That was a positive surprise! After a local recommended this restaurant to us, we stopped by: homemade warm potato salad including freshly breaded schnitzel and a super tasty side salad. Don't forget the freshly tapped beer ;-) the operators are a bit older - but there's even more love here! Absolutely worth a visit :-)

I got something for the first time today... Indian... I have to say it was delicious. Everything was freshly made... Of course it took 10 minutes. I'm happy to wait... 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Today, we hiked from Murner Lake with our dog to this restaurant in the blazing sun. The website said it was open from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. When we arrived (around 3:30 p.m.), it was closed. And the sign on the door read: We'd be happy to open for you if you let us know 2-3 days in advance. I think that's a joke; they should correct it online. I'd like to give it 0 stars, but unfortunately, it's not possible. Hence this one star.

We ordered a small salad and a pizza. The salad wasn't even half the size of the regular one, and we paid €8.50 for the small one, while the large one would have cost €10.80. We then went back in to exchange it for a large one. We had previously ordered it with cheese and ham, but it wasn't included in the large one, but we didn't care. When we got home, we discovered that the salad was full of bugs. We then called them and had to go back because we were supposed to get our money back. We only got €9 and a few squashed pieces back. The service was bitchy and rude. Not recommended.

Honest, down-to-earth cuisine, super nice staff and one of the quaint restaurants in the Upper Palatinate. And we have a good beer, what more?
