The waiter was charming. The portions are large, but the food is a bit uninspired. The duck with fried noodles was pretty boring in terms of taste. The atmosphere seems a bit cheap

Fried rice and fried beef tenderloin are full of Taiwanese flavor🥹 The salted crispy chicken is served with Thai chutney and is not like Taiwanese salted crispy chicken. The service is very good and the attitude is very friendly. I’m so happy to have discovered a new good restaurant in Taiwan!

Horrible delivery! Uber eats rider was rude, didnt deliver and stole my food, also i never got a refund. Please change to Wolt or Lieferando, never ordering from here again. Food is amazing though.

I was there once with my family 💪🇷🇴 We like the food very much, it is very good and tasty, the staff is very nice, the location is beautiful, we go there twice a week 💪😉😊😊😊🍀🫶🫶 🫶

I am not at all satisfied with this restaurant's lack of hygiene

Discovered Song's during a walk through the city and spontaneously decided to visit. Besides us, there was another guest present at the time of the visit and the outside area was completely empty. However, since it was already 2 p.m., we didn't give it any thought. The welcome was friendly and we were able to choose our own space. The menu came quickly and the menu selection made me want to eat. It should be noted, however, that the individual sheets of the menu were very worn and stained, so they didn't look very appetizing. We then decided on two drinks, the soup of the day (Peking soup), Kong Pao with chicken and chili beef. The first drink came quickly, the second was forgotten and only served upon request - at this point we were the only two guests, so the service could definitely be improved. The Peking soup was OK, but not a culinary highlight. Sweet and sour, not too spicy, not too bland, but anything but hot. The Kong Pao came, but without cutlery. Then finally the second drink and the chili beef. The cutlery was then delivered on the third visit to the service. Visually, the dishes were quite appealing. About the taste: The chicken in the Kong Pao had a strange, rubbery consistency and tasted soapy. The sweet and sour sauce was clearly too thick and tasted rather strange for our taste. Vegetables were neither crunchy nor tasty, everything was garnished with lots of peanuts. The beef was cut into thinnest strips, breaded and fried to death. The breading was so thick that you couldn't taste any of the beef. In addition, the breading was so full of fat that it was unsafe to eat. The rice offered as a side dish was served without sauce, which may be how it should be, but it doesn't taste good. Vegetables were like Kong Pao. We didn't eat anything except the soup and returned the plates half full. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the wrong location was chosen. Service poor, price (€33.40) cheap for Munich, but clearly too expensive for the quality. There will definitely not be a second visit.

Delicious Chinese food at fair prices. Very nice and polite staff.

Abundant dishes, great food and very nice staff

Good food at a fair price. We had duck with vegetables, noodles and dumplings. The Homemade Lemonade are recommended (spring and autumn). The staff is friendly.

€1.50 for tap water… I wish they weren't so greedy because the food isn't bad

Metal brush in the food, wrong change and extra charge for take-away packaging. At least it tasted good, but only because there was a lot of oil and fat in it

We had the Taiwan Burger, the Fish-Scented Eggplant and the Fried Tofu with Peking Sauce. The burger was absolutely fine. The other two dishes came in a rubbery sauce and had an extremely strange consistency. Overall, no recommendation.

⭐️Made in Taiwan⭐️ I don't think there's anything more that needs to be said about the restaurant. The decor is rather simple, but the food is very tasty, authentic and fresh. Next to the counter you see an older lady making dumplings herself and you know that it will be delicious. Nevertheless, we ate other dishes that are more likely to be found in few restaurants. Everything tastes right and the service is great. Don't be fooled by the store's exterior and interior design ;) these are the best restaurants/kitchens. But if you value a nice atmosphere, this is the wrong place, but you come here to eat and not to make films.

Food is quite authentic. Definitely worth a try. Not your usual standard viet asia bistro fare. Service was so-so, nothing particularly terrible, but also not great. Just about average, I'd say. It was hard to communicate either in english or german with one server, which is the reason for 3 stars. I'd highly suggest visiting the place and trying their food, but don't expect a great night out. Then again, the prices are middle of the road too, so you're getting what you pay for.

Have been disappointed by asian restaurants in Munich but this one didn’t. Delicious, does not lack flavor, tastes authentic, large servings, and not too expensive. Would like to eat here again!

Very tasty😊 You can choose between very spicy, medium and slightly spicy. I chose a medium spicy flavor, and it was perfect for my mouth which loved the spicy flavor.

Reservations are definitely recommended, the restaurant is popular - and not for nothing: authentic dishes, delicious food, friendly team. We enjoyed the starters even more, but the main courses were good too. Tip: Taiwanese burgers and buns!

Among all the Chinese restaurants I have eaten in in Eurasia, this is the only one that only puts cabbage noodles in the soup without the leaves.

Had a perfect Sunday lunch at this restaurant! The service was quick and the atmosphere was nice. Every dish we had tasted delicious, with the Yu Xiang aubergine stealing the show, it's fantastic and literally melts in your mouth. The dumplings were also among the best I've tried in Munich. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!

The food in here is wonderful as for a Chinese tourist and it is even one of the best in Germany. But the service is bad. The restaurant server Illegitimately discriminates against mainland Chinese customers, always greeting white customers with a smiling face but showing extreme indifference towards mainland Chinese customers.

Not sure if it’s a Taiwanese restaurant or not… The portion size is pretty good and the beef noodles have a lot of meat. But a little salty You can only swipe the card for purchases over 15 euros!

Ended up here by chance after the cinema. Excellent dumplings, very visually appealing, the dough has a firm bite and good taste. The fillings are very, very tasty. Very friendly service. We'll definitely be back soon.

We visited this Taiwanese restaurant on a bustling Saturday. Despite the packed crowd, the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. The restaurant felt cluttered with piles of paper and baking rolls on window sills, mismatched chairs, and an overall messy appearance. While the menu presented a variety of Taiwanese and Chinese dishes, the flavors were satisfactory but not exceptional. The best was the kung pao chicken – spicy, flavorful, and with tender chicken. However, other dishes were notably salt heavy, diminishing the overall dining experience. The service lacked professionalism, with staff wearing winter coats indoors, and tables left unset. Although prices align with Munich standards, the ok food and underwhelming dining ambiance don't entice a return visit. Overall, a restaurant with potential, but improvements are needed for a more enjoyable experience.

Sensationelle asiatische Gerichte. Die Qualität war hervorragend und eine reinste Geschmacksexplosion. Preis/Leistung 12/10. Sind spontan an dieses Restaurant gelangt & waren mehr als zufrieden. Nur zu empfehlen !

Hier meine wohlwollende Kritik: Leider wurde bei den frühlingsrollen die soße vergessen. Die schmecken ohne wirklich nicht gut. Obendrauf kam, dass bei den Dumplings auch die soße vergessen wurde. Fand ich sehr schade und wurde auch nicht nachgeliefert. Ansonsten ist das essen sehr lecker nur sowas macht es eben einfach kaputt. Bitte mehr drann denken :)

Wir waren an einem Freitag abend da, hatten für 6 reserviert. Ubser tisch wurde uns mit grosser Mühe und öfterer Nachfrage 20 minuten später übergeben. Dafur mussten wir fasts rucken an rucken mit einem anderen Tisch sitzen. Die Mitarbeiter waren chaotisch und wohl überfordert. Wir haben etwa 1 stunde auf unser essen gewartet. Das Essen war dafur ausgezeichmet und exzellent. Schade, dass man mit der schlechten Organisation / Effizienz bisschen mit einem schlechten Geschmack nach Hause geht.

Update: auch bei mir kam eine Beschwerde vor Monaten. Das was ich hier geschrieben habe könnte man als konstruktive Kritik aufnehmen und etwas verbssern. Wir haben im Schanigarten gegessen. Das Essen war leider sehr sehr fettig (Nudeln mit Rindfleisch), der Schweinebauch ok. Leider macht das Ambiente vieles kaputt: Ständig kommen Lieferando, uber eats und wolt Fahrer und parken vor dem Laden und das Personal steht rauchend vor dem Laden und hört über das Handy laut Musik??? Geht gar nicht. Lieferung vlt noch okay aber vor Ort essen ist nix.

Nettes Lokal, leider stand die Türe lfd. offen und die Kälte kam rein. Wollten gerne stilvoll essen und kamen uns eher wie bei einem Fastfoodladen mit Dauerbestellung vor.

Riquísimo todo lo que pedimos!! Comida casera que no tiene nada que ver con cualquier restaurante chino en el que haya estado antes. Recomiendo 100%

Friendly service and the food was amazing. I got the salted egg tofu, crispy fried chicken and Hakka style pork belly stir fry - everything was delicious!

Overall rating: 4 Please note I am American. I know some people like to cast judgment on things we cannot control for where we are born 🤷🏽‍♀️ There’s a min of 15€ to use credit card. The bun is not good, try something else. The green tea ice cream though was hands down amazing.

Very good Taiwan food. Nice service. We ordered Ma po Toufu and 3 cup chicken with rice. And wonton soup. If you are a Chinese food fan worthy to try.

What a gem. I’m ethnically Chinese and fully approve of the food here, probably the best Chinese food I’ve had while living in Germany the last 7 years. The Ma Po tofu was the star but everything was great. Friendly, unfussy but prompt service. Thank you!

Wir Haben über UberEats für Drei Personen bestellt. Die Portionen waren mehr als ausreichend groß & waren geschmacklich sehr gut! Bei den Dumplings haben wir statt 10 stück 8 bekommen. Das wurde mit einem kurzen Anruf & einem zuvorkommenden Kundenservice sofort geklärt. Dann haben wir nochmal 10 dazu erhalten in weniger als 20 minuten :) Wir bestellen aufjedenfall wieder. Der Fahrer war super freundlich !!

Zu Service und Ambiente kann ich nix sagen da ich es mir habe liefern lassen, aber das Essen war geschmacklich auf jedenfall top empfehlenswert

I came on a Monday evening around 8:30 and got a table immediately. I really miss Chinese/Taiwanese food, especially noodle soups, and this one really hit the spot! Spicy in a way that most Germans can’t handle but such deep flavors! The noodles don’t seem like they’re made here, but they have a varied menu of more than just noodles so I understand. Definitely if you’re into spicy food order the Taiwanese noodle soup!!

Bisher 3x bestellt und immer das Gleiche, weil es einfach so lecker ist. Dan Dan Nudeln sind einfach super lecker zu einem fairen Preis.

Pretty average Taiwanese cuisine but the quality is a hit and miss. Their signature fatty pork is good but the other dishes like their three cup chicken and beef noodles are pretty average. A small pro is that their prices are reasonable (by Munich standards)

Love this place. Amazing fish platter and cheese. Enjoyed it much.
