Solo Qui in Euskirchen

We enjoyed some excellent Portuguese cuisine here. At first, we thought we were in the wrong place because it's just a pub and we wouldn't be able to get any food, but Carlos conjured something up for us. Very good value for money.

I was there today with my son and wanted to order a dürüm and a small tray of doner meat. The employee told me, however, that they don't sell small portions of meat. I then asked if it would be possible to put about 50g (for my 4-year-old son) in a tray. This was also flatly refused. Since I've eaten here several times before, I couldn't understand this stance and wanted to leave. At that moment, the employee became loudly agitated, which I found very unprofessional and disrespectful. You shouldn't treat customers like that, regardless of whether you're having a bad day or have personal problems. Very disappointing – this is not how customer service should be. Reply: Which customers complained, exactly? The two or three people at the very back who didn't hear anything anyway? Please: I asked twice, and you told me that you don't sell small portions. You should have said that right from the start. That wouldn't have been a problem, but why was it initially refused? When I tried to leave, you became loud, and even your colleague tried to calm you down. Out of respect, I didn't want to continue the discussion with a woman. Fortunately, there are many shops in Euskirchen that can fulfill my needs and expectations.
