, the showers were all cold today, but there was a discount on a next visit.

85 euros for 2 adults and 2 children as a day ticket - that's quite an announcement. But I am very happy with the pools, inside and out. The quiet sound and light room was great! It wasn't completely quiet, there were too many children on a holiday Sunday - no criticism. Mine weren't too/that quiet themselves! But in itself, a nice space to float away from... However, something has to change at the restaurant in the swimming pool. I understand the 'lack' of space, although I don't think it's that small. But perhaps the concept of preparation in the kitchen can be changed/adapted? We stood on the stairs for probably 15 minutes around 1:30 p.m. because there was no table available. Arrived at the table, ordered at the cash register and then we waited another 10 to 15 minutes for fries with currywurst. They're more like no-brainers who go to a swimming pool/thermal spa, right? I'm otherwise very happy with the bathroom/spa, but waiting on the stairs with the children wasn't nice.

Positive: cleanliness. Changing rooms nice and big. Colorfully illuminated water (especially great in the dark season). Food was delicious and was even served. Negative: Water temperature sometimes too cold. In the light and sound room, the silence was not maintained, so the sounds were not heard. Too bad. Too few toilets near the showers.

The thermal baths make a good impression at first glance. The staff is friendly and the entrance area is large and open. We also visited the sauna and the saunas are enough to spend a nice day. At lunchtime we ate in the sauna area and we enjoyed it. The point of criticism is the long waiting time of 45 minutes. After the changing room, there was a bit of a setback in the showers, as only two of the eight showers worked. That's definitely better. Unfortunately, the loungers in the sauna area were permanently covered with towels, just without an owner. In other thermal baths, the towels are taken aside (by the staff) so that the loungers are free for the guests looking for a place. A little maintenance needs to be carried out in some corners, unfortunately I always notice something like this. For example, the door in the relaxation room that always slams shut and the ceiling paneling in the thermal bath. Overall it was a nice stay.

Actually a nice thermal bath, the swimming pool is too small to swim properly but there is still the outside area, it's just not a swimming pool! Lots of small children, parents only provide a limited amount of peace and quiet, it's actually very relaxing in the sound room, but nobody can probably read what's on the door - please be completely quiet - the adults chat loudly and for a long time! 😬 If you go out to eat upstairs, there is something for everyone, but the tables are never wiped down, there are always leftovers, sugar, bottle caps, etc. on the table! The cashier collects and nothing more! 🤷🏼‍♀️ Sauna area is good and clean, food there is very good! What is not possible is that older foreign citizens can now go into the water without showering, wearing a bra, panties and something like an underskirt or a short nightgown!!! 🤮At first I thought she was just looking after the grandchildren and suddenly she was in the whirlpool! But the supervision says nothing can hardly be seen! 🤷🏼‍♀️ SHAME

We had a lovely relaxing day in the thermal baths. And then there was a very special service: I left my earrings outside. A short contact by email and telephone followed and the jewelry found its way back to me quickly with a stamped envelope. Thank you very much!

Very nice, but a bit old. The infusions in the sauna are great.

Absolute crap. Wanted a voucher, issued in 2020, valid for 3 years from the year after it was issued. So far it's okay to argue that it has expired. Goodwill that could not be redeemed during the pandemic will not be granted. 140km there and back for everyone. Thanks for that!

We were only in the bathing world. Pretty clear and in my opinion the water is too cold to really relax for long. It has more of a swimming pool feel than a thermal bath. We can't say much about the sauna area.

I went to the thermal baths today and was thrilled. Not too big, not too crowded, good food - I liked it. So in short the thermal baths are great!!! Just the RuheKlangRaum - you guys can't even shut up. It says outside: absolute peace. There are tons of pools where you can chat. And what horrified me was that the women were carrying their men through the water on their hands in the quiet sound room. What has happened in the last few years??? Actually, men should carry their wives in their hands. Well this picture shocked me and looked like mother and child, give the breast to breastfeed.

As always, very relaxing and quite manageable in terms of guests during the week...

The water was a little too cold for me for a thermal bath - otherwise highly recommended, but not especially for children...

The thermal baths are admittedly a bit old, but very clean and well-maintained!! I feel very comfortable here. The selection of saunas is great and the staff is always friendly. If you don't attach much importance to ChiChi, but would like to have a relaxed sauna in a quiet and nice environment, this is the right place for you! Great ambience, pleasant & quiet audience. A small oasis of well-being in Potsdam-Mittelmark.

We became aware of the Steintherme because of the Schlemmerblock. The parking lot is very large and free. We used the sauna world and found it quite okay. The saunas are beautifully arranged with a lavender steam room and pool to relax in. I only have one negative point and that is the lack of loungers. Because many people settle at home, there are few relaxation areas. Many loungers were free for a long time but covered with towels. That wasn't so nice, I felt like I was always looking for a new place. I couldn't relax. That's why we went again, otherwise I would have liked to stay longer

Very good infusions. I found the pools in the bathing area too cold. The price is not exactly cheap.

It was nice and not that crowded. It would also be nice to hear music underwater in the sound room. The swimming pool and especially the dining area are very small. The saunas and the treatment were good. The staff very nice.

Nice thermal baths to rest and relax. However, if parents let their children run around freely and without supervision, the peace and quiet is over. Clean, friendly staff, price-performance ratio, only the men's showers could be repaired and the hairdryers in the entrance could be cleaned.

A very nice thermal bath, clean and visual. The changing area is very large but unfortunately there are small lockers. The swimming area is very clear and is not designed for children but rather for adults over 45. Because you can't swim even a few lengths, it's just too small. It's more designed to relax, but it's hardly possible with people's children. The best thing I found was the steel chairs in the outdoor pool for bubbling. The sound space is really great for switching off, but unfortunately not when there are children in there. They're just children and the parents. My child is quiet, but it's a great room and I can only recommend it. So now to the sauna, nice area and also clean, unfortunately 1 sauna is currently closed. The small restaurant in the area is very nice and has better dishes than the snack bar in the swimming pool. But the price/performance ratio is too expensive for citizens. And now at the end, unfortunately the staff was very disinterested no matter where and the showers with the strange push buttons 9 there and 4 broken didn't respond. There was a traffic jam when showering. And 4 hairdryers at the large thermal baths, but also 6 tables with sockets for private use.

Was here for the first time, very large selection of saunas and pools with different brine contents. Everything you need is there. However, the signage could be a little better. The area is not huge, although if you are there for the first time. Then you miss the orientation aids as to where which pool is located.

Top location a wonderful place to unwind

The worst massage ever. Both for me and my friend. It wasn't a massage at all. My mother does better. We asked for a strong massage but we just got a stroke for 69 euros each. Never ever. Veeeery disappointing. And we said several times that we want a strong massage both to the girl at the reception and to the lady who was executed massage. Waste of money.

I took a day and was only in the sauna area. Very nice, super clean, great infusions, lots of space for relaxation. Music in the sauna was a surprise, but that's announced on the list. Small/light meals/snacks in the restaurant would be a nice addition to the menu. I'll be back and then I'll visit the thermal baths too!

Hello, we were in the thermal baths today, everything was nice so far, only the restaurant upstairs was a disaster, dirty tables and floors, we were told to just move around! Condition could also be a bit of a smile.

The thermal baths initially make a good, clean and well-maintained impression. Compared to other thermal baths with comparable offerings, I find them expensive (over 3 hours on Saturday cost €39.5 for sauna plus swimming pool). In my opinion, the air in the swimming pool was fresh and the water was just so pleasant. I know warmer thermal baths than this. It's almost not suitable for swimming, which I thought was a shame. There is only one large pool suitable for this purpose, which is usually filled with families. The sound space is very nice for relaxing and drifting, but the air is cold here too. We also found the showers rather cool. The food between the restaurant and the bistro in the sauna hardly differs and is kept simple. Quick cooking from the deep fryer. There was a lack of fresh juices or healthy highlights - this is actually standard, especially in the sauna. The sauna area is spacious with lots of greenery, but inside it is winding and convoluted and takes some getting used to. In summer it might be very nice outside with the flowers, but we were there on a cool day. The sauna offering is okay, the saunas are modern. Unfortunately there is no fireplace sauna, but there is a sauna for almost every temperature. And it smelled good everywhere. In some saunas there is a strong smell of (cheap) infusion scents. That wasn't the case here, which I thought was nice. There are 2 large relaxation rooms, one inside and one outside. The loungers were often reserved so that the better places were permanently occupied. The outdoor swimming pool is large enough to take a quick swim. Considering it was Saturday, it was comparatively empty. Considering the size of the sauna, 3 hair dryers are not enough.

Very relaxed, at least when there are few people there. But the sauna world is great ^^ The water could be a little warmer, somehow all the larger pools seemed almost cool to me.

We had a lovely October 3rd evening in the thermal baths. The pool area is a bit small, but the sauna area is quite nice with a view of the beautifully landscaped sauna garden. Perhaps you could make the notice that the bathroom is closing soon a little nicer so that you aren't torn out of your relaxation so abruptly.

We actually like being here in the thermal baths. The reception staff are nice. The bathroom is clean and the water is also nice. Today we wanted to eat in the bathroom and after bathing for almost 3 hours we found a place and ordered our food. I was then allowed to fill 2 drinks (Pepsi) into the glasses. Then I noticed that because of the pressure coming from the tap, I couldn't fill the glasses without spilling and spilling. After they were full, I brought the two glasses to the table where my husband and our daughter were already sitting. I then went back to the counter to get the lattes we ordered.... Instead of lattes, the waitress made 2 normal coffees. I took it because I thought mistakes can happen. When I got to the place my child tried the cola. Pure sugar water without any carbonation. I then went back to the counter and told the waitress about it. She said that they couldn't do anything about it, after all they had changed it yesterday... I was kindly allowed to take 1 instead of 2 bottles of cola from the fridge, which were not charged for. Three people had also sat down at the neighboring table and my husband's meal (pollock with fried potatoes) arrived. The man at the other table got the currywurst with fries and they took the two plates of currywurst back to the kitchen. The man was visibly pleased to have his food already. Shortly afterwards the waitress came with the two plates of currywurst and said that she was sorry and that my daughter would now get the plate with the food and that my food would come shortly. It took another 10 minutes - my husband had long since finished eating and the three at the table next door were also finished eating until my food finally arrived. The waitress said her colleague was doing a lot of things wrong, even though she had also done a lot of things wrong today, and told us that we would get coffee for free and then looked at our table and said, oh, they already have some, then I'll credit them for the coffee. Shortly afterwards she came to the neighboring table with two lattes that we had actually ordered from the beginning and they said they hadn't ordered any but then kept them anyway... I was then served and wasn't hungry anymore. We then prepared ourselves so that we didn't have to pay any more. At the pay machine we noticed that she didn't take the coffee down. For us it is now the case that we will not eat inside the thermal baths again. Stress or not, I completely understand that, but what happened today didn't work at all. You also pay money for such a service...

My favorite place to relax, I can't say anything more about it.

On the occasion of a birthday and existing voucher, we visited the thermal baths on a rainy weekday just in time for opening at 10 a.m. The free entry for birthday children was convincing, but the staff wasn't. First you received friendly congratulations on your birthday, the existing voucher was offset and you immediately forgot to take the free entry into account. So everything was canceled and re-entered, but the voucher was considered to have been offset due to the incorrect booking... Well, mistakes happen, so everything was cleaned up and off we went to enjoy the sauna... at least that's what we thought at the time. The next surprise is at the barrier to the sauna entrance: free entry only applies to the bathing world and not to the sauna. When we arrived in the sauna area with a bit of displeasure, we were scheduled to have our first infusion at 11 a.m. There then comes the next “pleasant” surprise. Without any notice, infusions only take place at 12 p.m. on weekdays, not 11 a.m. as signposted (without an asterisk or other indication of this)... presumably that's why entry costs another €1.50 more on the weekend. 3 hour stay, the opportunity to only experience one infusion during this time (normally) for €31 - a disgrace! Luckily for us the entry price was at least reduced a little. However, we will not visit this spa again. This is not how we imagined a sauna stay, which is actually supposed to be for relaxation.

General: considerate service, pleasant atmosphere, value for money OK. Food 5-10€, completely ok to satisfy hunger. Not suitable for visiting with an infant. Be sure to bring someone with you! changing room, toilet, sleeping; only possible on the floor - or simply do everything with the child in your arms. Changing room available, only suitable for slim people, or leave the door open.

I really enjoy spending time here every time. The sauna area is fantastic and the light and sound pool in the swimming area is a great place to relax

What I liked best was the light and sound room. Because the water is highly concentrated in salt, you float in the water and listen to relaxing music. The thermal brine pool outside with lots of massage jets is also very relaxing. The food in the restaurant is also very good. We enjoyed everything.

A very nice thermal bath, very nice staff, the pools are well maintained and it is very clean. Apparently I had a quiet day, so I was very relaxed and calm. The rest and sound room is used by families more as an alternative pool for their children, which meant it was quieter in the bathroom than in the rest room. The changing and shower rooms were very clean. The sauna area is very diverse and invites you to relax. Price performance is absolutely right. Can be safely recommended.

Small, fine thermal spa with compromises in terms of price. On the website the SteinThermeVitaltag is advertised as €86.00, we ordered this by phone upon arrival, we paid €31.00 for entry and €69.00 for the massage, the cocktails for €4.60 to €5.60 We also paid €, so just under €105.00 instead of €86.00. The outdoor area of ​​the sauna area shines with stone floors and little lawn and with only a small pool. In addition, children are allowed in the sauna area and use the only pool as a splashing and fun area, which unfortunately means there is little relaxation. The different saunas are from 42° to 95° and are well maintained. Unfortunately, the changing rooms are not separated from the swimming guests and the "classic swimming pool changing rooms" with little space are now much better for the price. See e.g. Wolfsburg

Very nice staff, also quite quiet and you can get your spot by the water here and there. Prices are fair and reasonable. The restaurant makes good food for good prices. The water basins are all clean and they take great care to keep it that way. The water temperature is very good and there is a nice selection. Very happy again

The best thermal spring I know is great for relaxing. And in summer there is a discount: you can stay all day and only pay the entrance fee for 3 hours.

Still 5 stars, for me the best thermal spa. Not overcrowded, good crowd, quiet, well-kept, good, friendly staff. Just time to relax

- Excellent saunas - Salt baths very relaxing - all facilities are very clean - the food was good and reasonably priced - the other guests are civilized (no uncultured lumpenproleten from Berlin!) - the staff are helpful and friendly (Visit on a Friday during the summer holidays)

There is currently a promotion going on that you only pay for 3 hours and can swim all day. It's small and nice. We found it to be very clean. However, I would have expected more and will not be coming back in the near future and would rather visit other thermal baths. The pools and relaxation room offered something for everyone in the bathing area. It wasn't crowded. It spread well. I was disturbed by the reserved loungers. Although there were enough storage options (cupboards on the walls) for bags and towels, there were towels and bags on many of the loungers. However, no one was ever seen there. It's a shame that the staff didn't intervene here. Unfortunately, the staff did not intervene with adults and children who use this as a fun and sports pool. We were also there with children, but the thermal baths were appropriate. Other children jumped in front of the edge of the pool or other raised areas in the pool, etc. The price of the food was okay to expensive. Unfortunately not very tasty. The mayonnaise, although shelf-stable, tasted “rancid”. The ketchup had no tomato flavor and the fries were thin and certainly cheap to buy. The currywurst was also just okay in taste. Drinks in self-service. Here you were left alone to find anything. Which glass, where do I fill it or do I need a bottle from the cupboards?! There was also something missing from our food, but we easily got it for free.

Smaller but nice thermal baths not far from Berlin. We were only in the bathing area and not in the sauna area. Of course it's pretty empty during the week outside of the holiday season. I can imagine it gets very crowded during the holidays as the pools aren't very big. Everything was clean, food was good, staff very friendly. With the summer discount it was also very cheap. We thank you for the lovely day and look forward to coming back.

Quiet place to relax. You get a chip to use. Which is then inserted with the key. Bowl is then made around the wrist. At the restaurant, the meal is booked on the chip and at the end you simply pay afterwards. Parking available on site and free of charge.

We had a relaxing day today. The employees at the reception were very friendly. I really like the bathing paradise, I really like the light and sound space. The outdoor area is also impressive. However, we sat in the lounge chairs by the window and were repeatedly surrounded by bad drain smells. This should be fixed and the Coke from the tap tasted stale.

I am disappointed with this company's willingness to provide information. A few years ago we had to leave again because the number of visitors was limited, no notice on the homepage. 84 km journey today, and: “Oh yes, our outdoor pool is closed”. No notice on the homepage. I find that impossible, if an essential part is missing you can make it public in the news section on the homepage. And msn should consider whether, if you don't inform people in advance - we even called a day in advance - you don't do something about the price. 1 third less, 1 third down with the price. Overall it was really nice, but the flaw remains!

There are 3 pools, one is outside. All of them are with jacuzzi. Temperature 32, 34 degrees, salt 2 or 2,4 %. Very clean. You can have a nice and relaxing time there. If you are near it is good to visit. Beautiful park and lake around.

Very nice and price performance fits very well. It was quiet and pleasant there. The first thermal bath in the area that really invites you to relax.

You would have really expected better if you read all the reviews but unfortunately it was the complete opposite, there are actually thermal baths that have a lot more to offer and are nicer. You don't have to go there a second time, it's better to drive a little further and get more out of it!

One of my favorite thermal baths. Few children and a very relaxed atmosphere. The sauna area is also highly recommended.

The Steintherme Bad Belzig scored exceptionally well... starting with the friendly welcome, through the cleanliness of the entire property, to the in-house restaurant Aqua Medici. There was a good selection of drinks and food here. The food was served hot and wasn't on display for hours like in other places...the price was also reasonable...the water temperature in all the pools was fantastic...just worth a day of relaxation

2021: Pricing is, in my opinion, uniquely steep! Two hours for a mere €15 per person can only be booked Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded) and only for one hour in the morning when it opens or in the evening. We booked the day ticket with candle light dinner and aroma massage. The food was very tasty and they also take care of things if someone doesn't eat something. The massage was very relaxing. The bathing world is good... unfortunately it was a bit loud in the light sound room (although absolute quiet was emphasized).

The thermal baths are very nice, it took us over an hour to get here. However, the prices are also getting higher and higher. I deduct one point for an extremely snooty and rude employee in the restaurant area of ​​the Badewelt on May 10th, 2024 at around 12:15 p.m. You should NOT choose this job if you can't or don't want to deal with guests who bring the money.
