Best restaurant with the best service

A very nice but also quite expensive restaurant. Some things were overpriced—for example, a glass of Hugo cost over €8. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant is lovely for special occasions.

A very appealing restaurant with a very welcoming staff and owner. The food is fantastic, and you can see the passion of the chef in the dishes. It was also very nice that our dog was very warmly welcomed 😊 All in all, it was perfect 👍

The stuff was friendly welcoming. I ordered a pizza and got spaghetti. As i was hungry i said its okay and they don't have to waste the food. But didn't got the notice that it was price difference. The day after i got a pizza... probably the tiniest one I've ever had for that price. The taste was good on both but i got disappointed on both visits.

The atmosphere was cozy, the staff very polite, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't particularly good. However, as far as I could tell, the other dishes looked pretty good.

Very tasty food and great service

A truly wonderful restaurant, with a great location for family celebrations, both indoors and outdoors. It was very busy, with three parties taking place almost simultaneously, but the wonderful landlady had everything under control. Despite the large portions, the food was hot, as were the side dishes. The quality of the food was truly excellent: a perfectly cooked beef fillet, a superb dessert, beautifully presented. The prices seem very fair to me. At midnight, the landlady came singing and proved she also has a talent for singing. Highly recommended!

The last place, terrible value for money. We went here for dinner with a group. We waited two hours for the food. The place was packed, so it would have been better to say we were full. The atmosphere is nice. Unfortunately, it's more show than substance. The good reviews are a mystery to us. Maybe it's better if you go with just the two of you.

We celebrated a confirmation at Sortino's yesterday. We had a great time again, and all of our guests loved the food. The manager gave us great advice beforehand and was just so welcoming. Thank you so much, dear team!

You can't treat guests like that!! First of all: The food was good as always but the rest was such that we will never come here again. Even though I had made a reservation many weeks ago, we were seated at an unstable and wobbly makeshift table that was hastily brought to the table. This was placed in front of a small cupboard, and we had to interrupt eating several times because something from the cupboard was needed or had to be put there. There was a loud celebration in the next room where a five-piece band played quite loudly. So atmosphere equals 0; We'll never do that to each other again

We've been going to Sortinos for years and it's always been good. I've been there twice within a week now and it was mediocre both times. The food still tasted good and was very plentiful. But the service.....The waitresses still seem very new and are apparently just being trained. But then as a boss you have to provide more support and control. A lot of things take a long time, things are forgotten, but instead of having them delivered quickly, the next table has to be re-set. You can't blame the staff for this, they're obviously still learning, but the restaurant management needs to provide a lot more support and guidance here.

I ate there for the first time on a recommendation, very nice restaurant, well decorated. The service was super friendly. When we arrived there were few guests, which filled up over time so that it became full later. We got olives and bread with dip on the house without ordering. We waited about 1 hour for the food, which I thought was a bit long, there were 6 people. The food was good, I had pizza, it was super crispy with lots of toppings, the only thing was the salami was too salty and you couldn't cut it well with the knife. When reordering drinks it took a while, that's why 4 stars. I can still recommend it and hope to give it a 5 star rating on my next visit.

We had a small family celebration and arranged a special order for the occasion. All of the wishes we expressed when ordering were professionally implemented. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything tasted very, very tasty. Overall, we were more than satisfied and would be happy to come back in the future.

A nice, pleasant and clean space, TOP food, friendly and professional service, and special praise for Mr. Mila, all of this would not have happened if the owner of the restaurant had not invested all the love and time to make the guests feel like we did today.

The food is good. The Restaurant is very cozy. We visited it on Saturday evening. This was our biggest mistake. We came at 17:00. Starters were served at 18:00 and the main dishes at 20:00. When I wanted to clarify when the main dishes will be served, I received the following: “ we are not a Macdonald’s, we have too many people, you have to wait”. It’s very pity, that visitors of Sortino’s restaurant have to pay for the greed of the restaurant owner and wait 2 hour for food to be served. The most disappointing thing is that the owner thinks that this is ok and people should wait. Sortino’s Team, if you have to many customers, you overloaded and you don’t know how to solve this problem, I will help you. From this moment you will have for one customer less. I will go to another Restaurant.

That was nothing! Today we had dinner at Sortinos for a birthday. At the beginning there was a lot of effort, but by the time we got to the salad as a starter we noticed how unfriendly they were being towards us guests. A long wait for our order to be taken was followed by an even longer wait for our food. Guests next to us (including the baby) were already complaining and were fobbed off with the sentence “we’re not at McDonald’s here”. One person at our table had to go back to their house and child after waiting 1.5 hours and was no longer able to eat. When I asked to pack the steak accordingly, after another long wait, a box arrived with a much smaller steak than had previously been on the plate (I mean...wtf, how necessary is it!!!). For our vegan group there was NOT ONE DISH - NOT A SINGLE one - on the menu they were ultimately offered spaghetti alio e olio, which unfortunately was drowned in oil. Over-salted fish, tough rump steak, mashed potatoes from a bag... The service was grumpy and unfriendly. Well, maybe a slip-up, but in the end our birthday child just sadly and quietly paid the bill and it was definitely the last time for us.

My son went here for dinner with friends. Before he ordered the risotto he asked if it had cheese. This was answered in the negative, whereupon he ordered this dish. For reasons he had to leave early and had the risotto packed up. When I got home it was immediately obvious to me that the risotto was made with cheese. I'll now throw the keywords allergy and anaphylactic shock into the room. But it shouldn't matter why someone doesn't eat something. My son didn't want cheese and was served cheese. If his question had been answered in the affirmative, he would have chosen a different dish.

Super tasty and very competitive prices. The menu offers many interesting dishes and there are also daily dishes... all the employees are always nice and will take care of you as quickly as possible.

Über 1 Stunde Wartezeit aufs Essen Alles etwas überfordert und eine Reihenfolge gibt es auch nicht. Das Essen ist innerhalb der Stadtgrenze okay darüber hinaus leider nicht.

Wir waren in der letzten Zeit des Öfteren zu Besuch bei Sortinos und wurden nie enttäuscht. Egal ob Nudelgerichte oder Fleisch das Essen schmeckte frisch und phantastisch. Ebenso die Weine. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, auch mit Kindern ist man hier willkommen. Absolute Empfehlung

Schöne Terrasse, aber leider war das Essen nicht besonders. Es gab einen gemischten Fischteller, dieser war komplett drüber und trocken. Leber mit getrüffeltem Kartoffelbrei schwamm komplett in fettiger Soße. Zum Abschluss ein "Ramazotti" aufs Haus, sollte auch in dieser Preiskategorie ein "echter" sein... Fazit: wir hatten das Lokal empfohlen bekommen und werden diesem irgendwann eine zweite Chance geben.... aber das war nix... 😞

wir waren heute mit 6 Personen im Sortino's, um den 89. Geburtstag meines Vaters zu feiern. Die Fakten: Angekommen sind wir um 12.30, Hauptspeise bekommen um 14.55. Das ist natürlich inakzeptabel. Das Essen war dann ok, aber nicht mehr, vielleicht war die Stimmung, aber auch schon so gekippt, dass der große Genuss auch nicht mehr aufkommen konnte. Der Service und auch die "Chefin" haben sich zwar am Ende bei uns entschuldigt und uns auch eine kostenlosen Nachtisch angeboten. Wir konnten und wollten mit den betagten Gästen dann aber nicht noch länger warten und haben abgelehnt. Sehr schade, die Vorfreude war aufgrund der guten Kritiken sehr groß und wir sind deshalb unseren eigentlichen Stamm-Italienern untreu geworden. Der "Seitensprung" hat sich aber definitiv nicht gelohnt.

Gutes Essen, überdachter Außenbereich und Tische im Freien. Freundliche Bedienung, keine überhöhte Preise.

Ein schön überdachter Innenhof mit italienischen Flair. Die Gerichte all ein wenig überteuert, der Salat als Hauptgericht auch für eine Frau sehr klein. Ein alkoholfreier Hugo der geschmacklich nur an Limo erinnere, 3 Minz-Blätter und 2 Scheiben Zitrone aufwies kostete 7 Euro, für mich persönlich ein Unding. Zum Abschluss einer Käseplatte bestellt, auf Nachfrage ob wirklich nur eine, bestätigte ich das. Wir waren 4 Gäste. Es wurden vier Teller gebracht und eine Käseplatte die ich für eine Portion erstaunlich fand, vor allem mit dem Wissen um die Portionsgrößen zuvor. Auf der Rechnung erschienen dann 2 Käseplatten. So bekam also der Wirt 11,50 Euro zusätzlich von uns. Insgesamt sind wir also mit rund 15-20 Euro über normal Preis aus dem Lokal und der Erfahrung, das es nicht über Lokal werden wird.

Heute zum ersten Mal hier bei Sortino's und wir waren begeistert. Das Restaurant ist meditheran, gemütlich, etwas romantisch, schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Auf Empfehlung hatten wir als Vorspeise " Variationen aus Lachs, Calemari und Vitello tonato". Das war ein Gaumen Schmaus. Wir wollten die Pizza testen und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Pizza "Prosciutto die Parma e rucola" und Pizza " Salmone". Die Pizza war hervorragend und super lecker. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das Restaurant ist barrierefrei. Wir kommen ganz bald wieder und testen die anderen Gerichte der Küche. Inzwischen waren wir schon oft dort und sind immer wieder begeistert.

Sowohl die Vorspeise, als auch der Hauptgang waren super lecker und dazu waren die Inhaber sehr gastfreundlich. kann man nur weiter empfehlen :)

坐在戶外用餐很舒服，室內的座位也滿多的。 餐廳菜單以義大利菜為主，點肉類主餐會附上沙拉。 烤羊排很嫩、調味也剛好，很好吃。 Saltimbocca是小牛肉+培根+鼠尾草烹調，淋上醬汁，味道還不錯。 義大利麵還可以。 值得一提的是，炸薯條很好吃！外皮脆、裡面馬鈴薯綿密。

Tijekom naseg dvotjednog boravka u Langenu, svaku vecer bi nas docekala odlicna hrana, uz pristojno i izvrsno osoblje.

Ein italienisches Restaurant mit umfangreicher Speisekarte. Die angebotenen Gerichte sind von hervorragender Qualität und sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Preis-Leistung ist absolut gerechtfertigt und die Preise für Getränke sind m.E. sehr zivil.

Das Restaurant ist Spitzenklasse. Wir waren zum 7t da für die Geburtstag meines Sohn. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufkommenden und super freundlich obwohl das Restaurant war rappel voll und das sogar an ein Donnerstag Abend - kein freie Tisch. Das Essen hatte alle sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portionen war völlig I. O.

Das Sortinos ist ein gehobenes, aber nicht abgehobenes Restaurant. Gute ital. Küche. Frische, schmackhafte Gerichte zu vernünftigen Preisen. Da alle Speisen frisch zubereitet werden muss man zwar etwas Wartezeit hinnehmen, aber es lohnt sich. Das Ambiente etwas konservativ, aber durchaus gemütlich. Die Räume sind so gestaltet, dass es nicht so groß wirkt, wie es tatsächlich ist. Die Bedienung ist Top. Das angrenzende Hotel ist ebenfalls gut und mit freundlichem, kunden-orientiertem Service empfehlenswert. Ergänzung: auch fast 3 Jahre nach meiner Rezension kann ich das Sortinos uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir haben gestern Abend den 18. Geburtstag unserer Tochter gefeiert und alle waren restlos begeistert. Die Bedienung und das Team hat unsere Tochter zum Abschluss noch mit einem Ständchen und einer süssen Leckerei überrascht - das war die Krönung eins kulinarischen Abends, den keiner so schnell vergessen wird. Danke an das ganze Team, wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder, um uns verwöhnen zu lassen.

Essen der Spitzenklasse, super freundliches Personal, schnelle Bedienung, Tolles Ambiente, Preise vollkommen in Ordnung hier werden wir jetzt öfters herkommen.

Wir hatten - bei durchgehender Öffnungszeit am Sonntag - um 14 Uhr reserviert. Das Restaurant war noch sehr voll und man musste uns erst noch einen Tisch zurecht machen, aber es war nicht wirklich schlimm zu warten. Alle MA waren sehr nett und haben wirklich sehr flott alles neu eingedeckt. Garderobe ist zur jetzigen Zeit etwas übervoll, aber auch da kommt man sich auf freundliche Art und Weise entgegen. Die Tageskarte ist auf einer großen Tafel geschrieben und wird von Tisch zu Tisch vorgezeigt. Die Speisekarte ist gut lesbar und man bekommt wahrscheinlich auch fast jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllt. Sowohl Restaurant als auch die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Mitbürger - welche nicht so gut zu Fuß sind - müssen zunächst die Treppen zum Eingang überwinden und finden dann auch im Restaurant selber einige Treppenstufen vor (je nach Tischzuweisung) Die Speisen sind im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für mein Empfinden perfekt ausgewogen! (Und echt meeeegaaaa lecker) Alle MA waren während meinem Aufenthalt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Neben den Treppen habe ich noch einen weiteren Hinweis für Neugäste: folgt immer der Masse! Den Eingang zu diesem echt leckeren Restaurant findet man versteckt, links am Hotel vorbei durch eine kleine Unterführung, auf der rechten Seite. Abschließend mein zusammengefasstes Urteil: Super Team, sehr leckeres Essen (war jeden Cent wert!)

Came here for dinner and had some really good food! Our host ordered a wide selection of dishes to share out between a group of us so we got to sample a lot from the menu. Meats in Gorgonzola sauce and a red wine sauce were really tasty and the pizza really is amazing. Overall we had a great night, good Weissbeer too.

Wir waren heute mittag bei sortinos essen, der Kellner war allein und ein bisschen im Stress weil er musste bewältigen Service, telefondienst, und straßenverkauf. ich muss aber sagen er verlor nicht die Geduld und blieb sehr freundlich und aufmerksam Als Vorspeise gab, fettuccine mit Trüffel, und als hauptgang, ich hatte gegrillte oktopus und mein Bruder scaloppina mit Trüffel, auf 10 Punkte Gewichte sortino 9 Punkte
