Hauptstraße 10I pre-ordered food for 7 pm, for pickup at 7:30 pm, but at 7:55 pm the food still wasn't ready. The service was overwhelmed, disorganized, and not particularly friendly. It took three attempts before I finally received my food. No apology whatsoever – absolutely unacceptable!
