Spontaneously to the Steak-House Lumberjack. We were welcomed and seated very friendly. The cards, one of which was created especially for the mushroom season, were very well designed and clear. The food was very attractively prepared for 6 of us and was really very good. The only downside was that we had to wait almost an hour. During that time, however, we always made sure that we weren't left high and dry. The food came to everyone at the same time and, as it should, was hot. That then cancels out the downer. Very friendly, very good food in a good atmosphere.

Service and ambience are good. The price/performance ratio was not right for my dish. Way too expensive. My meat and the peppers were already cold, the only warm thing were the 4 croquettes on the plate. The doneness was not as ordered. Conclusion: I will not come here again.

I'm sorry but my two work colleagues and I were very, very disappointed. 3x 400g masterpiece. It was extremely tough, gristly and full of wobbly clumps. After we tried to eat it we ALL complained. I still had about 200g, my colleagues maybe 100g on their plate, which was definitely not edible. It was just a straight 6. The staff immediately felt personally attacked and switched off immediately. This should perhaps be trained better. The side dishes were delicious (potato, small salad), but guys, that's not possible.

A very spontaneous and very successful visit. No matter what dishes we tried Proscetta with chanterelles or mixed grilled plates or even the pork tenderloins or the lady steak. Everything was really perfectly prepared and tasted great 👍👍👍 (Praise goes out to the kitchen) Even the sanitary facilities were perfectly clean and there was a bit of decoration and scented oils everywhere 👍👍👍 Of the 3 waitresses, 2 were super friendly and made every effort to maintain the high standards and were always attentive. We were only disappointed by the 3 lady behind the counter when as a guest you have to hear the same shit from afar all the time every Sunday or Sunday it's already day. Yes, sorry, we didn't make a reservation because it was spontaneous, but we were still happy with a table inside and didn't make such noises. (then you should have said no, everything was fully booked instead of spoiling the great impression with such statements) We were 4 people with a drink each for just €100, so it was in the lower price segment although the food was really top and didn't need to be hidden. We will come again, but the next time we visit we will register in advance so that we don't have to take any negative impressions with us...

This steakhouse is a very nice restaurant with a feel-good factor and hospitality. The service staff shine with their specialist knowledge and are not afraid to answer guests' questions. The menu offers a variety of dishes, everyone gets their money's worth. The quality of the food is a 10 out of 10 and the presentation of the food is a real culinary delight. The “Wagyu” rump steak I ordered was fried to medium rare and was super tasty and juicy. I come from Berlin & will definitely go there again, highly recommended.

The quality of the food is first class - the meat was perfectly prepared and the taste was a highlight. 🙏🏼 The service was extremely friendly, attentive and looked after us well throughout the evening. The chefs know their craft and delighted us with every dish. We were particularly impressed by the punctuality, both when making reservations and when serving the food. Came here on a motorbike from Berlin. Atmosphere and excellent service. The steaks are cooked perfectly and the sides are delicious. A visit is worth it for all steak lovers and connoisseurs.

As a Frankfurter, you obviously know the steakhouse and we eat there at regular intervals. I am all the more pleased that this long-standing and established restaurant has found a committed successor who knows his craft. The dishes here are freshly prepared a la minute using high-quality ingredients. The menu offers a well-stocked selection so that everyone will be happy here. I would also like to highlight the very professional and friendly staff, who always strive to ensure guest satisfaction. Many thanks to the entire team for their continued commitment. Was invited to dinner because the hosts had been enthusiastic so far. The food was okay. I had the Mixed Grill, I think that was what it was called. Portion was large, meat and potato wedges were okay, but the stir-fry vegetables were almost raw, so the carrots and onions weren't particularly tasty. All meat dishes had a bowl of some standard gravy. Everyone had lots of parsley stalks for decoration?! There was also a dollop of carrot coleslaw included. It was ridiculously little and they could have left it out. The service (2 people) was very friendly, but a bit overwhelmed in the half-full restaurant as there were also guests sitting outside. Inside it was comfortably furnished, but somehow very dark. All of the decorative clocks didn't work and were a bit confusing; the time was different everywhere. The tables are so close together that we had to get up to let the neighboring table go. Conclusion: Not a bad restaurant, but not great either. Additional information: Finding a parking space is catastrophic, not wheelchair accessible, even a walker could be a problem. Even a stroller wouldn't have much space. Allergens are not listed or are listed poorly.

First I get a steak that is well done instead of “medium rare” then I get a sloppy answer from an employee “Yes, but now it is medium” and when I ask another colleague again I am promised a free drink as “compensation” for what I do In the end you have to pay yourself with the argument "We've already entered it like that, you can't change it" very unfriendly and unreliable the money would have been better invested at Dominos!!!!!!!!!!

Our visit to Steak House Lumberjack was absolutely fantastic! The food was not only delicious, but also of the highest quality. The pleasant atmosphere rounded off the evening perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the matching table decorations for our wedding day. We can highly recommend this restaurant!

I've been living near Frankfurt for a year now and it's always a feast for the palate. Regardless of whether salads or main courses are simply great. That's why we'll be happy to celebrate our 1 year old there today with my partner and eat delicious 😋 food. Dear steakhouse team, keep it up

A wonderfully well-kept restaurant located directly in FfO with a covered terrace, plus a great kitchen with all kinds of delicacies, service very good and friendly, great food at really reasonable prices. A few days ago I planned a relaxing evening with good food with colleagues. We were served friendly and quickly. The food was so delicious that I gave it an extra star. Again any time.

We wanted to celebrate our vacation today and have a great meal as usual. But unfortunately the quality has deteriorated significantly for the price. We almost always eat the same thing and this time the meat was dry, tough and not worthy of being served. Unfortunately, out of decency, I didn't complain straight away, but that was really bad. The waitress tried to save us, but we won't come back. Were there regularly, but you can't do that to good customers. It's a real shame for our steakhouse. An expensive customer!!! We got an immediate response saying we were sorry. We asked for a second chance, but for the price we're no longer willing to take the risk. A little more professional and honest would have been better. Thank you for your quick reply.

We had dinner in a small group. The service was extremely good, always courteous and very friendly. It's quite cheap for the quality, I think we paid 95 euros, which included starters, drinks and a main course. I don't know of any negative point that I could mention. If you ever have the chance, go eat there. My personal recommendation is the “Gorgonzola” beef fillet steak. 10 out of 5 stars.

A friend told me to give the restaurant a second chance after being disappointed years ago. The second chance was a success. Nice, attentive and eager staff serves a really very good meal at a reasonable price-performance ratio and good time. It is elegantly prepared and tastes very good. I always liked the atmosphere. I'm coming back for the fourth time now, it's highly recommended.

We were visiting Brandenburg from Thuringia. Our friends said they knew a good steak house where you could eat delicious food. We were really pleasantly surprised. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back.

We had ordered a table for 5 people a week in advance, we got a table next to the coffee machine 🙄 that's not possible 😑 tables like that are given away to people who haven't reserved. In the Allgäu this is called a cat table. We'll still come back on our next vacation because the kitchen is really great and everything is fresh 👍👍👍 Praise to the kitchen ☝️☝️☝️☝️

Today for lunch for 2 people. The food was absolutely top notch. Prepared with so much love and the quality cannot be beaten by anything, absolutely nothing. I can't remember ever eating so well in my life (I'm now 74 years old). The ambience is also excellent. Thanks to the entire team

I went there for dinner today on my 20th birthday. I didn't like it, why? Point 1 Ambiance: Small tables with 6 people sitting quite close together in the restaurant. Outside, the exterior sunshade was cheaply patched with duct tape. Point 2 starter: It was nice that there was potato salad on the house, but a spoonful is very little so you feel a little flabbergasted. Point 3 Service: Waiters were nearby and responded quickly to anyone who wanted something. Point 4 main course and dessert: So ridiculous I ordered a classic steakhouse burger with BBQ sauce without tomatoes and meat well done and received a burger with disgusting sauce, dry bread and medium meat, not recommended at all. For dessert I chose a warm chocolate cake and an Eierplinz with applesauce and ice cream and I honestly say I could have bought the chocolate cake at Kaufland, it was just a ridiculous muffin with canned sour cherries. The Plinz wasn't really tasty either. It feels like everyone can prepare it better at home. Point 5 Price: Not justified at all cost ratio does not match the quality. For 6 people, main and dessert paid €285, which is completely okay for good food, but it's just cheeky when you look at the product quality. Point 6 Clarity of the menus: There are different cards on the table and only 1 card of each, wishes are not taken into account. Conclusion: We definitely won't be coming back and this store is not recommended.

After calling, we got a table for the same day at fairly short notice. What can I say? It was great. It's been a long time since I've had such a great, service-oriented restaurant visit. The food was also very tasty, well prepared and the quantity was just as I expected. We'll be back, keep it up!

Planned for a long time and finally got a table, we went to the Holzfeller steakhouse for my sister's special day. The visit as a whole was impeccable and the culinary experience was top notch. The dishes were magically prepared, perfectly portioned in terms of quantity and tasted unforgettable. Top staff, friendliness and a warm atmosphere rounded off the evening. A small star deduction because the staff is too eager to clear the table while some are still eating, which I personally find a bit inappropriate. Nevertheless, we will happily come back, keep it up 👍🏻

Never again!! Rude reception from the waitress as soon as she entered the steakhouse. Food not delicious, quantity and quality leaves something to be desired. Burger bread has a rotten aftertaste. Steak served cold at the table.

We were invited to a birthday party, and for this reason our first time in the steakhouse. From entering to leaving everything was just great. Very friendly staff - service, great food, attractive ambience invites you to linger. It's more than 5 stars 🌟! The toilet 🚽 is also clean and has nice decorations. We can recommend the steakhouse with a clear conscience and will come back more often in the future. PS: If you look at the quality and quantity of the dishes/dishes, everything is fine here, which means: the prices correspond to the quantity. The eye eats with you, that is absolutely the case here. The dishes are very appetizingly prepared. We were here on a Wednesday evening and all the seats were taken. So be sure to pre-order. Addendum: What I forgot to mention: There is also our favorite drink here: red soda. That would be the 6th star...

Wir waren seit langen mal wieder im Steakhouse Holzfäller. Wir haben den Familiären Stress beiseite gelegt und unser Abendessen dort verspeisst. Wir hatten mit 6 Personen relativ viele Vorspeisen (Grillkäse, Tomate mit Spinat, Gebackene Champignonköpfe, etc.) die auch Recht zügig Serviert wurden. Der Service war Spitze. Sehr schnell sehr zuvorkommend und Auch sehr freundlich. Die Haupspeisen waren der Hammer! Das Steak ou Four so Butter zart wie ich es lange nicht mehr hatte. Mein Schwager hatte das Rinderfilet und das war so Perfekt das er immer wieder herkommen möchte. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder nächsten Monat wieder mit viel Hunger und Guten gewissens.

Immer sehr nettes Personal. Vorspeisen, Salate, Hauptgänge sind immer frisch und ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Steaks waren bisher immer, wie gewünscht, medium. Wir sind immer wieder gern zu Gast.

Visited here for our daughter's birthday. We reserved a seat so had no issues when we turned up. The staff were polite and efficient, they also put up with our not very great German with a smile, which was very sweet of them. We all chose something different - I had game with sprouts and potato, our daughter had roasted pheasant with tiny roast potatoes and mushrooms and my husband had roast boar with mash and deep fried mushrooms. Each plate came with a dipping sauce, a small serving of sprouted greens and a rich gravy. We all drank still water which came in wine glasses with a slice of lemon. We all had relatively the same experience - the meat was beautifully cooked, tender and juicy. The potatoes were well cooked in their various forms but my husband found his mash was saturated with cheese and it was too rich for him. The rest of the food was perfectly cooked, no complaints. The main issue we had was the size of the plates, which were extremely large and far too big for any of us to finish. The other biggest issue we had was the temperature - the restaurant is extremely hot and by the time we left we were all red faced and feeling a little queasy. The winter air outside and the walk home helped even things out but it made dining quite uncomfortable as we got hotter and hotter throughout the meal. Price wise, it can get a little expensive but the restaurant serves a lot of niche meats (including kangaroo!). Our 3 meals plus 2x 500ml still water came to 93 Euro in total. However, I feel it's worth the price given the quality of food and the skill required to accurately cook some of the meat dishes. Overall a really lovely place to eat, the atmosphere inside was calm and a little noisy but not enough to have issues hearing the people at your own table. Sadly there was no music, which I feel would add a nice touch to the experience (even if it's just a low jazz in the background). Extremely satisfied with the food and service but I'm not sure if I could comfortably eat here again with the heat and the size of the meals, as I'd never be able to finish a plate!

Hat sich leider über die Zeit sehr zum negativen verändert. Beim heutigen Essen (3 Hauptgerichte): zwei halb kalt, Rinder-Steaks und Wild zäh und sehnig. Portionen hierbei insgesamt für den Preis zu klein, die „Salatbeilage“ in der Menge eines gefüllten Esslöffels ein Witz. Das schlimmste ist aber der „Service“: sind die Gläser leer, bleiben sie das auch, obwohl der Service x-mal vorbeiläuft. Bei insgesamt 100€ für 3 Gerichte plus Getränke heute alles in allem eine herbe Enttäuschung

Wir haben gestern einen tollen Abend verbringen dürfen. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art seitens der Kellnerinnen, die schnelle Bedienung und natürlich die erstklassigen Speisen, ließen keine Wünsche offen. Einfach ein tolles Team. Danke für Alles.

Zu Besuch in der Stadt gab mir das Hotel den Tipp da gäb es noch etwas zu essen. 21: 35 nichts los Personal kümmert sich um sich und ihren Kollegen nach 15 Minuten endlich mal wahrgenommen wurde gesagt dass die Küche zu macht, tja offensichtlich hat man es nicht nötig, Schade da wir gern etwas anderes gesagt hätten zumal das Hotel sie in den höchsten Tönen lobte und wir durchaus auch noch Getränke dazu gewählt hätten, aber leider sollte es nicht sein.

Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend .Leider liegt das Restaurant an einer Hauptstraße und es ist natürlich etwas lauter. Dies tut dem Ambiente aber kaum einen Abbruch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichend.
