There were four of us there. I had a cold baked potato with a blob of unkindness (whatever), unseasoned, and absolutely tasteless. I can get better food from my friends at any chip shop. We were very disappointed with the "dishes."

A fantastic restaurant. Very traditional, comfortable, and really good food at unbeatable prices. We spent five days in Heidenheim and visited the Stattgarten three times. Highly recommended! ❤️

I've been there 3-4 times in total, and so far it's been great. However, today's carrot salad didn't taste like carrots at all; it tasted pretty awful. My companion also confirmed this. The carrot salad didn't look orange, but rather slightly white and extremely thinly grated, something I've never seen before. I think they served me parsnip as a salad. It was inedible. I wouldn't recommend it.

One of the most beautiful beer gardens in Heidenheim. I had a reservation for myself and the kids, but then decided I'd rather sit by the sandbox, which was no problem at all. High chairs arrived immediately, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. The food came quickly, including a child-sized schnitzel, which was really delicious from the grill. You can watch the barbecue. I can't even imagine what it's like working in the blazing sun in that heat, but there were umbrellas, and we sat in the shade. Despite the 30-degree heat, the service was great and I highly recommend it.

Actually, a nice beer garden. Food was ordered at some neighboring tables, and it arrived less than five minutes later. We ordered drinks, and she wanted to come back for our food. She came with drinks and was gone, then she didn't come back. Anyway, another waitress came over and took our order. But my daughter got a turkey steak instead of a breaded turkey schnitzel. When I complained, the waitress claimed it was ordered that way!! Hello, I've had a schnitzel-loving child for 13 years and I'm definitely not ordering her a steak. Then our roast beef with onions came medium, but unfortunately, it was cooked through for us with cold spaetzle, and that for €23.90. The side salad didn't arrive until we asked for it. And no apology or anything. But we were lucky and at least got our food together. Two women at the neighboring table got their food one after the other and had to watch each other eat. So, I don't need to go there again!!! When paying, no one could even look at you and ask if everything was okay. She probably knew something was coming.

Once again, we were disappointed. (Lunchtime): The cheese spaetzle were tossed in a cream sauce. This made them completely overseasoned and salty. Spaghetti Napoli was billed as spaghetti Bolognese. The shrimp were half-raw. 👎 Also, some ingredients were missing, such as cheese and ground beef for the Bolognese spaghetti. The women's restroom was not clean. Towel dispenser broken. Very poor value for money!

My wife and I ate there yesterday after a long absence, hoping they'd improved. But no, they hadn't. The service was very unfriendly and moody. I had roast beef with onions and spaetzle; the onions were burnt and the spaetzle was cold. My wife's food was completely cold. The answer was, "They're sitting outside." Of course I want to eat outside in 34-degree heat. I'll never go there again. I'd much rather stick to my regular restaurant.

The price/performance ratio is okay, or rather good. Accordingly, the quality can't compete with that of high-priced restaurants. Otherwise, it's quite nice.

We ate and drank for €50, and the quality and size were nowhere near as good as they used to be. When they charged us €1.50 for a glass of tap water, I knew I wouldn't go there again. I know places where you get a glass of water on your table beforehand without having to pay. They've earned their reputation as "Schwaben" (Swabians).

The meat was raw twice in a row. Once today, the turkey steak, and then the schnitzel a month ago. No apology from the waiter. He just said it's not so bad if the poultry isn't cooked all the way through. I'll never eat there again. They used to be really good.

I've always raved about the cheese pätzle but this time they were cold and overflowing with fried onions!!!The portion has also decreased!The breaded turkey schnitzels were definitely frozen and not freshly prepared and with a tiny portion of potato salad 14 euros is a cheek, it's similar to canteen food, I pay 5.20 euros for something like that! So I'm looking for another restaurant that prepares everything fresh and handmade then I'm entitled to 14 euros

Went there today with the family and ordered the pork loin steak from the recommendation for €14.50 and the cream schnitzel from the menu for €14.70 (also with croquettes). The surprise came when both dishes came for €14.50 and there were exactly as many croquettes as for €14.70. So far so good. However, for the €0.20 more you got 1 more piece of pork loin with the card dish. That's what I call profit maximization and customer bet... 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 for the rip off.

Cozy beer garden, delicious food, friendly staff

Was there for lunch yesterday. The children wanted spaetzle and sauce. It used to come in a soup bowl, but yesterday it was available in a dessert bowl for €5.60. The same goes for the fries. It was actually just a small thing. Grilled cheeseburgers were good. Unfortunately, service wasn't good because there weren't enough staff. We were only served food an hour after ordering. In the end the fun cost €45.10, but no one was full. Price-performance should be checked!

The most beautiful beer garden in Heidenheim with really good grilled food at fair prices. We like to be here in the summer when the grill is turned on in the Staga. It's great to sit in the beer garden under the old trees and eat well and relax at a fair price. We recommend.

We were invited to a birthday party upstairs. The catering was provided by the Stattgarten. The service staff was attentive and friendly. The food was really good and high quality. Despite the buffet meal, there was no reason to complain. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted wonderful. There was also very good wine. Only the beer selection left a lot to be desired. You could easily offer one or two additional options, as Königsbräu really isn't for everyone. All in all, a highly recommended location.

We ended up there as part of a motorcycle trade fair and would love to come back! Very tasty food and great service! The ambience was appropriate and cozy. A dish wasn't prepared quite correctly and the response was immediate and, above all, charming ☺️. That doesn't exist everywhere. Thank you very much for that and hopefully see you soon!

Super leckeres essen zu einem guten Preis. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziges Manko, das Brot zum Salat war nichts. Deswegen würde ich jetzt aber keinen Stern anziehen, weil der Rest einfach überwiegt.

-Kultursalong- Ich habe den Kultursalong für meinen 30. Geburtstag gemietet und es war wunderbar! Die Location liegt über dem stattgarten, ist freundlich und hell, hat einen eigenen Eingang, eine Bar und Toiletten. Die Verpflegung wurde ebenfalls vom stattgarten übernommen und es wurde genau das aufgetischt, was wir im Voraus als Menü zusammengestellt hatten. Ebenso gibt es Tische, Musikanlage und Beamer zu mieten. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, den Kultursalong als Location für Feste anzufragen! 😊

Toller Biergarten, der nicht an der Straße liegt, mit guter Küche. Freundliche Bedienungen. Die Preise sind dank erhöhte Energiekosten und Steigerung der Rohstoffe leider gestiegen. Guter Mittagstisch mit ansprechenden Angeboten. Trotzdem ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Komme immer gerne wieder vorbei.

Egal ob Geschäftsessen, privat am Mittag oder Abend, immer wieder gerne. Gemütliches Ambiente drinnen, angenehmer Aussenbereich. Sehr nette Bedienung und leckeres Essen. Komme immer gerne.

Schön Location und gutes Essen bei günstigen Preisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Essen war in Ordnung aber auch nicht herausragend. Das Ambiente hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt und der Tisch war klebrig. Die Toiletten selbst waren sauber, der Boden leider nicht und ein sehr unangenehmer Gestank lag dort in der Luft. Der Service war gut, ebenso sind die Damen dort sehr kinderfreundlich.

Das Ambiente verspricht mehr als die Speisekarte letztendlich hergibt. Man kann hier schön im Freien sitzen, doch damit endet auch schon der Mehrwert des Stadtgartens. Durchschnittliches Essen mit mittleren Portionen, Kartoffelsalat aus dem Großmarkt, ... ein klassischer Biergarten eben. Dafür ist der Service unterirdisch. Es wird nach Tischen abgerechnet, wer also in einer Gruppe hier her kommt darf mit seinen Begleitern am Schluss selbst zusammenrechnen was der Tisch letztendlich zu bezahlen hat, die Servicekräfte sehen das auseinanderrechnen nicht als ihre Aufgabe und kommen einem da auch nicht entgegen. Sowas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt. Wer also in einer Gruppe kommt sollte einen Taschenrechner mitbringen und gleich bei der Bestellung aufschreiben wer was hatte. Wir werden hier nicht mehr einkehren.

Der Service war gut, jedoch nicht herausragend. Man sitzt ganz nett. Wirklich enttäuscht war ich von den Käsespätzle, im ersten Moment dachte ich "wow richtig würzig". Die Würze kam mir aber mehr und mehr unnatürlich vor, dann fand ich auch noch kleine Karottenstücken vom Gemüsebrühen-Pulver. Hier soll der Kunde wohl den günstigen Käse nicht bemerken. Der Salat dazu war gut.

What an experience! Everything from the food to the great atmosphere was a great introduction to the German Garten environment. I was very pleased with my experience here that I had to return multiple times during my trip to try the other delectable dishes offered here. Don't come here on a budget or just for a beer, although the pricea aren't terrible, please be prepared to stay long! Have a meal, a few (or several) drinks, and a dessert at the end of the night to get the best experience!

Als je op zoek bent naar een gezellig restaurantje waar je kunt genieten van heerlijk eten zonder al te veel poespas, dan moet je zeker eens langs bij dit pareltje. Het restaurantje heeft een eenvoudige, maar smaakvolle menukaart die je meteen doet watertanden. De sfeer in het restaurantje is warm en gezellig. Het interieur is eenvoudig, maar sfeervol ingericht met mooie details en gezellige verlichting. Het is een fijne plek om lekker te ontspannen en te genieten van je maaltijd. Maar het echte hoogtepunt van dit restaurantje is het eten. Ondanks de beperkte keuze op de kaart, zijn de gerechten stuk voor stuk om je vingers bij af te likken. De kwaliteit van de ingrediënten is uitstekend en dat proef je direct terug in de gerechten. De smaken zijn perfect in balans en elke hap is een waar genot voor de smaakpapillen. Als je van lekker eten houdt en niet te veel geld wilt uitgeven, dan is dit restaurantje zeker een aanrader. Het is de perfecte plek om met vrienden of familie te genieten van een heerlijke maaltijd en een gezellige avond uit.
