Very tasty food, at an unbeatable price, great ambience and very friendly service Anja, if we are here again in Friedrichshafen we will definitely come back

The restaurant offers really good burgers. Steaks are also on the menu, but we didn't try them. The selection and size of the burgers is absolutely fine, the price is right. Mine recommendation for anyone who wants to be full. Unfortunately, there's a smell of grease in the air throughout the restaurant, which you'll still have on your clothes the next morning.

Incredibly unpleasant and cross-border! We wanted to spend a quiet evening in this restaurant, but a single man spoiled our entire meal. As soon as he entered he behaved intrusively. But far from it! As we ate, he sat a few tables away and kept staring at us, as if our meal were a performance and we were his personal evening entertainment. That alone was extremely unpleasant, but it got even worse: he ended up pulling out his cell phone and obviously taking photos of us! Such cross-border behavior is absolutely unacceptable. We cannot understand how someone could be so disrespectful. The restaurant staff should have intervened in such a situation, but nothing happened because no one else was present in the restaurant. We definitely can NOT recommend this restaurant under such circumstances (my girlfriend was vomiting her heart out) - who wants to eat in a restaurant where you feel like you're on a platter?

Es galt zwei hungrige Mäuler zu stopfen und wir waren froh ein Restaurant zu finden das auch einem kleineren Reisebudget gerecht wird. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, manchmal etwas schwieriger zu verstehen, aber die Verständigung funktioniert sehr gut. Die Qualität der Burger mit Pommes war gut. Das Ambiente ist auch ansprechend, deshalb - alles gut, Daumen hoch.

The first impression was actually quite good. When we came in, we had to wait forever until the waiter appeared and showed us a seat in a very grumpy and somewhat annoyed manner. The tables are very close, so that you almost sit at the next table. Everyone hears everything from everyone. The worst thing was that it was freezing cold and abysmal. And I'm really not sensitive in that area. But after a short time I was completely frozen. The waiter took the order, you could tell he didn't like working here. We waited about 40 minutes for the food to arrive. No other table received their food during this time and then suddenly everyone at once. The steakhouse burger with wedges was okay. Some burnt bun, meat, tomato, lettuce and an onion ring + BBQ sauce. Edible, but not very original. The farmer burger came with more burnt bread, but was still edible. The fried potatoes were half fried potatoes that were swimming in oil - almost inedible. When the waiter asked if everything was okay, we said that the potatoes were very oily. He just smiled uncertainly and then didn't say another word to us. I think we won't be back and can't recommend the restaurant.

We were there for the first time. Two people, once ordered a burger and once ordered a steak (medium!). The burger was ok...unfortunately very difficult to eat as the bread was quite soggy from the sauce, but there wasn't much to complain about the burger. The steak, however, was a bit questionable...we had medium rare and it arrived nice and bloody. The fact that there was a tendon in it didn't make the best impression, even if you weren't in there as a chef. The service was, well, strange. Without a word, the waiter started at us and then, after our order, disappeared to a table in the corner to look at something on his cell phone. Of course with a loud sound that complemented the radio music coming from the kitchen. Everything is a bit unique. When I said at the end I would like to pay by card, I received an almost annoyed look. The only really "good" thing I can mention is the ambience, it looks really nice there, but that probably just tries to hide the remaining deficiencies and the high price for poor quality. No recommendation and a very very very generous 3 stars...

Inconspicuous from the outside and you walk past quickly. From the inside there is a cozy surprise with a pleasant ambience. We had burgers and rump steak. Both can be recommended without exception - the degree of doneness of the rump steak [bleu] was perfect. The burgers were big and tasty. Recommended at any time.

Nice and friendly staff. Sadly food is not that great. For some reason there’s too much garlic on everything. Steak was not done completely correctly. Instead of medium rare I’ve got rare. Thankfully wine was good. Think twice about visiting this restaurant.

You shouldn't be fooled by the outside. It's cozy, modern and clean. The current website gives a false image (French fries shop). The food was excellent. I've never had such a good (farmers) burger and the fried potatoes are unbeatable. The carpacchio was very tasty and plenty for a starter. The fillet steak and rump steak with Café de Paris sauce were also great. Price-performance and service were top. Very attentive and friendly.

Stylish, bright furnishings, very friendly, courteous service staff. We felt very comfortable. Food was on the table quickly, very well seasoned, cooked to perfection and delicious. We'll be back.

Super nice service. The schnitzel was great. The fillet tasted very tasty with the prawns, but the meat could be a little better for a fillet. Unfortunately, the fries were a bit soggy and the mixed salad looked like it came out of a bag.

I just happened to walk past the house above late in the evening around 8:30 p.m.... had a lot of steam... a quick chat with the innkeeper... order rum steak with fries/champions... with great enthusiasm Ordered another hamburger as a born hamburger...I can only recommend...see you

My experience with this restaurant is by far the worst I have ever had. We used to eat here often and happily, but since Corona it's no longer worth my money (and my nerves). The most important thing first: The online presence of this restaurant is a complete disaster!!!! Often there is no sign when they are closed. We recently wanted to eat there and looked online to see if they were open. It was evening and Google assured us they would be open until 11pm. When we got there we found ourselves standing in front of closed doors. A note on the door reported: We are closed until the end of [the month]. But by far the most audacious thing I've ever encountered was this: We managed to get into the store and ordered something to take away, having already checked how much something cost and added it up. And after we had our food after an eternity, the shock: everything was almost twice as expensive as stated online!!!! I wanted the bacon burger for €10.90 and paid around €17/18 for it instead! And then the meat was dry and unseasoned!!!! A friend wanted the corn on the cob for €4 and had to pay €8!!!! FOR ONE COB OF CORN??? WAS IT COVERED WITH GOLD LEAF AND COOKED IN THE TEARS OF ANGELS OR WHAT???? And then they can't even make sweet potato fries. They were basically just soft mush. At least the mozzarella sticks were OK, but just overpriced. The restaurant manager should be ashamed of himself for pulling such crooked things and doing so repeatedly! Something like this happened to us before during Corona, but we still had understanding for it because of the pandemic, but that has now been used up. We'd rather go to McDonalds. At least you know how much you are spending and it always tastes the same.

Ate there for the first time and the food and service were very, very good. If it's just as good next time, it'll be a full 5 stars.

From the outside it looks quite inconspicuous. But inside it's super clean. Nice tables and enough space. The food was super tasty and everything was fresh. I've never had such a delicious onion roast before. You can taste everything in the sauce, especially the red wine. The meat was perfectly cooked medium rare. Absolutely great. The staff was also very friendly and funny. All in all highly recommended, will come again when we are here. Addendum: when we left we were told that there were new owners since the beginning of the year. Since I had read a few bad reviews, it may have come from the old owner. It was excellent for us. Nevertheless, everyone is allowed to form their own opinion. The new owners should definitely keep up the quality and friendliness :)

Absolutely lovely restaurant. From the outside, appearances are a bit deceptive. The food was excellent and the quantity was appropriate. There were 5 of us there and no one had to wait for their food. Super nice staff who understand jokes and regularly ask if you have any further wishes. And at the end there was a schnapps and for the others a cappuccino and espresso on the house. Right next door is an underground car park with elevator parking with several floors and large parking spaces.

Service was good, you got what you ordered pretty quickly. The food tasted very good and the rump steak was as you would have expected, tender, medium and pleasantly seasoned, and all the side dishes were also very tasty. During the time spent there, there was never any stress or the feeling that you should hurry up, keep it up 👌

This restaurant is a secret tip. Delicious rump steak and fillet steak with a side dish. We were served very friendly and quickly. The ambience was very discreet and stylish, simply recommended.

I recently had a steak there with a friend, absolutely NOT recommended as I have no idea about cooking levels!! We both wanted medium well and we got rare. When asked, the waitress said coldly, our chef always does it like that. Simply ridiculous, why do people even ask you what the meat should be like when you order 🤣!! It's better to go to Tiffany's next door, they definitely have an idea, that's why it's always full there!! I will never enter this store again with just one foot 🦶 Armin M.

The food was okay, but I found it a bit strange that the waitress just appeared in front of us without saying a word. I found the point that the waitress simply played a video while we were eating even stranger. Overall friendly service. But in no restaurant does the waiter sit down a few tables away and watch a movie loudly. Otherwise everything was fine.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen zum Steak und Burger-Essen vor Ort. Der Service war lustig und sehr nett, schnell und unkompliziert. Das Essen hatte eine sehr gute Qualität, sowohl die Steaks entsprachen den gewünschten Garstufen und auch die Burger waren schmackhaft. Sehr gerne wieder!

Preis/Leistung/Geschmack absolut spitze, wer hier nicht satt wird dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, der Gastraum und die Toiletten sehr sauber. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr gutes Essen, große Portionen!

Sowohl die Qualität als auch die Quantität des Essens (Filet-Topf) waren ausgezeichnet. Das Essen kam relativ zügig und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nett.

Wir hatten Burger zu essen. Das Fleisch war super, die Soße top und auch gut gewürzt, das Brötchen ist leider ein billiges fertig Brötchen, echt schade, wertet das Essen leider ab. Beim Steak ist es ähnlich, das Fleisch war wirklich top. Das Gemüse als Beilage kann ich nicht empfehlen, schmeckt nach nix. Ebenso wie der Salat. Zudem passen die Preise nicht zur Qualität. Positiv bleibt uns neben dem Fleisch, der Service in Erinnerung.

Erstmal das Positive: Bedingungen sehr freundlich, essen und Getränke waren schnell da aber das war es auch schon.... Das Essen ist leider nur TK Ware und dazu auch noch schlechte. Burger und Pommes waren zwar schön warm aber das Fleisch war zäh, die Soße zu scharf und die Pommes haben geschmeckt wir schon zwei mal frittiert. Wir haben uns eigentlich auf ein Guten Burger gefreut, sind hier aber leider enttäuscht wurden. Schade...

Sauber und Freundlich, Service sehr schnell. Fleisch war von sehr guter Qualität und genauso so gebraten wie bestellt. Burger sind riesig und haben überzeugt. Gerne wieder.

Enorm leuke tent met snelle en goede service. Per ongeluk een vleesburger besteld terwijl ik vegetarisch eet (mijn fout) en binnen 10 minuten stond er een nieuw bord met een vegaburger op tafel, zonder extra kosten. Zeker een aanrader!

Très bonnes viandes entre 250 et 800gr avec sauces au choix.

Service rapide et agréable. Serveur très aimable. Viandes succulentes . Nous ne pouvons que le recommander. Il sont en plus ouvert jusqu'à 2 heures du matin , ce qui est plutôt rare.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht. Fleisch war lauwarm und vorallem zäh... Pommes waren OK Kräuterbutter war Top Preis sehr hoch. (Geb ich gerne aus wenn die Qualität passt/ hier leider nicht der Fall)

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Wir waren heute das zweite mal dort, wie zu erwarten war es wieder sehr lecker, das Essen hat eine top Qualität, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Ambiente ist einladend und man wird definitiv satt :)

Es liegt relativ im Zentrum. Parkmöglichkeiten hinterm Haus jedoch spärliche Beleuchtung. Restaurant über 2 Ebenen aufgeteilt. Eingang nicht ebenerdig, Zum Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es war alles sehr lecker und wir bekamen alle gleichzeitig das Essen. Ambiente ist auch nett. Was wir uns vom Service gewünscht hätten wäre: die Gäste nicht wahllos zusammensitzen zu lassen. Am Nachbartisch wurde eine Familie mit einem Schreikind platziert. Nichts gegen die Familie, sie haben genauso das Recht Essen zu gehen aber der Rest des Restaurants war relativ leer, man hätte sie aufmersamerweise in eine der ruhigeren Ecken setzen können. Daher der eine Punktabzug beim Service. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Abend, dem Essen, Getränke und den Preisen zufrieden.

Essen war ok. Leider war bei den Zwiebelringen kein Dip dabei. Das wäre super gewesen. Salat und Fleischspiess waren gut. Service freundlich, hätte aber etwas aufmerksamer sein können.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war super. Top Qualität der Speisen. Das Servicepersonal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, obwohl an diesem Abend die Räumlichkeiten rammelvoll waren und die Mitarbeiter echt viel zu tun hatten. Reservieren würde ich da dringend empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir in Friedrichshafen sind:) Weiter so!!!

Das Rindergeschnetzelte Chef Art und das Schnitzel grüner Pfeffer waren sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Es war sehr geschmackvoll und wertig zubereitet. Eine sehr gute Adresse in der Umgebung für Steak Liebhaber,…die Burger sind das nächste Mal dran. Top!!!

Questo ristorante ha un ottimo menù di carne e burger. La carne è buona e cotta alla perfezione, il servizio è veloce ed i piatti sono abbondanti. La spesa per la nostra cena è stata nella media.

Wenn wir in Friedrichshafen sind (wir brauchen leider ca. 2 Stunden mit dem Auto dorthin), gehen wir ins Steak & Burger House essen. Von aussen unscheinbar findet man drinnen eine angenehm wohnliche Atmosphäre vor. Die Speisekarte bietet eine grosse Auswahl an Burgern und Steaks zu moderaten Preisen. Die Burger sind ziemlich gross, auch an Beilagen wird nicht gespart. Der Service ist freundlich und das Essen kam jedesmal nach angemessener Wartezeit. Das Wichtigste: Wir hatten bisher sowohl Steaks als auch Burger und es war jedesmal ohne Abstriche sehr lecker. Absolut empfehlenswert.
