When we found the advertisement on the internet, we decided to try the Copacabana restaurant. When we arrived we were greeted by loud music even though the dance area was empty. We were initially ignored inside, even though staff were present. So we went outside, but even there the music was too loud and the seats were uncomfortable. Eventually we were seated inside. The menu cards were unprofessional: simple sheets of paper attached with clips. Our drinks were received differently; the Lillet arrived 15 minutes later than the others. As we waited for our food, a waitress asked us if everything was okay, even though we didn't have any food on the table yet. It was kind of strange too. Our meal for two consisted of two shish kebab skewers with four pieces of meat. The meat wasn't bad, but a lot of it was fat, a lot of fat. The menu said "beef", without any further information (which part of the beef). We called the manager to clarify what meat it was. She discussed with us and showed us that the meat was okay and the fat was part of it. Yes, maybe, but not with such a crowd. There was no apology or attempt to make amends. Finally the manager offered us something, but we politely declined as the mood was already spoiled. In our opinion, the prices are not justified and overpriced, especially when it comes to the service. There is a lot of room for improvement. We paid and went home. We were here for the first and last time. Unfortunately.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food!!!!!!! Then my dish comes out completely over salted, just a disaster. Very slow, probably few staff. Speechless, small portions. My husband is eating something at home now 🙈

Just terrible! I really don't know how all these good reviews come about. For me this is fake. When we arrived, there were a total of 3 tables occupied in the outdoor area - it was a hot day - and the service was already overwhelmed. Our assigned table was still completely stuck together by all the previous people and was half laminated, the menu was hard to touch and consisted of individual pieces of paper that were held together with a clip and as a result fell apart. We should have left here already, because we don't have an atmosphere like that at home either. Disgusting. Just dingy. The menu was mainly just about drinks until the food finally arrived. The food selection is very clear and you won't be able to figure out what kind of piece of meat you're being offered. Beef, chicken and pork are clear, but which part (fillet, rump, rump steak,…)??? We didn't have the Rodizio because the accompanying side dishes had probably been on the buffet for a while and somehow no longer looked appetizing and weren't refilled during our meal. So we decided on a dish for two. When this was served I really had to laugh. There were 2 shish kebab skewers with 4 pieces of meat, 1/2 burnt mushroom and 2 strips of pepper. Plus a handful of fries (for 2!!!) and 1 grilled corn cob cut in half (therefore for 2) - completely dry, without herb butter, without skewers, so hardly edible. We found it incredibly expensive, were actually still hungry and then left disappointed. No more! There are much better places in Augsburg!!! @ Augsburg Journal - how did you come up with such a rating?

Very large restaurant with large indoor and outdoor space. Parking right in front of the door. The Rodizio is highly recommended, the buffet is large and there is something for everyone. The restaurant and the toilets are very clean, the staff is very friendly. The cuisine and the dishes are very authentic.

Anyone who has already been to Brazil will unfortunately miss a lot here. 1.) Caipi with Pitu??? The locals would never drink it. But when we asked at the bar we got a different cachaça. The young man still needs some time before ordering drinks is easy for him, so everything takes a little longer. 2.) For me, typically Brazilian liveliness, joy of life and warmth are part of it. At times it was very quiet... 3.) Authentic drinks and food could also be improved to make the visit more special. I couldn't find my beloved Guaraná Antarctica, suco de Caju, pão de queijo or bolo de fubá 😒 The grilled meat, however, was great and plentiful. There is still room for improvement in terms of staff. The basic 1x1 is missing here. Self-confidence, focusing attention on the guests, no walking with empty hands, no empty glasses on the table (guests may still be thirsty)... Serving a dark wheat beer in a half is brave, especially since the first drink order was brought incorrectly . Finally, a few comments: - Please get new place cards for the Rodizio (red/green side). Maybe in the variant for male/female obrigado/obrigada? - Since the brewery doesn't provide coasters, get a better alternative than the green napkins, some of which arrive already wet. - unfortunately there was no live music when we were there, a table display with the next dates would definitely be nice. - Reading the menu without completely dismantling it is virtually impossible. Maybe you can find a better solution 😉 All in all we still had a nice evening. Good luck, maybe we'll see each other again.

Very bad service, inattentive, rude and if you don't finish eating, be careful then you have to pay more. But if the meat is inedible because it is completely dry, you still have to pay the full price. A nice idea for this steakhouse but the implementation is a complete disaster, rarely seen such bad restaurateurs.

We were the third table occupied at 6 p.m. Food came very quickly, I had Rodizio. The selection of side dishes at the buffet was sufficient, but the individual containers were very clear and unfortunately only lukewarm and the taste was ok. Everything that came off the spit, however, was hot and extremely tasty... huge praise for that. Regarding the drinks: after repeated requests, we received our first drink at 6:47 p.m., when we were actually already full from the food. Dessert at the buffet went like this, grilled pineapple on a skewer: great. CONCLUSION: It's a dream, everything else still has a lot of room for improvement.

Big disappointment in the "Brazilian" steakhouse. For just under €35 you can eat as much and as long as you want. But usually there wasn't much there, even though the restaurant was only half full. The supplements were constantly empty. It shouldn't be too difficult to cook some rice or pasta. In 3 hours we ate something from the skewer 5 times, and that wasn't anything special (what was Brazilian?). Even worse than the food was the service. The girls were friendly but quite honest: with 18 hungry and especially thirsty people, it can't be that the refill takes up to 20 minutes. In the end, we had to run to the waitress for almost every order so that everything was done. We would definitely have drunk more. After 4 hours and 1000€, we were all of the opinion that it had unfortunately failed across the board. A pity Note on the answer: you probably mean someone else. We ordered for 7 p.m. and 18 people and they all arrived on time.

Had dinner there for the first time today: Rodizio - very good! Service was all very friendly, nice atmosphere. We will come more often now, as there is also a cheap lunch menu, a nice terrace and a beautiful garden.

Well, I was there yesterday and was totally surprised at how arrogant and cheeky the shop owner behaved towards the customers. I told her: “I want to order something else”… to which she replies: WHAT TO ORDER?!!!.. and indeed - very cheeky... Then she looks at me with what is probably her “Spanish wild look”. A second later I repeat my sentence... Then she says: WHY AM I THERE?! I WAS CALLED BECAUSE PEOPLE WANTED TO PAY… (we were 12 people there).. I wanted to answer that: I didn't call her and the restaurant wasn't closing for another 1.5 hours, but she immediately followed up with the text sentence: "If you order VERY NICE next time, then I'll bring something... Huh??????😂😂 I recommend that the lady get better German and stop working as a waiter herself. Food okay, but totally overpriced. My rating: 1!

Excellent food at fair prices with friendly staff! Cocktails could be a bit bigger given the prices, but they are still very tasty. Especially when you take into account that the quality of the meat should be the main focus at Rodizio, you can only praise the restaurant for the consistently high standard. By the way, the non-Rodizio dishes ordered by our table neighbors also looked very tasty. So all thumbs up for the location!

The different types of meat on skewers and the pineapple were excellent. The service was quick and friendly. Unfortunately, the warm side dishes were almost empty by the time we had finished eating, although they always said they would come straight away, the only thing that was refilled was some salad and broccoli and rice. What didn't fit, however, were the side dishes. Almost everything at the buffet was empty at 6:30 p.m. Individual items were refilled after a long time, but not everything. This simply cannot happen. There were initially some desserts at the buffet, but by 7:30 p.m. everything was gone except for the melon. It wasn't refilled either. When I asked when paying whether desserts weren't included at Rodizio because there weren't any left in the display case, we were told that we would get something if we asked. Sorry, but that turns the basic idea of ​​a buffet on its head. However, there was grilled pineapple, which - like the meat - was brought to the table on a skewer and then cut open. Conclusion: Food quality and taste top. Service good, friendly and accommodating. However, there is a lot of catching up to do in terms of coordination and quantity at the buffet.

There were seven of us there yesterday evening. We reserved in advance and were reminded of our reservation again in the afternoon via text message and email. We got there on time, then tables were pushed together for us, which softened the start of an invitation to a good birthday dinner. The space was tight, a table wobbled and everything was a bit out of place, we could tell. We were then assigned another seat that was supposedly reserved at our request and then suddenly it was free????The food was ok, I think the drink prices are too expensive, Aperol Sprizz over €8, it doesn't even cost that much on the town hall square. I don't need gummy bears and a tinsel stick in my spritz, I'd rather leave out the frills and be cheaper 👍the sauces were three squeeze tubes: ketchup, mayo and barbecue from Metro. There was also Aivar and Aioli, I don't think they were homemade, but they were always empty and were at the buffet three times. It's a shame for the meat that's on offer, it could definitely be better. Delicious sauces are made quickly😜The service still needs to be improved, but it's a young and friendly team.

When we arrived and found out that you could choose between "all you can eat" and individual dishes, we were a bit confused at first. Although "all you can eat" doesn't have a very good reputation, as people are more likely to be fobbed off with inferior food, we went along with it. In short it was the best decision. What we were offered were good and tasty side dishes. But the skewers that were freshly brought to the table were amazing. Everything is super fine, best quality and perfectly coordinated with each other. The beef and pineapple in cinnamon and sugar were the absolute highlights. I hope the quality can be maintained. We will be back. For the ambience I “only” give it 4 stars. It's a bit too strong of an indoor/industrial atmosphere for me. But as is well known, there is a lot of debate about this - everyone sees it differently.

We went there today for lunch. Family of 4, a couple with two kids. The first impression is that it’s a really nice restaurant, hostess was very welcoming. We ordered the rodizio. The appetizer bar has many options and they were all good. I particularly liked the octopus salad. Now for the negative… we were the only customers for the entire time we were there. I would guess that on a Saturday there should be many more customers to justify the 5 or 6 people working, and all the meat that they have to grill constantly for the rodizio. Wile all the meats were ok, many were over done my guess is in part because there were no customers to regularly carve off cooked portions. The picahna was amazing, it was served perfectly about a good medium rare. My non professional opinion is that they should only open for dinner while they get the word out and ramp up the customer base. In fairness it has only been open about three weeks. I only knew about it because I happened to drive by. Maybe they would benefit from an advertising campaign. Just some thoughts. I really hope this restaurant makes it! I imagine the dinner service is much busier and would definitely be good for a nice date night. We will give it another try for dinner without kids sometime soon.

Just underground... Can't understand how the good recessions come about. The food is catastrophic, communication is 0, dirty glasses, etc. We had to wait an unbelievable 35 minutes for our drinks. I had the pleasure of visiting the new restaurant "Copacabana" and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food was simply outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Everyone knows that a new opening is always a challenge in itself, but the team did their best to make the service run as smoothly as possible and ensure that the guests are satisfied and have a great time. This struck me as very positive. I have to say I had really fantastic food. The cuisine absolutely impressed me with its variety, quality and creativity. Every dish was prepared with care and the taste was simply delicious. No matter whether it was a starter, main course or dessert - everything was a pleasure for the senses. The atmosphere in the restaurant was unique. There was even dancing! The atmosphere was lively and happy, which was certainly due to the great band that provided musical entertainment. This was definitely something different and made the evening an unforgettable experience. All in all, I can highly recommend Copacabana Restaurant. The food is fantastic, the staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I will definitely come back. 🥰
