There were 8 of us there. The only option for dinner was rodizio. The food was delicious. We were often served meat, pineapple on skewers, etc., and the buffet was always well-stocked. Besides us, however, there was very little activity—only about 4-5 tables. It was a Wednesday evening with nice weather. The owner makes a great effort to ensure all guests are well looked after.

We were there for the first time yesterday. We received a very friendly welcome and were allowed to choose a table. The friendly waitress explained to us clearly and thoroughly how things work. The side dish buffet was very varied and hot. You could also choose a side salad. The highlight, however, were the meat skewers that were brought to our table. We drove from Munich to Augsburg to enjoy Brazilian food for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky, as several employees were absent due to illness. This meant that things weren't running smoothly in a busy restaurant. Between 7:00 and 8:30 p.m., we had to wait a very long time for a piece of steak, and the side dishes were often not refilled. This was a bit disappointing for us, especially since you still pay full price and there was no compensation of any kind. After the restaurant emptied a bit, and I spoke with our server, we were served delicious meat and caramelized pineapple very frequently. Occasionally, there was also turkey wrapped in bacon, spicy sausage, and chicken thighs. The tender lamb was particularly excellent – ​​unfortunately, we usually only got it once. All in all: The food is of really good quality, and the ambiance is pleasant, if not exceptional. ``` However, you have to take into account that there may be longer waiting times – at least on our evening.

We were at the restaurant with 12 people for a birthday party. The reservation was made months in advance, and we were really looking forward to the evening. Unfortunately, the service was extremely overwhelmed: The first round of drinks didn't arrive for about 20-30 minutes. Although the menu lists around 10 cocktails, only one was available. The only option for dinner was rodizio, which would have been fine in principle – but the buffet was almost empty after a short time and was barely replenished. More than half of the side dishes were consistently unavailable. In the entire restaurant, there was usually only one waiter with a skewer of meat, even though all the guests had ordered rodizio. In 1.5 hours, we only received two small pieces of meat. Guests at our table who had ordered halal food didn't receive any skewers without pork and had to make do with the empty buffet. We therefore left the evening disappointed after 1.5 hours. Of course, staff can be absent due to illness. But then we expect honest communication at the beginning, rather than leaving guests in the dark. Getting dirty looks when politely asking is also unprofessional. It's a shame – we would have liked to have had a pleasant evening, so unfortunately, we can't recommend the restaurant.

We wanted to celebrate a birthday at the steakhouse on August 23, 2025, and had already reserved a table for 12 people in May. Initially, there were no menu items, and no cocktails were served that Saturday evening. The drinks only arrived after 30 minutes. The buffet was constantly empty and never refilled. We specifically ordered two beef rodizio dishes and one vegetarian dish. After almost two hours, there was still no beef and no vegetarian skewer. We called it quits and left the steakhouse hungry after two hours. That was a shame about the evening and the birthday. Conclusion: Poor service, no meat for some after two hours, the buffet wasn't refilled, no cocktails, and drinks were slow to arrive. Not recommended for a birthday. For the price of €30 and up, it's too little. This is a scam, a rip-off, and simply unfair to the guests!

Unfortunately, a huge disappointment! We had reserved a table for 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening. The side dish buffet was already empty and remained largely empty throughout the evening. You had to be lucky to get a side dish. With the rodizio, you rarely got to the tables in the back. Dessert cake slices from the supermarket. The price/performance ratio here is absolutely not right. Many guests left the restaurant frustrated. We won't be back!

We've been here many times... like yesterday... unfortunately, we were so disappointed. We had a reservation from 5:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and in those hours we only got 6 skewers, including 2 pineapple ones. We had to wait 30 minutes for drinks, and well, the meat almost never came to us. Either there was nothing left on the skewer or it was raw inside and had to go back on the grill, after which no one else came. It's also a shame that the buffet has gotten worse... there were no cocktails because no one was there to mix them. After we told the waitress something, we expected the manager to come over and explain why, but no, she wasn't there for a while, and when she was, she avoided us. When we finally paid and left, they stood there laughing. I imagine it's different, after several customers complained and simply left... Many only paid for the drinks. I hope things improve, as we really enjoyed going there...

Hello, we were really looking forward to the food, the rodizio experience. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment: the buffet was constantly empty, we waited 45 minutes for drinks, and only got three small bites of meat in two hours. The restaurant was packed, there were hardly any waiters! Completely overwhelmed! They didn't keep up with our requests at all! Many tables were very dissatisfied and left like us. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment and we wouldn't recommend it. It's a real shame that we had to let this ruin our evening.

Reservation confirmed. We arrived on time. The lady at the beginning said we weren't listed in the booking. I gave her my name and said it without apology. We were full and there wasn't a table for two. We waited 30 minutes for the staff to get a table from the terrace and bring us two chairs. The waitress brought us a menu. We wanted to order two cocktails, but the lady said they only had two cocktails to choose from tonight because the bartender wasn't there. Then we wanted to order an appetizer. Then the lady said we had an à la carte menu today, not just a buffet, with only salad and side dishes. We then ordered only drinks. We waited for almost two hours, and we only had a table and chairs, nothing else. Then I looked at the clock and told my friend, "We're going, we can't get any drinks or food here." We left and headed to another restaurant. This has happened to me twice now: I get confirmation and they don't have a table. Unfriendly, arrogant, they should be ashamed, there is no catering, that's a Brazilian joke.

We were there last night (Thursday) to celebrate a birthday. 6 people, including a child. We had made a reservation online in advance. We were really looking forward to the evening. However, upon arrival, we realized we were supposed to sit right on the corner where a wedding was being celebrated. We sat down and ordered drinks. The drinks arrived about 45-50 minutes later. It was really hot, and I ordered a glass of tap water for my child, which I got myself after 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the cocktails weren't mixed because there was no one there to do it. The buffet was very specialized, and there was very little choice for children. They said there would be fries, but there weren't any that day. (There's practically nothing for children except white rice, and even that didn't appeal to my child because it was apparently cooked without salt.) I asked immediately upon arrival if they had any pasta or something. The answer was, "Unfortunately, not, and there's no staff there to prepare pasta for the child!" So we paid for the child without him getting enough to eat. (1 spoonful of rice + 3 slices of cucumber + 3 pieces of corn on the cob) We paid the full price for the child for this. The meat was only brought out occasionally, and mostly just the leftovers from the skewers, because the wedding party right next to us was, of course, served first. The meat selection was very, very limited... We really wished for more choice. I also didn't like the service from one of the two men who came to the table with the skewers. He usually just walked on to the next table without asking everyone if they wanted something. So we had to keep calling him back to get some meat. You could tell he was very annoyed with us, and that feeling shouldn't be conveyed by the employee to the customer. The first few rounds only consisted of chicken or sausage. The quality of the meat wasn't great either, even for the price. We really should have read the reviews beforehand. Because it seems the place is often short-staffed and understaffed. There was only one server on site who was supposed to serve the entire wedding plus the other guests. Which isn't feasible given the size of the place. Another huge negative: it was so hot inside that it was almost impossible to stay there for long. There's no air conditioning and no ventilation. The menu says: 1 dessert per person. Unfortunately, none of us (6 people) got a dessert because there were none left. Some of the items on the buffet seemed like they were just warmed-up frozen products or ready-made salads. My conclusion: I don't feel comfortable here. With children, it's very difficult to feed them. There's practically nothing for the little ones. I will definitely not go there for dinner again because the price-performance ratio is completely out of reach. Please note: Payment for this size is cash only! Perhaps the customer should be informed of this before their visit, rather than waiting for a note in the entrance area.

Visually, it's a very nice restaurant with a very interesting concept. Unfortunately, the execution is poorly organized. First of all, the service was nice and apologized for how things went. First, the drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive. The side dish buffet was mostly empty and the quality was rather poor. Meat skewers only arrived at the table every 15 minutes or so, but when they did arrive, most of them were delicious. Unfortunately, we lived almost exclusively on the available side dishes, which at least filled us up. I don't think we'll go there again.

We were at the Copacabana Steakhouse in Augsburg today (Sunday lunchtime) – and it was simply a complete success! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt welcome. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, perfect for a casual weekend lunch. The food was excellent – the steaks were grilled to perfection, wonderfully juicy, and full of flavor. The side dishes were also fresh and delicious. A huge compliment to the entire team – we'll definitely be back!

We were very disappointed with the ambiance outside. Nothing that even remotely suggested the theme. No music, no decorations, old furniture, and mismatched chairs. We had booked a rodizio. Upon arrival, we were told there would be no beef, no cod, etc. Rather disappointing. The side dishes at the buffet weren't Brazilian, but rather home-style, German. The only thing was the pineapple on a skewer to finish. Other desserts at the buffet included canned fruit salad, store-bought cheesecake, and the brownies. We won't be coming back; in a direct comparison with another rodizio restaurant, Haunstetten unfortunately fares much worse. The quality of some of the pieces of meat we were served didn't exactly impress us either. Most of the skewers were well seasoned. You could also get refills as often as you wanted. For that kind of money, you'd expect better.

Although we were initially informed that there would be a limited selection of meats that evening, we were still disappointed when, at one point, there was only bread and chicken on the skewers. We are absolutely dissatisfied! When we arrived, we were told that today was only all-you-can-eat and no à la carte – this information should have been provided when making the reservation. Then we ordered two Cokes. After 10 minutes, the waitress came back and told us they didn't have regular Coke. Well, Zero and a Fanta, but it took another 10 minutes for that. In those 20 minutes, we had already finished our first portion from the buffet without getting anything to drink. Mind you, there were only four tables occupied at that point. The buffet wasn't particularly appealing. The restaurant opens at 5:30 p.m., but there were still no baguettes, no napkins, etc. at the buffet – either open later or start earlier… We had almost finished our side dishes by the time the first meat was finally brought to our table. The meat was delicious, but we were only offered beef and pork, so there wasn't much variety. We were never asked if we wanted another drink, even though we sat there for half an hour with empty glasses. The waitress was hopelessly overwhelmed, and we noticed this at the neighboring tables as well. Our plates were never cleared until we wanted to pay. When we wanted to pay, we realized that they only accepted cash, so I had to drive back to the bank. The waitress then said she didn't have any change and that we should please withdraw the exact amount – it's difficult to withdraw €66.20 from an ATM. Very sad that you can't even pay by card in 2025, and in a city, too. We definitely won't be back!

Unfortunately, it was terrible today. A lot of the meat was out, and the salad wasn't fresh. When I asked if it tasted good, my husband said it wasn't good today and confirmed that there would be leftovers on Sunday. There were cobwebs everywhere. Different staff; the man who was carrying the leftover skewers didn't even know what the meat was called. It's a shame we always enjoyed coming here, but now you won't see us anymore. P.S. 2 out of 4 are already sitting on the toilet with diarrhea. Thank you for the terrible evening.

I'm leaving here with very mixed feelings. On the one hand, the grill master really puts in the effort, and the meat is delicious. I don't understand the reviews that complain about poor quality, plastic-wrapped meat (how else would it be packaged?), or overly fatty meat. There's enough variety (beef/pork/chicken/sausage/pineapple). The side dish buffet, however, is really weak. It was rarely refilled and looked rather unloved (incorrect labels/poor lighting). Even simple side dishes like salad were barely available. For dessert, there are ready-made cakes like Bienenstich (bee sting) or cheesecake. I don't know if that's typical Brazilian fare, but I don't think so. Our phone reservation wasn't recorded, and the service here was mediocre. Otherwise, while they were attentive, they were simply too inattentive for the number of guests. It took about 20 minutes between being seated at the table and getting our drinks. The restaurant itself is quite large, with a lovely terrace, although it's rarely used. A fountain remains from the previous restaurant, so it's in need of renovation. All in all, I think if more time and attention is invested, it's a great restaurant. Unfortunately, on my visit, it wasn't worth the money.

Yesterday at 7 p.m., after making a reservation, we were there with seven people. We had to have the buffet because there were no à la carte options, which wasn't too bad... For dessert, there were only three small cakes for seven people 🙄 The only good thing about the evening was the meat on the skewers. The chef was attentive and came to the tables frequently. Even one star is too much for this "restaurant"!! We had a table reservation. We arrived at a restaurant that was almost empty. Four to six more tables arrived after us. The floor was shiny, sticky, and looked like it had been wiped with oil! The same was true in the restroom!! The buffet was dirty and filled with stale food. Grease stains and fingerprints were everywhere. Everything was problematic! We were immediately told that they only serve rodizio. Mind you, on a Sunday, you can't eat à la carte. And the joke is, you have to get the meat yourself at the counter. What's the point of rodizio? They have staffing problems. The men at the counter were friendly, but they were both new and temporary workers who knew nothing. After 15 minutes, the first grilled meat was gone, and only then was more meat put on a skewer. At least seven tables were sitting there hungry and had to wait. A horrific atmosphere!! After 45 minutes, there was still no meat. I've never experienced anything like this before. Never again!!! This restaurant won't survive long. What a shame!

Plus, the whole place is sticky, so they should report it to the health department. A one-time experience for us, never again! They don't serve any meat either; we waited two hours for it. The setting was very nice, but rarely there. The people behind the grill were very nice but a bit overwhelmed. Everything was fine, but we had hoped for more. The buffet was good, but some of the dishes were cold, the meat was overcooked and too salty. The ribs were very tasty (also a bit salty), but the pineapple at the end was delicious. Unfortunately, we weren't given the Sunday price despite making an online reservation; we paid the regular price for the rodizio. The restaurant itself is very nice, though.

We were there on a Sunday evening. The welcome was friendly, and we were immediately informed that the restaurant was only staffed at a limited capacity, meaning only the buffet was available. Furthermore, only cash payments were possible, and we were only allowed one dessert! We sat on the terrace, which looked rather unkempt. But the table was specially wiped down. Ordering drinks: Cocktails weren't possible today because there was no one there to serve them. Radlers weren't possible because there was no white soda. When we ordered water, we were told it was warm and asked if we wanted ice cubes. We said yes, but later we were informed that there were no ice cubes! The salad buffet was okay, but unfortunately, no salad dressings! Fries were hard and dry. The chicken and spare ribs were tasty, but hardly any beef, and some of it was bone dry! Desserts were tiny pieces of frozen cake! And very unsightly. The buffet costs €29 or €34, depending on the day of the week. It wasn't even worth half. We were very disappointed and can't recommend the restaurant.

Rarely have I eaten so badly... Two assistants at the grill who really tried to make the best of it... The lady in service also tried her best. The side dish buffet resembled bad canteen food. Meat with lots of meat juice is taken out of plastic packaging in front of the customers, quickly coated and then skewered. There were 10-12 different types of meat at most 7. Ready-made cakes for dessert. Kitchen staff put on make-up in the guest area and another lady in the kitchen walks around with her shoulders bare (not appropriate for hygiene reasons). The ambience is very cold and dark; the buffet urgently needs more lighting. The only positive thing was the lady in service who responded well to our complaint. And the new assistant at the grill who tried her best on the first day. Unfortunately we paid in advance for the rodizio and I hope we get a refund because it was definitely not worth it.

A true highlight for meat lovers! The steak restaurant impresses with a great ambiance and a cozy atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service was attentive, friendly, and always there, without being intrusive. The rodizio was a true experience: a wide variety of meats of absolutely outstanding quality – perfectly prepared and grilled to perfection. Every course was a delight! The buffet was also excellently stocked: fresh, varied, and with a wide selection – there's truly something for every taste. We went to the Copacabana Steakhouse on a Sunday evening using the Neotaste 2-for-1 app, and unfortunately, our visit was a complete disappointment. I've been to the real Copacabana in Brazil myself, and I associate the name with joie de vivre, hospitality, and an open, warm atmosphere. It's all the more disappointing that this restaurant, despite bearing the name, conveys none of that. The ambience is dark, uninviting, and has nothing to do with Brazilian lightness. From the moment you enter, you had the feeling you weren't truly welcome – and this impression unfortunately remained true throughout the entire evening. Although we had called in advance to inquire whether the 2-for-1 offer also applied to the rodizio (which they confirmed), there were suddenly restrictions on arrival: My companion was only allowed to go to the buffet once. This doesn't feel like hospitality, but more like a way to keep the number of guests as low as possible with voucher offers. If you don't really want to offer such promotions, you should just leave them alone – nobody is forcing you to! Particularly annoying: The pricing is completely opaque and feels like a rip-off. On Sundays, the rodizio actually costs €28.90 per person – but only if you have a reservation and don't use a voucher. Without a reservation or using a voucher, you suddenly pay the standard price of over €33. The service was also disappointing. While other tables were regularly served with meat, we had to repeatedly flag down the staff for someone to come to us. We mentioned it, and in response, we were offered a homemade schnapps. After a short wait, however, we were informed that this schnapps was no longer available. We weren't offered anything else either – which unfortunately fits with the overall impression of the place. At some point, we lost interest. The food itself was also disappointing: The meat was often too salty, the buffet was unappealing, the potato gratin was soggy, and the desserts resembled thawed frozen cakes. The value for money here is completely out of the question. For the regular price, the offer is simply a joke. At a regular steakhouse or other rodizio provider, you get significantly more for your money – both in terms of quality and service. Unfortunately, here, you constantly felt like you'd done something wrong or were treated like a second-class guest just because you used a voucher. That's really not a nice feeling and it really spoiled the evening. What should actually be standard these days is completely missing here: card payments are generally not accepted – it's even stated at the entrance. For me, in 2025, that's completely out of date. My conclusion: A voucher promotion like this should actually be an opportunity to attract new guests and convince them to return even without a voucher. After this experience, however, we will definitely not be visiting Copacabana again. I didn't feel like I was doing anything wrong or was treated like a second-class guest.

My visit to Copacabana was a complete disappointment. It was a Friday evening, and the restaurant was about a third full. My wife waited 20 minutes for her drink and only received her gin and tonic after reminding me twice (personally at the bar). The all-you-can-eat rodizio didn't have a single course with proper steak, just boiled beef, chicken, and turkey wrapped in bacon (very salty), and the like. My second drink was brought to me on a tray with another glass for another table. She couldn't hold the tray, and she spilled the second glass all over our table, breaking the glass, getting our phone wet, and our clothes wet. After a brief "sorry," she mopped up the liquid with a paper towel, without cleaning it with water or anything else. Afterwards, the salt and pepper mills, the glasses, etc., were sticky, absolutely disgusting! When I tried to pay, I was told, "Unfortunately, no card payments are possible," even though the restaurant's website lists a whole list of accepted cards. The only thing I noticed was the sign: "There's an ATM at the front of the supermarket where you can withdraw cash." As for the ambiance: there was a solo entertainer (guitar and vocals), but it was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation with your partner. In the end, 100 euros for two people. Absolutely outrageous. NEVER AGAIN By the way: the couple at the next table were just as dissatisfied; they just shook their heads.

Service is catastrophic!! They promised 17 types of meat for the all-you-can-eat menu. Unfortunately, there were only four types available within two hours! Truly disappointing considering the prices. Drinks also take at least 20 minutes to arrive after ordering, and the desserts are only thawed and some are still frozen.

It says on the website “Experience our Rodizio in the evening” and that’s what we did. It was really a great experience. And the homemade Batida de Côco was soooo delicious 😋 Which is also very important for us. We were able to bring our dog with us. What you should know. You can't pay with an EC card there. But a savings bank is less than 5 minutes away. 😉

We went here for dinner for the first time today. You will receive a super friendly welcome from the nice boss and great advice on the dishes. A really very warm and great service. The meal was excellent. I had chicken fillet and my husband had the meat skewers that are always brought to the table. It is really recommended. We would love to come back.

We had reservations for 8 p.m. Buffet almost empty and lukewarm. 1st and 2nd meat course, lukewarm, dry, not freshly grilled chicken, 3rd cold meat course!! Kassler, 4th meat course after 15 minutes, 3 small pieces of beef totally over salted. Then we stopped. Never eaten such bad Rodizio. 1 lady (boss) in the kitchen. 1 waitress (1st day), she was visibly uncomfortable and embarrassed… In the background she was loudly “cheered on” by the boss, she rarely experienced something like that… With 3-4 tables that were all almost finished. As a thank you, she, the boss, “only” charged us for the Vegi Rodizio 🤣🤣 When the waitress brought the bill, she almost sank into the ground in embarrassment and went back to the boss to see if that was true... 72.50 for 2 Caipi, a carafe of still water, probably tap, and 2 empty stomachs. Happy wedding anniversary:) Thank you! Once and never again...

Once and never again. I will NEVER go there AGAIN. I have NEVER had such a bad steak🥩. It was cold and tough like the soles of shoes. The whole meat was laced with flax. My teeth and the http dull knives couldn't defeat it either. After I told the condition she also became cheeky. I also spent a lot of money on it. In any normal economy, no steakhouse tastes a steak better. In any steakhouse anyway. No recommendation from me, even one star is one too many.

My husband and I had dinner there yesterday. It wasn't our first time there, and we were really looking forward to it. The meat was great. Unfortunately, there were a few things that weren't so great. The side dish buffet was completely cold. The breaded eggplant was rock hard, the steamed vegetables were cold, and the beans with bacon bits were not only cold but also overcooked, losing their color and becoming completely soft. There were no potato wedges or fries, like in the past. Considering the rather modest price for the rodizio, that was disappointing. We hope that was just a slip-up.
