We were given extra tables outside, even though everything was reserved. After complaining that my steak wasn't quite medium-rare but still delicious, Meltem gave us a plate with various desserts and extra tea. We're always happy to come back; the service and food were top-notch.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not a good one. I waited over an hour for my food. When I mentioned it, they just said it was too busy and that I would see. They then said it would only take another 5 minutes, but the food didn't arrive for another 15-20 minutes.
