BEST SHASHLIK IN THE WORLD, chicken is delicious, currywurst is great... the ambiance hasn't changed much even after the renovation, it's a bit old-fashioned... but Costa and his wife more than make up for it with their personality... prices are more than okay

The gyro pita wasn't rolled up like I'm used to. The unusual presentation—first the pita, then the gyro and the other side dishes—was a real treat. The juices from the gyro soaked into the delicious pita. Not too strong, but just right. I think the pita was homemade. Very nicely presented. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

A very good snack bar. The fries are high quality. The oil is changed frequently, which is both visible and noticeable in the taste. Meat products are also fried separately. The gyro plate with fries, tzatziki, and coleslaw is delicious. The currywurst is also tasty. The sausage comes from a local butcher.

Simply a good shop. Small but perfectly formed, with good prices, super friendly staff, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The menu posted inside isn't up to date, as they also sell all sorts of doner meat.

Sorry, it was our first and last time there. The food didn't come as ordered: the fries were rock-hard, the sauce tasted like gypsy sauce instead of curry sauce. The cleanliness of the place is debatable, and there's very little space at the tables. Because of a complaint while paying, the staff suddenly became rude to us, and I heard the man tell us to go somewhere else. So, all in all, 🤨😵‍💫🥴.

There's currently a construction site with scaffolding, so it's not so nice to sit outside, but they still set out extra tables for us 🥰simply super nice!!! We'd love to come back!

Best gyros! We come here especially from Wesel. Both owners are always very friendly. The restaurant may be old-fashioned, but that also has a certain charm, and it's clean too. Old does not mean dirty. We always enjoy coming back and have never had anything to complain about.

We went there for the first time a week ago late in the evening, spontaneously grabbing a gyro pita and a gyro plate after work. The owners are super friendly, the food tastes like it did in the 90s, just like you'd expect from a "Greek" restaurant. It won't be the last time we're there. If you want fancy food, this is the place for you; this is the real thing!

In the old style it's all well and good but please not dingy. Regarding the ambience and the food, I have to say that for 14.80 it tasted like any other snack bar and that was simply bad. Fries like any other, currywurst, well. Bland, not crispy. Today was the first but also the last time we ate there. From a Greek snack bar I expect the food to have pizzazz, and for the price the sauce might be made in-house... but not what we got.

I have often eaten fries, sauce and bratwurst in other restaurants. I don't expect the wheel to be reinvented but I think you should do it yourself. It's not difficult, especially with fries and sauce. I don't demand that the bratwurst comes from my own butcher shop, but the fries and sauce should be fresh and homemade.

The positive reviews are completely incomprehensible. You get the feeling that the reviewers have never had a good gyro before. First of all, it should be noted that the snack bar is totally disgusting, greasy and dirty. And I'm certainly not sensitive. I haven't experienced a snack like this in the last 30 years. I had briefly considered leaving the store again. But I was too hungry. The taste of the food is 5/10. I still know the Grillstube Hellas. It's way better.

This is my grill, that's how it has to be. Fries are really good, the gyro plate is awesome. Shish kebab is also very tasty. If the store ever closes, I'll move away 😉

the food is TOP! You cant complain. Also the prices! In order to eat there... like to linger, it would have to be restored/renovated. It's a shame... but as long as the food is like that, everything's good :)

People like to go there to eat, not to linger. The interior is old but functional. The gyro plate on site is delicious and generous - highly recommended (we were there again, the gyro is seasoned with paprika or something similar - it's not bad, but we prefer more Mediterranean, i.e. marjoram or oregano). The Zazicki is not for a first date - good garlic, delicious! Fries crispy and not so thin fast food chain fries. Gyros well done, onions fresh. There was nothing wrong with the food, quite the opposite. Addition: When the weather is nice, you can sit outside quite well. Green and shaded all around.

I liked this shop because the gyros are actually good and the prices are OK. The 20-25% price increase that can now be seen everywhere didn't really bother me either In my opinion, one problem is that you only reach someone every third time you call. Occasionally it worked out that you could pick up the plate 10 minutes later after making the phone call Today it was picked up straight away, nothing happened for a minute except background noise, then you heard "You'd better hang up" from the background. Since I was on the way and I was actually looking forward to the gyros, I stopped by there anyway. At 2030 (the shop closes at 11 p.m.) the statement came that no more gyros would be finished in the foreseeable future When asked why no one is answering the phone, the owner replies that customers have been answering the phone. He apparently knew pretty well what happened

Ein kleiner sehr guter griechischer Imbiss, wie es ihn früher an jeder Ecke in Krefeld gegeben hat, leider sind diese und die Pommesbuden fast alle ausgestorben, und es gibt überall nur noch Dönerbuden. Sehr schade, dass eine solche Kultur langsam verschwindet. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Imbiss noch lange erhalten bleibt.

Dort gibt es die leckerste Gyros - Pita, die ich je gegessen habe. Der Grill ist sehr beliebt. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Gestern um 22:30 verzweifelt was zu Futtern gesucht und zufällig da vorbei gekommen. Was für ein Glück. Fantastisches Schaschlik, mega zart und gut gewürzt, knusprige Pommes, leckerer Rotwein, und das Ganze draußen unter den Bäumen an den blau-weißen Tischen. Ein bisschen wie im Griechenland-Urlaub. Für das Gyros komme ich ganz sicher wieder!

Ein kleiner unscheinbarer Imbiss. Nettes Personal, frisches und leckeres Essen und wirklich sehr günstige Preise. Hier isst es sich, wie bei Freunden. Ich gehe hier super gern hin und das sehr regelmäßig. Hier kennt man auch seine Kundschaft, plauscht gern mal und auch die anderen Gäste sind sehr freundlich. Meistens nehme ich das essen mit, aber grad bei gutem Wetter, setze ich mich gern auch draußen hin. Leider gibt es nicht sehr viele Plätze, weil es wirklich ein eher kleiner Imbiss ist, aber definitiv sehr empfehlenswert

Wir haben nur eine Tüte Pommes gekauft, die Pommes waren eigentlich okay außer dass auch gelegentlich mal Pommes dabei waren, die nach altem Fett geschmeckt haben.

Leckerster Imbiss in Krefeld! Wer wirklich gutes Gyros, leckere Currywurst und authentisches Personal sucht, der wird hier definitiv fündig. Klar. Der Laden hat den typischen Imbiss-Flair und die Einrichtung ist auch das letzte Mal vor 40 Jahren überholt worden. Das tut dem ganzen aber absolut keinen Abbruch, sondern macht den Charme erst aus. Wer sich darauf nicht einlassen will, muss halt ins Restaurant. Wer hingegen bleibt, wird mit einer wirklich üppigen Portion Gyros komplett belohnt und das bei durchaus erschwinglichen Preisen. Die Inhaber sind ebenfalls absolut freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Ich gehe gerne hier hin, ob zum dort essen oder mitnehmen!

Leckerstes Gyros. Leider ist diese klassische Pommesbude aus den 80ern ziemlich runtergerockt. Tut der Qualität der Speisen aber nichts ab. Und die Freundlichkeit der Inhaber ist nicht zu toppen.

Wir holen hier regelmäßig Pommes Spezial zum mitnehmen. Preislich und geschmacklich absolut empfehlenswert. Bisher haben wir, auch wenn der Laden gut besucht ist, nie lange warten. Gerne wieder!

Einer der besten Imbisse in Krefeld. Die Schnitzel als auch die halben Hähnchen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Urige Atmosphäre, erinnert mich irgendwie an die 90er. Doch wer bei so leckeren Essen wert auf glitzer und Schönes Ambiente legt der ist auch Pappe mit Gold Verzierungen, Ich esse da wo das Essen gut schmeckt, 👍
