Star Döner & Pizza in Waldkraiburg

Unfortunately, I found the communication between the waiter and the guests to be very poor. I was there with a friend and wanted to order something with him. Only my friend was asked what he wanted to order. I was more or less ignored. No one asked if we wanted to eat in or take the food away. They simply turned around without saying another word.

Never again. The pizza was stuck to the box with the toppings. Carbonara? If you just heat up pre-cooked pasta in a pan, it can't be carbonara... it smelled burnt, tasted burnt. Yuck.

Flat kebab. Very little meat. Too expensive for 6 euros.

Very good pizza but the kebab is dry otherwise the food is fine I order there often but sometimes it can take between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours

Upon entering the kebab shop, I noticed that the spit wasn't rotating. When I asked, I was told they had kebabs, but only chicken. I ordered anyway and asked what vegetables they had: lettuce, onion, and tomato. Pretty meager. The salad was very limited and soggy; onion is onion, and the tomato was enough for one slice. The "sauce" was more of a strangely seasoned, dry paste. Chicken kebab is a matter of taste; for me, it was my first and last time. The meat also lacked its typical seasoning. The bread was okay. All in all, it wasn't tasty or appealing. One child refused the kebab, which is understandable in retrospect. The staff and ambiance weren't particularly appealing, but okay. The pizza looked good. Perhaps that's where their core competency lies. I won't be back for kebabs.

The service wasn't particularly friendly, the restaurant isn't very inviting, the kebab was very dry, despite the sauce, all in all, very much in need of improvement.

I was pleasantly surprised, I visited for the first time and was delighted. Pizza for €6.90 (Mittagsmenü) was tasty and ready quickly.

A clean and friendly restaurant. The food is fresh and well-presented. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The chef is very helpful and makes every effort to fulfill his guests' every wish. We come here regularly!

We have been loyal customers for years. Unfortunately, the staff or management must have changed, because the customer seems to be more of a nuisance than welcome when ordering. We wanted to order over the phone and were fobbed off with the words that we had to be friendlier, after all I had just called and whether I got up on the wrong leg today, etc. I called for the first time and just wanted to place an order, but the "lady" didn't even apologize and continued to lecture. So if you're looking for clumsy instructions from assistants, you can call here, but if you're expecting service and rudimentary basic rules of interpersonal communication, you've come to the wrong place. We will never order here again!!! You don't have to accept something like that - others also have good food and know how to deal with customers. A simple comparison of the phone numbers would have quickly shown this impossible "lady" that we called for the first time that evening, that we are/were regular customers...but why bother if you just call your customers like that Can fold up - impossible! Absolutely not recommended, especially not for families with children.

As always, very nice service and very good food. Special requests are fulfilled and in my opinion there is nothing to complain about here at all! I've been to many pubs, restaurants, hotels, etc. where the food wasn't even worth eating. Keep it up! 😉

We had dinner there yesterday. I found it on the internet while we were visiting Waldkraiburg and I have to say all 4 of us were thrilled. My two children, my mother and I. My daughter and my mother had a kebab, my son a pizza and I had pasta. Everyone was fed up with it and everyone enjoyed it very much. The price-performance ratio is more than okay. We will definitely eat there again when we visit. The employees are friendly.

We have been regular customers of this delivery service for many years and have always been pleased with the quality and service in the past. Unfortunately, this time we had a disappointing experience. We originally ordered “Offer 2” twice, each with two 32cm pizzas. However, when the delivery arrived, we discovered that all the pizzas were only 28cm tall. Of course, we immediately called again to clarify the misunderstanding. However, the employee's response shocked us. He asked us, "Why do you have to call and complain about 4cm?" This reaction was incomprehensible and inappropriate for us. It's not just about the size of the pizza, but also about the price difference. After all, a 32cm pizza costs €1.50 more per piece than a 28cm pizza. As loyal customers, we not only expect correct orders, but also respectful treatment. We are willing to pay a little more to get the quality and service we are used to. It is disappointing that these expectations were not met this time. In the future, we hope for better communication and more accurate processing of our orders. We want to continue to be customers of this delivery service, but an appropriate response to complaints is essential to regain our trust.

We haven't ordered from Star Döner for a long time because the taste has simply worn off. We thought we would try it again, maybe the quality and taste would be as good as before. But what was delivered to us is a disgrace. The Aglio Olio pasta came with rigatoni instead of spaghetti pasta and there was no trace of garlic. It was just noodles with oil and chili powder, the taste was not at all. The hit was the lasagna: visually a disaster and the taste was inedible, possibly because half of it was burnt. The boss should definitely act here, he used to be one of the best kebab shops in Waldkraiburg. A PITY

Einfach bester Döner/Pizza Laden im Landkreis.

Frisch zubereitetes Essen und sehr freundlich. Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Bester Döner in der Umgebung. Frische Zutaten und freundliches Personal!

Der Döner ist für 3.80 Euro im Vergleich günstig. Aber er ist halt auch Recht klein und nicht gerade voll gefüllt! Das Fladenbrot war lecker. Fleisch, Salat Zwiebel und Soße waren okay aber jetzt nicht's besonderes. Für Kinder oder alte Leute mit wenig Hunger empfehlenswert. Ich hätte lieber einen Euro mehr bezahlt und dafür mehr vom Essen gehabt.

War vom Döner nicht so begeistert

Meiner Meinung nach die beste Imbissbude für Pizza und döner in ganz waldkraiburg. Pizzen sehr lecker und auch zu einem sehr guten Preis. Lieferdienst wird auch angeboten mit 10€ Mindestbestellwert aber bekommt man leicht indem man einfach einen Ayran oder so dazubestellt. Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Hoffe es wird diese Imbissbude noch lange geben da mir in ganz Waldkraiburg nur hier die Pizza schmeckt.
