Unfortunately, not as good as the recommendations promised. Making a reservation via phone was easy and the staff was very friendly. There's ample parking. We were greeted warmly and shown to our table. Since we're used to the generous portions at Greek restaurants, we opted for a mixed starter to share. Then we each had a main course. Unfortunately, the mixed starter was really only meant for one person. Of course, that was our mistake in assuming it would be a larger portion. However, the menu explicitly stated "- plentiful." Here, there was a good portion of seafood salad. Unfortunately, neither of us eats mussels, etc. We would have preferred a selection of starters that most people eat. (And we eat absolutely everything except seafood ;) ) The gyro was covered in a sauce that didn't really go with it, and we didn't particularly enjoy it. It came with baguette bread. It neither fit nor tasted good. My Mykonos salad (according to the menu: mixed green salad with cheese, eggplant, chicken breast fillet, and mozzarella) unfortunately didn't live up to its promise. I couldn't find any cheese, but I did find two mini mozzarella balls. The leaf salad had a dressing that tasted like mayonnaise to me. It was soaked in it, unfortunately not my taste. The carrot strips were OK, but the dressing wasn't a highlight. There were potato chips in curls on the salad for decoration. That wasn't necessary and didn't fit. It came with a large portion of—I think—coleslaw. Everything was nicely presented. And the staff were also very nice and attentive. Unfortunately, the door was open the whole time, so we constantly had to smell the smoke from the smokers standing in front of the restaurant while we ate. Unfortunately, it all drifted in. The dining room is nicely decorated and actually quite appealing. Since we were sitting right by the window, we unfortunately noticed that there were a lot of flies and that the windows could use a cleaning. But none of this would have bothered us if we had been provided with sumptuous, delicious Greek food the next day (okay, the smell of smoke during the meal is definitely not acceptable for us non-smokers). We were able to pay with an EC card. Credit cards weren't accepted, unfortunately. But that's okay. Many guests picked up their food and clearly enjoyed it at other tables. Conclusion: A very pleasant atmosphere thanks to the great staff, and most of the guests seemed to enjoy it very much.

Highly recommended! Delicious, fresh Greek food with a great atmosphere inside the restaurant. The outdoor area is also very relaxed. The service is great, and you don't have to wait long for your food—even when there are sometimes lots of people. We've been going there for over 20 years and have never been disappointed!

We visited again this weekend, this time with friends. The food was once again delicious, and we received excellent and extremely friendly service. The value for money is excellent; this year, they cleverly converted part of the beautiful terrace into a conservatory (doubling the covered seating). I would also like to emphasize that hot meals are served throughout the day. We'll definitely be back.

We come here often for dinner. The service is always excellent, and so is the food. This time we had a big birthday party, and it wasn't a problem. We were able to eat from the menu as usual. It's a great Greek restaurant with a beautiful and well-kept beer garden. The food and staff are excellent. We'd happily return.

We've eaten here several times over the years and have always been satisfied. Neither the quality nor the service nor the ambiance have ever declined, and they remain consistently high. Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends, but also generally for larger groups, as it's always busy. The menu offers many delicious Greek specialties, and the portions are very generous. Gyros are served with sauce, which makes the meat super tender and enhances the flavor. All the other meat specialties we had were also perfectly cooked and very tasty. The price-performance ratio here is more than reasonable, and the ambiance is simply beautiful, both inside and out. You can now even pay by card, which wasn't possible for a while. The food tastes good, but I question the quality. The prices are too high, especially the salads, which are outrageously expensive. We ate there today. I'd say it was fairly busy for a holiday. The table was reserved. Service was attentive. We ordered food quickly... but a 70-minute wait is still a no-go!!! Prices are on the high side. A tip is taken for granted if you don't say anything. Very Greek... We definitely won't be going back. There are other places in the same price range where it should be better.

We had dinner as a family with a small child at 4 p.m. on Bridge Day and there was hardly anything going on, but it started to fill up after 5:30 p.m. Very child-friendly and attentive staff who enjoyed a child running around rather than being a nuisance. Food came very quickly and was really very good. The sheep on the adjacent meadow were the highlight for our son. We would love to come back!

Very rustic and comfortably furnished. The waitresses were all very friendly, attentive and quick - even though the entire restaurant was full. We had the rich starter "Tastes like grandma's" for two, souflaki and bifteki and a chocolate soufflé for dessert. Everything came quickly, hot, beautifully prepared and tasted very good. The meat was juicy, the bifteki was hearty and the tzatziki definitely contained garlic :). Special: Meat dishes are served with a dash of gravy - that pleases the Swabian heart and goes well with it. We'll definitely be back.

Nine of us had dinner here yesterday. Rd was super tasty and for us the price/performance ratio was absolutely right. Finally no meat was grilled to death, the side dishes were very good and everything was plentiful. First of all, the food was better earlier. However, it is still tasty but you can tell that it is only cooked according to mass. The attention to detail is missing. The ambience is debatable, some find it cozy, others find it old, run-down, dusty... I don't want to judge that, because somehow it has always been the way it currently looks. But what is not possible is the unfriendliness of the service. Here too, there is no longer any value placed on humanity, politeness and guest loyalty, except for the boss and his son. After 2 minutes a waitress comes to the table and says “What to drink?” Order placed "What to eat"? Sorry but hello, what can it be, please, thank you, gladly. Nobody breaks a tooth and the words aren't that difficult. Even a smile never got anyone around the corner. The plates are taken away from under your nose while you are eating, and if you say that you are still eating, you are treated rudely and not served at all. Every time you walk past you are looked at disparagingly from top to bottom. You just don't feel comfortable here, you don't feel welcome and the staff is rather annoyed. Unfortunately, you don't realize that the guest ultimately pays the salary. We won't be coming back here again, even if it tastes good. I think as a guest you don't have to feel like a supplicant. Is the poor rooster happy in this position? The veterinary office will probably have to decide.

I was there again today for a long time. I am happy to say that the food still tastes sensational. Although the menu warns that it will be "plenty", I was surprised by the size of the portion. Since I had two dogs with me, choosing a place was a bit complicated. But a solution was found almost immediately. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates good food and good service. All in all, a very clear recommendation from me.

At peak meal time you can't do without a reservation. Of course there's also the obligatory ouzo on the house afterwards. Great beer garden in summer. The whole thing can only be recommended. Since March 2022, the beer garden has been covered with a slatted pergola and can be closed when it rains, making it possible to stay even when the weather is not great. The price has now gone up a bit, but is still cheaper than some other restaurants in the area.

I've been getting recommendations to visit this restaurant for years. My friend wanted to celebrate her 50th birthday there in a small group of 6 people. Full of joy that I can finally enjoy the recommendations... I had the worst experience I have ever had in the catering industry there. We had a table that was against a rustic wall with an oversized door. Great atmosphere, I thought. The waitress was initially stressed, unfriendly and impatient. I didn't let that put me off. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. When the food came and I was just tasting it, a waitress from outside ripped open the door and left it open. Seen like this, I was sitting on the threshold in the middle of the open door. Apart from the fact that I suddenly had an incredible number of other guests breathing down my neck because this was the entrance to the beer garden, this draft immediately cooled down the food. It was so uncomfortable for me and my girlfriend to sit on that train. I deliberately chose the side of the wall because I feel uncomfortable with so much happening behind me and my dog ​​was lying next to me and didn't bother anyone. I thought that couldn't be serious, the disaster was that I had eaten half of my already cold food and was then asked that my dog ​​had to leave because the conditions now meant that this door had to be used for business in the beer garden. So as a guest I had to sit somewhere else with my food, but there was no other free or unreserved table. I then sat down at the very corner and continued eating on the edge at another table. Because even without the dog, the passage would have been so narrow that the conditions would have been just a few centimeters past me the entire time. I sat exactly where you had to sit, so I didn't sit at the front. To disturb a table in the middle of a meal and a guest so I have to take my plate and continue eating somewhere else... in my opinion it couldn't be worse. We would also have liked to have dessert, coffee and wanted to be together comfortably. We were all very stressed and disappointed and, apart from the whole catastrophe, we didn't have the feeling that anyone was trying to make us stay and feel good. My girlfriend paid and the gentleman who came, I tried to talk to him. Because finally the birthday dinner and the mood was so messed up that when he asked if everything was okay, I said no. I described the whole experience to him. He just looked somewhere else, he was already telling me that it was stupid, but more like this condition wasn't going to be long anyway, and it wasn't coming either. The incident happened a month ago. I thought about giving such a bad review here for a long time, and now I've decided to do so. Please move THIS table somewhere else so that no other guest has to experience this.

I used to be really excited. Unfortunately the last visit was very disappointing. The service has deteriorated considerably. We didn't get a high chair for my son or children's cutlery. Actually, yes actually, we wanted to do a circular tour that starts at the Kappis sports field. But the more than delicious smell and the great menu... We had the Caesar plate (26) and the Sorba fillet (82). Mega tasty, perfectly seasoned and a large portion. Brilliant. (see pictures) Very attentive and extremely nice team. RECOMMENDATION. Today I was there for the first time with my partner. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were lucky that there was a place available for us despite high demand. The service was first class and really quick. The food was delivered quickly and is highly recommended. I have rarely found such a good Greek place to eat. I can only warmly recommend a visit here. I'll come over for dinner more often if I have the chance!
