The two of us had the Wiener schnitzel for €24.90. We waited more than 30 minutes for our drinks, and then they asked us again what we wanted, even though we had already ordered. Only when we paid did the waitress tell us that card payments weren't accepted, and my daughter had to go find an ATM.

The food is very good, the dishes are delicious, I've been there several times, and it's a pleasure to bring a friend, partner, or family member. I highly recommend it. The service is excellent and they are very friendly.

We were there on Sunday. The waitress (Jelena—super nice!) immediately pointed us to the soup and salad special. Overall, she was very attentive and friendly. The portions were plentiful and filling. We'd be happy to return.

I had Schweinshaxe, a pork shank dish. It was a generous portion, perfect for two people. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I ate it with pickled cabbage, a German dish known as kimchi. It was delicious without being heavy. They had four types of beer. I liked the stout and wheat beer.👍

A charming place with good beer and food. The beer goulash with pasta, tuna salad, and onion and bacon cutlet were all very tasty and in large portions, enough for a grown man to eat. The apple strudel was delicious as dessert. The light-brewed beer tasted good, but I preferred the dark beer because it wasn't burnt. The Radlers, a mix of beer and Sprite, had an interesting flavor. I recommend it if you want to experience the atmosphere of a German restaurant and German food.

When dry spaetzle with a bit of flavorless cheese is sold as cheese spaetzle, and the menu lists it as a specialty at this restaurant, I'm almost glad I didn't order anything else. Poorly chilled beer and unfriendly service rounded off the negative experience.

I wanted to try some good lentil spaetzle again, so I chose Sophie's Brauhaus. It was a very good choice. I haven't had such good lentil spaetzle with sausages in a long time. I also treated myself to a Maibock beer. The waitress, Ümit, was very nice, and the music was perfect. A very enjoyable late lunch in Stuttgart. I'd gladly go again.

I stumbled upon Sophie's Brauhaus on a business trip looking for a rustic restaurant serving Swabian specialties. It was absolutely the right choice. The staff, Ümit in my case, gave me a very friendly welcome. The northern regions tend to be a bit chilly, and their recommendation of the beer goulash was fantastic. A truly fantastic brewery, and the beer—I had a shandy—was also delicious. Everyone was super accommodating, and the atmosphere and ambiance are fantastic. Highly recommended. That's how I imagine a restaurant should be. Everyone enjoys their job, despite the unbelievable, inhumane temperatures of almost 40 degrees Celsius. I had the Maultaschensuppe (swabian pasta soup), the beer goulash, and the chocolate soufflé. The price was completely reasonable. Really great for the quality.

Very nice. I ordered a salad, and the menu said it included potato salad. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and it was quite expensive for a regular salad. The courtyard is a nice place to sit, and the trees provide shade.

The meat dishes were a disgrace (rump steak with large pieces of cartilage and extremely tough) and inedible. The waiter's reaction, or rather his attempt at an explanation (after all, it was Argentinian cartilage!), made things even worse.

I was there only for a beer, but was super not satisfied with the experience. The beer was warm, the place was super hot and the waiter tried to give me the wrong change (due to his lack of coins). Didn't try the food, but wouldn't recommend the place.

After a very long Saturday night... hungover and hungry... we came here, were warmly welcomed by the waiter, and the goulash was recommended to us. I swear, I've never eaten goulash like this in my life. The sauce was perfectly thick, the meat was falling apart and was as soft as bread. The potatoes were fried to a wonderfully crispy consistency. Of course, a shot of schnapps was a must to cure the hangover. But goulash heals the soul!

The host is first class, I recommend it to everyone. The food is top notch.

The food was genuinely tasty and well-prepared – no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was extremely unfriendly, which really took away from the overall experience. For me, good hospitality is just as important as good food. The beer was also quite disappointing and not something I’d recommend. A real shame, because with better service, this could have been a much more enjoyable visit.

Nuestra cena fue una gran experiencia en Stuttgart. Ambiente único con platos tradicionales alemanes. Ambos comimos el schnitzel con papas fritas. Los precios eran razonables. Fue agradable alejarse de la calle concurrida.

Das Brauhaus habe ich schon öfters besucht. Bisher war ich immer zufrieden mit der Qualität der Speisen und der Bedienung. Leider wurde ich dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht. Die Bedienung (Bediener 12) hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag. Das ist auch verständlich, dass dies so Mal sein kann. Aber man sollte dies den Gast so stark nicht merken lassen. Die Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich. Vor allem als wir die Getränke bekommen haben und noch nicht wussten, was wir essen wollen, hat der Kellner sehr genervt reagiert. Nachdem Essen hat er zwar gefragt, ob so weit Alles Recht war, hat aber ohne zu fragen und obwohl ich noch Essen auf dem Teller hatte, einfach abgeräumt. Das Essen war insgesamt aber sehr gut und wurde auch sehr schnell serviert. Die Suppe zur Vorspeise war etwas fad, aber Pfeffer und Salz stehen ja auf dem Tisch. Und immerhin gibt es ja zu den Gerichten immer eine Suppe und Salat vom Buffett gratis dazu. Das ist schon sehr gut in Sophie´s Brauhaus und ein tolles Angebot. Also insgesamt gebe ich eine durchschnittliche Bewertung ab. Wenn ich allein den Kellner und dessen Leistung bewerten müsste, würde es von mir ein ungenügend geben.

I came for a beer - I stayed for the dumplings and existentialist conversations with a guy who claimed to be the illegitimate son of Lothar Matthäus. Sophie's Brauhaus is the place where your beer glass will never be empty because either the staff is super fast or a Bavarian ghost secretly refills - I'm not sure. The house beer? So good that I briefly considered submitting my resume to work as a barrel here. The atmosphere is somewhere between Oktoberfest, student party and “my uncle drank too much Jägermeister again”. One time someone played “Sweet Caroline” on the recorder. Nobody asked why – we just sang along. Definitely go, but be careful: if you just want to drink a beer, you'll lose. You either leave drunk or with a new nickname. My name is now “Pretzel Bert”. Thank you, Sophie.

Cleanliness: Very clean. Generally: The article merely reflects my own opinion, my feelings and my own taste. (As we all know, tastes differ). I try not to get hung up on little things, to exaggerate but not to understate either. I'm comparing apples to apples here. So a good village pub can get just as full marks as a star restaurant!

We were desperately looking for something to eat after seeing a musical (it was already after 11 p.m.). Came across Sophie's brewery by chance. Called to see if there was still hot food available. We were very kindly told that we should just come over, they could do something for us until midnight. We were then greeted in a very friendly manner, served very brilliantly and we don't even want to start talking about the delicious food! The selection was great, the cocktail at happy hour and the beer schnapps were absolutely recommended!!! Everything was phenomenal! It certainly wasn't our last visit!!! Ümit best man! ❤️ Even let our disabled friend down in the elevator 💪

Unerscheibar von der Straße aber voll geil drin!!! Soo lecker habe ich wahrscheinlich noch nie gegessen, Maultaschen selbst gemacht, dünner Teig, sanfte Füllung, schmackhafte Soße. Wunderschönes Musik, sehr nette Bedienung, hier stimmt alles. Biere sind auch unglaublich lecker. Ambiente ist stillvoll eingerichtet, sehr voll also unbedingt reservieren!!! The food is OK. Fair to the prices offered, but no more. The fried potatoes at the Brauhauspfännle were soggy and fatty. The egg was small. The meatloaf ok! A location for tourists to enjoy typical dishes in an old-fashioned atmosphere. Next time I would choose another brewery in Stuttgart for an enjoyable dinner. However, the beer is very tasty! 😉

Locale tipo tedesco sito al primo piano di un palazzo in centro a Stoccarda. Ristorante molto affollato e rumoroso , ma molto particolare e caratteristico. Classica cucina tedesca ed ottima birra locale. Consigliato oltre alla birra , bere uno snaps ( un bicchierino di liquore locale da accompagnare alla birra ). Prost !

Visited 03/15/2025 at 2:30 p.m.... 3 adults 2 children Ordered : 2 x fries = good 2 x apple strudel with vanilla sauce = very bad! 1 x chocolate soufflé = very bad! 3 x blackcurrant spritzer = good 1 x dark beer = good 1 x still water = good . . Ambiance is nice and cozy Staff friendly and accommodating . . Now the catch, dessert inedible! Custard ready-made sauce (cheap) and cold, Apple strudel was probably inedible from the freezer and the chocolate soufflé first came cold without berries, after I complained it came warm, berries and vanilla sauce cold! Paid everything in one go and left dissatisfied. What a shame! The only positive thing was the waiter apologized. A person who takes his job seriously and with heart makes sad the price Recommend No!

Yes, there were 14 of us at PAX and yes, there was football that day (we were there after rush hour...) but that shouldn't have happened. First of all, the waiting time until the service came... turkey schnitzel with cream, mushrooms and spaetzle... meat fried too long, spaetzle only watery, the sauce... er no, the Patex glue with pieces... we then turned the plate over and shook it... nothing fell down... unfortunately my friends agreed with me... I would be ashamed to serve something like that to my guests...
