Attentive service, very tasty Rodizio, we would love to come back.

A bit crowded due to the run-up to Christmas. The ambience is rather lukewarm and needs a coat of paint and a few renovations. Food was very good, but not outstanding. At the Rodizio you are initially quickly fed off all the food, including potatoes, rice, vegetables and also meat, then things slow down. I would have preferred service overall and over the entire period with all meat, sausage and side dishes. Nevertheless, it was very tasty and I wouldn't rule out another visit.

Been there for the first time. Large selection of food and drinks which are top! A great team that is helpful and friendly. We'll be back.

Were there for lunch, lumberjack steak was tough, schnitzel with champions, the sauce was poured over the schnitzel not good, fries were cold.

It was a great evening. Surprise for a bachelor party, which was a perfect success here. Many have accepted the skewered food, anyone who is so hungry will definitely be full here. Some also the selected dish. Everything came together perfectly. There were around 20 of us and the service had everything under control, with friendliness and a lot of fun in their work. Everyone was satisfied and fed up.

I can only recommend hacienda, especially on offer days. It's very cheap there, But today my fried potatoes weren't crispy and full of fat 😔 you could do better! The service was very nice 👍

Great restaurant. Have been there three times now and have never been disappointed. The food tastes excellent and the atmosphere in the hall is really great. Dark, rustic, lots of wood. Has a feel-good factor. Even when the store is full, the acoustics are totally fine. This could definitely be worse. Clear recommendation.

Four of us were there at Christmas and, as always, we were very satisfied. The portions are sufficient (even too much for some). The staff is polite and helpful. We were positively surprised by the price. At first we thought they had forgotten to calculate something, but no, everything was correct. We will continue to eat there or order for home. Personally, I don't think it's good when dogs come to the restaurant and then even sit on your lap. At some point someone will bring their cat with them and then maybe other animals too, and that doesn't have to be the case. But it is generally possible to take the dog with you.

I've known the restaurant since it was in the Handwerkerpassage...great staff...everyone is very friendly and the food is great!!...Steaks cooked to perfection etc.. I've never had anything to complain about with a dish.. .also the adjoining hotel...nice room...clean...perfect for staying overnight...with attention to detail..keep it up!!

I've been a regular for many years, the food is always delicious and served quickly! There is still a star deduction for the service after the meal, I miss the effort of the staff and the continued demand for drinks! You got the impression that please eat and then please leave quickly...Eating means conviviality and we would have liked to drink something after dinner, so unfortunately we had the feeling that we should leave now, if that was part of the concept it's rather counterproductive.

Insider tip: If you order takeaway, you'll get ice cream with it 😋. My kids are always very happy about it. But you can always come here in the evening and enjoy the delicious and tender meat from the typical skewer. So just go and enjoy. 😊👌

We have eaten schnitzel at Hacienda several times and each time we have been thrilled by the quality and service! The schnitzels are simply incredibly tasty and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Even on the busiest evenings they always offered us a table even though we hadn't made a reservation. The short waiting times are another plus point, and the sufficient parking spaces, especially the large Edeka parking lot opposite, make it extremely convenient for guests. Price-performance ratio is absolutely great here! We can fully recommend Hacienda and will definitely come back!

Until now I only knew the old building next to Hohls. The new one is more comfortable. The service was very friendly and quick. I had the rump steak with champions. Delicious. Price performance also fits.

The two of us ate the Rodizio. The meat was of good quality and supplies came regularly, and side dishes were also brought so that you didn't have to leave your seat. The drawback of the Rodizio for me was that there was only pineapple as a dessert, no alternative if you can't tolerate or like pineapple, not even when asked. According to the waiter, nothing will change. The ambience is okay but it's getting old, you can see it in the floor.

Bad service and the setup wasn't a Roditzio for us, the meat was tough and not cooked through!!! The service thought they were talking about private topics in the entrance area!!

Here you have your privacy. It offers plenty of space. The price-performance ratio is right. (29.90 euros including Caipirinha (alcohol-free also possible)). Of course, you shouldn't expect a steak in the higher segment for this price, but it's perfectly fine for the price. In addition to the various types of meat, side dishes are also included (European versions). The service is courteous and you feel welcome.

Rodizio meat and side dishes were great, at first new skewers and side dishes kept coming quite quickly, then it became less and less. We sat quite far back and unfortunately didn't get everything that had already been left in front. Maybe they shouldn't always start with the front guests. Overall, however, recommended.

Delicious steaks, friendly service and a wonderful atmosphere. And this waiter with a skewer, constantly bringing another portion of meat. The only downside is the desserts, which we simply didn't have room for anymore 😉

The food was partly too salty. The concept, poorly implemented. The side dishes were served at the table. This meant that the filling side dishes, such as potatoes or fries, were only served at the end. It would have been better if the side dishes could have been taken from a buffet. The service was also annoying because he kept showing up at the table. Under these conditions I would no longer visit the restaurant.

Tisch wurde 4 Wochen vor dem Geburtstag vorbestellt. Am Geburtstag selbst standen wir mit mehreren Personen dort und durften hören das alles voll ist und kein Tisch Reserviert wurde. Service war hier mal besser.

Ich war mit einer größeren Gruppe dort. Das Essen war gut. Der Service war leider diesmal nicht so gut. Beim Rodizio ging es am Anfang zu schnell, so dass man nicht nachkam und später dauerte es sehr lange. Genauso lange dauerte es bis das Geschirr abgeräumt wurde. Einige hatten schon den Nachtisch serviert bekommen da standen die le Teller vom Hauptgang noch.

Wir haben den 18. Geburtstag unseres Sohnes gefeiert, alles war wunderbar!!! Der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau, das Essen ist sehr 😋 lecker! Ich empfehle es jedem, der sich gerne ausruhen und leckeres Essen genießen möchte!
