Richtig gutes Essen und man wird sehr freundlich bedient. Die Sitzplätze draußen sind auch sehr gemütlich.

Die meisten griechischen Gyros, die ich in den letzten zehn Jahren in Deutschland gegessen habe. Großartig! Wenn ich mal wieder in Dortmund bin, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder.

Gerade gegessen und angenehm überrascht. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten Gyros mit Pommes und Salat und waren begeistert. Netter Service und alles fein.

Sehr lecker gegessen Preise voll in Ordnung. Portionen sehr groß. Ein Abend der sich rundum gelohnt hat.

Sehr lecker Gyros mit sehr großer Portion

Wir waren hier heute mal testen. Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Wir haben einen Grill Teller nr.2 So steht das in der Karte. Und das andere war jäger Schnitzel. Bei dem Grill Teller war ein spieß dabei wo ich sagen muss das es nicht so meins war. Und ich muss sagen es war nicht wenig. Man wird auf jedenfall satt. Ich kann euch das empfehlen und macht selbst die Erfahrung wie es euch gefählt. Sonst war ich sehr zufrieden. Ich werde auf jedenfall noch mal dort essen.

War gestern zum Muttertag mit meinem Sohn zu Abend essen , sehr gute Qualität ,nett angerichtet ,schmackhaft ausreichende Portionen , stimmiges Preis Leistungverhältnis , sehr freundliche Bedienung ,da ist der Kunde noch König 🤗und obendrauf ,gab es zum Schluß ,noch ein Muttertagsgeschenk.😍

Solides griechisches Restaurant mit vielen leckeren Vorspeisen und netter Bedienung. Es gibt auch einige vegetarische Optionen. Die Preise sind super.

Gyros sehr trocken, Pommes mehlig Nicht zu empfehlen

Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Spiros Greek Family Tavern! Schon beim Betreten spürt man die echte griechische Gastfreundschaft: herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach authentisch. Die Bedienung ist durchweg freundlich, zuvorkommend und erkundigt sich regelmäßig, ob alles passt, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen? Einfach köstlich! Frisch zubereitet, voller Geschmack und typisch griechisch. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großzügigen Portionen, hier wird wirklich niemand hungrig nach Hause gehen. Und wie es sich gehört, darf natürlich auch der Ouzo zum Abschluss nicht fehlen, ein perfekter Ausklang für einen rundum gelungenen Abend. Für mich die Definition von griechischer Gastlichkeit in Dortmund. Absolute Empfehlung – unbedingt ausprobieren!

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte Bifteki mit Pommes und einen Beilagen Salat, dazu extra Gyros mit Zwiebeln und Tzatziki. Das Gyros ist sehr lecker, außen knusprig und doch sehr zart. Die Pommes waren sehr knackig und perfekt vom Punkt her. Das Tzatziki hat mir persönlich unheimlich gut geschmeckt, die Knoblauch Note kommt gut durch, ohne dabei zu Penetrant zu sein. Das Bifteki war genauso lecker, der Schafskäse darin war sehr würzig/aromatisch und zudem muss ich sagen, dass das Bifteki das größte war, was ich je irgendwo bekommen habe. Alles in einem ein sehr leckeres, und sehr liebevoll geführtes Restaurant. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen PS. bilder habe ich vor lauter Hunger leider keine gemacht

Ich hole mir hier gerne mal etwas zu essen. Schmeckt immer sehr gut und man wird wirklich satt.

Hatten vor und Hauptspeise. Alles war super lecker 😋. Wenn wir mal wieder in Dortmund sind essen wir wieder hier.

Bin heute mit einem Kollegen hier gewesen. Preis-Leistung kann man nichts gegen sagen. Man bekommt für relativ wenig Geld große Portionen. Was uns beiden aufgefallen war ist, dass das Essen wenig Abwechslung vom Geschmack bietet. Die Würze bei dem Fleisch und bei der Pommes fehlte. Bei meinem Grillteller (Grillmix 1)gab es 3 verschiedene Fleischgerichte. Alle waren "flach" vom Geschmack. Nichts hat sich vom anderen geschmacklich Aufgrund der Würzung/ Röstaromen abgehoben. lediglich bei dem Gyros gab es dunklere Stellen. Obwohl ich kein Freund von übersalzenen Speisen bin hat bei der Pommes definitiv Salz gefehlt. Hier wäre es angebracht etwas Gewürz auf dem Tisch zu haben. Auch der Taxiteller des Kollegen war von der Würzung recht "flach". Ansonsten kann ich nichts bemängeln.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, offene, saubere und schnelle Küche. Vier Gerichte ausprobiert: abwechslungsreich zubereitet und alles sehr lecker. Günstige Preise bei großen Portionen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Delicious food! We had feta saganaki with honey, a taxi platter, and stuffed bifteki. Everything was great, excellent value for money, and reasonably priced drinks. The service was outstanding – attentive and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Something was forgotten in the delivery, which can happen sometimes; a quick phone call and the missing food arrived immediately.

Ordered from there for the second time and was disappointed. We waited two hours for the food, and then another hour for the fries to arrive. When I called to say the fries were missing, they asked if I'd like them with my next order... The "Kidney Bean Salad" for €4.90 came in a tiny bowl (the kind other places put tzatziki in), with sunflower oil and onions on top. Nothing major, so the price was completely unjustified. Especially since the kidney beans had only been drained briefly, as there was still some kidney bean sediment floating in the oil. The mixed salad that came with the dish was okay. All the salads were lukewarm, which shouldn't be the case, especially since the mixed salad had a yogurt dressing. The rest of the food was okay and the portions were decent. My child and I ended up having to eat separately instead of together.

The food is actually very tasty. But I advise against ordering from there. I specifically asked for mayonnaise and tzatziki, but I received dry food. I will never order from there again. I really don't understand why they don't include sauces. The food is so dry and inedible. This is the second time this has happened to me there. However, the food is delicious when eaten in, and the staff are friendly.

Never again I eat here, or order from here! 3 Times send me wrong food, dry and not even warm, pommes taste like they from yeasterday! I made extra comment that no oniona, because I am alergic to them, and they never read comments and doing it still with everything, but all the time forgeting to put mayo on top or even tzadziki! For what are we paying! Never again! Not recommending.

Tried to order a coffee. The waitress was so rude and asked me to leave the restaurant because I only wanted to order a coffee. One star is too much for such a place.

I ate with my family today, everything was very delicious, my little daughter asked for a second piece of the homemade pasticcio! When I'm in Dortmund again, I'll definitely visit again!

A very nice, bright, and modern snack bar. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their customers. The food is freshly prepared, and the portions are generous and very tasty. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to order from there again myself.

The best Greek food in Dortmund. The food simply tastes delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant has a very modern Greek decor. It has the most beautiful summer terrace in the area (especially in the evening). You really feel at home.

Went here by chance after looking at the reviews on google, so made a reservation. When we arrived there was nobody there so we had to choose where to sit. We can only speak German so as a tourist we had to try our best German to make ourselves understood. The menu looks simple but ok, prices are really good. Had wine but the glass was dirty from my fingers, food came and was quite ok, don't expect high-quality food but that's not possible for that price. The portions are quite big so you won't leave there hungry. It's a bit lacking in atmosphere, more like a Greek takeaway. Was good to try once.

We visited SPIROS for the first time on Saturday. We really enjoyed the food (gyros plate). The service was excellent and the price-performance ratio was great! 👍

A Greek with quality that I've been missing elsewhere for a long time. The gyro was well seasoned and without any thick pieces of fat. And nice cross. The tzatziki is also unparalleled.

The taxi plate is very tasty, the curry sauce on the currywurst is very tasty. I haven't eaten it before. Gyros with Metaxa sauce are also great. I like to eat there every now and then.

We visited Dortmund ( athletic team) for a competition . Due to kitchen problems at hour hotel , we addressed to Spiros for delivery food in hour hotel for 32 people . A big delivery for that time ( about 9pm) . Apart from the impeccable service in a short time the food was amazing. Of course we ate Greek souvlaki. I would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant but unfortunately that is not possible. I highly recommend visiting it. Thank you for your help in such a short time !!

Had an open pita, it was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the wait for the pita was very short.

The chicken fillet was too salty and almost burned, the lamb was unfortunately uncooked.

Spiros is one of the best Greeks in Dortmund. The food is ALWAYS good. We order there, pick up, have it delivered or eat on site. The employees are always nice, it's clean, the waiter is always friendly and the food is really good. If you want to eat Greek, you're in good hands here. The schnitzel there is also very, very tasty.

Went there specifically because of the good reviews. It wasn't exaggerated, very tasty, fresh food, loving atmosphere and fair prices. Our private tip is the fish platter, where you can choose your own fish and it is freshly grilled. So the long walk was worth it.

Ambiance is ok but not exceptional. The service (with us there are no special requests) is sometimes the unfriendly thing I have ever experienced. The fries and the currywurst were half raw and the gyros were dry. Inedible. Never again.

We were impressed by the authentic and excellent tasting Greek cuisine. It's rare these days to find such traditional dishes prepared with so much love and dedication. We were particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the loving preparation that you could taste in every bite. The Greek wine we enjoyed on the terrace was the icing on the cake and reinforced our feeling of being in Greece for a short time. The price-performance ratio is really very good, which makes it even more enjoyable. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, kürzlich das Spiros - Greek Family Tavern in Dortmund zu besuchen. Von dem Moment an, als wir die gemütliche Terrasse betraten, fühlten wir uns wie in Griechenland. Die authentische und geschmacklich hervorragende griechische Küche hat uns begeistert. Es ist heutzutage selten, solch traditionelle Gerichte zu finden, die mit so viel Liebe und Hingabe zubereitet werden. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Frische der Zutaten und der liebevollen Zubereitung, die man bei jedem Bissen schmecken konnte. Der griechische Wein, den wir auf der Terrasse genossen haben, war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i und verstärkte unser Gefühl, für eine kurze Zeit in Griechenland zu sein. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut, was den Genuss noch angenehmer macht. Wir können das Restaurant Spiros - Greek Family Tavern uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Klare Weiterempfehlung – wir kommen wieder!

We have been to Spiros several times now, and each time we have enjoyed it and tasted very good. Even in stressful times, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Now an attractive location for an actual snack. I particularly like the small terrace, which is framed with geraniums and beautiful oleander, so that the busy street is no longer noticeable. The menu is varied and includes delicious vegetarian mezedes. In my opinion there is something for everyone. There is also a small cocktail bar, but we haven't tried it yet. Recommended both via Lieferando with delivery, self-collection and, above all, eating on site!!

I have ordered several times. Without exception, the food was really tasty and was always delivered quickly and hot 5*! But what I was able to experience today in terms of service was absolutely extraordinary. Because of the fan march, the driver had been stuck in a traffic jam for a long time and it would have taken a while longer. He then called, explained the situation and said the food would be cold by the time he got there. If it was ok with me, he would turn around, freshly prepare the meal again a little later and then deliver it! Others probably would have delivered it cold and then pushed it onto traffic. I recently ordered and picked up something to eat and was disappointed. There was no trace of friendliness, the gyro meat was black and dry. There was way too much lettuce on the pita, which in my opinion doesn't belong there other than coleslaw
