We had reserved via the homepage 2 days before. Everything worked great. On a warm Sunday afternoon the “beer garden” behind the restaurant was open. A very nice place. The waitresses were very, very friendly and accommodating. There is a large selection on the menu. The food was amazing. Visually very good and tasted really good. The Steakhouse Arena restaurant is highly recommended and I will definitely come back.

I was there for the first time on Friday and I have rarely noticed how friendly, courteous and attentive the ladies in service were. I don't want to eat anything - just drink something - no problem. Regular, friendly and not at all intrusive inquiries about whether I needed anything else. There was also very attentive and service-oriented customer service at the other well-attended tables around me in the shady garden. It's happening more and more rarely. Tables were also very clean, as was the entire restaurant and toilet.

Idyllic beer garden in a quiet location. Top service: very friendly & attentive. Meat quality is very good (fillet & rump steak). On the way around the building past the service station through the main entrance, you will find the diverse salad buffet in the restaurant. The garlic bread comes out of the oven hot and crispy. All in one, a good price-performance ratio with the service you want. Thank you. We'd love to come back.

Table reservations are easy online using the contact form. The service was very quick, friendly and accommodating. The dishes were perfectly prepared and lovingly presented. Everyone at the table enjoyed it excellently. We had a successful visit to the restaurant that we would be happy to repeat at any time.

Very expensive tapas and Mediterranean dishes. It is incomprehensible that, for example, with a salad for 15 to 18 euros you have to order bread for an extra 2 euros. Sad. The dishes themselves are quite decent. Service very different. The ambience must be evaluated differently outside and inside. Great outdoor area with a great view. High trees. Lots of umbrellas. Top 5 stars Seating inside is far too narrow. Way too loud. 1 - 2 stars. Therefore only 3 stars overall for the ambience.

Food average. It was completely booked when I visited. Reservation was necessary. Not all fries cooked through. The meat was rather tough (pork neck steak), the ribs were well done but not crispy. Barbeque sauce spread on the ribs. Extra sauce would be better. Herb baguette very crispy. But very greasy. Ambiance in the beer garden was very nice. The indoor restaurant was closed due to the beer garden.

We always enjoy the food and the great ambience on the terrace under the trees. You expect restaurateurs here and are warmly welcomed by your hosts. See you next time.

Despite the full terrace, the waitress organized us a spot in the sun. Unfortunately, it got way too hot for us, so she organized another table for us. We went here for dinner with 5 people on the holiday. The ambience is good but it was extremely loud at this time (1 p.m.). Staff very nice but also not very professional. As soon as we picked up the drinks, the pilsner was forgotten, which, after repeated requests, came to the table with the desired glass of water after the first meal had already arrived. Unfortunately, the food didn't come to the table promptly for everyone, so two people finished eating before the rest could begin. Food was ok, but nothing special. After we paid we were asked if we would like a schnapps on the house. However, he wasn't at the table even after 15 minutes, so we left. PS: if the restaurant is already empty, it is not pleasant if a family is seated directly behind you and the children's chair prevents you from getting up. Maybe we were just “unlucky”, but the somewhat negative impression still remains.

We were traveling by motorbike in the beautiful Taubertal and were really looking forward to a nice lunch. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible with the staff because, in our opinion, they were overwhelmed by a full beer garden. We have rarely been treated so badly as guests. It's a shame because the location looked very appealing. PS: to your answer, apparently we weren't the only dissatisfied guests😉

Very, very tasty food, the steak was put back on the grill upon request. The staff from service to bartenders were really very accommodating, friendly and attentive. The ambience is a bit too small for this influx of customers, but every effort is made to find a seat as quickly as possible, even for people who have not reserved. In general, I definitely recommend this restaurant and will come by again myself :)

The food is really good and the price-performance ratio is also good. The one star deduction is due to the very strange relationship between the waitress and children. Ours are really not bullies. Nevertheless, we received strange comments several times within an hour of our stay: as soon as we arrived, the waitress wanted to take away all the cutlery “first” in order to avoid noise. Then silence was urged several times, even though the children weren't really loud. Maybe this restaurant is supposed to be the high end in the town and have a very upscale atmosphere. But: the day before we went to the Michelin star restaurant with children and didn't experience any negative feelings for over 4 hours. That doesn't fit together here. Children are just children. Either you let children in and be adequate. Or you only serve adults. Nevertheless, I can recommend the restaurant.

Unfortunately the scale only goes up to 5. I'm not a bot and not a paid review - I'm really absolutely thrilled. The food is top class, the prices are fair and the service is incredibly caring and friendly - towards customers and each other. I can hardly get home without sore muscles in my cheeks from smiling so much :) The only thing that could be mentioned is the high volume - which actually speaks for itself because everyone wants to spend their time here :)

Unbeatable in quality and price

Dieses Restaurant ist bestens zu empfehlen. Es fängt schon mit einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung an. Wir wurden persönlich an unseren Tisch begleitet. Die Aufnahme der Bestellung fing mit einem freundlichen Hinweis auf das Angebot an, welches nicht auf der Speisekarte gelistet war. Die Getränke wurden recht zügig gebracht. Dieses traf auch für das Essen zu. Wir 4 haben unterschiedliches bestellt und waren alle von der Qualität der Speisen begeistert. Es hat uns hier so gut gefallen, dass wir in den nächsten Tagen noch zweimal eingekehrt sind. Die Speisekarte bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas an. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass das komplette Personal sehr freundlich, kompetent und bemüht ist, die Gäste auch mit netter Ansprache zufriedenzustellen. Die Verabschiedung der Gäste endete mit einer Begleitung des Personals bis zur aufgehaltenen Tür. Diese nette Geste ist außergewöhnlich und uns nicht allzu oft passiert. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dieses Restaurant ist eine sehr gute Empfehlung und ein Muss für alle Besucher in Tauberbischofsheim. Wir würden hier mit Sicherheit wieder einkehren. 2 Urlauber aus Murnau und 2 Urlauber aus Buir

Hervorragender, sehr freundlicher und fachkundiger Service, exzellente Salatauswahl mit tollen Dressings, vor allem auch ein wirklich erstklassig gebratenes Ribeye-Steak, wirklich ausgesprochen exzellenter Fleischqualität und sehr groß! Dafür auch überaus angemessener Preis. Super Espresso macchiato! Nachgebessert werden kann an den Beilagen wie Spätzle und Bratkartoffeln, die Spätzle waren zu weich und mit Brühe mit Kräutern angemacht, das schmeckt so zumindest mir nicht. Bissfest und natur mit etwas flüssiger Butter oder Butterbröseln fände ich perfekt. Die Bratkartoffeln waren zwar lecker und mit viel Speck und Zwiebeln, waren aber ebenfalls zu weich und nicht rösch bzw. kross. Das Restaurant ist zwar schön eingerichtet, tagsüber sitzt man aber relativ im Halbdunkel. Abgesehen von diesen kleinen Mankos und der schwierigen Parkplatzsituation eine klare Empfehlung!

Ein toller Abend in der Weihnachtszeit. Der Empfang war herzlich und es wurde sich Zeit für jeden Gast am Tisch genommen, inklusive Weinempfehlung. Wir waren 7 Personen und das Restaurant war voll. Hervorragende Fleischqualität und sehr gute Beilagen. Zwei Abende später ging ich noch einmal mit Freunden dorthin. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt.

Auf jetzt und alle Zeiten unser Lieblingsrestaurant! Fantastisches Essen, toller Service, gemütliches Ambiente innen wie außen! Einfach die beste Adresse in TBB und Umgebung!

Wir waren heute, 19.11.23, auf einer Wandertour und haben hier zu Mittag gegessen. Bereits die telefonische Reservierung war super freundlich. Als wir ankamen wurde uns die Tür geöffnet, wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Selten so ein freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal im Service erlebt! So ging es weiter bei der Getränkebestellung. Das Essen war superlecker und die Preise sehr angemessen. Beim Verlassen wurde uns für den Besuch gedankt, ein angenehmes Weiterwandern gewünscht und dem ausgefallenen Wanderer gute Besserung gewünscht, bevor uns abermals die Tür geöffnet wurde. Sehr empfehlenswert und vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und das tolle Essen.

Steaks are awesome! Service is super nice! I was recommended these restaurants from several different sources. That was a great choice! I love steaks, I know it is not easy to find meat melting in the mouth. I ate one of the best steaks in my life in the arena. Enjoy!

Um es gleich vorweg zu sagen: das Essen, also die unterschiedlichen Steaks, die wir hatten, waren hervorragend und wie gewünscht zubereitet. Allerdings hatten wir das Pech, dass das Restaurant ab Montag Betriebsurlaub machte (wir waren am Samstag Abend hier) und es deshalb viele Gerichte nicht mehr gegeben hat. Zudem war das Restaurant überfüllt, weshalb es zum einen sehr laut und sehr warm war und andererseits der Service darunter etwas gelitten hat. Aufgrund des sehr guten Essens und dem Bemühen, es allen Gästen trotzdem irgendwie Recht zu machen, würden wir sogar wiederkommen, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind.

Wir waren an einem Montag essen und haben vorab reserviert. Das Essen war außerordentlich gut, besonders die Kräuterbutter zum Steak. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Möchte ich Fairerweise erst bei 2. Besuch abgeben.

Gastfreundschaft 11/10, total familiär und aufmerksam. Mehr geht wirklich nicht. Essen immer auf den Punkt, sind hier noch nie eingegangen. Steaks (und natürlich auch der Rest) hervorragend, das Restaurant ist wirklich ein absoluter Geheimtipp. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sogar im draußen im Hof sitzen.

Es war sehr viel los, kann eine Reservierung nur empfehlen. Das Rumpsteak war auf den Punkt medium gebraten, hatte ein fantastisches Grillaroma und wurde auch noch heiß serviert. Der Service ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein Genuss und eine Freude hier zu speisen.

Op zaterdagavond hier heerlijk gegeten met 6 personen. Beetje jammer dat de spies al om 18:30 was ‘uitverkocht’, maar er was genoeg anders om uit te kiezen. We hebben heerlijk buiten kunnen zitten op het terras aan de achterkant tegen de kerk aan.

Eines der wenigen Restaurants die Mittagstisch anbieten und auch noch Montags auf haben. Super leckere, perfekte Steaks mit Salat vom Buffet zu fairen Preisen. Man sitzt im Außenbereich schattig unter Bäumen. Bedienung sehr freundlich. ein absoluter Tip nicht nur für Radfahrer

Uitstekend restaurant met heel veel keuze uit lekkere vleesgerechten. Heel gezellig terras maar de eerste avond zaten we aan een tafeltje voor twee dat helemaal apart stond tegenover de trappen van de kerk. Toen mensen die niet gereserveerd hadden aan het wachten waren en zich kwamen nestelen op deze trapen was dit niet echt aangenaam. Eten met publiek op een afstand van ongeveer één meter was niet echt romantisch. Tegen personeel gezegd dat ons tafeltje er ééntje teveel was op het terras werd begripvol onthaald. Trouwens het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En het belangrijkste, het eten was voortreffelijk en de wijnen lekker. Prijzen zeker ok ! Dag nadien terug geweest en genoten van alles. Aanrader !
