Passion, creativity, reliability, flexibility, excellent quality and very attentive service - Markus Natusch and his team prepared a culinary feast for us for our wedding at the beginning of September 2022 in the Old Backhaus in Burg. From the first telephone conversation to a consultation in his factory to our big day, everything was uncomplicated and customer-oriented. Markus was always available for us and gave us very good advice. We also liked that he values ​​high-quality, regional products. Markus not only created a delicious 3-course menu for us according to our preferences, but also a great breakfast buffet, exceptional finger food for the champagne reception and a delicious midnight snack for our late-night sweet tooth. The menu was even freshly prepared in our location and served directly by his very friendly service team. The delicious ice cream and the great ice cream tarts that Markus and his wife make themselves in their ice cream factory are also an absolute delight for the palate (https://www.gelod-eis.de/). The entire meal was just delicious and special. Our guests were also so excited that they went on a recipe hunt. They still rave about the culinary delights today. Summer party buffet was ordered for 60 people with tables, chairs, dishes and glass service. Suggestions for the buffet were unusual (as we requested) and ALL dishes were presented and delivered very tasty. With few but precise agreements, perfect timing and execution of the order.
