Soupreme Kitchen in Offenbach am Main

First of all, I'm in Offenbach and then something like that... I just ate the best burger of my life here, aaaaa I'm not from here and they don't deliver to Duisburg-Walsum, hehe. Everything is super fresh and hand made...it just couldn't be better!

I can't rave enough about my visit to this amazing restaurant! It caught our attention from the street, and once inside we were warmly greeted by the owner. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. I tried the cheeseburger and it was absolutely delicious! The meat was cooked to perfection and the bun was to die for. There was also delicious coleslaw and the La Guapa Home Fries, which were simply fantastic! We were there because we were attending a concert, but I wouldn't hesitate to go back in a heartbeat just to enjoy the burgers again. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a great meal!

A real highlight! We had previously used the delivery service and were also thrilled on site. We immediately felt welcome. Casual, relaxed and familiar atmosphere to feel good. You can tell that there really is passion in it. The burgers are juicy and fresh. A must for all burger lovers in the region!

The restaurant is very cutely decorated, the atmosphere of the chefs and waiters is very relaxed and pleasantly cheerful, you immediately feel at home. The food is a dream here. I can highly recommend the smoked burger, it was really awesome. The prices are also very fair and overall I can only recommend the restaurant!

The hosts were extremely friendly and personable, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The food was another highlight: lovingly prepared and incredibly tasty. You can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on quality and taste here. This restaurant impressed me across the board and I'm already looking forward to coming back here on my next visit to Offenbach. Absolutely recommended!

We were there for the first time yesterday and immediately felt at home after the friendly welcome from the owner. There's a good selection of burgers (there are more on the menu, but we were there for the burgers) and vegetarian and vegan options too. We were quickly full, happy and satisfied and will definitely come back!

The best burger place in town, the ingredients are fresh and the burgers are made with love. And you can taste it. In addition, the service from the owner is terrific. Great food, had a cheeseburger supreme, double meat double cheese and the coleslaw with it, super classic burger with a fantastic spell. Personally, the meat wasn't seasoned enough for me, but I'm not a stickler because I like it very salty. The coleslaw was a bit soggy, but still very tasty, we were also very late so I have to say the owner, no question, super cool sock. Whenever I'm in the corner again, I'll definitely eat a burger with coleslaw there.

Feel free to order from Soupreme via the online page for pickup. There are always burgers and the soups/lunch dishes, which change daily, can be seen in the weekly menu. The things I have ordered so far have been delicious and the portions are enough to fill you up (examples: fried chicken and chips with tartar sauce, Mediterranean meatball with tomato-olive sauce and mashed potatoes, cheeseburger with extra bacon). Once I was late in ordering and the lunch dish was already sold out, but I was immediately called and informed so I could choose something else. If you want to be sure you get a specific dish, you can also place orders outside of opening hours and select the desired day and pick-up time. Very convenient. Pickups were always quick and the staff was super nice.

The employee was very friendly at first, then he was annoyed and rude, I just asked to clean the children's chair again, which was dirty or as he called it and said "sorry darling, it's used, there's no better way to clean it." “Um, sorry if you don't feel like cleaning the children's chair properly, it's definitely possible to clean the children's chair better, then you might buy a new one, the food was kindly brought to our table but was for my little son I find it very inattentive that there are no plates or cutlery. After the annoyed impression he gave us, I didn't even want to ask for a plate or even cutlery, but judging by the reviews, the annoyed mood is probably there more often, for me a no go in the catering industry, the food was okay, but with the employee's mood you don't feel like going there again. As a guest you don't feel particularly comfortable or even welcome. I wish the employee a better mood for the future and stronger nerves.

The food was really tasty. The ambience when you sit outside is mediocre. But the prices are extremely expensive. For 2 menus (burger, fries and drink) around €35 ​​is pretty decent. The burgers were also ok in size. Not overly big, but not tiny either. The portions of fries were quite small. The lady at the checkout was very nice.

I admit when I called today at around 9:30 p.m. I didn't give my name. I wanted to order something so I could pick it up. No matter who was on the phone.. he was rude, rude and aggressive. Ok, she Kpche was too, you can say it in a friendly way and not lecture me. The next time I call I should answer by name. He was so cheeky and unfriendly then told me the kitchen was closed and just hung up. All I can say is idiot! It's a good thing he doesn't know where I work!

Everything is right here, food service, ambience and price

First impression everything is tidy, clean and cozy furnishings. Then we received a very nice greeting from the boss and then a great burger! The bun is homemade and you can taste it. The patty is big, nice crust and juicy inside. There were also delicious cheese fries and a good cowl slaw. Everything for a fair price. Anytime again, thank you very much! :)

Great. Burger roll was incredibly tasty, homemade & soft and you can taste it. The meat was tender and deliciously flavorful. Ingredients all fresh and great quality. The owners/staff were very personable and friendly and the music and atmosphere were fantastic. What struck me as particularly positive and which I find very commendable is that the nice woman was wearing a hairnet. So everything was great, we would love to come back 😊

Great service! Unfortunately, the food didn't entirely convince us. The burger wasn't perfect, the bread was a bit dry and a bit carelessly topped. The salad was dressed with a lot of fresh garlic, you really can't do that... my mouth is still burning hours later and I have a garlic flag of death 😀

Update in (high) summer 2023. No news is good news here: everything is still as delicious as it was before. Clean, Patrick, keep it up! 😃 ... Update mid-March 2024: It is still a pleasure to order burgers and sides from Patrick and an even greater pleasure to bite into the tastiest burger north of Fechenheim. 😊 Even Patrick himself seems to get better and better as the years go by. Look delicious and super friendly! It's bigger than you think at first

The burger is well crafted. However, mine was completely unseasoned and therefore somehow boring. All the ingredients are of good quality, that is without question. But the taste is simply missing. 17 euros seems way too much for me. The reviews here speak a different language. Maybe it just wasn't the best day and I have to give the store another chance.

Maybe the best burger in the entire Rhine-Main area. The colleague who looked after us was so friendly and personable that we immediately felt at home and comfortable. He has a good eye for his customers because he knew without asking me how I like my burger. And I've perhaps never "inhaled" a burger with 320g of meat so quickly. The meat was absolutely perfect: the fat content, the quality, the caramelized crispy top layer, ever so slightly pink in the middle for the perfect balance between warmth and juiciness. A master is at work 🤤 And finally a burger with mustard again!! The classic is still better than overhyped special sauces. We definitely need to go back here very soon.

Völlig überteuert! Bei joes burger kriegt man ein ganzes menü für 11-13€ und hier zahlt man alles einzeln! War dort essen für über 22€!!!! Absoluter Wucher! Niewieder! Burger 14€!!! Pommes mit etwas Käse oben drauf 5,30€!!!! Getränk 3€!!! Absolute Frechheit !!! Für 22€ kann ich in einem Restaurant fein essen gehen und muss keine schäbigen Burger aus Hackfleisch essen! Der Höhepunkt war, ich fragte ob ich ein Spiegelei auf dem Burger hab kann aber der Besitzer wurde plötzlich stinksauer und meinte total unfreundlich einfach NEIN! Als ich fragte wieso sagte er einfach ganz rotzfrech „weil ich das nicht mache!“. Wie bitte??? Ich als zahlender Kunde darf doch wohl noch ein simples spiegelei auf meinem Burger verlangen! Solch einen unfreundlichen und frechen Kerl hab ich noch nie in einem Imbiss erlebt! Bleibt bloß weg von diesem Laden....

Ich war das erste Mal im Soupreme und frage mich, warum ich nicht schon eher dort war. Ich hatte einen Burger und der war superlecker. Der Service ist überragend und man fühlt sich direkt superwohl. Patrick (der Besitzer) hat Humor und ist sehr nett... das ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich in der Gastro. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder :)

Bisher habe ich nur eine Suppe probiert, die war aber sehr lecker und vom Preis her völlig angemessen. Die Burger werde ich das nächste Mal ausprobieren. Auf jeden Fall halte ich den Laden für eine Bereicherung in Offenbach. Kann ich wirklich empfehlen.

Pommes waren mehr als versalzen, das haben auch die Tischnachbarn gesagt. Haben wir als Feedback mitgeteilt, nichts passiert. Ich hätte erwartet, dass die Pommes nicht berechnet werden. Das wäre fair gewesen. Chance verpasst, Kundenzufriedenheit herzustellen. Schade! Ambiente ist nice, Service war ok!

We are here from America looking for a good burger place. This place did not disappoint! The food was fresh and delicious. Our first night here the owner's son Anthony was so nice and helpful to us. We came back on our last night to end our trip with an amazing burger! Next time we are in Germany we'll be back!

Wir essen regelmäßig bei Soupreme in Offenbach. Der Laden ist super cool. Entspannte lockere Atmosphäre und die Burger sind von gleichbleibend hoher Qualität, und wirklich überdurchschnittlich lecker. Wir essen eigentlich immer beide den Cheeseburger.
