The worst food I have ever eaten, and I really mean that!!

So I would prefer to give zero stars. We ordered via Lieferando. The first thing when the bell rang was that the woman was very rude and asked yes please, she immediately said yes they ordered or not but in what tone. Then the food was a complete disaster. Half of it had to go in the trash and at 43€ I would have preferred to invest it somewhere else if I had known what the food was like. The baked potato was inedible, half had to be cut off and in the end nobody ate it, the bread was soggy and really disgusting. The ham on the steak was, firstly, not ham by the looks of it and secondly, it was thrown away dry. The meat was OK but not great. I would never want to ask for my money back again. It's just unbelievable to offer something like that.

After waiting 2 hours and then still eating cold food, I was extremely disappointed.

The service sucks. The lady serves very listlessly. You wait a good hour until you can pay (the three of us were alone in the Il Mulino restaurant. Next time you would have to get up and leave after eating.

We had schnitzel with fries and salad. Plus drinks, which came relatively quickly. I'll leave out the taste of the drinks here because tastes vary. My Cola, however, was non-carbonated, but at least it had a slice of lemon. The schnitzels there are called "Viennese style", which wouldn't actually be bad if it weren't for the meat. “Viennese style” just means that it doesn’t come from Vienna. However, one expects that at least schnitzel meat is used and no comb or neck meat, which was the case here! You shouldn't order fries with an extra portion of ketchup either, because ketchup costs €2. So an extra! Since 2 schnitzels are always served, for whatever reason, I now took the trouble to scrape off the breading to see what exactly the meat was. However, if you sit outside you can't see much because there was no light. So I had the food packed and checked at home. The price per meal was a whopping €17.50. What I thought was a disgrace for this meal. I don't care at all about the nationality of the owner, I just expect decent food for this price! Never there again for us.

Eternal waiting time for drinks. Had too Ordered food and after waiting 1.5 hours we left. The restaurant was only occupied with 3 tables! Not recommendable!

You are sometimes ignored when you ask questions. To get drinks you wait 40 minutes. Food 1 hour 30 minutes. Drinks come without carbonation and service is really bad. Then you ask how long it takes to get drinks and you are told: Put yourself in our shoes and go through the door. You're basically thrown out?!. Not recommendable

Drinks take 30 minutes after repeated requests. No carbonation in the cola and ginger ale. No cutlery, repeated requests. Eating takes 1 hour and 30 minutes. Disaster! Never again. Statement from the rude staff: Put yourself in our shoes, the door is right there! Absolutely no recommendation.

When we find the time we like to go to the steakhouse. You are always in good hands and there is always a bit of fun. Very nice and friendly. The food tastes good and if a special request is made, it is promptly fulfilled! Thank you, dear team, and we would love to come back and eat liver again!

As a couple we had a very nice evening in this relaxed place. The food was varied, plentiful and really tasty. Thanks to the team for the lovely evening! We'll definitely be back! It would be nice if there were less of what is available everywhere and more of really authentic specialties. The starter plate was also really tasty! And an item with vegetarian dishes on the menu would be a really big plus in Jüterbog. If you order in advance, you can have various special vegetarian requests fulfilled. You are so great!

one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at! I had the chanterelle pan with fresh chanterelles and was so happy and full afterwards! The service was incredibly good and I will always come here when I'm in Juteborg! thank you for the great experience!

A few citizens of Arab origin trying to act Italian! Danger! Big disappointment possible! During my visit I ordered lamb steak, with a side dish of fried onions and braised (green) beans. The lamb was definitely no longer a lamb, it was allowed to reach an older age. The taste gave it away! The fried onions were good, they have to be praised! To be honest, you can't do much wrong. I was extremely disappointed with the beans! They weren't fresh beans! This definitely came from a canning jar! They were left to dry a little and then slapped into the pan to toast them a little. I'm very sure of that because the consistency gave it away and you could still taste the brew! My brother ordered a burger with fries. He rated the burger well, but the fries left a lot to be desired. They were still a bit saturated with fat and therefore quite limp. (This is what happens if you take them out of the fryer too early and don't let them drain long enough). The atmosphere seems very uncreative, sterile and cold. Maybe some people like it, but for me it's missing a real touch of coziness. However, you have to praise the service! The girls pay close attention to whether there is anything left to be desired and don't wait long to ask to refill the glasses. My/our conclusion: we will definitely not come here again and would definitely not recommend it to people with quality demands! However, if you like to spend a lot of money on "quick, quick", disappointments and lack of quality, this is the place for you!

Very tasty food. Fairly large portions. Large selection of food and drinks. The prices are reasonable. The service is super friendly. Parking spaces are directly on site. You can sit outside or inside. We recommend!

After the renovation and redesign, the guest room is tasteful and cozy. The food met our expectations. The service was hospitable. We'd love to come back.

I think the redesign of the restaurant was very successful, especially when it's a little darker, the lighting and redesign creates a cozy atmosphere. As I already described, some quiet music could be playing in the background and the decoration could be subtly spiced up, but that's complaining on a high level. My partner and I are satisfied with the food. It's good, solid cuisine that serves a lot of food for the price. We think the price/performance is really good. I can especially recommend the scaloppa dishes. As usual, the staff is very friendly, we can't fault anything here. Furthermore, there is a bit of something set up for children outside (I think it was a slide), so that children can also pursue their urge to move. All in all, we are very satisfied with the cuisine there and can recommend it from our side.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. Don't order it there, they just deduct your money and you don't even get food for it. If you order food there, half of it is missing or the customer's request is not taken into account. With liver you get fries instead of fried potatoes...oh yes and the liver was also cold, a child had to go hungry because her pizza wasn't even made and if you wanted nuggets with fries if you wanted ketchup and fries with it, you got salad dressing. Since it made us angry, we personally went back to get the missing things or simply to get the right things. As a customer, you were immediately yelled at and demanded money for their mistakes. So the bottom line is, a hungry child and a liver that you couldn't eat and you didn't even get the €22.50 back. Never this shed again!

The delivery service and the ordering process were very uncomplicated and very friendly. However, the food was rather mediocre. The beans had a very strange smell and unfortunately that's how they tasted. Otherwise everything was ok, but nothing really special.

Nach langer Zeit mal wieder eingekehrt. Der Umbau war auf dem ersten Blick gelungen. Leider ist die Aufstellung der Tische etwas ungünstig. Und auch fehlt Grün.... 🌵🪴🌷🌻 Etwas Musik würde auch für ein angenehmes Ambiente sorgen und man würde sich richtig wohl fühlen können. So ist es doch sehr hellhörig. Auch sehen die Wände sehr traurig aus. Sehr kahl und leer. Dafür waren die Tische schön dekoriert. Der Service war wie immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch das Essen war wieder echt lecker. Ich hoffe, dass viele Tipps umgesetzt werden könnten. Und dass es weiter geht, trotz der Probleme. Alles Gute.

Man weiß garnicht wo man anfangen soll. Bedienung ist aufjedenfall freundlich, essen nicht lecker, 1 wurde vergessen. Drinne ist ekelhaft warm, von der Decke hängen lose Kabel. Beim Telefonat hieß es draußen sei alles ausgebucht. Als wir gingen war draußen immernoch leer. War auch viel zu teuer für die Portionen. Würde ich nicht empfehlen aber muss jeder selber wissen.

Reichliche Portionen und top Service

Sehr gemütlich. Wir waren erstmals zum Mittagessen dort und gaben sehr gut gespeist. Die junge Dame war sehr freundlich. Aber: wir haben zwei Tage später dort zu Abend gegessen und waren total enttäuscht. Der Service nett und flink, aber das Essen war so lala. Ich denke, da war ein anderer Koch am Herd.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Gastraum wurde inzwischen komplett neu gestaltet und ist daher optisch größer und wirkt offener.

Da ich nicht ortsansässig bin , sondern nur zu Besuch da bin , kann ich nicht viel sagen , nettes Personal, gutes Essen , Eingang behindertengerecht, große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränke,

Gulaschsuppe ist ein absoluter Albtraum, nicht empfehlenswert., mit das schlimmste was ich mein Körper je angetan hab.

Ich bin gern hier essen, da ich die Nudeln liebe. Aber allgemein gesehen ist es eher durchschnittliches Essen. Man kann hier gut essen und auch preisgünstig. Hier ist es schön hell aber vorher fand ich die Einrichtung wärmer und freundlicher. Für ein netten Abend reicht es allemal

wir haben draußen sehr gemütlich gesessen... es war in der tat gut besucht und dennoch keine langen wartezeiten! die junge dame, die uns bedient hat, war sehr nett und freundlich 👍🏼... das essen war sehr lecker und die bruscetta (schreibt man das so?)... egal... die waren so verdammt gut 🙃 die preise sind vollkommen in ordnung und die auswahl echt groß! in diesem haus ist man flexibel und tauscht die eine zutat auch gern gegen eine andere... tip top! immer wieder gern 🔝👍🏼

Heute ist es das erste Mal dass ich eine Rezension mit deutlich negativer Bewertung schreibe : Das Restaurant ist nicht so, wie es sich auf der hauseigenen Website darstellt. Die Speisen sind leider mittelmäßig, eher etwas darunter. Mit ein wenig Lust am Kochen und etwas Fantasie könnte viel mehr ohne größeren Aufwand herausgeholt werden. Die Terrasse vor dem Restaurant ist sehr ungeordnet. Auch hier fehlt jeder Enthusiasmus, dem Gast ein Wohlfühl - Erlebnis zu bieten. Als Gast in einem Restaurant erwarte ich ein freundliches "Hallo" oder ein "Guten Abend". Aber nichts der Gleichen. Im Gegenteil, wir würden erst einmal überhaupt nicht bedient. Nach ca. 15 Minuten ging ich von der Terrasse in das Restaurant um zu fragen, ob wir bestellen können. Antwort: Ja, ja, ich komme gleich. Spätestens jetzt wäre ein "Guten Abend" angebracht gewesen. Fehlanzeige! Die Bedienung, welche unsere Bestellung aufnahm, war eine Dame so um 50 Jahre herum. Ich erwähne dies, da sie während sie unsere Bestellung aufschrieb, ganz offensichtlich Kaugummi oder etwas ähnliches kaute. Bei allem Respekt und aller Toleranz : Das geht irgendwie gar nicht. Für uns war dieser Besuch in diesem Restaurant der Letzte. Für die Betreiber wünsche ich die Erkenntnis, dass ein Restaurant-Betrieb auf diese Weise nicht geführt wird. Sonst bleiben am Ende nur eine Handvoll Stammgäste die das Restaurant mit dem Verzehr von Alkohol und Bier auf Kneipen-Niveau herunter ziehen und allenfalls ein paar Pizzen bestellen.

Neu renoviert auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Egal ob Pizza oder pasta Super lecker, immer wieder gern. Gerne auch das steak mit Gemüse und Bratkartoffeln probieren ;) gameretti mit Krabben auch zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war gut und reichlich. Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Moment befindet sich der Innenraum im Umbau. Ansonsten kann ich die Gaststätte empfehlen.
