Was there for the first time today. Very nice staff. Speaks good German so far. Food is delicious. And the prices. They're completely fine. Will come again

The food is mediocre but the service is unfortunately very poor. The lemurs are very, very small. Unfortunately the delivery was not complete on the first attempt. References to allergies are ignored and you are laughed at if you try to find a solution with those responsible.

Food was ordered, not delivered - supposedly someone rang the bell and called - 2 people were at home - no one was there to deliver. When I called, I was obviously not interested in clarifying anything, but rather unfriendly and rude. That's no way to win customers, what a shame!!!!

We were almost alone in the store last week. The food was OK, but the salmon wasn't good at all. Half of our order was forgotten. It wasn't possible to order anything either, they simply didn't ask anymore and didn't pay any attention to us. We could only pay after we called across the store and even then we had to wait another 10 minutes before we could pay.

We ordered the FAVORITE MENU set, the rolls are delicious, we liked them, they were delivered quickly, as well as beer, very delicate. The sauces are on the table, but the wasabi is not tasty, not bitter and as if with mayonnaise. Pleasant music and atmosphere.

You wait a long time for your food. The atmosphere and ambience cold and uninviting. The sushi is tasty, but nothing special.

I picked up my order this evening. Some of the Teryaki chicken skewers were still raw. The Crispy Rolls Veggie had a strong smell and taste after the third one and I immediately gagged. I really enjoy eating sushi from Soul Sushi. However, I haven't experienced that yet. I guess something was spoiled.

Food wasn't ready until more than 30 minutes after we had agreed to pick it up. At least there was a drink as compensation.

We ordered online at 9:30 p.m. and couldn't complete the ordering process because it was 9:31 p.m. Afterwards I went to the store to order, but it was no longer possible, even though the opening times were stated until 10 p.m. If they close at 9:30 p.m., you shouldn't be open until 10 p.m.

Here you get delicious sushi and you can tell that the staff puts a lot of effort into it. I really enjoy eating sushi here often. It tastes fresh and there is a lot to choose from. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained as are the toilets. Apparently it's sometimes busy in the restaurant because the employees don't always keep up with the orders, but I was still always treated nicely and was offered a drink from the house while I waited, which was very nice. The manager is very accommodating and polite and so are the employees.

Food ordered and picked up was a disaster. The sushi rice was like plain rice, zero sticky and cheap. Far too little sauce. The bowl was really bad.

It may be okay to take away, but eating there is a real disgrace. The employees are extremely unfriendly and treat customers like dirt. The saying “customer is king” has probably never been heard here!! This terrible experience happened to me and the Lütten not just once, no not twice, but three times in this branch! The store is completely empty, music plays the same songs every 10 minutes and none of the staff can do anything. The sushi may taste very good, but it's not just the eye that eats it, but also the heart. And that was broken on these 3 times. There is no consideration at all for the customers; they prefer to put you down and judge you for how much sushi you order. Are you happy that we pay you?! After all, that's your job!! The question “Are you sure you can do ALL THIS?” is so inappropriate, especially since I also had my 3 kids with me!! Statements like “It’s better to sit at the big table with so much sushi” were also made. This doesn't work at all! The bus connection is also terrible, although the shop can't do anything about it, but I think a reasonably adequate parking situation is the least it can do. How am I supposed to come all the way from Elmshorn, especially when the little man has to use crutches! That's not what public transport is designed for! In addition, the drinks were “supposedly” empty, but you were not allowed to get drinks from the shop next door. Anyone with children can understand this, they scream and cry after 5 minutes of no water! And anyone with common sense knows that salt makes you thirsty. Delicious sushi at typical sushi prices. Unfortunately, for the second time despite ordering, it wasn't in Relovo reusable packaging and napkins weren't included either (despite ordering). But it could also have been due to the New Year's Eve stress, we'll try it again...

Unfortunately we can't rate the food, we didn't get our food. We ordered online ( Lieferando ) at 7 p.m. Food should be there at 8 p.m. We waited until 9 p.m. because it was Saturday night. Then I called and someone explained to me: You have so much to do. So it would take at least an hour and I would have to understand it. No, if you can't do your job, you have to inform the customer or cancel the order. There was no time for that, but he had 5 minutes to explain to me how much was ordered. Bad way. We will never order again.

Gute Sushi, wenn auch preislich eher am oberen Ende angesiedelt. Gut gerollt und auch viel Auswahl. Unser Sashimi war noch gefroren, sollte aber kein Problem sein, wenn man sich das Essen liefern lässt. Bis dahin ist es sicher aufgetaut. Vor Ort stinkt es leider unangenehm, die Klamotten müssen nach dem Essen erst mal in die Waschmaschine. Die Einrichtung ist mehr Imbiss als denn ein richtiges Restaurant.

Essen ist sehr gut. Service und Wartezeiten extrem ausbaufähig.

Bitte in die Chicken Bowls richtig frische Zutaten, und vor Allem kein kaltes gepresstes Hühnerfleisch geben! Sonst ein ansprechender Laden, das minimalistische paßt gut.

Super Restaurant mit sehr schmackhaften Speisen, auch zum Bestellen oder mitnehmen.

Ich habe hier mehrmals bestellt, das Essen ist top. Immer frisch und schnell geliefert. Gestern waren wir vor Ort und haben eine super Service erfahren. Nett und lecker!!! Macht weiter so!!!

Super leckeres und frisches Sushi 😊 waren lange stammgast woanders aber Soulsushi ist einfach besser! Haben hier jetzt 7-8 mal bestellt und jedes mal top! Wenn Sushi dann nur noch hier!

Nur 6 min von der Autobahn entfernt. Super freundlicher Restaurantleiter, köstliches Sushi und sehr ästhetisch angerichtet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wir mussten nichtmal 15 min. warten. Wir sind zufrieden und würden dort wieder essen.

Wir haben online von allem etwas für die ganze Familie bestellt: SpringRolls, Bowl, Maki, CrispRollls und es war alles hervorragend. Unsere Bestellung war superfrisch und auf den Punkt fertig. Das Essen wird ansprechend verpackt, Stäbchen inkl. bei Bedarf. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und der Blick in die Küche 1a. Bei Abholung sogar 15% Nachlass. Wer mag, kann auch direkt vor Ort essen. Hier gibt es tolle leichte Küche, alles frisch und lecker zu einem TOP Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Freuen uns über diesen Gewinn für die Stadt. Weiter so bitte.

Wir haben zum dritten Mal bei Soul Sushi bestellt und sind total begeistert!! Das Sushi ist sehr lecker und wirklich frisch zubereitet!! Nachdem es bei der ersten Bestellung noch einige sprachliche Unstimmigkeiten gab,klappt dies inzwischen sehr gut und die Lieferung erfolgt pünktlich! Wir haben bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort bestellt!!

Bestellung war in Ordnung, aber geschmeckt hat es uns leider nicht. Wir wurden im Laden schon von Fischgeruch begrüßt, als wir das Essen abgeholt haben. Frischer Fisch darf aber nicht riechen. Es hat auch alt geschmeckt. Sushi Circle bei Famila war bis dato unsere Anlaufstelle und wir es wohl auch bleiben. Schade ich hatte gehofft eine Alternative zu haben, wenn Sushi Circle nicht geöffnet hat.

Atemberaubend, ist Aufjedenfall sein Geld wert. Weiter so.

Sehr leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Sushi. Vor allem die ausgefallenen Ideen sind sehr lecker und „mal etwas Anderes“. Bei der Abholung gibt es einen zusätzlichen Abholrabatt, welcher sich mit 15% richtig lohnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett. Das Ambiente vor Ort ist sehr modern, wirkt allerdings etwas kalt und kahl.

Endlich auch in Kaltenkirchen! Das Sushi ist super und jeden Cent wert. Ich habe ganz einfach online bestellt und konnte meine Bestellung schon nach 15 Minuten vor Ort entgegen nehmen. Ultra lecker! Ich werde bestimmt noch öfter was rausholen.

Freundliches Personal und mit der Online-Bestellung hat auch alles geklappt. Leider ist das Sushi geschmacklich sehr flach. Das Masuta in Kaltenkirchen ist unserer Meinung nach viel besser. Gestört hat uns auch der viele Plastikmüll. Siehe Foto.

Ein wirklich toller Laden, endlich haben wir in Kaltenkirchen ein laden für gutes und erschwingliches Sushi. Das Personal ist stets bemüht dem Kunden seinen Wunsch zu erfüllen und immer für einen Witz zu haben! Bleibt so wie Ihr seit, Ich werde wiederkommen.

Mein Mann und ich haben vorgestern das erste Mal dort bestellen und ich muss echt sagen das es wirklich eine 100/10 ist! Werden ab jetzt nur noch hier bestellen, ist wirklich das beste Sushi was ich seit langem gegessen habe. 🥰 Das Essen kam pünktlich, der Fahrer war super freundlich und vor allem war das Sushi einfach mal unnormal lecker!
