Irgendwie nicht so dolle leider. Zwar nettes Personal und Essen kam schnell, aber Essen kam falsch an und echt nicht so gut leider

Der Fahrer in dem Cheesy Burgers Firmenwagen ist in Walsrode und Umgebung als einer der rücksichtslostesten Fahrer berüchtigt. Gerade vorhin überholt er mich und 3 andere Autos auf der Landstraße in der 70er Zone über die Sperrfläche trotz Gegenverkehr (ich war schon bei 80). Er ist dabei locker über 100 gefahren. Durch meine Lichthupe wohl provoziert, stand er im nächsten Ort am Straßenrand und zeigt mir den Mittelringer. Der Mann war klein mit kahlem Kopf und wirkte sehr aggressiv. Man sollte sich wirklich überlegen, ob so eine gemeingefährliche Person eine Firma nach außen hin mit einem bedruckten Firmenwagen vertreten sollte.(Mut zur Kündigung solcher Angestellter) Achso vorher hatte ich schon mehrmals bei dem Lokal bestellt. Essen kam immer deutlich verspätet an, beinahe vollständig kalt und Geschmacklich HÖCHSTENS mittelmäßig. Muss jeder selbst wissen, ob man so etwas unterstützen möchte...

Wir haben die Chicken crispy burger bestellt schmeckt sehr gut man wird satt kann man nur weiter empfehlen

Die Lieferung war zwar schnell, aber die Bestellung war leider fehlerhaft: Statt Trüffel-Pommes kamen normale Pommes und statt des Avocado-Burgers wurden beide Burger und einer der beiden Burger einfach stattdessen mit einem Haufen Champignons geliefert. Positiv war immerhin, dass die Erstattung über Lieferando automatisiert und unkompliziert ablief.

Bestellt über Liefereando. 4 Burger + Pommes. Die Burger waren fast OK bis auf der mit Hähnchen, tot gebraten und wie Gummi. Bitte mal notieren! Bitte die Burger markieren welcher welcher ist. Dann isst man auch nicht den Cheeseburger scharf vom Kumpel.

Bester Fahrer aller Zeiten und das es Essen ist auch krass

Wir haben heute für unseren letzten Urlaubstag Burger, Pommes und Nuggets als Lieferung bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte im angegebenen Zeitfenster und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Richtig geile Burger und Salat 😋😋, sehr nette Bedienung, aufmerksam und freundlich, echt starke Preise, wir waren begeistert.

Absolut begeistert! Die Burger waren unglaublich lecker, schön saftig und richtig gut belegt. Besonders die Käse-Sauce war ein echtes Highlight und hat alles noch besser gemacht. Die Portionen waren großzügig, das Essen frisch und der Service super freundlich. Für Burger-Fans definitiv eine klare Empfehlung.

Was ist mit eurem Lieferfahrer los? Nimmt mir erst fast die Vorfahrt und fährt danach einfach rücksichtslos weiter durch die Stadt. Auf dem Auto steht eure Werbung... würde mir da echt mal gedanken machen.

Burger waren sehr lecker, sehr gute Chili Cheese Sauce. Auch die Pommes schön knusprig und gut gewürzt. Preis top, auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Essen bestellt,Wartezeit 70Minuten, ok. Nach 90Minuten angerufen wo mein Essen bleibt, ist angeblich jeden Moment da. Nach weiteren 20Minuten ( Also Insgesamt fast 2 Stunden !?!? )endlich geliefert wurden. Matschige kalte Pommes und der Burger auch kalt. Ich hab von diesem schlechten Service gehört und leider ist alles war. Schade um das Geld. Einmal und nie wieder

Zur Lieferung: Wir hatten um Kurz vor 6 per Lieferando bestellt. Dortige Info: 50-70min ist das Essen da, um 8 war dann das Essen da. Wenn man dort ist, schmeckt es auch besser. Nun aber kam alles kalt an, die Pommes einfach lapprig und Geschmacklos. Die Burger kalt wie der Nordpol. Dann nicht mal den Anstand zu haben sich zu entschuldigen. Einfach peinlich. Insgesamt rate ich davon ab, außer man möchte kalt essen. Sehr sehr schwach. Ich werde nicht wieder bei Cheesy Burger bestellen. Dann fahre ich lieber zu anderen Burger Läden.

Geiles ambiente, essen schmeckt, komm zügig

Ich habe schon sehr viele Burgerrestaurants durchgetestet, und nirgendwo sind die Burger so gut wie bei Cheesy Burger. Jeder Burger den ich hier gegessen habe war eine 10/10. Die Kellner sind auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer, wenn Freunde von außerhalb uns besuchen, bringen wir sie hierher und es gab noch nie eine Beschwerde. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Moin moin Essen ist sehr lecker , Lieferung Service ist nicht so super, bestellt hälfte vergessen oder woanders abgegeben bis das Essen nachgeliefert wurde sind 2 Stunden vergangen und dann noch nicht mal was zur Entschädigung mit geliefert dafür das man fast 70 Euro da gelassen hat . Nicht so toll .

Lieferung: 19:00 uhr via Lieferando bestellt, 50-70 Minuten Lieferzeit - soweit so gut. Dann um 21:00 uhr angerufen und gefragt, ob die Lieferung schon unterwegs ist. Es hieß das Essen sei auf dem Weg. Weitere 30 Minuten später kam es dann endlich an. Die Pommes komplett kalt und lapprig, Burger gerade noch so lauwarm. Zuvor waren wir immer zufrieden, auch mit dem Lieferdienst, aber nach dieser Erfahrung sehen wir in Zukunft davon ab weitere Bestellungen zu tätigen. Wirklich schade.

We've ordered from Cheesy several times before and have always been very satisfied; the burgers were juicy and delicious. With our last order on Sunday, the taste was fine, but there was an unpleasant smell that wasn't appetizing. It's a shame, because it's always been great otherwise.

Everything was absolutely delicious 😋. The burgers were the best we've ever had (and we've been to quite a few burger restaurants!). The portions were really generous, the burgers and buns were excellent, and the prices were really fair! I also want to particularly highlight the super friendly waiter; the service was simply fantastic. It's a shame we're leaving tomorrow and won't be able to go to Cheesy Burger again 😢.

Delicious burgers and fries, whether vegetarian or meaty, everyone gets their money's worth here. The salad is also delicious, as are the homemade sauces. There are regular special offers, and the delivery service is also great. The team is always friendly. I always enjoy coming back.

We always have our food delivered. The burgers 🍔 are fresh and absolutely delicious. The food is delivered hot 🔥. Many thanks to the kitchen and the friendly delivery service.

We waited 2 hours for our delivery. After calling we got an “Oh crap” and it turned out they had forgotten our order. After half an hour she arrived (with a friendly) driver. But with a fake cheesecake. No response from the restaurant regarding the long wait or the wrong cheesecake. The food was okay. We wanted to give Cheesy Burger another chance, despite the bad experience a few weeks ago. Unfortunately we received a completely wrong order. In response we received a refund for only a small part of the actual order and the information that the kitchen was now closed. Very unfortunate…no further ordering and no visit to this restaurant.

I've been to Cheesy Burger twice. The first time with a slightly larger group. We all really enjoyed it and the service was also great. We liked it so much that when we were in the area a few months later, we took a detour to eat there again.

The burgers 🍔 definitely get the “completely delicious” award 😃 Atmosphere is a mix of old corner bar and snack bar, but definitely okay for burgers and fries. Ordered to pick up by phone on March 22, 2025. We can pick it up in 20 minutes, we were told. When he “picked it up” he realized that he had forgotten the order. He said that we can start the order now or cancel it. Unfortunately, there was no better suggestion to satisfy or keep your customers. At least an offer, discount, free drink, etc. But simply saying, OK, we'll cancel the order doesn't work at all. We will never order there again.

Cheesy Burgers in Walsrode has quickly developed into a shop that we really enjoy ordering from. We have tried various burgers and side dishes and have always been completely satisfied. I like the pulled beef fries best and now that I'm writing about them I'm getting hungry again. The order is coming soon!

I would prefer not to give any more stars. The food used to be really great there. And the deliveries were always delivered very quickly. They now have a new chef and new staff. The bowls are nothing like they once were. They are usually soggy, the sauce is carelessly slapped on top and often some ingredient is missing. You don't pay for that, do you? In addition, at least one thing is now missing from every order. The waitress then quickly tells you off on the phone and promises to add this to the next order. (Probably in the hope that it will be forgotten - because no one has ever reminded us of it!). In addition, none of the waitresses can count and we have not received enough money back from several people who work there. In some cases it was €5-10 that was overcharged. Every time I get annoyed with the store again. I won't be ordering there again in the future. Unless things improve there.

After a small incorrect delivery, the actual food was really well received, the incorrect delivery was given as a goodwill gesture and it was super delicious and we would order there again!

We happened to be in the area and then became aware of this shop through Google Maps. The young blonde waiter was very personable and the service was excellent overall. We all ordered the double cheeseburger which was supposed to have 180g of beef. To our surprise and delight, it felt like much more! More like double :) The burger was really tasty, as were the fries. We were all so full after dinner, something I've rarely experienced before. The friendly waiter even wanted to surprise us with a little something for dessert, but since we were all so full we had it brought to a table with other guests. All in all: The store was really great, the food was tasty, the service was great, there's nothing to complain about. The Cheesy Burger Walsrode is highly recommended :)

The service was catastrophic - he just looked like he wasn't good either - he said to us, he'd go and have a smoke first and then I'd come over to them. It took 15-20 minutes until he came, then we were served. Actually, we got the drinks and the cutlery but the comb with the food together after 20 minutes the food was good then we wanted to pay so he said he had to calculate it first with the calculator and then he didn't know what he had to pay back, that was very unpleasant he gave me all the change pressed his hand, the appearance picture of him was not that he was in the mood for his jop, completely contaminated by radiation, that was the last time I went to this shop, so very sad, not recommended!

Disappointment across the board – never again! I have rarely experienced such a poorly organized restaurant. Every time you have to wait forever, regardless of whether you eat there or order something to pick up. The pick-up times given are an absolute disaster - you arrive on time and still have to wait forever because nobody there seems to have an overview. The service is simply underground. The waitresses are unfriendly, seem stressed and make mistakes that they don't even want to acknowledge. An apology? None! Instead you are dealt with rudely. I've given the restaurant a chance several times, but each time I've been disappointed. If you like waiting, bad service and unfriendly employees, this is the place for you. Everyone else should avoid this store! Sometimes the food is already cold because it was ready too early, and then there is no complaint if the fries are already disgusting and soggy.

The citizens were a blast, but the Sides could use a little more love. There is also a slight deduction for the fact that even though we picked it up, we had to wait quite a long time even though the store was empty. However, I would love to come back, simply because the seasonings were lovely and you could even taste the cheese!

Ordered online for delivery and after 90 minutes of asking, I was told succinctly, without apology, that the food was being made. ABSOLUTELY NOT recommended.

There were 4 of us. Taking the order took 20 minutes because the young man had to sit down instead of taking care of it. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. At first we thought it was funny. But even when asked, not even beer was tapped. When the young man put on his jacket to smoke a cigarette outside, we left the store closed! At that point he hadn't even managed to at least get glasses for beer off the shelf. Sorry, but we will never enter this store again! Indescribable!!!

I would like to give it more than 5 stars because this burger was the tastiest I've ever eaten! The coleslaw and chilli cheese fries were also to die for. I ordered through Lieferando and the food was delivered on time and still very warm. It was also beautifully presented, something I've rarely had in a delivery before. A clear and absolute recommendation for everyone!

In my opinion the best shop in Walsrode (small but nice). When I was there for the first time, I fell in love with the food (they even have freshly tapped beer;). The service there is so kind and friendly. The food there is so perfectly prepared that a real foodie writes it. Simply great. Please, please keep it up. I'm already looking forward to next time. We were spontaneously in the store at 9 p.m. with 14 people. The staff is extremely friendly and humorous, and even let us stay a little longer after the store closed.

Good design, delicious BBQ burgers and extremely nice service

We had 4 burgers and fries delivered (4 different dips) What can I say taste is redefined here. The burgers were super tasty and also a good size for a fair price. The dips rounded everything off and were the cherry on the cake. Delivery time was a good half hour and everything was still at top temperature. Only recommended and full marks.

Have ordered a delivery. The food came super quickly (about 45 minutes) even though it was delivered to Bad Fallingbostel and not within Walsrode. The supplier was really really nice. The food looked really, really good, very appetizing! It was packed great and the burgers were still nice and warm! As little plastic packaging as possible. The fries were a bit cold, but that's just how it is with delivered fries. We were super satisfied and very positively surprised! You really get a good burger for your money there. Only the Cheesy Cheddar sauce (or something similar) tasted floury. Otherwise everything was great. Fresh ingredients, good meat, good buns and the burgers didn't fall apart while eating. We will definitely order from there again ❤️

Forever long waiting times. The service seems to be completely overwhelmed, although it shouldn't be a problem given the few tables. The ambience is anything but nice. When the location was still in Soltau, everything was much better. Too bad.

Highly recommended for ordering. So far always on time and the food is very tasty. The restaurant itself has something rustic because it is the old town tavern in Walsrode. Food comes to the table quickly and tastes good. Service could sometimes be a little quicker.
