I usually like the food. Today we were so disappointed. We ordered takeout. One doner plate and one order of rice with doner meat. I didn't say doner box because my son doesn't like the mixed-up stuff. For my son's meal, which was a small portion, not even the size of my doner plate, we paid €14. They put rice on the plate, even though we ordered it with fries. The pepperoni we ordered was also missing. That annoys me because you only notice these things when you get home. The service is absolutely terrible. Especially considering they have five employees for just two customers. The customer's needs should be their priority. The price-performance ratio is a complete disaster.

You order a regular kebab and end up getting a small one. A complete rip-off, an outrage!

I had a doner kebab plate with fries and garlic sauce today. I thought it was very tasty; the only thing I would personally criticize is that there could have been more garlic in the sauce, but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise, I found the place to have a cozy atmosphere and it was clean. The staff seemed very friendly and accommodating.

We've been going to Sofra Kebap for several years. Unfortunately, the situation hasn't improved, so we've decided to stop going there. The chicken skewers are no longer worth the price. The doner kebab has very little meat, tons of iceberg lettuce, and no white or red cabbage, etc. You get a crammed doner kebab with iceberg lettuce. It's incredibly bland and, with that awful sauce, completely unpalatable. The staff has been in a bad mood all these years. They're just making money at the customers' expense; this can't go on much longer.

Used to be great doner kebabs, now only a backup when everything else is closed.

I went to this place today to order a doner kebab. I was so hungry that the reviews for this restaurant were my second priority. I only managed three bites before I had to stop! The doner tasted absolutely awful! There was neither white nor red cabbage in it. My doner consisted of meat, a little bit of salad, a slice of tomato, and some onions. They skimped on the salad! After four hours and three bites, I have terrible stomach pains and very unpleasant burping. I've learned my lesson: you really should check restaurant reviews before eating there! I hope my stomach problems go away soon. I want to warn other customers against visiting this place. If you have a strong stomach, you can eat here. But I won't be eating here again, and I'll warn everyone I know not to eat here.

I ordered an Iskender kebab and wasn't asked if I wanted chicken or veal. They just made chicken because the other kebabs probably weren't ready yet. It's outrageous not to even mention it when I, as a customer, was already paying €15.50. On top of that, everything tasted terrible, and I've had stomach pain and nausea for the last five hours. Absolutely terrible. Now at 11:14, I've been to the toilet three times, and I still have stomach cramps. My colleague, who was there with me, had the same experience and is really disappointed, especially since this kebab was even recommended to us. However, the person who recommended it to us was there three years ago.

Doner pizza €13.50. Avoid this place. The staff are also very unfriendly, especially the one at the till.

Disappointing. The flatbread is ripping in many places, spilling the sauce everywhere. I've been there several times, but the same problem always arises. The taste is very bland and the quality leaves much to be desired. *Sahin Döner is and remains the better place!

I usually enjoy the kebab here, but I've noticed that the quality has declined over the years. Twice in a row, with weeks between them, my food was prepared incorrectly, even though I had requested it two minutes beforehand.

I gave the shop several chances, but unfortunately, it never convinced me. The meat was always of poor quality – bland in taste and unappealing in texture. For the price, which is well above average, I would have expected much more. The customer service was also disappointing when I picked it up. At prices like these, I'd rather have a really good steak doner kebab with high-quality meat. The only positive thing to mention is the ambiance. It's nice to sit and eat.

Pizza and shashlik — can such a combination be successful? Kebabhouse "Sofra" proves that yes — and how else! Delicious pizza and durum with lamb create a perfect duet. If you want to feel the real taste of Turkish shashlik — this place is definitely for you. Excellent service, modern and air-conditioned premises, and most importantly — high quality ingredients. I confidently recommend this establishment and boldly present it with my personal culinary Oscar!

Just disappointing. The meat was undercooked – and at these prices! An absolute disgrace. For the money you can get much better quality elsewhere. This definitely wasn't the first time, but that's enough for now. If you have personal complaints, you'll still get threats from the owner. I think it's starting.

In terms of taste, one of the best kebabs I know. Yes, unfortunately it has become extremely expensive in the last 2-3 years and the quality has unfortunately become somewhat weaker. I think the home-baked bread is perfect and the meat isn't some strange minced meat mass, but actually meat in one piece. Yes, the bread sometimes has a tendency to tear or break apart. But the difference in taste compared to the usual standard 1/4 flatbread portion is remarkable and makes up for the problem. You can sit down on site if you want. This is not the typical fast food style, but quite cozy. I am and will continue to drive there from the neighboring town when I feel like a kebab.

Hello, I had dinner there yesterday, it was actually delicious but the worker who always plays the slot machine was really cheeky, what's his name again?? He gambles away all his Hartz IV on vending machines and reaches for onions. Oh man

Really disappointing, ordered two Adana Dürüm and received a rather vegetarian Dürüm as there was hardly any meat. When the alleged Adana Dürüm was shown to the staff, they said very dryly, "The boss says we should put more salad in it" and that was the end of the matter for him. Simply bad!

The lentil soup, the vegetarian Dürüm and the desserts (especially the Sütlac) are great.

Listening has to be learned... I ordered a kebab to take away and the experience was unfortunately disappointing. When I ordered, I had to repeat my wishes three times because the employee apparently had difficulty understanding me. Despite my patience, my order ended up not being processed correctly and I took something I didn't want. The service was disorganized and lacked customer focus, which made the entire experience frustrating. It's a shame, because I was actually looking forward to a delicious kebab. I hope the store works on its ordering process to avoid such hassles in the future.

Unfortunately I have to change the rating because I was disappointed. They said a veli kebab cost 9 euros plus durum, Ćevap was not tasty but all in all... I won't eat here anymore I will eat Ćevap in Offenbach. At 10.50 euros the price is too high for so little meat and durum wheat.

I ordered 2 kebab boxes with bulgur. One with yogurt and one with garlic sauce. Both were with yogurt sauce and otherwise absolutely tasteless. The large salad came in a small Styrofoam packaging and was drowned in sauce. Paid €10 for the “salad”. Thank God there are other kebab options in Hausen

The kebab actually tastes good, but in the last two orders the person who took the order unfortunately failed both times. Last time, the children's kebab for my daughter was completely wrong (unfortunately it had everything on it instead of just meat and salad, which meant I was then allowed to start peeling out the onions and tomatoes by hand). The kebab was first in a woman's bag at the time, who then brought it back to the shop because she said she had too many kebabs. Probably some fake kebab was given to me. Today I ordered a kebab with a few onions and then unfortunately I received one with almost only onions. At 8.50 for the normal kebab, it annoys me when I sit there again and pick out all the onions and then only meat and sauce are left.

The kebab was okay, but way too much sauce and greens, and relatively little meat - and that for EUR 8.50. Another disadvantage is that card payments are not possible. Even the bazaar is more progressive.

We ordered two kebab plates today and were able to pick up the food within a few minutes. Unfortunately the meat wasn't really cooked through, so it was half raw, which isn't possible. We've been coming to them for a long time, but today was the last time. Now we can treat our stomach problems. That for 27.00 euros?? You should be very careful, especially with meat. Doesn't work for me at all. Am very disappointed.

Not cheap but always good, as you can see from the fact that the store is practically never empty. Cordiality sometimes falls by the wayside, but the guys are also super busy behind the counter.

Zero eight fifteen kebab, unfortunately my kebab was so drowned in sauce that you could only taste the taste of the sauce. Due to the flood of sauce, the bread tore relatively quickly and the sauce dripped out of the kebab. In terms of taste, I would classify the kebab in the lower middle range. What I also find quite daring is to sell the pizza for easily three euros more expensive than the Italian restaurant across the street!

We were looking for a new regular kebab in our area today at Sofra and I think our search is over. I had a normal kebab without any fuss and I was blown away! Super tasty, even the bread. Not too finished, fresh ingredients and simply delicious. I probably could have eaten 2 of them, although that would have been way too much, but so delicious. Enough praise, I look forward to next time. The only thing that surprised me, but had nothing to do with the food, was that card payments weren't possible.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Kebabhaus. Hier gibt es noch richtiges Fleisch auf den Dönerspießen, top Qualität, freundliche Bedienung, saubere, ordentliche WS's und man kann dort gemütlich sitzen.

Sehr leckerer Döner! Der Jumbo Döner ist sein Geld wert. Halben Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Barzahlung. Leider keine Karte. Ansonsten super!!

Innerhalb einer Geschäftsreise haben wir mehrfach im "Sofra" zu Mittag gespeist. Der Service ist überaus freundlich und die Speisen sind frisch und lecker. Auf jeden Fall ein Upgrade zum üblichen "Imbiss-treff" und eine dicke Empfehlung!

Alles ist gut und das Essen würd sehr schnell gemacht und alles ist sehr warm und frisch und sehr Sauber gearbeitet

Sofra war mal richtig gut. Leider beim Dürum extrem viel Soße das der ganze Tisch voll war. Hatte Hähnchenbrust bestellte aber mitfahren Hackfleisch bekommen. Der Preis für beides ist gleich was ich persönlich auch sehr viele finde für 2 Hackfleisch Stückchen. Leider nicht mehr wie früher 😔
